M-A-T Koreanische Küche in München

Ich liebe koreanisches Essen und wollte deshalb unbedingt das Essen in diesem Restaurant probieren. Es war unglaublich lecker und der Service war sehr schnell. Alles hat hervorragend geschmeckt und ich habe mein Essen sehr genossen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben hier das beste koreanische Hähnchen aller Zeiten gegessen! Wir kommen jeden Tag der Woche wieder.

Durch Zufall entdeckt und absolut begeistert! Hier gehen auch die Koreaner zum Essen; super nettes Personal! Frisch gekocht und schnell auf dem Tisch! Waren Samstag mittag ( inkl. kleiner Suppe!)und haben schön einen Platz bekommen! Jederzeit wieder!!!

Das war das Restaurant, in das ich gleich nach meiner Ankunft in München gerannt bin, weil ich während meiner Flitterwochen unbedingt koreanisch essen wollte! Ich habe Kimchi-Eintopf und eine Reisschüssel mit Schweinefleisch bestellt und alles aufgegessen, ohne auch nur ein Reiskorn übrig zu lassen. Selbst jetzt, wenn ich daran denke, war es das leckerste Restaurant, in dem ich während meiner Europareise war! Ich werde den Besitzer wohl nie vergessen, der während des gesamten Essens so aufmerksam und gesprächig war! Da mein Abreisetag Donnerstag war, wollte ich am Mittwoch noch einmal hin, aber es war geschlossen… Ich konnte nicht mehr hin, und das hat mich sehr traurig gemacht 🥲 Vielen Dank, dass ich dieses köstliche Essen und die koreanische Gastfreundschaft erleben durfte!

Von allen koreanischen Restaurants, die ich in Europa besucht habe, war dieses das leckerste und authentischste. Eigentlich sollte es 14:30 Uhr sein, aber ich ging etwas früher hinein. Normalerweise ist es zu dieser Zeit nicht so gut besucht, aber sie ließen mich trotzdem rein. Ich freute mich sehr über den herzlichen Empfang. Ich glaube, es waren etwa sechs Tische besetzt. Die koreanische Speisekarte war übersichtlich, und als ich nach den Portionsgrößen fragte, wurde mir freundlich geantwortet. Wir bestellten mariniertes Hähnchen und eine Bulgogi-Reisschüssel. Während wir warteten, wurden uns Pfannkuchen mit Meeresfrüchten und Frühlingszwiebeln serviert, und man bot mir Sojasauce zum Probieren an. Ehrlich gesagt, hatte ich koreanisches Essen während meines sechsmonatigen Austauschprogramms in Spanien so sehr vermisst, dass ich beim Essen Tränen in den Augen hatte. Als unser Essen kam, waren der Anblick und der Duft einfach unglaublich. Ich begann mit der Bulgogi-Reisschüssel, die reichlich mit Gemüse (Zucchini, Karotten, Zwiebeln und Champignons) gefüllt war. Das Fleisch war von Natur aus zart, und die süß-salzige Sojasaucenmarinade und der Reis passten perfekt zusammen. Wäre ich nicht so schüchtern gewesen, hätte ich meinen Teller abgeleckt. Das süß-saure Hähnchen war super saftig und überhaupt nicht fettig. Es war frisch frittiert und knusprig, heiß, süß und würzig – ich war total begeistert. Das Kimchi dazu war nicht das, was man in Europa kennt. Ich hatte gestern Bibimbap-Kimchi gegessen und heute Restaurant-Kimchi. Es schmeckte ein bisschen wie Geotjeori (ein Eintopf aus fermentierter Sojabohnenpaste) und war so lecker, dass ich nachfragte und mir gesagt wurde, dass sie es selbst zubereiten. Unglaublich, aber wahr: Es war einfach köstlich! Ich möchte unbedingt wieder hin. Ich werde meinen spanischen Freunden davon erzählen… 🫶 Vielen Dank, Chef, für den herzlichen Empfang und das leckere Essen! Ich wünsche Ihnen ein langes Leben und beste Gesundheit. Übrigens, ich habe gehört, dass man heutzutage besser reserviert!

