We ate at the Meersburger Weinstube several times during our stay in Meersburg. It's beautifully located in the old town (Upper Town) and offers cozy outdoor seating and very pleasant interiors. We received a very friendly and warm welcome and service each time, and special requests (e.g., regarding side dishes) were accommodated in a straightforward and responsive manner. The menu features simple and elaborate dishes, all of which reflect the region and were exceptionally delicious. The char fillet and veal cheeks on the last evening were divine. Be sure to try the affogato! We've never had it served so refined and beautifully. The Meersburger Weinstube: A definite recommendation!

I have no idea how this restaurant got a 4.9 rating. Mediocre food, soggy sauce on the pork loin. Much too loud music inside, and it's very dark. But the staff is very friendly, and the outdoor seating is nice. That's why it gets 3 stars.

On Tuesday we went to the wine bar for dinner with friends. It was a great evening and the wine bar team also contributed to it. The food tasted very good and was of good quality. The service was great, friendly, attentive, just as you would imagine. Highly recommended...will definitely come back.

5 stars Sometimes life writes the best stories: met an old friend – “Come on, Meersburger Weinstube!” – said, done. And then? Steak like from a picture book - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, to the point. If I had had a crown with me, I would have crowned it! The service? Not particularly funny, but super friendly, attentive and really on the ball. In short: great food, friendly service - here you feel welcome like you are with good friends. I'll be back. With buddy. And very hungry. And maybe a crown for your next steak.

While walking around the upper town, I curiously read the menu and the display in front of the door. It was lunchtime anyway and I was already hungry. We spontaneously decided to eat here. Best decision of the day. Excellent service from very nice staff coupled with excellent lunch, both in terms of taste and to the eye. Preheated plates and bowls with the side dishes complete the whole thing. It doesn't get any better. An absolutely recommended restaurant with a very nice interior.

Eine gastfreundliche Oase inmitten von geschichtlichem Flair. Das Ambiente stimmt, die angebotenen Köstlichkeiten frohlocken dem Gaumen. Übersichtlich, frisch und sehr gute Kompositionen dazu ein sehr stimmiges Weinangebot. Was will man mehr. Wir sind immer wieder begeistert und kommen wieder, egal in welchem Lokal ihr serviert 😉. Alle zufrieden. Tatjane hat uns durch die liebevoll restaurierten Räume geführt. Das war das I Tüpfelchen. Das Lokal ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. We had an excellent lunch, my wife had the sweet potato soup with shrimp and I the grilled avocado salad with shrimp. Ambience was very nice and the wine very good too.

A gem of a restaurant in a perfect location tucked away in Meersberg old town. Excellent wine selection and expert advice, I enjoyed the braided veal cheeks and jus with masked potatoes.

Even late at night you still feel warmly welcome here. The owner was extremely friendly and was happy to treat us to a glass of wine, even though there was only one guest left in the restaurant and the well-deserved evening was about to begin. The price for a bottle of wine to take away was also more than fair. We would love to come back to try the certainly very good food. Thank you for your hospitality and continued success.

Beautiful place and good food. The service really wasn't particularly friendly, although we were always very nice. When she said goodbye, she was so pissed off and only wished her a nice day as she ran away. At first we thought she was annoyed about the tip but we rounded it up from €63 to €70, which we thought was pretty fair even though she hadn't been particularly nice before. It's a shame when you don't feel welcome from the start and the atmosphere is negative for no reason...

We stopped by this restaurant when visiting Lake Konstanz. It is a delightful and cozy spot with good wine. The atmosphere is super chill, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass wine. The staff are friendly as well.

It's a mystery to me how an average of 4.9 is achieved here. The food is mediocre at best (potatoes were still a bit hard, hollondaise sauce was tasteless) and the interior is very dark. Prices are okay.

Very nice restaurant in the upper town, a little away from the hustle and bustle but still in the middle of it all. In principle there are 4 rooms: the main room, the vault, the second inner part next door and the places outside. Everything was spotless. The service is very friendly, attentive and unobtrusive but also has recommendations ready. The food is sufficiently portioned, tastes very good and the look is also harmonious. Price/performance ratio completely suitable. We can highly recommend the Meersburger Weinstube.

An incredibly nice, unobtrusive, attentive, guest-oriented service. It's a shame I didn't ask the gentleman his name. The onion roast was the best I have ever eaten. The jus was to drink out of the cup!!!! The meat on point. Couldn't have done better. The atmosphere is great, great impact with little fanfare. Unfortunately discovered on the last day. The next time we visit we will make reservations from home for all evenings. Thanks for the great food and excellent service.

I can't say anything about the food, I was just there to drink some wine. For a place called "Weinstube" the selection of open wines is very limited and boring. Nevertheless, it was pleasant here and the Edeka wine in the cheap glass also tasted good.

Luckily we made the right decision and ended up at the Meersburger Weinstube! Really great location with exceptionally good service and very tasty food. An all-round successful evening, thank you very much! We would be happy to come back next time we visit Lake Constance.

On the first day we were there in the evening to end the evening. The wine was very good and from Meersburg. We were always served immediately and got everything we wanted. Very nice atmosphere in the interior and also in the toilets, which were very modern and also very clean. On the second day we had dinner outside. The asparagus soup, the salad and the apple fritters for dessert were exceptionally good and are recommended. The Dennete was good. The cheese spaetzle as well, however, lacked the intense cheese flavor (which is of course a matter of taste) The portions of the cheese spaetzle were a bit small. Beer, the aperitif and the juices were also very, very good. A little more expensive than others in Meersburg but still a recommendation.

One of the best restaurants we've been to so far! The food was really great, the waiter (boss?) was extremely friendly. Very cozy place, especially the outside area. The wine (Primitivo) is highly recommended. Even the music in the background was great. And there was even a grappa on the house :) We happened to be there the first evening to have a drink. We liked the atmosphere so much that we reserved a table for the next evening. Initially we sat inside, but when a table became available outside, we were offered it straight away! Unfortunately, we were only there on our last evening at Lake Constance, otherwise we would definitely have gone there again. 100% recommendation if you are in Meersburg!

I am regularly a guest in the Meersburger Weinstube, and I can only rave about the quality of service and food. The staff is friendly, and most importantly, exceedingly competent. Once, due to an allergy, the lunch special was changed to include a different protein, without hesitation and without changing the price. I was very thankful and am happy to regularly return for the excellent food and quality atmosphere.
