Very delicious food, and Japanese-style. You can find something from an anime on every corner of the store. They even have Naruto-style ramen ☺️ I had the beef udon. Highly recommended.

We were in Heidelberg for the first time and in the evening we found this Japanese restaurant via Google. The food was so good that we had to go back on the second day (and we never did). The decor is typically Japanese and we also really liked it. :)

We had our lunch at Min Ramen Bar today, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. We ordered the Vegan Miso Ramen and Thai Curry Ramen, and both were incredibly flavorful, with rich, well-balanced broths and perfectly cooked noodles. The Veggie Gyoza was another standout—soft on the outside, packed with delicious filling inside. To top it all off, we tried the Lychee Ramune, a refreshing and fun Japanese soda that’s a must-try! Overall, Min Ramen Bar delivers an excellent dining experience with delicious food and great service. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying ramen spot!

The food wasn't bad. You can do it if you're in the area. Unfortunately, the service was really bad and slow and not particularly committed :( We probably wouldn't come back.

Our Christmas party a few months ago was a complete success! Thank you for the delicious food, the excellent service and the wonderful evening.

We have eaten here several times now and are always satisfied. The restaurant strives to continually improve. From the great summer menu, to the ever-growing alcoholic selection, to the latest improvement to the menu with pictures for most of the main courses. The staff is also super friendly and accommodating. This is not always a given, especially when the house is almost full all the time. We tried all three locations and the Min Ramen Bar here in Heidelberg is the best in our opinion!

I can highly recommend the ramen, the Exotic Breath Bowl was very fruity and fresh, but I would lean towards ramen next time. Gyoza with vegetables and edamame as a starter was excellent. But you should definitely reserve in advance!

Great atmosphere, delicious food!

The food is okay but since the starters, drinks and main courses were all brought to the very small table at the same time, it was a logistical masterpiece to fit everything in. This is probably due to the fact that the guests are processed quickly in order to quickly set up tables for the waiting guests. Even with a reservation, you had to wait a long time for your table. It's worth a once-in-a-lifetime experience but I probably won't be able to recommend it again because the food doesn't make up for the taste in terms of taste.

I was in Heidelberg for the first time today and had previously searched Google for an Asian restaurant. After the positive reviews, I wanted to see for myself and reserved a table so I didn't have to wait. I ordered the chicken karaage and the yakitori skewers as starters. Then as the main course the Tonkotsu Ramen Pork in large and last but not least the Doroyaki with Matcha ice cream as dessert. I was happy with all the dishes and they were delicious. I recommend you reserve in advance. Many people wait in line without reservations. If you have reserved, then “push forward” on time or walk past to the left of the queue and tell the receptionist that you have reserved. The service is quick and you can order everything straight away if you want to save time. At least that's what I did so that I can get my dishes one after the other quickly, but you don't have to :-)

I lived in Japan for 2 years and haven't been able to experience such good and, above all, authentic Japanese food for a long time. The food here tastes 1 to 1 like in a very good ramen bar in Japan. The atmosphere is very appealing, the service was great and everything was freshly prepared, which you could also taste. Even the desserts seem to be freshly prepared on site as far as possible. We will definitely eat here again and had a great evening. However, you should definitely make a reservation as the waiting time in line at the door can sometimes be quite long. If you make a reservation you will be brought directly to the table at the specified time.

This ramen is rich and well-balanced! The broth is flavorful, the noodles are perfectly firm, and the chashu pork is tender. The soft-boiled egg adds creaminess, and the toppings complement the dish. A bit of spice would make it even better!

Ramen was super tasty! I had miso ramen with tofu on it and can only recommend it. If you want something spicier, the Kara Miso Ramen is great. The homemade lemonades are also delicious. My favorite is the mango elderflower lemonade. Pineapple Ginger Lemonade is also delicious, but be careful the ginger is a bit intense/spicy. The price-performance ratio is great here and the service was very nice. But you definitely have to reserve in advance. It's a bit difficult to reach the restaurant by phone, so it's best to just stop by.

Delicious miso ramen with pork belly at just the right level of tenderness, not too fatty. Large portion. Extremely nice and attentive service. What bothers me are the strange drinking carafes, glasses with straws for normal juice spritzers... I just want to drink my apple spritzer and don't need to have a happening made out of it. Since I found my best ramen at home in Munich, I unfortunately can't give it more than 4 stars, but the ramen on offer here is one of the best ramen I've ever been served.

Best ramen in town for a reasonable price

Best Ramen I’ve had in Germany so far. Will definitely come back again. Delicious food, nice waiters and fast service. Note, you should reserve a table as it is quite busy. If you are a walk-in you have a max of 1 hour to eat (which makes the wait time shorter, but also means time is quite tight if you want to also eat starters/dessert).

Normally I always went to Karlsruhe to eat here. But thank God you finally opened a branch in Heidelberg. Everything is still a bit new - and without a reservation it is often difficult to get seats, so it's better to reserve in advance. But even without a reservation, the wait is absolutely worth it! The food and drinks, everything was great. Very friendly staff. And the rooms are also very nice - it's a shame that the residents there complain about the noise, because it's pretty hot there and you're not allowed to open the doors or windows. Parking is also great, just park at the Galeria Kaufhof. absolutely 5*!

