Guten service und ganz nett. Ich würde es empfehlen.

Grundsätzlich war das Essen okay aber nicht überragend. Der neue Unterschied zwischen Mbassy und Le Cou Cou konnte uns nicht wirklich klar gemacht werden. Großer Nachteil, der letztlich für uns auch der Grund ist nicht wiederzukommen, ist der Umgang bzw. die mangelnde Flexibilität. Wir hatten einen hochwertigen Gutschein, dieser wurde zwar akzeptiert aber da wir nicht die volle Summe verbrauchen konnten, wurde uns für das Restguthaben (immerhin 40 Euro) eine Flasche Wein angeboten statt eines Restguthabens für einen weiteren Besuch. So gewinnt man aus unserer Sicht keine wiederkehrenden Gäste.

A great choice if you are looking for cross over international cuisine that offers something from steak to oriental inspired sharing dishes. The interior is stunning and modern - especially the separee is a top notch spot for a more intimate dining experience. Drinks menu is quite good with some well known red and white options. Nice bubble choices including larger formats (magnum etc.). Staff was super friendly and ensured that we had a great evening.

Für meinen 40. Geburtstag war es das perfekte Restaurant den Abend dort zu verbringen. Service war ausgesprochen herzlich, (ich bin das in Deutschland gar nicht gewohnt) das gab mir echt ein willkommenes Gefühl und meine Mädels fühlten sich sehr wohl. Ich bekam ein Stück cheesecake mit Kerzchen drauf und es wurde sogar ein Ständchen gesungen 🥹 ich kenne so was nur aus dem Ausland 🫶🏻 Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Abend, ich empfehle euch weiter. 🤍 Claudia

A great restaurant with a beautiful ambience and fantastic food. The menu is creative, international and contains delicious surprises for all gourmet palates. The long drinks and cocktails, which can be enjoyed on the weekend with cool DJ music, are also highly recommended :). Gladly again and again!

Unique ambience and the food is next level! We have been here several times and have been surprised every time - a feeling like in New York, Paris, Dubai! In my opinion it is a unique experience and there is no other experience like it in Düsseldorf! 🍸 By the way, an absolute secret tip is the Stateroom jazz club down in the restaurant - perfect after dinner with live jazz and signature cocktails. Great recommendation!

This was a business meeting for eleven people. Our waiter was patient and explained the menu options with some recommendations. We all had a great time and enjoyed the different dishes and drinks. DJ and entertainment were unexpected but a great addition to a beautiful decoration.

Wonderful place for a casual upscale evening with great food, awesome DJ, great wine and service. The food is simply delicious and great presentation without fanfare.

The Mbassy by Franks scores primarily with its prime location, very stylish ambience and very pleasant "chillout" atmosphere late at night. The music animation rounded off the positive first impression. However, the price/performance ratio of the food and drinks I ordered was not right for me. Because the quality couldn't keep up with the high prices. That's a shame, but in my opinion there's still room for improvement ⬆️. Therefore only three stars.

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Konzept mehrere Gerichte zu teilen und kombinieren hat uns Spaß gemacht. Ein wenig internationale Atmosphäre und angenehme Stimmung. Die Getränke im Frank’s Club unten waren allerdings völlig überteuert. Bei live Musik und guter Performance vielleicht vertretbar, da man keinen Eintritt bezahlt, aber für das gebotene Programm unangemessen.

Surprisingly disappointing, it's unbelievable that in such an expensive high-end restaurant, there are nachos and fries as entrees. The menu is very poorly designed, the starters mixed with the main courses, 2 dishes that are restored but from there chicken leg and fried chicken? Are you serious? And to make matters worse, a waitress who not only pressures you to order, but also doesn't understand the guests' communication code. The drinks were poorly served, the liquid was spilled, the whole table was dirty and the glasses were all sticky. I could see the disappointed faces of the guests next to us and it was the same feeling, don't even think about going to this place.

