It was my best Indian food from Südkorea Berlin's Ddeundun Gukbap was delicious *Butter curry is sweet, so it might not suit Korean palates.

The best Indian food I’ve had since I can remember. I had the vegetarian Thali plate and everything was full of flavor and fresh. Staff is very warm and amiable. The atmosphere is lovely too: sophisticated but in a welcoming low-key way. The food is the real star though.

Me ane my husband were here visiting berlin and wanted to try Authentic Indian food. I would Highly recommend it as the food was very authentic. The service was very good. The people at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. They really use true spices and make the experience worthwhile.

Yesterday, I came here with a group of 15 people after a theater party, just before closing time. We received flexible, quick, and very friendly service. I'm incredibly grateful to have been welcomed so spontaneously, when other restaurants down the street couldn't! Thank you!

They didn’t even have samosa-chaat in their menu. But, I guess the waiter saw it in my request how badly I was craving the authentic taste of it. And voila, they conjured up the most amazing (read, hot, spicy and full of flavours) samosa-chaat I’ve had till date in all of Germany! But, they did clarify it later that they might not have been able to customise and get me the chaat had I come during their evening rush hour. So, please keep your customisation expectations moderated. A small place, but very cosy vibes. I sat outdoors, and wish I had more time to spend there. Also, I asked for tap water and they brought me, without any airs or snarky looks that I’ve received at other Indian restaurants (even Starbucks did that for me, but not Indian restaurants usually)

The restaurant was quite dark, and the staff only spoke English, which made communication a bit difficult. Nevertheless, the employees were very friendly, and our order went smoothly. We were very satisfied with the food – duck number 401 was my absolute favorite, with a slightly sweet flavor. My only problem was the wait: we had to wait almost half an hour. I was seriously starving last night 😭. During that time, I watched longingly as the others were served their dishes – I was so hungry! When my food finally arrived, I ate it all in ten minutes – I was really that hungry!

Authentic and super friendly staff. The food was really good. I highly recommend the mango chicken, it's sensational! The restaurant is relatively inconspicuous on Grünberger Straße toward Ostbahnhof, but definitely worth a visit. I was here again today, July 13th, and my impressions have solidified. Super delicious and really nice. Just come here and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommended ❤️

The best Indian food I’ve had in Berlin! Excellent spice levels and rich, balanced flavours. The chicken and lamb vindaloo were truly Indian-level spicy, and the mango and salty lassi cooled it down perfectly. The samosa was perfectly flaky and the onion bhaji was crunchy and tasty. Service was top-notch 💫 Super friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

Lamm okra - 4/5 Chicken lababdar - 3/5 Hyderabadi chicken biryani - 3/5 Jhinga pakoda - 2/5 Mango lassi - 5/5 Food was okay. Not exactly run of the mill Indian restaurant - had a few unusual dishes - but not the most tasty Indian food I’ve had. Service was friendly. Ambience was neat and clean.

We just visited this restaurant on a recommendation and can't recommend it enough. The food was delicious: we ordered Chicken Madras and Paneer Butter Masala. The service was super friendly and attentive. Since the weather was nice, we were on the terrace. The area was quiet, and we had a great time. Top ten! We'll be back!

A simple, small Indian restaurant tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Friedrichshain. We deliberately chose three very different curries, from creamy (Korma) to extremely spicy (Vindaloo), all of which were exceptionally well prepared. The value for money is excellent, and the chef and his team are super friendly.

Found this on an off chance and so glad we did. As Americans in Berlin, they spoke English and were so helpful. We had the garlic naan, which had fresh shaved garlic, the chicken tikka which was large enough for three portions and the butter chicken. All were delicious, and I appreciated how kind the staff were. 5 stars.

A must-do! One of the best (if not the best) Indian restaurants I've ever visited: generous, high-quality dishes at low prices (especially considering current Indian restaurant prices), and the waiters were incredibly kind. We'll definitely be back!

We had a nice dinner here. The service was friendly and speaking English, and the food was good. We ordered four different dishes and there were all tasty. The quality seemed good and the portions were generous. We stayed inside, but they also have some tables outside, that looked nice for warm days. Unfortunately, their credit card payment terminal was out of order, so we had to pay in cash.

Oh, I don't know what to say but positive remarks. This was the best food I've ever had in my life. We ordered Seven Spices Biryani and Lamb Madras with Garlic Naan on the side. The lamb is said to be spicy but it wasn't that spicy at all (but I am saying this as a middle eastern so don't take my word for it). The staff was really friendly. The atmosphere was amazing. I can recommend you the Chai as a beverage besides the dishes. The Chai also comes with honey and a free biscoff cookie :)

Beautiful little authentic Indian restaurant on a lovely street. Waiters are attentive and welcoming (only downside, and this is from a westerners point of view is no offer of water, you have to ask but very friendly when you do). Personal recommendations are the mango lassi, vegetable samosa, lamb curry and palak paneer + special mention for the garlic naan. Food is so good we came back twice!

Last week on Friday, I had butter chicken at seven spices restaurant, it's amazing, so delicious butter chicken, I came with my friend, he had lamm seven spices, it was also too good, we ate also butter naan , so soft to eat, and service was good and fast. I recommend this place to everyone

The first time I went here, I enjoyed the food and my experience. The second time I went here, I got the chicken korma and I found it utterly disgusting, sickly sweet, sweeter than a dessert, and pale yellow; and when I called back about it, they just argued back with me that "chicken korma is sweet!" and then hung up on me. overall it's probably a fine place to eat, but I was pretty unhappy with my experience this time around

We ordered the Butter Chicken, advertised as a “signature dish,” and Shahi Paneer. Both dishes tasted good, but the butter chicken was a bit too sweet. If you want to test the level of an Indian restaurant, you can order some naan with it, and here the limitations of the craftsmanship unfortunately became obvious. Anyone expecting a crispy, fluffy flatbread would be disappointed. What's not possible is the diarrhea that lasted for several days that the butter chicken caused. Overall, Seven Spices is a solid, inexpensive Indian restaurant in a functional location, although deficiencies in hygiene must be taken into account.