Köstliches koreanisches Essen! Und ein sehr charmantes Team, das das Restaurant betreibt.

Ich habe 23 € bezahlt und ein großes Original Fried Chicken zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Ich bin eigentlich nicht wählerisch, aber mir kam die Box zu leicht vor. Ich habe sie gewogen: 365 g. Das ist deutlich weniger als die übliche große Portion (ca. 550 g) und sogar weniger als die mittlere Portion (400 g), die auf der Speisekarte angegeben ist. Zuerst habe ich versucht, das Problem über Instagram zu melden, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Deshalb wende ich mich nun an Sie. Update: Ich finde es gut, dass das Restaurant das Problem erkannt und sich bereit erklärt hat, Änderungen vorzunehmen. Es ist nach wie vor ein gutes Restaurant.

Gerade als ich auf meiner Europareise das fettige Essen satt hatte, entdeckte ich dieses koreanische Restaurant in München! Der Kimchi-Eintopf, das scharfe Sojasauce-Hähnchen und sogar die Teigtaschen als Beilage waren köstlich und übertrafen meine Erwartungen. 🥹🥹 Besonders der frisch zubereitete Kimchi-Eintopf war mit viel Schweinefleisch gefüllt und ein wahrer Augenschmaus! Er war vom ersten Bissen an so lecker, dass ich die ganze Zeit lachen musste. ㅠㅠ Die reichhaltige Brühe und die großzügigen Fleischportionen erinnerten mich an das Essen, das ich in Korea gegessen habe. 🕺 Auch das Hähnchen war überraschend gut und konnte mit bekannten Marken mithalten. Es war knusprig und perfekt gewürzt. Die Bedienung war außerdem unglaublich freundlich, was das Essen zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis machte! Wenn ihr in München Lust auf koreanisches Essen habt, kann ich dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen!

Ein traditionelles koreanisches Abendessen mit sehr leckerem Essen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von sieben Personen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Neuer Besitzer und seitdem ist es noch besser geworden. Besonders das Korean Fried Chicken hat viel größere saftigere Stücke.

Frag nicht weiter und komm einfach her. Geschmack, Menge und sogar die Freundlichkeit waren die besten meiner Reise. Wäre da nicht der letzte Tag gewesen, wäre ich sofort wiedergekommen. Ich wünsche dir alles Gute.

Das Essen ist köstlich und der Besitzer sehr freundlich. Ich empfehle die Reisschüssel mit Schweinefleisch. Mir gefällt, dass es eine große Portion Reis ist.

Das ist typisch koreanisches Essen.

Das gesamte Essen, einschließlich des gebratenen Schweinefleischs, der Hühnchen-Reis-Schüssel und des Kimchi-Eintopfs, war köstlich und die Portionen waren sehr groß.

Es war der letzte Tag nach der Eröffnung, also war es schon geöffnet, aber wow … dieser Laden ist wirklich unglaublich! Ich war einen Monat lang in Europa unterwegs und habe fast ausschließlich koreanisch gegessen, aber ich kann mich nicht erinnern, dass es jemals so lecker war wie hier. Ich bereue nur, dass ich den Kimchi-Eintopf und das Rabokki nicht alleine aufessen konnte. Wenn ihr koreanisches Essen liebt, ist dieser Laden ein absolutes Muss!

I highly recommend the pork bibimbap. The tteokbokki is spicier than you'd think! It tastes like the sauce you'd find at a Korean supermarket, but when you eat it in Germany, it's surprisingly delicious. The cucumber kimchi they serve as a side dish is delicious! When you're craving Korean food, just go to Amukta and have a meal.

It was so delicious. I ate it all. It felt good to order in Korean for the first time in a while. All the staff were Korean.