Das „Restaurant“ ist stilvoll eingerichtet und mit DJ und Live-Act war es eine gute Stimmung an einem Samstagabend. Das personal ist super freundlich, auch wenn es an der ein oder anderen Stelle an Erfahrung und Kompetenz fehlte. Auf diesem Preisniveau erwarte ich, dass sich das Personal mit den Gerichten und auch mit den Weinen besser auskennt. Unsere Erwartung an die „Showkitchen“ war hoch, mit Show hatte es aber leider nichts zu tun. Es ist einfach eine offene Küche mit Blick auf die Anrichte. Die Qualität des Essens steht leider nicht im Verhältnis zu den Preisen. Man zahlt für das Ambiente, das sollte man wissen. Wir haben unsere Enttäuschung dem Personal mitgeteilt und hatten das Gefühl, dass man offen für die Kritik war. Wir wurden anschließend auch noch auf einen Drink an der Bar eingeladen und konnten uns so ein Bild von der guten Stimmung im „Restaurant“ machen. Fazit: Cooler Laden mit nettem Personal, aber als Restaurant nicht unsere erste Wahl.

Das Essen war ungenießbar, die Ostern serviert mit eine unpassende Sause, Sashimi weit von topqualität entfernt. Wir haben deswegen gar kein Hauptgericht genommen, sondern in ein anderes Restaurant essen gegangen. Mit Wein 200 Euro gekostet Ambiente top.

Also erst einmal ein Kompliment an das tolle Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider waren die Nachos als Vorspeise nicht frisch (knackig) - Guacamole war gut. Hauptgang Chicken mit grünem Spargel war sehr gut. Tolle Atmosphäre - werde wieder kommen.

he restaurant offers an all-round fantastic experience. From the warm welcome to the perfect service at the table, everything was top. The wine selection and cocktails are top notch and the food, particularly the turbot, was a culinary highlight. The live music, DJ and drum sounds created a lively atmosphere, and the jazz bar in the basement was a perfect end to the evening. Overall, a place that I can only warmly recommend for an unforgettable evening.

Super stylish shop with a very cozy and cool atmosphere. The amount of food is quite manageable, but damn tasty. The cocktails are also absolutely recommended, the look and taste are just really good. The only drawback was the service. Which is actually astonishing, because it felt like there were a lot of service people milling around. The service staff were actually super friendly and helpful, but unfortunately orders sometimes took forever or were even completely forgotten. Most of the main courses for the 6 of us came at completely different times. One person forgot part of the main course and another person even forgot the entire main course. After asking several times, she finally got her food after what felt like an eternity. But everyone else was already done with it. The same thing happened again and again with the cocktails. So if the service is optimized a bit, it could really be a great store! ;)

Our experience at mbassy was extremely disappointing. Despite a reservation for 16 people, we were literally left out in the cold because something went wrong with the booking. Despite the fact that the restaurant already had several free tables at that time, the incompetent lady at the reception refused to offer us a seat or to put more chairs at our table. Instead of receiving us appropriately, we were coldly sent away and forced to look for an alternative nearby. This proved particularly difficult as there were no easy options at that time and during a trade fair. The lack of professionalism and disinterest in our well-being left a bitter aftertaste. Such a renowned restaurant should treat its guests better.

It's a terrible place. The problem started at the door. We made a reservation for 15 people and they wanted to separate us into two groups. The person checking the reservations at the door said that instead of correcting his mistake with his nose in the head, he also said that we do not have a spare table, we cannot provide spare chairs. I have never seen a place with such bad ambiance and such bad service.

We did not make reservations, sine it did not have any availability, regardless we took our chances and decided to walk in and it was packed! However, Kristina, Jacob and Victoria’s warm welcome and hospitality made our dinner memorable and very special! They have found a place in a corner of the bar and treated us with utmost kindness and respect! Food: Oysters with Yuzu is delicious and perfectly paired with a nice bubbly rose. Every dish we have ordered made with high quality and well put together ingredients and flavors that complement each other and the wine or cocktails you order. In addition, their live dj and drummer 🪘 made this restaurant an amazing experience with a trendy beats of the deep house music and a synchronized and harmonious musical playlist that urges everyone to dance! LOVED IT!

Licht und Schatten liegen beieinander. Leitungswasser zu fast 8.-- € sowie billigsten Wein( EK 3.20 / Liter) zu 14 € je knapp 0.2 zu verkaufen ist dreist. Ein Mini Brot Körbchen ( 4 schmale Streifen aufback Baguette zu 3,80) ist extrem unverschämt Moskau Moule mit 15 € unangemessen teuer, nicht wohlschmeckend aber immerhin im. Kupfer Becher Essen sehr kreativ & lecker Leider zersetzen die die o. a. Punkte sowie die Aufmerksamkeit eines Teils des Service Personals - hier von extrem unaufmerksam bis gut alles vertreten- den guten Eindruck des Essens. Beschallung viel zu laut.

