Manju Alexa Center in Berlin

The food was average, but the service was disappointing. The staff did not appear customer-focused. A little more attention and courtesy would go a long way. Need to be more polite.

Yesterday, when I entered the top floor of the Alexa Center hungry, I was initially disappointed by the same unappetizing chain restaurants, questionable hygiene, the cheapest fast food, and the smell of frying everywhere. None of it looked inviting. That's why this one restaurant caught my eye. Its clean, tidy, and truly hygienic appearance immediately stood out from the rest of the place, and that's extremely important to me. The employee greeted me warmly, explained everything, and I was able to watch them work. The portion was generous, came with a fresh salad and very good rice, and the salad was complemented by a yogurt sauce that really enhanced the flavor. Everything seemed fresh, cleanly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and nothing like the usual heavy, oily food you get from so many other Indian restaurants. The food was perfectly balanced, fresh, and surprisingly light. I also tried the mango lassi, and it was absolutely perfect – not too sweet, not watery, not thick, not thin, but just the right consistency and a perfectly balanced flavor. For me, this is by far the best place in the entire Alexa Center food court. If I'm ever there again, I'll definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Good food in a noisy environment.

The food was so bad it's hard to imagine. I ordered Chicken Jalfrezi – instead, I got a dish that was overloaded with butter and vegetables, smelled of vinegar, and tasted inedible. They also asked if I wanted it spicy – ​​but the "spicy" mixture was so bad that I felt really uncomfortable for over an hour afterward. The staff seemed completely unprofessional and didn't know how to speak respectfully to each other or to the guests. Communication was a disaster right from the start: If you speak to them in Pakistani, they respond in broken German or English, even though it's immediately clear that they understand Urdu. This behavior seems dishonest and rude. Overall, a very disappointing experience – both the food and the service were abysmal. Absolutely not recommended!

Yummi! The palak paneer is deliciously seasoned, really full-flavored, the chickpea curry a bit spicier. The mango lassi is also great. The dishes come from the hot counter, but (at 12:30 p.m.) they're not overcooked. I can understand if some people find it a bit too hot. In any case, the plated meal is served super quickly, in just a minute. The seating was clean. Given that it's on the second floor of the Alexa, it's naturally a bit noisy. I would come back and would happily recommend it!

Something is changed recently. I had some sort of food poisoning twice after eating it here during week days. I threw up 30 mins after having my lunch here. First time I thought it might be coincidence and i tried it again with different dish but had the same effect. Previously i used to eat on weekends and it was fine.

Whenever I'm in Alexa and need to get something to eat, I really like going here. The portions could be a bit larger, but I've always enjoyed the food. A nice little place where the food is delicious and the service is friendly. I can definitely recommend it! I would give it 5 stars, but: the food is usually lukewarm and the portion sizes are a bit too small. Apart from that, it's a really great place that deserves 4 stars. Definitely go! 😁👍🏻

Menu pictures have nothing to do with what they serve. I have bought a vegetable dish. They didn't give me any vegetables (there were 2 prices of broccoli). I had to fight with them for 20 minutes to get the food I payed for. Avoid at all costs.

The food was served very salty and very cold. The salad is very small, I didn't like it at all. Addition: I complained to the officer, he tasted it, said it was a normal problem and dismissed it. Stay away!!!!!!!

Atmosver AVM finally. Considering that eating in India will not be a very healthy decision (hygiene), you should eat whatever you can find in Berlin. Since we are a nation that loves spices, it also suits our taste. We ate veal. They are worshiped in India, they do not hurt here ☺️ I recommend you to try it. We paid around 45 Euros for 3 people, 3 plates of food and 2 drinks. Enjoy your meal

The first thing you get in the Alexa food court ;-) we just had to eat the smells, very tasty food. We had a thali and biryani vegetables, very tasty. The thali costs around €16 and has 4 dishes with rice and salad. Portions are good and definitely fill you up.
