Very tasty and allergy-friendly! Allergens were clearly marked and could easily be omitted.

It was delicious and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh! I created my own vegan bowl and was very pleased with the nutritional information! The quinoa and vegan meatballs were warm, the power peanut dressing was incredibly tasty, as were the fresh vegetables and pomegranate seeds. I received my order within minutes and everyone was very friendly! I think your concept is fantastic! 👍

We ordered four bowls for home delivery. None of them were prepared correctly. The vegan bowl was missing the falafel – it was just rice and salad. The second bowl contained chicken even though we ordered meatballs. The third bowl was missing the expensive extras we ordered. And the last one was missing the egg we ordered and paid for separately. It's normal for *one* mistake to happen. But for not getting a single one of the four bowls to be prepared as ordered is unacceptable, especially considering the prices.

Very tasty food, including a good vegan selection. Prices are fair overall. The atmosphere is okay, more of a snack bar than a restaurant, but it's good for that. :)

A good place for a tasty and balanced meal, but it's expensive. 17 euros for a salad is still too much for me. The salad itself was delicious, but the price is unjustified.

We visited Compleat and initially found the concept intriguing. Ordering via tablet worked well – but that was unfortunately the only positive aspect. For almost €15 per bowl, you get extremely little – the portion was tiny and bore no resemblance to the full, attractively presented bowls in the pictures. The value for money is absolutely terrible. Furthermore, they offer a free drink for a 5-star review – which probably explains the many positive reviews. It's questionable whether this even complies with Google's guidelines!

A young employee named Julia proved to be incredibly polite, competent, and helpful. A real pleasure.

After a long walk through the old town and a beautiful finale at the castle, hunger began to set in. I calmly ordered at the terminal and quickly received my food with a smile. Full and cheerful, I'd happily recommend this restaurant!

We got a discount code from F+U academy for 1,000 points in the compleat app, upon registration, unfortunately it did not work. However, we approached the staff for help, and they kindly gave us another offer as an alternative. The staff is kind and attentive and the service is good. The food was also very tasty. We got the protein pasta and the rice with chicken and veggies.

The food here is great, and the concept is cool. But it's really damn expensive. You have to expect to pay at least €15 for a bowl; you can't really get any cheaper. The portions are still filling. The tables aren't always wiped down regularly.

the place is clean and pretty and the staff is nice, but the food is mediocre and very expensive for what it is. the rice was clumpy (and it was basmati rice for some reason), the vegetables are okay, and the pre-packaged dressing tastes just sweet and nothing else. it was very disappointing :(

I've eaten here several times and ordered delivery. Unfortunately, some bowls were discontinued, and the prices, it seems to me, have gone up. A simple bowl easily costs €21. Something's wrong, and I'm one less regular. Unfortunately.

The ice cream disappointed me. It was poorly presented, tasted rather bland, and unfortunately, at €7, it was far too expensive. While I usually find the savory dishes very tasty, I wouldn't recommend the ice cream.

My visit to Compleat Food was an experience I wouldn't wish on any enemy. Ordering a rice and chicken bowl sounded harmless at first. What came next was a complete culinary disaster: dry rice that had probably been waiting in the warming box since the store opened for its big appearance, chicken that had voluntarily given up any semblance of juiciness, and a tastelessness that was second to none. Spices? None. Love? Also missing. But hey, who wants good food when you can also be served pure resignation? The service topped everything: an employee who had apparently just lost her last joy in life practically threw the bowl over the counter to me - of course without a smile, without a greeting, without anything. I have rarely experienced a dish being served to me with so much passive aggression. I should have paid the entrance fee for that alone. In terms of price, the whole thing is at gourmet level - except that the only gourmet here was my stomach, which protested after two bites. My conclusion: Compleat Food is the perfect place for everyone who wants to know for once in their life what it feels like to be made to pay for disappointment, ignorance and culinary horror. Personally, I have decided to put my taste buds on mourning leave.”

Absolute mess! We ordered two bowls, but unfortunately, they forgot the sauces. I think anyone who's ever had a bowl knows that it's barely edible without sauce. After we called, the only suggested solution was to cancel the seasoning, worth 0.80 cents each. I didn't want to accept that. Another suggestion to credit the entire order was rejected. Unfortunately, no other solution was offered. I wouldn't recommend anyone to enter this store.

After a few days of the typical heavy German meals, this place was a much-needed breath of fresh air. The food was incredibly fresh, and the service was top-notch. The space itself was spotless, which made for an even more enjoyable experience. I loved how it offered a healthier alternative without compromising on taste or convenience. It was a much-needed break from the usual meat and potatoes, and I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for something light and fresh, this is the place to go!

We were in Heidelberg this week and visited Compleat for the first time. We really had a great meal on site in the shop (3 seats by the window and a few tables in front of the shop). We met super friendly staff who even helped us with the digital order (we would have been lost without them). I can only recommend Compleat Heidelberg to anyone who wants to eat very well and healthily. Super large portfolio of offers. 100 points or 5 stars on Google!

I really enjoy going to Compleat but since yesterday there is no longer the option to order a small bowl. I think that's a shame because I don't need a large portion :( I don't understand why this was abolished

The food quality is terrible. I ordered a bowl with mixed vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, and pepperoni), but they smelled and looked fermented. When I informed the waiter, he dismissed my concern, saying, "That's how they're supposed to smell and taste." He didn’t even consider replacing the bowl or offering an alternative. Either the staff is poorly trained, or I overestimated the service here. To make things worse, the place is disgustingly dirty—tables included. Never again.

Lots of delicious bowls, easy and modern ordering via “kiosk”, some of them are priced steeply, but you can find something for around €9. Orders are usually made quickly depending on the time, around 12 p.m. is fine. The employees are generally relaxed. Ambience ok but very small, not ideal for eating on site (indoors).

Paying customers are not served. No go! Rude boss, refused to serve me. He was visibly uncomfortable that I was there. He sent me away because he was apparently too friendly to homeless people in the past and "they all hung around here." I had enough money and just wanted to take something with me.

Unfortunately, my order has been prepared incorrectly three times, even though I specifically stated each time that I didn't want peanuts because of an allergy. Nevertheless, there were peanuts in the food, which is not only annoying but also dangerous. In addition, I always had to wait a long time for the food to be remade, even though I had pre-ordered. The service should urgently pay attention to special requests to avoid such mistakes.

I put the meal together myself beforehand. The fresh, filling and delicious bowl was ready within a very short time! I chose the chicken, mango, cucumber, avocado, rice and additional tzatziki and guacamole. In my opinion, definitely recommended for anyone who wants to eat a healthy bowl. The only point of criticism is that I spent 20 euros for a single bowl, but that could also have been due to the way I put it together!

We ordered two bowls to take away today: “A lot helps a lot” and “Rainbowl”. Unfortunately, we discovered at home that the spinach and corn were missing from the Rainbowl. Both bowls taste good, the food is fresh, the vegetables are crunchy. Because two ingredients were left out without any information, the large portion unfortunately turns out to be too small and you are left hungry. :(

Food was really good. Customer service was non-existent. Ordering is done via tray. Employee with a cold without a mask prepares the bowl.

I've eaten there twice now and plan to eat there again because it's really tasty and you have sooooooooo many options to choose the bowl that suits you! You can even put together your own bowl. I also think it's very cool that the calories are listed on each bowl and you get your money's worth even as a vegetarian or vegan. Clear recommendation!

Great poke combination. Super fresh and delicious. There is a lot to choose from, my personal favorite is the Mr Olympia Poke. The menu also includes clear whey protein drinks and healthy bars.