Decided to eat here on short notice without any expectations – I'll definitely be back. Super delicious food, perfectly seasoned, and a great variety. Very few seats available, so it's best to make a reservation… we were lucky.

I had made a reservation, but found the doors closed. I wasn't informed that the oven had broken down and the shop wasn't open that day.

I was still hungry afterward, even though we paid €40 per person. No alcohol, just mineral water. The neighborhood is full of bars, so I'll try somewhere else next time. But it was Korean, just with very, very little kimchi.

We were craving Asian food so much that we went around searching - so happy to have found this gem. The kimchi jjigae is mad good and we also ordered the bulgogi bimimbap and the fried chicken. Satisfied my craving for Korean food! 10/10 would recommend

We’ve ordered food from this place several times. But this time the dish received is different from what is mentioned in the menu. The menu (published 2 months ago) shows there is meat in the kimchi bibimbap but when I received the dish, there was no meat at all. We’ve ordered this dish many times. We tried to make a call and the store just said they have a new menu (?) and the dish becomes vegetarian (?). It still has the same price even without the meat. We don’t mind if the dish becomes vegetarian but at least we could get informed of the update when we made the order.

We went in without a reservation right after the restaurant opened at 5:30 PM, and although there were a lot of reservations, we were able to eat right away because we arrived early. The food was delicious and the service was good.

The menu is a bit difficult to understand for those unfamiliar with the food. I found the restaurant to be too quiet and somewhat bare.

Everything was delicious and freshly prepared.

We had a family meal during our trip, and the interior was clean and the atmosphere was good. Above all, the food was so delicious that we ate our fill. I guess it's famous in Munich society, so many local Germans come here. I had pork kimchi stew and fried chicken, and they were all delicious. Each serving was large, so I had them take it home.. I accidentally broke a cup, but they refused to eat it, so I just left. I hope you prosper as much as the food is delicious.

The kimchi stew is so delicious because it's made with aged kimchi.. The best kimchi stew I've had while living in Germany..🥹 The bibimbap is also super delicious because they put in stir-fried vegetables! And this is a famous iced americano place... It's hard to find in Germany, but it's so delicious with lots of ice.. I was happy as if I had been to Korea for a while🤍👍🏻

We went there for lunch during the week and ordered bibimbap. We were only shown the dinner menu and not the lunch menu with the cheaper prices. Unfortunately, the dish was also inauthentic and didn't taste good. The value for money here isn't right.

Small Korean restaurant with limited tables/seating. We came on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and it was not busy at all. The food came quickly, tasted really good, and the portions are pretty generous (at least with the meat dishes we ordered). I probably wouldn't order the kimbap again as the price value wasn't so great for this dish. Overall, would definitely come back!

I came here because I wanted to eat Korean food. It is not easy to make Korean food of this quality in a foreign country. I plan to visit here often during my stay in Munich. It is a clean and friendly space.

Delicious authentic Korean food with large portions. However the spicy pork I had was too spicy and salty for the amount of rice that came with it. I think there should be less meat and more rice.

We went there spontaneously and got a table straight away. The service is absolutely great, we felt very welcome. The restaurant is small, but it has a very cozy atmosphere. The map is manageable and we received friendly answers to questions. Individual requests were also addressed very well. We were given customer-oriented advice, not profit-making. The prices are not cheap, but for a decent meal in Munich you generally have to dig a little deeper into your pockets. And in terms of taste, it was absolutely worth it! The chicken was crispy yet tender, the beef was very aromatic and the kimchi (we've never had it before) really blew us away in terms of taste. The portions were more than generous, so unfortunately we couldn't finish everything. We were happy and full and would love to come back the next time we visit Munich!

Right after us, all the customers had reservations, and those without one couldn’t get a seat. So, if you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend making a reservation in advance! [ What We Ordered ] ✅ Jeyuk Bokkeum (Spicy Stir-fried Pork) – The seasoning tasted just like authentic Korean flavors! ✅ Chicken Mayo – Perfectly crispy and not greasy at all. The complimentary side dishes and mini kimchi soup made the meal even more enjoyable. [ Service & Atmosphere ] The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The food was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. ✅ Summary: A great spot for authentic Korean food in Munich, but make sure to reserve a table in advance!