Wir waren an einem Samstagabend um 19:30 im Mbassy- netter Empfang und sehr schickes Ambiente machten uns freudig gespannt. Leider war aber nach 10 Min immer noch niemand an unserem Tisch gewesen, um einen Aperitif-Bestellung aufzunehmen oder die Karten auszuhändigen, obwohl es noch sehr leer war und die Kellner entspannt miteinander plauderten. Nachdem das auf Nachfrage erledigt war, bestellten wir Whiskey Sour, Basil Smash, Prawn Ceviche (23,80€) und Tatar-Tostadas (17,80€). Die Cocktails waren super, das Essen leider nicht und wir waren froh, zunächst nur die Vorspeise bestellt zu haben, denn da auch der Service nicht aufmerksamer wurde, hatten wir so die Gelegenheit, nach 45 Min zu zahlen und zum Hauptgericht in unser Lieblings-Restaurant zu wechseln, um den Abend zu retten. Was war am Essen so schlecht? Die Prawn Ceviche bestand aus 6 kleinen Garnelen im Ganzen, die in einem suppigen Sud schwammen- und meiner Meinung nach waren die Garnelen nicht roh in Zitronensaft mariniert, sondern vorgekocht vermengt worden. Das typische zarte Ceviche-Feeling fehlte völlig. Die zwei kleinen Tatar-Happen sahen gut aus, waren aber (wie die Ceviche) nicht sehr geschmacksintensiv und der Tostada-Cracker, auf dem das Tatar angerichtet war, schmeckte auch unangenehm bitter. Nach Pfeffer und Salz mussten wir explizit fragen und Brot gibt es bei den Preisen auch nicht gratis dazu. Als ich auf die Nachfrage, wie es uns geschmeckt habe, meine Verwunderung über die seltsame Ceviche angebracht habe, gab es die leider typische Replik, dass die immer so bei ihnen gemacht würde. Aha, das ist ja schön, aber nicht befriedigend… ergo: zum Cocktail eine coole Location, zum Essen überteuert, ohne entsprechenden Genuss und Freude zu vermitteln.

We went to MBassy for the first time because of a very positive article in the RP. The ambience and especially the food were excellent. The service was a bit too much of an effort for us; we kept getting interrupted because someone felt compelled to refill the glasses. However, the unpleasant thing came at the end, no one had told us that there was another reservation for the table, we were then suddenly asked to leave the table and, if necessary, have a cocktail at the bar. I have never experienced anything like this before. That made us forget about good food because the cocktails didn't have the quality we had hoped for. This confirmed a warning we received before, “More appearance than reality”

Frank in Düsseldorf is an absolute hotspot for music lovers and foodies alike. The hot beats create an intoxicating atmosphere, which is perfectly complemented by an extremely courteous staff. The evening is brought to perfection here, surrounded by delicate delicacies that melt in your mouth. This store simply has to be experienced.

Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right at all. Even if the location is nice and the food tasted good, the service did not match the prices. It took a long time until we were seated, no greeting from any of the service staff when we entered, a long time until cards were brought and in general the small 1x1 is not known for good service. We didn't have our drinks for the first course yet (by the way: Aperol for €17 is also cheeky..), No bread was offered with the kimchi, although it was really brutally hot, main courses were lukewarm, plates were carelessly stacked on top of each other when they were cleared away with leftovers still on them, no one asked for dessert or coffee and tap water was served in glass carafes for just under €8. Bread basket with 4 small slices was also charged for €3.80 without saying anything... all in one unfortunately disappointing, although the menu sounds good and the boys in the open kitchen also did their thing passionately. Really a shame & disappointing!

Coole Location. Essen war lauwarm und geschmacklich durchschnittlich. Serviceteam nicht einspielt, aber Anett wenn auch nicht wirklich professionell.

