Had dinner with friends before going to the cinema. A nice and cozy restaurant. The service staff was friendly and helpful. The portions were the right size, the food was delicious. If the weather is nice, you can also make yourself comfortable on the terrace. Parking facilities are also available.

Really not recommended! The treatment of customers in this store is simply unacceptable. My brother ordered a Long Island Ice Tea, and what he got was little more than a watered down Coke. When he asked for an additional sip of alcohol, the bartender insulted him in front of our entire group. The bartender came rushing over to us from the bar and made a fuss that half the place noticed. The bartender claimed there was enough alcohol in it and assumed my brother had a drinking problem. Unbelievable! My brother wasn't offered any other drink. I also can't recommend pizza for delivery. There is a possibility that there are tobacco residues from the bartender's hand-rolled cigarette on it. He packs the pizzas right next to his tobacco and has the cigarette in his mouth - just disgusting! For our group of five there were only three napkins and four cutlery. I had a pizza with olives - and found seeds spread as a topping! You can really only order here if you're lucky. The menu only partially matches what is actually available. I should ask at the bar to confirm that the drink I wanted was not available on the menu. Luckily I didn't do that, otherwise I would have had to meet the bartender earlier. Overall a very disappointing experience!

Here, you'll be insulted for no reason even if you're making a normal customer request. With this kind of customer service, you should think twice about ordering anything here.

Disrespectful staff I ordered a Long Island ICE Tea and after 25 minutes of waiting I was given a watered down cola. The other 4 people in my group confirmed to me that there couldn't be any alcohol in it. When I politely asked the waitress if I could add some alcohol, everything seemed fine. Then, after a short while, the bartender came rushing in with an aggressive expression on his face and my unchanged drink in his hand (grabbing the rim of the glass from above) and loudly told us that half of the cocktail was alcohol and that under no circumstances would he give me a refill with alcohol. Then he yelled that I was an alcoholic (the tables next to me were also very shocked), gave me back my drink and went back behind the bar where he continued cutting and wrapping pizzas while rolling his cigarettes over the open pizza packaging. We would have liked to just leave again, but since we had been waiting for our food for more than an hour and at this time (10 p.m.) the possibilities of finding a restaurant nearby with an open kitchen were very limited, we decided to stay. Conclusion: It wasn't worth the wait and I absolutely can't recommend this store.

The food is always great – no matter what I order, it is always fresh, tasty and of high quality. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is very friendly. I always enjoy coming here because I know I can always expect a great meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good food in Heidelberg!

Very tasty food! We had the Caesar salad and the sweet potato cheeseburger. Large portions, almost too much for one person. The service was very attentive. Always worth recommending in conjunction with a visit to the cinema.

Das Qube Signature Bar & Restaurant in Heidelberg ist ein besonderer Ort in der Bahnstadt. Die Signature Bar sieht schick aus, hat richtig guten Drinks und ein tolles Ambiente. Das Barteam ist sehr professionell und weiß, wie man die Gäste verwöhnt. Man kann dort entspannt einen Cocktail trinken und einfach abschalten. Das Restaurant selbst punktet mit einer kreativen Mischung aus regionaler, mediterraner und internationaler Kräuterküche. Es wird wirklich viel Wert darauf gelegt, dass die Zutaten frisch und natürlich sind. Alles wird genau auf den Punkt zubereitet, und der Service ist nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch echt aufmerksam. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Besonders im Sommer kann man unvergessliche Abende verbringen, mit einem tollen Ausblick über das Heidelberger Tal.

Very worth seeing and a great bar, the food is expensive but worth the price. You can spend a lovely evening with friends here. The staff is polite and the place (especially the tables and other ambience) are clean.

Cenamos en este restaurante. En general, la comida era bastante buena. Los platos eran grandes y buenos. El restaurante y el ambiente del bar es muy agradable. Nuestra reserva era para 2030 , pero llegamos hacia 2040 . Nos sorprendió que ya querían cerrar la cocina y nos dijeron que pidiéramos solo un plato. La comida se servía bastante rápido, pero todos los demás aspectos del servicio eran lentos. El precio de los platos estaba en el lado superior. También nos sorprendió que nos pidieran pagar 16 euros por el agua del grifo.

The restaurant makes a clean and friendly impression. The food and drinks are quickly picked up by the service and brought to the table quickly. On sunny and warm days, the terrace offers a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the ambience is somewhat diminished by the large construction sites around it. The price-performance ratio is okay, you get good portions for your money. Would love to come back at any time. You can also easily combine a visit to a restaurant with a visit to the cinema.

Went to Heidelberg for a long weekend with a group of 16. Not reserved and just come in in the evening. Food was great! Drinks came promptly and the service was very accommodating. We visited the restaurant again 2 days later because everyone was very satisfied. The food for 16 people was served within about 20 minutes. So we had a great evening, really delicious food and a lot of fun. Definitely coming back here next time you visit Heidelberg.

Das QUBE Bahnstadt kann ich nur empfehlen: TOPP SERVICE, TOPP ZIMMER, TOPP FRÜHSTÜCK. Ich unterbreche hier immer auf meiner Fahrt ich München. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön modern eingerichtet, so dämm man sich sehr wohl fühlt! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist SEHR umfangreich.