Awesome authentic Korean food!! We tried the fried chicken and it was delicious, and light to digest despite the fact that it was fried. Fast service and they also served some extra appetisers. I suggest to book since the place is not huge

If you are worried about Korean food, please just go here. Kimchi stew and jeyuk are truly legendary goat dishes. The portions are really big, especially the meat! It was so delicious that I was so excited that I ate it and made the mistake of leaving some tteokbokki behind, but fortunately they packed the rest for me. The owner was also very kind and I enjoyed my meal very happily. If you want to visit this place, be sure to make a reservation. Popularity is no joke. I thought there would only be Koreans, but I was surprised to see that most of them were locals. For those who are new to Korean food, the food here is 100% identical to the taste of food eaten in Korea. If you want to eat Korean food, you should definitely go.

I ate Jeyuk Bibim and it was so delicious. I emptied the entire bowl. Pickled onions were served as a side dish and it was really delicious. Also, soybean paste soup was served and it was delicious!!!!! Soybean paste soup was really delicious!!!!

It's a bit pricey, but it's still the best Korean food restaurant near Munich. The owner and staff are all nice.

food wasn’t great, totally overpriced for the food, atmosphere and service you get, can’t recommend further, but could’ve been worse, if it would’ve had lower prices, I would’ve been fine with it I guess :)

A taste of Korea run by Koreans

Korean dishes here are average and somewhat Westernised - the Bibimbap is really spicy and the Bugolgi is overly sweet. The banchan (free side dishes) comes with a pasta corn salad (???) and doesn’t even come with kimchi, which you have to order on the side for €5 for a rather measly portion. Portion of the mains are reasonable though.

Workers are Korean and I was happy to speak Korean with them~ They open at 6pm and I was able to get dak-gangjeong 닭강정 to-go before my train at Hbf! I heard lots of good things so I definitely wanted to try before leaving. She was soooo kind and accommodating! I was a bit of a bother but she was able to get my to-go order together quickly. She reminded me to order rice and called out the soup so I didn't spill it when I carried it out. Overall, she was so considerate and I really appreciate this business! And of course, the food was AMAZING! Banchan was delicious and even though I walked for 20 minutes in the cold and rain, the chicken was still crispy and soft and perfect! I say it's not spicy, my no-spice husband says it's a tiiiinnnyy bit spicy... so take that as you will :) I loved the sweet and savory and nutty and gochujang flavors. Would definitely revisit when in Muncih!

If you want to have an authentic Korean food, then I strongly recommend here. I have been disappointed several Korean restaurants in Munich, so I had a mind to move Frankfurt or Berlin where give much better Korean foods, but after visiting here i changed my mind. Here the owner and Chef is Korean, and dont be fooled some other restaurants where chef is not from Korea.

Dinner on Sunday, September 15th, Meatless stir-fried pork with mainly onions and kimchi stew with mainly kimchi, for 60 euros, I am very disappointed. Please, please, I hope the food comes out honestly.

It is a small but neat restaurant. The owner occasionally looks around the hall while he is cooking, and the waiter senses the needs of the guests and arrives quickly even though they are busy. Thanks to this, I can enjoy my meal in a comfortable atmosphere. The chicken gangjeong was fantastic and the kimbap was the best. Highly recommended Munich restaurant!!!

It's been a while since I had Korean food and it was so delicious. It's run by a Korean, it's clean, and the service is good.

This is the Korean restaurant I finally found after moving to Munich! The food tastes like home cooking and I love that the owner is Korean! When my family came to visit, and when I visited with co-workers, I called in advance to make a reservation and asked for the bossam/kimbap I wanted to eat... No need to say anything, just go and try it! I think the staff has a good atmosphere too! :) I also recommend the fried chicken!!