Der Besuch war leider ein absoluter Reinfall. Die Kellner waren maßlos überlastet. Um Bestellungen aufzugeben musst man mehrmals auf sich aufmerksam machen, wenn man das nicht getan hätte wären keine Bestellung aufgenommen geworden. Das Personal ist nicht ein mal von sich aus zu uns gekommen. Wartezeiten auf die Vorspeise waren 60min. Selbst eine Schale Oliven dauerte eine Stunde. Nach 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit haben wir nach dem Hauptgang gefragt worauf der Kellner im vorbeigehen antwortete: der Hauptgang ist gleich bei euch! Weitere 30 Minuten später hatten wir erneut gefragt und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Hauptgang heute nicht mehr kommt, da der Koch unsere Bestellung übersehen habe. Als Wiedergutmachung wurde uns angeboten, wir sollen doch bitte noch mal kommen und uns vom Gegenteil überzeugen lassen. Auf die Rückfrage was das bedeutet wurde und ein Aperitif aufs Haus vorgeschlagen. Das grenzt an eine Beleidigung. Wir sind nach 2,5 Stunden rumsitzen an dem Abend hungrig nach Hause mit einer 70€ Rechnung für 2 Getränke eine Flasche Wasser und 2 Vorspeisen. Absolute Frechheit, was sich hier erlaubt wird.

Basically a great shop. Good food and great drinks. I would like to leave a good review, but I can only advise women against this. Late in the evening the DJ physically harassed me in the ladies' room in a very unpleasant way and blocked my way to the exit. I was really scared! A friend of mine was in the store 3 weeks later and had a similar experience. It probably happens often and cannot be tolerated. The staff also knows about it!!!

Leider waren an unserem Abend bereits drei Hauptgerichte (Auswahl allgemein überschaubar) bereits ausverkauft. Sehr enttäuschend, da wir auch nicht vorab informiert wurden. Die Vorspeisen waren durchgehend lecker, die Hauptspeise für unseren Geschmack sehr Knoblauchlastig (und wir können etwas ab). Aber Preis-Leistung wäre in Frage zu stellen.

Unfortunately I have to say that the restaurant does not offer what it promises according to the website and online reviews. The service is extremely poor and more intentional than skillful. We were greeted very warmly at the door at the beginning and the person's birthday was also mentioned. We were then taken to the table and our jackets to the cloakroom. The menu was explained to us and we ordered, among other things, all of the waitress's recommendations. The aperitif came in a reasonable time. We also ordered a bottle of white wine with our meal. They then tried to persuade us to try another wine on the grounds that the one we had chosen was not in stock. However, it wasn't a real alternative (Riesling instead of Chardonnay). After rejecting the alternative, a bottle of the selected Chardonnay was suddenly found. About the dishes: We ordered 6 starters as well as bread. After 40 minutes the waitress came and informed us that it could take even longer as one of the starters took longer to prepare. We would have liked this information when ordering and not 40 minutes later, especially since the starters arrived 5 minutes after this information. All starters were tasty, but not as special in taste as we had imagined. An exception to this was the MFC, which was the wow factor on the table. The plates were cleared away quite quickly. We waited another 40 minutes for the main course. Unfortunately, it has to be said that the waitress' recommendation (homemade pilmeni) simply tasted bland and boring. When ordering the US Bavette, the doneness was not asked and the lamb was clearly overcooked. We then sat with empty plates for half an hour and none of the waiters running around (often with empty hands) deemed it necessary to clear the plates, offer us more drinks or bring us the dessert menu. Very unfortunate. In total we were there for 2.5 hours for the starter and main course. From 7 p.m. to around 8 p.m. you could still have a good conversation, after that the music got noticeably louder every half hour until you could finally only have a conversation by screaming. When paying we were asked if we had a nice stay, to which we gave honest feedback and said no. Unfortunately there was no response from the restaurant staff. All in all, we would have liked a much better service given the price range. We definitely cannot recommend the restaurant.

Wir hatten uns sehr auf den ersten Besuch gefreut und hatten hohe Erwartungen. Leider sind diese nicht erfüllt worden. 1. Ambiente ist sehr schön aber leider war es so kalt das uns Decken angeboten wurden…nicht sehr gemütlich. 2. Von den vier bestellten Speisen, waren zwei nicht verfügbar. 3. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. 4. Die bestellten 4 Gerichte sollten nach und nach gebracht werden, wurden aber lauwarm auf einmal gebracht, was dazu führt das die meißten nach kurzer Zeit einfach nicht mehr warm genug waren…Schade. 5. Fazit: Sehr schöne Location mit freundlichem Service. Leider haben die Speisen und Verfügbarkeit unserer Erwartungen nicht entsprochen und damit stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch nicht.

