We ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats for the first time today. The food arrived on time and tasted really good – nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the service was a bit chaotic: One dish was completely missing. After calling the restaurant, we were told we'd have to sort it out through Uber Eats. The employee apologized, but unfortunately, nothing more was forthcoming. Uber Eats promptly refunded the amount – kudos to Uber for that – but the restaurant didn't offer any compensation or small tokens of appreciation other than an apology, which we found disappointing. Overall, the food was delicious, but the organization left a lot to be desired. Especially when ordering online, you should check more carefully to make sure everything is included. This simply shouldn't happen.

The fried chicken was delicious. If I had only ordered the fried chicken, I would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately, I ordered the stir-fried beef, which was terrible. At 20 euros, it was a total waste. I highly recommend avoiding the stir-fried beef; it's truly awful. The fried chicken is delicious even if you order it with your eyes closed! The service was excellent and commendable. The price, however, was a bit pricey.

we ordered Tteokbokki and Soy Garlic Fried Chicken with rice. the Tteokbokki was okay, very filling due to the amount of Tteok in there. the fried chicken was better than expected. they might not be that juicy, but the soy garlic flavor was tasty. we initially wanted to order Kimchi Jeon, but it was overpriced.

We happened upon 89Anju by chance and didn't regret it. The service was very friendly and the food was delicious. The weather allowed us to sit outside at 9:30 p.m. It won't be our only visit.

It was the first time we visited a Korean restaurant, and we absolutely loved the food. The starters were delicious. We especially loved the lotus Biscoff cheesecake, it was soo delicious that we can go back just for that again.

Service and location are nice. But food was not what I liked. Some dishes are clearly made in big portions and served through the entire day. We sometimes received the food before the drinks.

My review is based solely on the soup. Two or three soup bones were served with barely any meat on them—the whole thing was more of a bone parade than a meal. The broth was almost tasteless, with a bit of rice. The result: I arrived hungry and left just as hungry. It had nothing to do with ribs; it was simply soup meat on the bone. Sorry, but that was disappointing.

We've been working with 89Anju for three months now, and we don't just value them as business partners. Yesterday, we visited for the first time for a business lunch. The food was top-notch, the service was excellent and friendly, and the meal arrived in under 10 minutes. They asked us several times if everything was okay. That's what service should be like! 10/10

The food was delicious and generously portioned, perfect for sharing. Two of us ordered six pieces of boneless fried chicken and a serving of stir-fried beef vermicelli noodles (31.8€ total, credit card only). We were very satisfied.

The atmosphere alone is super cool and worth a visit. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Even when it's busy (which it often is, and rightfully so), you don't have to wait long. All the chicken varieties are delicious; you can't get enough of them. We've been there twice in the last two weeks and will definitely go back more often. Significantly better value for money than other Korean fried chicken restaurants in the area. The desserts are also cute and delicious. The other dishes are also good, but the fried chicken is definitely the star!

Legendary experience! The service was amazing, the food was outstanding, especially the Hot & Sweet Boneless. They served everything in less than 10 minutes!

Four of us spontaneously dropped in on a Thursday evening, with our dog (who was very welcome). We easily found a seat. The service was very attentive and friendly. We ordered some small dishes to share (dumplings) and the boneless chicken. The starters were very tasty, well-seasoned, and the accompanying sauce was fantastic. The chicken with jalapeno mayo is also highly recommended. The garlic sauce wasn't really my cup of tea. The atmosphere is relaxed. The place got very busy later on, but it was still easy to have a good conversation.

Majority of the food is great. For Korean Fried Chicken I can highly recommend their sweet spicy sauce (which isn’t super spicy) and definitely don’t recommend the jalapeño mayo one - you can’t taste the jalapeño in the mayonnaise and it just ruins the chicken taste. Other than that you should definitely try the rice wine (Makgeolli), kimchi etc.

