Sehr gut und preiswert, ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich habe dort kürzlich zu Mittag gegessen. Früher gab es dort ein preiswertes Buffet. Das gibt es wohl nicht mehr. Ich bestellte Hühnercurry, das geschmacklich eher mittelmäßig war. Der Service war aber in Ordnung.

Essen war gut, aber für unseren Geschmack etwas zu wenig gewürzt. Große Auswahl, Portionen groß, man wird gut satt. Preise sind angemessen. Bedingung war nett. Draußen haben wir mit 5 Personen zwar etwas beengt, aber dennoch angenehm gesessen. Drinnen war es zu stickig.

Waren am 14.06.2026 hier; sauberer, etwas karger Innenraum. Karte vielversprechend. Vorspeise leider überwürzt, Hähnchen bei einem Gericht nicht durch. In der Summe leider nicht wirklich gut. Schade. Positiv: angenehme Portionsgröße, sehr nettes Personal.

Lammcurryfleisch zäh und von minderer Qualität. Bedienung phlegmatisch und nicht übermäßig freundlich. Ich gehe lieber woanders hin und zahle ein bisschen mehr.

Wir gehen hier häufiger mal in der Mittagspause essen und sind immer zufrieden.

Die Speisekarte sah vielversprechend aus und ich hatte mich aufs Essen gefreut. Leider wurde mir vom Inhaber untersagt, ein Foto der Karte zu machen. Als ich die Gäste neben mir fragte, ob das wirklich nicht erlaubt sei, kam er auf mich zu und sagte in konfrontativem Ton: "koi problem hai kya?". Danach fühlte ich mich unwohl und bin gegangen, ohne zu bestellen. Das Essen kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich keines hatte, aber der Umgang hat einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Ein bisschen Freundlichkeit würde viel ausmachen. --- The menu looked promising and I was looking forward to eating here. Unfortunately, when I took a photo of the menu, the owner told me not to. When I discussed this with other guests sitting nearby, he came over and said "koi problem hai kya?" in a confrontational tone. I didn't feel comfortable staying after that and left without ordering. I can't rate the food since I didn't eat, but the experience left a bad impression. A little friendliness goes a long way.

Nachtrag: Schade, dass das Mittagsbuffet abgeschafft wurde. Die Mittagskarte ist zwar preiswert, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten in der Nähe nicht mehr so ​​attraktiv. Ich kann es daher nicht mehr empfehlen. Das Mittagsbuffet war jeden Euro wert. Es gab indische Hausmannskost, und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Es war fast schon unser Standard-Mittagslokal. Sehr empfehlenswert!

...wir sind ca 45 min vorm zusperen gekommen und die freundliche Kellnerin hat uns gut aufgeklärt ( gluten, vegetarisch....) und auch in der Kücke haben sich sich ausgekannt.... es hat super gepasst und es hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt...danke dafür!

Essen war ordentlich, aber hätte etwas mehr würze vertragen können. Menge war ausreichend und gut. Fehlte etwas schärfe und Salz. Überraschend mild für ein indisches Restaurant, nicht ganz was wir erwartet hatten. Service war freundlich und schnell. Biente nichts besonderes, typisches Kiezrestaurant.

Mitte März 26 waren wir zu zweit dort. Die Bedienung war rasch und freundlich, das Essen leider nur durchschnittlich. Leider hat meine Begleitung meinen doch eher skeptischen Eindruck bestätigt.

War früher oft und gerne hier, aber mein erster Besuch nach langer Zeit war leider sehr enttäuschend. Geschmacklich alles sehr eintönig und fad. War auch wenig los (ab 20 Uhr waren wir die einzigen). Hat der Betreiber gewechselt oder der Koch? Sehr schade!

Alles war wirklich ausgezeichnet und hervorragend! Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Atmosphäre sehr ruhig und ordentlich, und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und herzlich! Es wird allen empfohlen, die köstlich gewürzten Speisen dieses Restaurants mindestens einmal zu probieren! Ausgezeichnet!

Ich hatte Jackfruit Tikka bestellt. Es wurde ohne den versprochenen Brokkoli und Fenchel serviert. Auch der Minzjoghurt fehlte. Für 10 € wäre es in Ordnung gewesen, aber bei über 20 € pro Gericht erwarte ich, dass das Essen der Speisekarte entspricht. Ich hatte das Tikka wegen der frischen Gemüseauswahl gewählt und war enttäuscht. Das vegane Mango Lassi war hingegen hervorragend.

Hätte gern für den Service volle Punktzahl gegeben. Mir war halt der junge Mann zu 'geschäftsmässig' freundlich

Ein nettes kleines Lokal mit einer großen Auswahl an veganen Gerichten, darunter Lassi und Chai. Probieren Sie das Jackfrucht-Curry oder – falls Sie es nicht so scharf mögen – die Malai Kofta.

Waren hier am Samstag zur Mittagszeit, haben ohne Probleme einen Platz bekommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, vor allem das Tikka Panir und die Samosas. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Bedienung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe bereits viele indische Restaurants ausprobiert, doch dieses ist mit Abstand das beste. Das Essen ist hervorragend und absolut empfehlenswert.