We were really excited to eat at the restaurant on the 31st of December. When we arrived we were told that they were not able to reach us (they called me once before with an unknown mobile phone number). Could you not have at least left a voice mail or sent me an e-mail (I booked a table via OpenTable so since you had my mobile phone number you should have had my e-mail, no?)? Upon arrival they told us that we would have to pay 175€ per person (minimum consumption - unless I got sth wrong?). We were of course perplexed and stunned because we were not expecting that but thought that there was just the standard menu. Why did you not advertise the 175€ p.p for New Year's Eve on your website is my question? We left after that because 175€ p.p. is an insane amount especially if you did not expect it. Thankfully the restaurant Restobar had a free table (we canceled it the day before because we decided on Mbassy) and amazing food so my sour and sad mood changed to a happy one again.

We spent Christmas Eve there, and it was such a nice experience. Michell was very friendly and helped us with the menu by explaining it and recommending what to eat. Friendly staff. Good food. Good Cocktails.

Definitiv schönes Ambiente. Die Speisekarte klingt lecker, jedoch habe ich nicht das bekommen was die Karte versprochen hat und es waren vollkommen andere Zutaten in dem Gericht. Wenn ich eine Flasche Ruinart bestelle, dann sollte diese gekühlt sein und ich würde diese auch gerne erst probieren bevor alle Gläser eingeschenkt werden... Anspruch und Realität sind hier nicht im Einklang, vor allem bei dem hohen Preisniveau.

Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend als Teil einer größeren Gruppe vor Ort. Bewertung nach folgenden 3 Kategorien. Ambiente: Genial! Sehr gemütlich und schick. Service: Gehoben und ohne Makel! Jacken werden abgenommen, Bedienung sympathisch und aufmerksam. Essen: Deutlich Luft nach oben! Gerichte kamen zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten (dauerte insgesamt 5 Minuten). Einige Gerichte wurden trotz Vorbestellung "vergessen". 2 Gerichte kamen stolze 35 Minuten später. Der Lachs kam ohne Quinoa (steht in der Karte!). Geschmacklich in Ordnung, trotzdem könnte man die Gerichtkompositionen besser abstimmen. Ich habe schon wesentlich besser gegessen innerhalb dieser Preisklasse. Fazit: Klasse Ambiente und sehr gute Cocktails! Es gibt am Wochenende Live-Acts und gute Musik. Wer mit seiner Freunden Spaß an Drinks, Musik und Unterhaltung hat, ist hier richtig. Für den Hunger gibt es solides Essen ohne Anspruch auf Exklusivität. Die Küche hat es an vollen Tagen sicher nicht leicht, dennoch sollte man vorbestellte Gerichte für Gruppen einfach hinbekommen...

Wunderschönes Restaurant! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider eine Enttäuschung! Die Location an sich war schön, auch die Musik, aber das Essen war viel zu überteuert! Man bekommt Mini-Portionen für großes Geld, bei Vorspeise & Deserts ebenso. Also von meiner Seite keine Empfehlung!

Schade das man keine Minus Sterne geben kann.. schönes Ambiente, hätte sicherlich auch viel Potential doch leider passt der Rest absolut gar nicht. Service und Personal miserabel , unfreundlich und überheblich … Der Inhaber sollte evtl.mal darüber nachdenken seine Servicekräfte besser zu wählen oder zu schulen wenn er dauerhaft bestehen möchte. Düsseldorf hat definitiv besseres zu bieten was Ambiente, Service und kulinarischen Genuss angeht.

Best choise for high end cuisine and gathering with friends! Very close to a perfect score. Truly remarkable place. Modern interior, great service. Excellent wines to go with a perfect menu. The burrata with crunch was my favorite. The music in the restaurant was too loud. Luckily we were seated in the private suite 🤪 A must for a visit to Düsseldorf and surely worth another go 😍

Das Essen ist wirklich hervorragend! Da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Aber die Lautstärke und das sehr junge, leicht bekleidete Klientel machen einen erneuten Besuch leider zunichte.