The rabokki and pajeon were tasty, and the corn appetizer was also very delicious. However, we ordered jajangmyeon and it was very watery and I did not like the taste, as it was very different from what I usually expect. I never had a jajangmyeon like that before. The dakgalbi and bibimbap were okay, but nothing that really stood out to me. I usually do not expect much from bibimbap, since it is hard to find one that is done really well. Overall, some items were good and tasty, but the prices felt a little high compared to the overall taste and quality of the food.

The fried chicken is a big portion. Very tasty but if you are used to spicy I would order the spiciest sauce because the sweet and spicy was just.. sweet. I ordered an extra Bulgogi which obviously I couldnt finished because the portion was huge. The service personnel were friendly and attentive.

I’ve eaten chicken here many times, but unfortunately today the fried chicken was not good at all and the service was quite poor. When the staff brought the plate of chicken to our table, I could already smell a slight burnt odor, and with the first bite, it was clear that the chicken skin tasted burnt and bitter. My friend also noticed the same, so I told the staff about it. The staff member took the plate away, and we saw a group of staff gathering and discussing it. Five minutes later, the staff brought the chicken back, saying it wasn’t burnt and that maybe it was just because the piece was too big??? They didn’t taste it, they just looked at it and decided it wasn’t burnt?? I was truly disappointed, especially since this has been one of my favorite chicken places. For the rest of the meal, I couldn’t enjoy the chicken or any other dishes. We tried to finish the food, but it was without any joy and honestly not tasty at all.

It was my first time here, and the first time I've ever tried Korean food. It was sooo delicious! The staff was super friendly, and you immediately feel at home. I especially loved the tteokbokki 😍 And the tea with honey and lemon… honestly, the best tea I've had in a long time. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back, more than once!

There's something for everyone, and vegetarians are well catered for. It tastes delicious and is brought out quickly by friendly service. The place is buzzing, so be sure to make a reservation. No one actively approached us to ask for more. No matter, we made our presence known.

As a Korean, I don't think it's authentic. You want the customer to get exactly the same food as they would get in Korea, and to taste the same, but I didn't see or taste that there. You don't eat gimbap with sauce. The dak galbi wasn't tasty. I'm sorry, but if someone claims to be authentic but isn't even Korean, it has nothing to do with it in my eyes. If so, then point out that it tastes similar. The chefs must know what the original tastes like, but apparently they don't. This kind of thing distorts Korean culture.

Good food, good vibe, good service!✨ We ordered 4 dishes: 6pc sweet spicy chicken(boneless), 6pc volcano spicy chicken(with bones), Korean pancake and Octopus Bokkeum The sweet spicy chicken is sweet, garlicky but not so spicy. It's really flavorful and yummy. The volcano spicy chicken is overwhelmingly delicious. It's sweet, salty and moderately spicy. It's perfect!!🤯 You should not miss this. Highly recommend!! Both chicken dishes are wonderful. They are flavorful, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. However, the crispiness didn't last so long. It lastes about 15 minutes after serving until it gets mushy. If this can be improved, it would be the chicken of my dreams. 🤩 The pancake was aromatic and crispy. It can be a bit too oily but when you dip it in the sour sauce, it tastes so good. It is a good appetizer to share with friends. Bokkeum was served with rice and pickles for side dish. It is relatively good. The texture of octopus is bouncy and perfectly cooked. On the other hand, the sauce is not so flavorful as it looks. Another good thing is that there were a lot of vegetables in the dish and we loved the veggies. The service is nice. Staff are friendly and willing to explain the menu to us. The atmosphere is superb. Drinks were refreshing. Despite having only 90 minutes to dine, we enjoyed every minute of the dinner.

I had the kimchi stew, which was spicy as expected but also quite sour. The raw kimchi didn't impress me either (I think I've tried a lot of kimchi). Unfortunately, I had to digest the meal all night long; I have no idea what the exact cause was. The non-alcoholic wheat beer had already gone bad, but my complaint was accepted without any problems, and the shandy was OK. Service was friendly and quick. All in all, quite OK, but I probably won't be back.

