I ordered through Uber Eats, only half arrived, and then they refused to deliver the other half. The food is a disaster; the chicken tastes raw and rubbery. Order somewhere else!

I ordered a mango lassi. It was really rotten and sour, like it was out of date. My pregnant wife took a few sips and started throwing up. If anything happens to her or the child, you as a company are responsible.

Zam Zam on the main street has become one of my absolute favorite restaurants. It may look unassuming from the outside, but as soon as you step inside, you're surprised by the warm atmosphere and delicious food. The excellent value for money is particularly impressive; you get truly authentic, freshly prepared dishes at very fair prices. No matter what we've ordered so far, the quality has always been consistently high and the taste is excellent. The service also makes you feel in good hands: The staff is always friendly, attentive, and has great recommendations. What's especially nice is that they often remember what you ate on your last visit, sometimes even better than you do. Another highlight is the variety of the menu: In addition to classics, there are also exciting specialties that you won't find everywhere. If you like trying something new, this is the place for you. For me, Zam Zam is a place where you immediately feel welcome and that you're happy to recommend.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. I placed an order and canceled it right after a minute. Nevertheless, I was charged the full amount on the grounds that the food had already been prepared. No accommodation or understanding from the store. Very disappointing - customer service like this is unacceptable.

Aa an uber rider myself, they are unprofessional with riders. They just wrap their food in foil (less foil). When I delivered the package the curry was leaked and then what, they gave a dislike.

Yesterday I had dinner at ZamZam again after a long time. I remembered it being very tasty but was very disappointed yesterday. The garlic naan didn't work at all! Once bitten and never touched again... The “chicken curry” was anything but chicken curry. Service was ok. But it works better Some music would have been good.

I am a regular customer and am more than satisfied every time. The food is very good and the prices are fair too. Eat there or order there too. Today, for the first time, an order arrived incorrectly and I was immediately helped and given a new order. And all of this hassle-free. The employees are all very polite. Thanks to the entire team!

The food was colder then the arctic circle, took decades to get delivered (maybe the drivers fault but yeah yeah the apples don’t fall far away from the tree). Ordered paneer biriyani but they got me Sabji biriyani, I asked and they changed it. While I went to counter to pay, the lady was kind enough to apologize I said it okay and and then there was another guy who said something along the lines of "mistakes happen and no need to apologize" to the lady. Clearly it was their mistake to give completely opposite of what I ordered. It doesn't end here, while I was about to pay the guy asked "Don't you eat vegetables?" I was confused, he said you asked for exchanged, I said I wanted to eat paneer that's why, paid and left. It's better to stop asking weird questions to the customer and provide better service, not sure if he is the owner, if so Zam Zam ist definitely going down.

Geschmack: Fleisch zart, schmeckt gut. Curry schmeckt auch gut. Aber kennt ihr das, wenn ein Essen durch Gewürze irgendwie… so steinig schmeckt? Schade! Der Reis war eigentlich auch super. Aber wäre da nicht dieser… seltsame Nachgeschmack…! Alles in allem: Kann man mal machen, aber ich bevorzuge andere orientalische Küchen.

Very poor taste! Ordered the mutton curry which was supposed to be pakistani-style. It was not slightly close to the authentic taste. There were just some lamb pieces with standard tomato cream sauce. Disappointing…

Das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker doch fühlt es sich nacher wie stein im magen an.

Ich fand alles so gut und wie das alles eingerichtet ist auch so toll ,der Service war sehr freundlich und sehr nett der Chef hat auch gefragt ob alles gut oder ob wir noch was brauchen das war so freundlich weil nicht alle Restaurant das machen , aber das Essen war so Lecker und das Brot war auch sehr Lecker und ich finde gut das Indisch und Pakistanische Gerichte angeboten werden. Ich würde es weiter emfehlen und alle die mal Berlin besuchen geht dorthin und probiert das Essen.

Ich war das 1. Mal beim ZamZam in der Huttenstrasse und war schon enttäuscht vom Essen dann wollte ich dem Laden eine 2. Chance geben und dachte mir wir testen mal den Laden in der Hauptstraße. Beide Male eine Enttäuschung. Essen schmeckt absolut nicht. Fleisch ist halb roh und nicht richtig gekocht, Gewürze schmecken nicht. Das Essen hat überhaupt nichts mit Pakistanischem/Indischem Essen zu tun. Die wollen nur Touristen anlocken. Unser Brot war auch alt und labbrig. Das einzige war geschmeckt hat war die kalte Coca Cola und das Mango Lassi. Reinste Geldverschwendung!!!