I can't understand the good reviews. The staff is friendly, but the food is tasteless. 'Indian spicy' isn't spicy at all. Not recommended.

The food was delicious and the service very friendly! Unfortunately, there was an almost unbearable musty/moldy smell in the air, which you could even taste when breathing through your mouth. It was so bad that after just a few minutes you felt the need to leave the room as quickly as possible.

Best Indian food in Wedding/Moabit With lunch for €10, a fantastic, varied buffet is simply fantastic. Vegan and vegetarian dishes are also available. The chef and team are very friendly and always have new ideas for the menu. The dishes on the menu are also great; the prawn dishes are highly recommended, as are all kinds of vegan and vegetarian curries.

Very tasty food, and above all, the service was very quick. We'd love to come back!

Shortly before closing time, we only wanted to buy two naan. But the chef gave us two portions on the house.

Very tasty and vegan-friendly lunch buffet! There’s a big variety of different freshly cooked dishes, when we were here there were for example five vegan dishes. We particularly loved the chickpeas with spinach and the different plantain curries. The bread was warm and crispy and the mango lassi very refreshing and had just the fright degree of sweetness. We’ll happily come back! Plus, it’s really nice to sit outside, it’s a calm and green street with a nice small terrace :)

Hello everyone, This isn't about the food, but rather the behavior of the employee...Friday night, my girlfriend's best friend was sexually harassed by an employee as she was leaving the restroom.

We live in the area and really love coming here since a few years already. Very friendly staff and absolutely delicious food! We loved the vegan Jaffna curry especially, and the veggie biryani rice. We even got to taste some extra dishes we didn’t order!

I went there with a friend for dinner, and unfortunately, the food was very salty. My friend and I ordered two different dishes, but both sauces had the same flavor and, unfortunately, were both very salty. Friendly staff!

I don't know if something has happened the day I've been, but the service was very messy and the food quality poor. They got confused with the orders and we had to wait long, the food was tasteless and the naan raw.

Coming to this place for the third time now. Good time to right a holistic review. Food is authentic and served with so much love. From buffets to dinner. Everything was worth trying. :) The Tamil Chicken Curry and Mango lassi has been my constants everytime I come here. If you're up for trying some Indian food, this is THE place for you. 💯💯💯

The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious — every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. This I liked the most ( Dosa and Idly ) The service was equally impressive; the staff were attentive, courteous, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience that I would gladly recommend to others.

The food came pretty quickly and was hot. The first meal was okay. I ordered extra spicy, but unfortunately it was barely spicy. The second meal was also okay, but a bit watery. The walk to the restrooms takes some getting used to. The service was very friendly.

The food here is so so so good!!! The vegetarian and vegan options are plenty and very tasty, I would highly recommend the plantain in lentil dal (number 48). You just have to wait quite a long time so do not come with an overly empty stomach! The prices for the food are super fine, the dishes are usually between 10-13 euros. You always get a table, which is also very nice in Sprengelkiez. Bring cash because you will probably need it.

The food was really delicious, but unfortunately we were seated rather awkwardly at the back in the aisle. There was also an awkward moment when one of the cooks tried to feed me. I found it intrusive. I know how to use a knife and fork and don't need help from a stranger.

A One Time Restaurant Experience It was just about a month ago, lI found myself standing in front of Naveena Path restaurant, its chairs stacked and the lights dimmed. The owner was moments away from locking up when I approached him, hopeful yet hesitant. I asked if he had any leftover food for takeaway or just something simple, anything at all. He looked at me without dismissal, but with an almost serene calmness. “No,” he replied gently, “I’m afraid there’s none left.” Disappointment must have briefly written itself across my face because in the very next breath, he asked, “How hungry are you?” And then, something remarkable happened. Without a second thought, he turned around, unlocked the door, and invited me inside. “Come in,” he said. He made his way to the kitchen, rolled up his sleeves, and asked, “What would you like to eat?” I was speechless. He didn’t warm up leftovers. He didn’t point to a microwave. He cut fresh vegetables. He turned on the stove. He cooked. No one! no one apart from my mother, has ever done something like this for me. Earlier, I had insisted that I could only pay by card, but he waved it off with a light smile. “Come back tomorrow,” he said casually said. After preparing the meal, he packed it up, handed it to me, and slipped a business card into the bag. Then, with a warm but resolute voice, he said: “This meal is on the house. Go and send people to me.” A week later, I returned to thank him in person. I had to. Gratitude demanded it. But even that didn’t feel like enough. And so, here I am, sharing this story with all of you, not just to express thanks, but to remind us that humanity still exists. This man, this restaurant owner, and his team are living proof that kindness is not a myth, that compassion still walks among us in aprons and chef’s hats, behind counters and in quiet acts of generosity. These small wonders move mountains. This is why I ask you, dear reader, to visit this restaurant. El propietario estaba a punto de cerrar cuando me acerqué a él, esperanzado pero indeciso. Le pregunté si tenía restos de comida para llevar o algo sencillo, cualquier cosa. Me miró sin desdén, sino con una calma casi serena. “No”, respondió suavemente, “me temo que no queda ninguno”. La decepción debió haberse dibujado brevemente en mi cara porque en el siguiente suspiro, me preguntó: “¿Cuánta hambre tienes?” Y entonces ocurrió algo notable. Sin pensarlo dos veces, se dio la vuelta, abrió la puerta y me invitó a entrar. "Entra", dijo. Se dirigió a la cocina, se arremangó y preguntó: "¿Qué te gustaría comer?" Me quedé sin palabras. I recently ate at Naveena Path and had a wonderful experience! I ordered the chicken curry, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly spiced, rich, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes! Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Indian food.

