Wir waren auch schon bei ein oder zwei Michelin Sternen in und bei Hannover essen. Aber die Vielfalt hier bei Kiku hat beide Erfahrungen vorher deutlich getoppt! 60-70 Einzelzutaten In den zehn Gängen mit drei Köchen zu bewältigen ist einfach beeindruckend. Die Köche haben jeden Gang selber erklärt, und zum Schluss auch noch mit abgeräumt, sehr beeindruckend. Ein Spitzenteam mit sieben sichtbaren Personen. Das Essen war sehr japanisch und asiatisch geprägt mit Internationalen Einflüssen. Das Spiel mit Süße und Schärfe war sehr dezent und sehr beeindruckend. Die Explosion bei der Entwicklung des Geschmacks während des Essens eines Ganges war sehr besonders. Weinbegleitung: das Goldtröpfchen. Für mich ein absoluter Spitzenwein. Für die Michelin- "Jäger" ein absolutes Must-have, auch ohne Stern. Das Appartment über dem Restaurant im Anno 1560 war perfekt.

A wonderful evening at the Pölkenhof! We got a table spontaneously and were greeted warmly and humorously. We started with a solyanka that was second to none. The schnitzel and fried potatoes that followed were absolutely delicious and filled us up nicely. The little ones even got ice cream on top, and everyone was happy. Thank you so much, we felt very welcome! :)

A slice of the Mediterranean in the heart of Quedlinburg: Here you can enjoy a good espresso and authentic Italian food. The pasta is a dream. Whether it's Arrabbiatta, Gorgonzola, Aligo olio, or Napoli. The gnocchi are also wonderful. I've already tried half the menu within four days. A vegetarian burger would be fantastic.

The restaurant "Zum Kuckuck" is located at Lindenstraße 7, 06485 Quedlinburg. It's a fantastic Greek restaurant. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the ambiance is lovely. I once enjoyed several beers and a tender venison goulash there. Both were delicious. The staff is very friendly, helpful, socially competent, and truly excellent.