On the terrace it is very uncomfortable and carelessly furnished, the high ceiling and the number of tables, everything seems superimposed, especially since the ceiling has water damage and is partly crumbling down. The hamburger and ingredients were good, but unfortunately cold, the restaurant was manageably full , it all took a long time until it was at the table, there was no serving and cutlery after the starter, but everything was served upon request. All in all, we'll be back.

We had ordered 2 tables at short notice, we were a group of around 25 children and 15 adults, we were greeted warmly and served very well, the drinks arrived quickly and the food was delicious. If we are in Heidelberg again we will definitely eat at this restaurant again (I liked the cheeseburger best)

Wir waren an 2 Abenden in der Bar. Die Atmosphäre sprach uns bereits am ersten Tag an. Das war auch der Grund, dass wir auch am 2. Abend die Bar besuchten. Besonders positiv fielen die netten Mitarbeiter der Bar auf. Sehr freundlich, flott und immer für einen Spruch bereit.

Actually everything was great. Well, the parking situation there is modest and compared to the construction site, but the food was great and it came quite quickly. Unfortunately we had to ask for the bill 3 times and finally went in to pay because it took a really long time. Maybe there was a lot going on but it wasn't crowded.

Very satisfied from the food to the ambience, the table reservation went without any problems. A great opportunity to get together before or after going to the cinema.

The Metropolis has made a 180 degree turnaround. After a long time we were there again. The portions have become larger (compared to before) and the food was no longer lukewarm but hot and tasty. The service is very competent and friendly.

Super nice atmosphere, there are lots of great pictures hanging on the walls. The service is really on point, given the large location, top. Our food came super quickly. The portions are really big, so I was full again the next day 😁. We had pizza and salads. The cocktails were really nicely presented. And to all COFFEE LOVERS - the restaurant has a portafilter machine 😍 and the coffee tastes wonderful. Gladly again

The service was super slow. After drinks, it took them a long time to come and ask for the food orders. They served big portuons, i did not leace hungry. The burger was nice. The cranberry lemonade was great. Ungortunately the dessert was terrible. The tiramisu was not made with masxarpone, it had an extremely strong coffee taste, and last but least i think it was partially frozen. The chocolate fondant was overvaled and so the inner part was not liqzid and most likely it was also frozen at some point.

Good rump steak and good advice on how it tastes best (medium). The meat is fried to perfection and can be fried further if necessary. Nothing stays raw and the meat tastes perfect. The side salad, which is also included with many dishes, is very large (enough for 2 people). The side dishes are also delicious and fill you up and would be enough for two people. The waitresses are very friendly, the atmosphere is nice. I recommend that you, of course if you have enough money, go to the cinema after a good meal and watch a good film with friends. You can also treat yourself to something :). That rounds off the meal again. It's really worth a visit. Thank you for the lovely evening :).

Large but still cozy, nice and courteous staff, drinks and food are good and reasonable prices. Everything was always clean, I like it there :) Addendum for 2024: I would give the rating I gave again, but the Metropolis is no longer an option for us due to the exaggerated price increases. You can understand a lot in this day and age, but it borders on rip-off. I'd rather spend the money in more upscale cuisine, where it might be justified. A pity...

At Metropolis I not only experienced culinary highlights, but also excellent service. The young tall waitress was extremely nice and friendly which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere helped make my visit to Metropolis a thoroughly successful experience.

Me and my wife were there on Sunday before the cinema! The two nice ladies who worked that day let us in before the restaurant opened, which made us very happy. Everything was simply delicious, whether it was the homemade lemonade or the pasta we had. Very attentive staff! We will be back definitely!

We waited more than an hour for our food even though it wasn't busy! We told the waitress several times that we hadn't received the food yet, but she kept saying it's still coming, it's still coming! After an hour we didn't get any food and canceled our order. Never again!

We were there in the evening for a quick nightcap and therefore didn't eat. The staff is extremely friendly and quick. The drinks menu is well sorted and the price-performance ratio is very good. I ordered an Irish whiskey and the bartender gave me a small sample of his favorite whiskey. But what impressed me most was the following. A very drunk man entered the restaurant and wanted to order a schnapps. The bartender explained to him in a very friendly and calm manner that he couldn't do this out of consideration for the other guests. But he would like to get a glass of water on the house. A truly great gesture and a very good sensitivity for people that is rarely experienced today. Very high praise!!

Had something to eat after going to the cinema. The service was very rude/had an arrogant demeanor and the order was taken incorrectly even after repeating our two orders several times. We had the homemade lemonade twice, one of which was wrong and two burgers + fries, the side dishes on the burgers were wrong and the fries were cold. The waiter's colleague was again very nice and also apologized for his colleague and asked if we would like to have something else / which we then politely declined.

The food tasted good, but was expensive. Cocktails delicious. Unfortunately the conditions are overwhelming. During our stay, the conditions fell apart three times and unfortunately we had to wait forever after eating for the table to be cleared, even though the staff walked past the table several times. If the food and drink hadn't impressed us so much, we would probably have given three stars. Dear team, your shop is modern and you have a great menu, make something of it.
