Truly remarkable, this authentic, welcoming place! An experience that I find unforgettable and deeply satisfying at every level! The rice I ate was generous in chicken bites as well as with spices! My friends had curries which they didn’t manage to finish, either! A rare occurrence… The staff so smiling and warm, as if we were guests in a banquet!

My favorite restaurant in the neighborhood. Very tasty food, freshly prepared and at reasonable prices. The ambience is rather simple, but the operators simply radiate warmth and friendliness.

Naveena Path is a wonderful spot for authentic Sri Lankan cuisine! The food was absolutely amazing—rich in flavor and truly authentic. The ambiance is charming, with Buddha-inspired artwork and elephant figures adding to the delightful atmosphere. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing lunch. As a sidenote, we ordered vegan tea, but they didn't have the vegan option available that day and served us regular tea instead. However, this didn't detract much from the overall experience. The service could be a bit better, but the friendly staff and delicious food make up for it. Looking forward to visiting again, hopefully with more vegan options next time.

Great food! The taste of the paneer curry was very rich, and the cheese curd was fried to perfection. Gobi pakora is good too, a little bit unique of a presentation. Staff is very nice too, I recommend!

I am living next to this restaurant for years and Im a fan and a regular. Definitely the best indian (though rather sri lankan) restaurant in the vicinity. My favorites are the three lentil dhal and the paneer jalfrezi. But the best thing is the vegan brunch on sunday.

Well, I visited Naveena Path restaurant twice recently at Tegeler Str. 22, and here is my review about it. Quality of food: The food quality is average to good but can't call it better or best. For me, the sabji ( veg or non-veg) tastes similar. You will get a kind of sour taste in each sabji. I tried sabji individually and also tried buffet over there. Food variety is there in buffet system which is unlimited. The naan does not look like usual naan. Price: The price is decent for regular menu. For buffet system it cost around 15 euro per person. Service: I think they are not that attentive enough to the wish of customers. Waiting time is longer than usual even though there is no crowd in the restaurant. Also upon giving the order, it may get lost and this happens with me exactly which I didn't like at all. Once I ordered a naan and I waited a long but still they have not delivered it to me. Finally, I paid the bill and returned from the restaurant without eating naan. So with respect to service, I am very much disappointed. I hope it is not the same with everyone. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is very quiet friendly and direct connectivity with bus. There is lot's of space to sit inside as well as outside the restaurant. I liked this thing about the restaurant. So overall, I give an average rating for this restaurant.

Delicious food, well seasoned, even if very spicy should really be very spicy

Had ordered via Wolt. The food was ok in taste. I am not sure, whether the Naan was homemade, as it looked like a commercial ready made Naan, you can buy in indian stores. The Garlic butter on top was burnt and hence tasted bitter. What disappointed me the most was the amount of oil they used and the way they had packed their food. Oil was literally oozing out, which made the handling, unpacking and eating very messy.

Great Sunday buffet! Numerous vegan dishes and drinks, idli, medu vada and chutneys! Super friendly staff, delicious food and always a cosy atmosphere! Such an unassuming place when you walk by, but a must-try if you want authentic local food! Just bring cash, as they don’t accept card payments. :)

Were there for lunch. The shop looks very sleazy. An employee noticed us relatively motionless, no greeting. Order has been placed. The food was really not good. The specified salad at each lunch was a small pile of iceberg lettuce with 2 white dollops of sauce on it, although you can't call it sauce because it was 2 mini squirts. I definitely didn't eat that little corner of salad on the plate. The rice was lukewarm, totally overcooked. The sauce was actually ok, but the vegetables were also completely overcooked - 3 small pieces of chicken breast, although it has to be said that the meat was juicy. But that was all. Bottom line, a joke, even for a lunch special of 8 euros. That was the lowest level - I don't understand the 4.4 out of 5 stars overall. This was definitely not freshly cooked, more like warmed up from the microwave. I don't understand anything like that at all. I won't eat here again.

Das Naveena Path liegt nicht so zentral, sondern in Wedding. Die sieben Minuten Fußweg von der S-Bahn-Haltestelle lohnen sich aber. Leckere Sri-Lanka-Küche und Getränke zu ordentlichen Preisen, freundliche Bedienung, schnell serviert. Hier kommt man gerne wieder her.

Delivery (via Wolt) was quick. But the food was rather bland and portions weren't particularly large. The naan in particular was too small for the price (or half was forgotten). Not again…

Really tasty lentil and sweet&sour soup! We enjoyed the friendly and cosy atmosphere. They have a great variety of vegetarian and vegan meals, esp. meals I've never heard of. The pakoras and its sweet sauce were heaven. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much. They accept cash only.

The service is really good , i recommend to have baingun sabji its curry taste is outstanding. There is also a vegetarian buffet on sunday in which most of the menue item are available for unlimited .. Thats a must try

Had chicken curry. Tasted bland and was watery as others described. The place is incredibly unhygienic and disgusting. When you look into the kitchen, everything disappears. Toilet sucks.

I had a lovely meal here with my wife and daughter. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was very tasty and really authentic the flavour and aroma of the spices took me back to a recent trip I had in Mumbai India. I would highly recommend this restaurant it’s a real gem and absolutely worth a visit if you enjoy this type of cuisine.

Authentic Indian curry packed with flavour and spice. I enjoy spicy food and the 3 spice curry really has a perfect kick. The lamb could have been a bit softer and succulent, but still enjoyed it thoroughly. If you’re a real spice lover, tell the waiter you want extra green chillies and they’ll make it unbearable for just for you. The service was exquisite and our waiter was friendly and attentive.

Draußen sitzen ist hier fantastisch, in der Regel bekam ich mein Essen immer fix. Meine Empfehlung geht hier ehr an die veganen/vegetarischen Gerichte mit diesen lag ich bisher immer gut. Gestern war mein Lamm ziemlich zäh. Auch naan habe ich schon besseres bekommen.