Great vegan food - even late at night! We're a vegan couple from Hamburg who happened to stumble upon this place after a long drive and were absolutely thrilled! Finally, a place that offers really good vegan options even after 10 p.m. For anyone who loves spicy vegan food, this is a real insider tip. The food was not only spicy, but also really varied – we were particularly impressed by the jackfruit as a meat substitute. In Hamburg, we would easily pay 30% more for this quality. Friendly service, fair prices, delicious, spicy vegan food – what more could you want? We'll definitely be back!

It's a real insider tip, especially for vegans – the selection is huge, the food is incredibly delicious, and can be made really spicy if you like it. But even if you prefer less spicy food, you'll still get your money's worth here. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff are very friendly and attentive – we felt completely at home. We're only in Berlin for a few days, but I've decided to eat only here during our stay. I highly recommend it!

Besonders für Veganer ist es ein echter Geheimtipp – die Auswahl ist groß, das Essen unglaublich lecker und auf Wunsch auch richtig schön scharf. Aber auch, wenn man es weniger scharf mag, wird man hier auf seine Kosten kommen. Der Preis ist auch sehr niedrig, ich würde für solches Essen gerne mehr ausgeben. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und die Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir sind nur für ein paar Tage in Berlin, aber ich habe mir vorgenommen, während unseres Aufenthalts nur noch hier zu essen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Probably the best and friendliest service in Berlin. The food is excellent! We had rice with three different lentils for our main course. We also had a mango lassi and a delicious appetizer. Thank you for the lovely evening here! It's definitely worth a visit 😊

I love Indian food, but here it was both bland and completely over-seasoned—how can that be? The chicken was dry, the sauce watery, and the naan arrived cold. The server seemed annoyed, even though it was barely busy. I expected much more for the price. There are much better options in the city.

Very tasty! I had Bengan Malai Kofta (vegetable balls in coconut curry sauce with raisins, almonds, sesame, and cashews) and thought it was truly excellent. A good portion to fill you up, and at €14, the price was very reasonable. The sauce was wonderfully flavorful—not spicy or salty, but just that umami flavor I often miss in meatless meals. Definitely recommend it!

El buffet es demasiado bueno. Tuve un buen almuerzo tamil después de mucho tiempo. El curry de pollo es muy bueno y también tienen arroz, bhatura, curry del sur de la India y guarniciones.

The food is good, but the restrooms, especially in the back, stink. This has been the case for years, so the ventilation system needs to be revised. Apparently, a fan is pushing the air from the restrooms into the dining area.

This place is highly recommended. Very hospitable. The recipes and spices are what you'd expect from Sri Lankan cuisine (though I'm not an expert in that area).

The food was bland and barely seasoned—no trace of Sri Lankan cuisine. Long wait times, unfriendly service, and a very unhygienic impression. The portions were small, but the prices were all the higher. Even the tea was lukewarm and bitter—that really says it all. Unfortunately, not recommended.

The food was cold, the meat limp and barely edible. The place was dirty, smelled unpleasant, and the service was completely disinterested. After a few bites, we'd had enough – never again!

Well, that was truly the worst "food" I've ever had on a plate. Everything tasted artificial, nothing was really hot, and the salad looked like it had been cut three days ago. The atmosphere in the store was like a funeral; no one was in the mood, neither the customers nor the staff. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

I chose to eat here by chance after an event at the nearby Späti and I was pleasantly surprised to find out they serve Srilankan cuisine. I tried the jackfruit curry, the jackfruit and chana masala(kirchererbsen), and the banana dal spinat. Phenomenal! Loved it.

The food was absolutely amazing — full of rich flavors and beautifully prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish. It’s a family-run place, and the owners were incredibly warm and welcoming. A truly excellent experience all around!

The various brunch options are incredible. The weekday brunch (90% vegan) costs just €10! Only drinks are extra. You won't find anything like it anywhere else. And the staff is super friendly.

It was my pleasure that I was celebrating an auspicious moment of my life with one of the marvellous Tamil cuisine restaurant in Berlin " Naveenapath". As a hotelier, I really appreciated the courtesy of the manager. He perfectly  makes a balance between professionalism and friendly culture. The drinks were beautifully presented and well balanced. The kitchen chef was superlative and the food was prepared according to our wishes. The Mutton Curry and the Butter Chicken was delectable. I would like to end the whole experience in one line " Feast your eyes on Naveenapath ".