Very very good value for money, cozy atmosphere and pleasant service. There are vegetarian options for those interested. Of course, I would recommend going with a reservation because the place is small. If you go alone, there is a bar where you can sit. I recommend it😊

Min Ramen is always busy, and that's probably mostly due to the sensational ramen you get here. Even if you have to wait 10-20 minutes, it's totally worth it. In my opinion, we particularly recommend the Tonkotsu Ramen, which is characterized by its almost creamy, rich pork broth. The egg in the broth was perfectly cooked and the chashu had a very tasty taste. In addition to the ramen, I have to mention karaage, which tasted really outstanding. Nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The perfect start to the culinary experience. The service was friendly, and I was also very surprised at the price - because it wasn't expensive at all. If you like lemonades you should try this too. Really great and very refreshing. Overall, a wonderful package!

Overall a great place. Everything is beautiful and cozy. VERY OFTEN there is a full seat, you still have to try to grab a free place - which indicates good demand among people. My girlfriend and I were here 2 times. We really liked the first one. And today the ramen itself would be just VERY salty for both her and me. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish it. Apparently the cook woke up in a bad mood today) But the overall impression is that the task was good. I can recommend him to you. Just taste the soup for salt 😊

Can't really give a good rating with the subpar service here. This is one of the places that have become complacent over its popularity, with staff seeing no need to attend to customers waiting a long time for their tables. Even with empty tables (the restaurant was only around 70% full) during Monday lunch hours, I was made to wait for more tables to become available for unknown reasons.

Really an interesting experience

Good food at a good price considering it's ramen and generally very expensive in Germany. Karaage and Shio Ramen are a perfect combination. Sometimes the kitchen seems to pack in extra toppings.

Food was ok, although not overly special. But the service wasn't all too good. The waitress didn't seem to have the restaurant in check and took her sweet time. Big minus: you are limited in seating time to 1h...you probably don't take that much time but if you have to wait for service you might just take longer...

We went there, no reservation, on a Sunday afternoon, and had to wait for about 20 minutes. The wait was worth it! The ramen is delicious! Will come back here.

We came in spontaneously at lunchtime (around 12:30) and got a table straight away! the service was just as quick, attentive and friendly. Food 10/10, came out really quickly too. I can only recommend it!

After thinking about the lavish offering for a long time, the food really convinced me (especially the Tantanmen). Unfortunately, my companion and I had to wait a long time until our order was taken. The restaurant was busy at peak times, but in my opinion this is more due to its good reputation. Accordingly, it was a bit stuffed. All in all a warm recommendation!

We recommend booking in advance. We came to Heidelberg Pool store specifically from Karlsruhe. As a Chinese customer, I like the service, atmosphere and food here very much. Food: edamame and fried chicken are very distinctive. Service: Every staff member is very enthusiastic and smiling. Atmosphere: The lighting is very good, lively but not noisy. It feels like a very attentive hotel. I will definitely come back again❤️

This is by far one of the most middest ramen I've had in my life. I think it's a very liberal reinterpreation of what a ramen is meant to be, the tonkatsu wasn't a TONKATSU, the broth had no depth or flavor, the noodles were heavy and overcooked. My yuzu lemongrass lemonade had no lemongrass. If you're looking for good Japanese fare this isn't the place. Lower your expectations and then some more

Firstly very slow service, took an hour to be seated. And very disappointed in taste because the broth is very salty for ramen and for udon soup the taste of dashi is very pronounced and the broth is sweet. We didn't like it except for the starters. ATTENTION ! Check your bills when you pay. The waiter added a drink to the bill. Maybe because we're tourists and he thought we were going to pay without looking. And as soon as we wanted the invoice he strangely said that there was an error directly afterwards he felt uncomfortable.

It is advisable to reserve a table in advance as it is always busy here. Food, drink and service is great. I really enjoy coming here (sometimes to take food home with me).

Came here for the first time on a recommendation and we were very satisfied. I had Kara Miso Ramen with Chicken, spicy but not too spicy and a good portion.

I'm a little conflicted on how to rate this. Quite alright for German standards, but still nothing to write home about. The broth (tonkotsu) is not bad, but could be richer. The Chashu was a nice big piece, but a little hard to the bite; I also couldn't quite taste the marinade, same for the egg. The noodles were too soft for Japanese standards. I had the kara miso broth, and as they say in their FAQ, it's merely "European hot" - wish you could choose your spice level, as you often can in Japan. I liked that they used nori and actual menma. The service was fine. All in all, if this was in Asia, I couldn't give more than three stars, but I realize you can't expect anything more over here. Also, the place is constantly packed and even has people waiting their turn outside, so the customer seems to be satisfied.

Really delicious! I would highly recommend reservations, even for lunch as we arrived before they opened and there was a line behind us. Means they are that tasty but especially if you have a couple of companions with you seating is a premium. Tonkatsu is delightful and they have a few authentic Japanese beers on menu. Highly recommended!

The three of us had reserved a table, which is highly recommended as there are only a few seats. The food is very very good. We had miso ramen with tofu and chicken and the curry udon. The broth was very tasty and the portion was quite large. The ramen is highly recommended, but our absolute highlight was the creamy curry udon noodles with chicken. In terms of price, I consider it to be very fair, ramen costs around €10-11.

Price performance unbeatable! Everything in the picture including drinks is only 50 euros! The food was all very tasty and the service was very nice, despite the store being full. Big praise and thank you for allowing us to reserve a table for the evening with our baby, as an exception. Tip: Get there early, as some people had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a table.