The food is really delicious But the woman serving was a bit rude. After eating, I said it was delicious, but he just smiled without answering. It would have been nice if he had better manners, but it's a shame.

I was happy to see Korean food in Munich. I had kimchi stew and stir-fried pork, but I was a little disappointed for the price. Still, I ate it with pleasure.

The service was incredible. They communivated excelent in English. Big portions for the price and the food was tasty.

Of all the Korean restaurants I've eaten in various cities in Germany (visited at least 10), I think this was the closest to Korean food! Rather than catering to local tastes, I think this is a place that best displays Korean taste. The menu included kimchi stew and stir-fried pork. I think the kimchi stew had the most sour taste because it used sour kimchi. It was so spicy that I wanted to eat another bowl of rice haha. The stir-fried pork was a bit like a knight's restaurant and had a taste that stuck in my mouth! If the schedule and route are right, I would like to visit again to try other menus.

The menu is manageable but this guarantees the freshness of the food and that is exactly what you notice. Service is quick, friendly and very attentive. The food is great and there is something for everyone. If you're really hungry, I recommend number 18 on the evening menu! We will come again and thank you very much

The place is centrally located, but a bit small. There are not a lot of options on the menu but the food is tasty. Staffs are friendly.

Soup is really good, especially the Jjigae! Tasted exactly like in Korea. The stuff was super nice, they were about to close, but they still let us order something. I just think for that price the Bibimbap should at least be in a stone pot...

Good Korean restaurant w/ good taste manager by Korean

It’s a very small place but it’s so calming inside. I had been searching for authentic Korean food and was happy to find this place. I had the Kimchi stew and it was tasty but a bit too salty for my tastes. They don’t have a very big menu here but I think that makes it easier to order. The staff were quite friendly and if you can get seating inside, it’s very relaxing. I really like it here.

I visited to introduce Korean food to my German colleague. We ordered chickken gangjeong and tofu kimchi, which was a bit sweet for me to eat. But my German friend enjoyed. Card payment is available.

Good price with big potions, love it. Nothing to complain, waitress can speak Korean, chef can speak Korean and German. They’re friendly and professional, nice place to have some original Korean food.

I ordered pork fried rice and kimchi stew and it was plentiful and delicious. The beer in the picture was really delicious too. I arrived around 6:30 PM on Friday and it was fully booked so you have to make a reservation in advance. There were Korean staff, so I could easily communicate in Korean. They were very friendly. bb

Great service, fast! The place is very small and the kitchen works well. The food was fresh and plentiful. I would use less kilos!

Food was really tasty and arrived quickly. The waitress was very nice and explained us some of the dishes. Atmosphere was ok. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Unfortunately, my bulgogi dish also tasted like it had been warmed up in the microwave. The meat was extremely tough and hot on top, but not quite warmed up on the bottom. So the consistency at the top and bottom of the dish was not the same. It's a shame, for Korean you expect more than warmed up food. At least it should have the same consistency so that it doesn't stand out. The ambience could use a little more decoration, but I think that's a matter of taste. The waitress was very attentive and friendly.

Trotz der ständig vorhandenen freien Plätze war es enttäuschend, dass ich bei meinen vier Besuchen nie einen Platz bekommen habe. Die Sitzplatzvergabe scheint ein Problem zu sein.

Très bon repas, le cadre est mignon et cosy. Nous avons prit le poulet à la mayonnaise ainsi que les tteokbokki, c’était un régal.

10일여행중 가장 맛있게먹은 한식집, 떡볶이랑 제육볶음 최고!!!! 첫날 제육볶음+김치덮밥먹고 반해서 밥,김밥이랑 남은제육 포장해서 다음날 아침에 든든하게먹고 저녁 예약해서 떡볶이+김치찌개까지 이틀연속 먹은 한식집! 완전 추천합니댱!!!!!!!!