The service of the waiters is the best I have seen in Munich, and they are a model for other restaurant waiters. The food is prepared quickly, of high quality and with large portions. We ordered veggie Gimbap and KFC bone-in chicken with soy garlic sauce, which is recommended for people who don't like spicy food. For drinks, we ordered lychee with soda and pineapple with soda, which tasted average. All in all, it is a good place to enjoy good food with friends, and we will come again.

The seafood pancake was absolutely delicious - perfectly thin and crunchy, generously filled with seafood. Among the mains, the bulgogi stood out for its tender beef and crisp vegetables, though the heavy garlic slightly overpowered the dish. The bibimbap, on the other hand, was a little underwhelming, lacking in seasoning and a flavorful sauce to tie it together. The lotus cheesecake was rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced - not overly sweet. However, the portion was disappointingly tiny for the steep €8.90 price. Service was quick and efficient throughout. Overall, a good spot for Korean food with some standout items, but the prices feel a bit high for the portions.

One of the best places I've been to recently, the prices are average - as for the city center. The dishes were served quickly and we practically didn't have to wait. Insanely delicious! The only downside is that you're only allowed to sit at the table for 1.5 hours, but that's enough if you're there for dinner.

89Anju impresses at first glance with its truly cool ambiance. Neon lights, K-Pop posters, and a coherent overall concept create a special atmosphere. This alone definitely makes a visit worthwhile. Unfortunately, the food couldn't keep up with the stylish appearance. While the selection of Korean dishes is large and the portions generous, the taste didn't impress us much. The cheese dakgalbi was extremely greasy and barely seasoned, and the tteokbokki was also rather bland. It was also a shame that all the dishes were served at the same time, even though we had actually ordered the kimbap as an appetizer. The service was friendly, but a bit sluggish and uncoordinated. Overall, a mixed experience. Visually impressive, but the flavor could be improved.

Best korean restaurant I've ever tried in Germany. I can only highly recommend visiting this place. The food was amazing. We only had juice for drinks so I can't comment about the cocktails but looking at the menu, some of them looked very enticing. The ambience of the place was really good and I highly recommend you to sit indoors if possible to get the full vibe of Seoul. The only thing which could have been better was cleanliness in toilets but apart from that, it was great. I had a really good time.

The chicken wings and boneless KFC are incredibly delicious. The sauce is a bit heavy, but it tastes good. I also tried the soju (peach flavor) and I like it. You have to be careful, because it's very light but strong at the same time.

Bibimbap was very well-composed, and the vegetables were plentiful and fresh. However, the spicy chicken rice was not spicy at all, and it was sweet chicken with a lot of garlic flavor. There were no side dishes, and the portions were small. It was composed of menus that could be eaten as a simple snack.

WOW 10/10! Everything here was just amazing. I’ve never tried such a good drink (Jeju do) and fried chicken. The attention was fast and the place is cute decorated. All around with korean posters. I am definitely coming back!

Unfortunately, I got the wrong dish. I pointed this out to the staff and said I'd eat it anyway so it wouldn't go to waste, but nothing more was said after that: no apology from our waiter, no compensation, or consideration. I find that a real shame, and I'm used to it completely differently! The waiter also cleared away items from our table while some people were still eating, which was a huge disruption to our meal. No one asked if we'd enjoyed everything or if we could get anything else. The food was still pretty good, but I wouldn't come back with that kind of service and prices.

My favourite Korean restaurant in Munich. Food is always great and very friendly service. The most authentic food and everything I have tried so far is delicious. Never had a bad dish. Portions are good and will always go back for their Budae Jigae on a cold Winter night. Definitely recommended for Korean food.

I went there after a long time and the service was terrible. When I asked the staff how long I would have to wait, they got annoyed and told me to just stand. Is it that hard to tell them to wait because they still don't know? Please educate the staff. To be honest, the Japchae doesn't taste like Korean Japchae, but rather like German fusion. It's so different from when it first opened, so I was disappointed.