The first look of the restaurant is nice and cozy , but around 20:00 became crazy loud and strong bass of the music , chatting with friends I can’t even hear my own voice ! The service is great in the beginning and then became too busy so the quality drop off ! The food is simple but pricy ! 12.50€ for a sliced of non decorated displayed cheese cake ! Later the restaurant is way too loud and busy and chaos that we can’t help to hurry get out of there !

Sehr schönes Ambiente mit gutem Essen und einem ausgezeichneten Service. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wirklich schade, dass die Bestuhlung so dermaßen eng ist: einen Tisch pro Reihe weggelassen und wir hätten klar fünf Sterne vergeben. Aber ich hasse es einfach, wenn ich die Konversation vom Nachbartisch so deutlich mitbekomme: Das muss wirklich nicht sein.

Bistro, Bar und Club sind anständig eingerichtet, aber nichts besonderes. Da hätte ich mehr erwartet. Aber der Service ist überhaupt nicht zufriedenstellend. Vor allem nicht für den Anspruch, den man laut Selbstbeschreibung an sich stellt.

Despite a genuine case of leaving a negative review for a group cancellation in December 2022, the restaurant contacted lawyers and sued through Google for defamation. Warning - if you leave this restaurant a negative review you may be sued by the owners. This is shocking disregard for customer service. I would not recommend this restaurant if you don't want to get into legal trouble.

Restaurant cancelled a group booking last minute for December 2022. It was very dissapointing. It sees that the restaurant has made several overbookings and were taking better offers from exhibitors during an event in the city. This is bad customer service. They suggested other alternatives that were overpriced and poorly reviewed, so we had to find another restaurant for ourselves for a large group of people. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Wir hatten ab 22Uhr einen Tisch für 12Personen reserviert um dort Cocktails zu trinken und einen entspannten Abend zu verbringen. Als wir ankamen wurde uns gesagt das wir zwar eine Reservierung hätten, die zuständige Mitarbeiterin aber krank wäre und unser Tisch nicht frei ist. Wir wurden dann ins Bistro verfrachtet und sollten dort auf unseren Tisch warten. Nach 5min haben wir dann doch einen Tisch bekommen, der allerdings für 6Personen ausgerichtet war und nicht für 12 Personen, wir mussten also extrem gequetscht sitzen, sodass die Stimmung eigentlich schon im Eimer war. Bis wir dann unseren ersten Cocktail bestellen konnten und erhalten haben war mittlerweile kurz nach 23Uhr (also1Std ohne Getränke) uns wurden dann Shots aus Haus gereicht um den Fehler irgendwie wieder gut zu machen. Die Cocktails waren wirklich lecker und das Ambiente wirklich schön, schade das der Service so absolut versagt hat! Beim servieren der Getränke hat der Kellner mir Wasser über den Kopf gekippt weil er alle Getränke über meinen Kopf hinweg angereicht hat statt an mir vorbei, ich kann wahrscheinlich froh sein das es nur Wasser war, die Situation wurde mit einem kurzen "oh Tschuldige" abgehakt. Der Kellner war freundlich aber absolut drüber, stets bemüht könnte man dazu sagen. Die Gesamte Situation hat uns dem Abend und die Geburtstagsfeier ordentlich verdorben. Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung. Wirklich Schade!

Besondere location, essen sehr lecker, Service freundlich. Auch coole Getränke Karte, sowohl mit Alkohol aber auch ausgefallenes ohne Alkohol. Perfekt für Abend mit Freunden/ Gruppen oder vor dem Ausgehen am Wochenende. Etwas teuer, das Ambiente bezahlt man mit. Aber wir würden wieder kommen.

Der Service war bemüht, jedoch unbeholfen. Ein Essen wurde serviert und dann wieder aufgehoben, um es am anderem Tisch zu servieren. Ein absolutes No-Go! Die bestellten Gerichte wurden falsch am Tisch serviert. Die Sprache war unverständlich. Es hat alles sehr lang gedauert. Der Espresso zum Dessert kam beispielsweise viel zu spät. Es war sehr laut! Alles in allem sehr schade! Viel gewollt und nicht gekonnt!

Everything was great except that we had to wait for over two hours for our starters. Tables that had arrived after us were fed and left before we got our starter. We received a free bottle of wine but didn't really make up for the delay.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben einen super schönen und wirklich angenehmen Abend gehabt mit atemberaubendem Essen und tollem Service! Wer nach Düsseldorf kommt sollte unbedingt hier essen gehen!
