Mmaah - Korean BBQ Express in München

Leider hat sich der Service verschlechtert. Bisher wurden die Getränke immer bereits fertig gemacht, nun macht man es selber. Die APP zeigt immer an "an diesem Standort nicht verfügbar" Sortiment am Automaten stimmt nicht mit dem Kühlschrank überein. Waschbecken ist verstopft, Handtrockner ist defekt. Essen schmerz zum Glück weiterhin wie immer. Schade für diese Entwicklung

Gruselig… teuer für die Portionen. Kartoffeln und Wings alt und kaum Soße. Mixed BBQ Rice - im Grunde fast nur Reis mit geschmacklich nicht definierbaren Huhn, Rindfleisch fad. Klar KEINE Empfehlung. Lieferungszeit 1,5 Stunden - laut Lieferando war Fahrer die ganze Zeit vor Ort - kann ich natürlich nicht nachvollziehen, ob Fahrer oder Laden verantwortlich war. Nicht mal „alles Könner“ Ketchup konnte helfen - Essen musste leider weggeworfen werden.

Ein tolles Erlebnis! Die Kellner waren sehr nett und das Essen wurde schnell serviert.

UPDATE: Ich gebe 2 Sterne extra, da sich sowohl Mmaah! als auch Lieferando aufrichtig entschuldigt und beide Gutscheine als Entschädigung angeboten haben 🙏🏽 Zusammenfassung des ursprünglichen Beitrags: Das Essen kam erst nach 1,5 Stunden an, nach mehreren anstrengenden Telefonaten und mangelhafter Kommunikation. Ich war extrem verärgert, da meine Familie, insbesondere mein Kind, sehr hungrig und lautstark war. Jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben 😔🤷🏻‍♂️

Für Vegetarier nicht geeignet War bereits in einer Mmaah Filiale in Berlin und hatte dort super gegessen und war völligst zufrieden. Allerdings haben wir heute in dieser Filiale über uber eats bestellt und können hier nicht dasselbe behaupten. insgesamt 5 Sachen bestellt, zwei kamen an. Als wir den Fahrer darauf ansprachen, meinte er nur wir sollen dort anrufen. Der Mann am Telefon konnte fast kein Deutsch und hat uns gesagt, dass uber eats dafür verantwortlich ist und er nichts machen kann. Zum Glück kam der Rest der Bestellung später noch an, nach Kontaktierung von uber eats. Zum Essen: ich hatte die Veggie Mandu, bin mir aber ziemlich sicher, dass mir die falschen, also Fleisch Teigtaschen geliefert wurden. (Mein Freund, der Fleisch regelmäßig isst, hat diesen Verdacht bestätigt). Sonst war das Essen sehr lecker aber so etwas darf nicht passieren!

Sehr gutes Essen, die Kartoffel und fried Chicken sind immer sehr knusprig, und die süß-scharfe Soße ist sehr zu empfehlen! Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und angenehm und es spielt meistens Kpop Musik. Die Tische waren sauber und so ist die umgebung! 5/5 Sterne! Kommen jeden Ferienanfang hierher!

Das Essen war wirklich gut, und das Team hier war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, was das gesamte Erlebnis noch besser machte.

Ich war schon oft im Mmaah in der Stadt und es hat mir immer gefallen. Heute habe ich die Filiale in der Nähe der U3-Station Giselastraße ausprobiert und nicht nur das Essen war (wie immer) gut, sondern auch die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Auf Google steht, dass der Laden Sonntags ab 11:00 geöffnet ist. Stimmt leider nicht ganz, offen ist ab 12:00. So kam es zur ersten merkwürdigen Begegnung mit dem Personal und auch währenddessen war es komisch. Als das Essen fertig war, hat man das auf einer Tafel gesehen und schon während ich aufgestanden bin hat die Mitarbeiterin im Tresen "HALLO HALLO HALLO" durch den Laden gerufen - okaaay. An sich ist das "fastfoodmäßige" Konzept ganz cool, der Bestellvorgang war total unkompliziert. Aber wir wussten Beispielsweise nicht, dass man den Eistee selber zusammenmixen muss, weil das nirgends steht und der Mitarbeiter schien genervt, das erklären zu müssen. Holzgabeln waren zum Essen leider suboptimal. Essen war dafür geschmacklich super, Portionsgrößten waren in Ordnung und Preis war auch okay für das was man bekommt. Fazit: Was Personal und Organisation angeht noch ausbaufähig, geschmacklich und qualitativ sehr gut.

Ich war in diesem "Restaurant". Ich habe lange auf die Bestellung gewartet, als sie mir gegeben wurde, war alles bereits abgekühlt. Mein Schreibtisch war schmutzig, ich ging zum anderen und zeigte es dem Kassierer, ich dachte, er würde irgendwie darauf reagieren, aber nichts passierte. Nun zum Essen, das Fleisch war verkocht und hatte einen bitteren Geschmack. Ich habe gesehen, wie die Mitarbeiter der Institution alles ohne Handschuhe mit ihren Händen genommen haben. Infolgedessen hat mir dieser Ort nicht gefallen, die Bewertungen sind eine Lüge! Ich empfehle es nicht!

Essen in Ordnung. Gibt viel bessere Koreaner, aber für den Preis ist das verhältnismäßig. Telefonisch braucht ihr es nicht zu versuchen, da geht keiner ran.

Meine Rezensionen wurden hier zweimal gelöscht. Ich war lediglich der Meinung, dass ich nach dem Besuch nach Fett gerochen habe. Ausserdem habe ich das Essen und das Personal als unterdurchschnittlich empfunden.

Sehr sehr lecker und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Einzige Manko ist die Portionsgröße im Bezug auf den Preis. Hier wäre noch Optimierungspotenzial. Wir hatten das Bulgogi Beef, Crispy Chicken Bites, Mandu Beef und Mandu Kimchi. Saucen Sesam, Chili Sauce und Siy Garlic. Sehr lecker, danke dafür ans Team !

Dies ist ein Erfahrungsbericht zu unserem Besuch am 13. Februar zwischen ca. 14:20 und 15:00 Uhr. Wir sind gerade gegangen, hehe. Mein Freund und ich waren beruflich in München und wollten uns schnell etwas zu essen holen. Das Essen war köstlich, die Wartezeit kurz und die Angestellten sprachen mehrere Sprachen. Irgendwann bemerkte ich, dass sie Ukrainer waren und wollte ihnen etwas Nettes sagen, als plötzlich ein unhöflicher Lieferando-Lieferant hereinkam, die Angestellten anschrie und die Stimmung verdarb. Anscheinend ist das kein Einzelfall, und ich hoffe, dass die Leser dieser Bewertungen wissen, wie unhöflich manche Lieferando-Mitarbeiter sind. Falls es Probleme mit der Bestellung gibt, liegt es wahrscheinlich an den Lieferando-Lieferanten und nicht am Personal. Wie dem auch sei, es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Authentisches koreanisches Streetfood ist in Deutschland wirklich schwer zu finden. Die Preise sind gut, besonders für München, und ich wünsche euch viel Erfolg! 💕

Fast service, good food, and good value for money.

We visited this place for the 1€ chicken box deal on the Neotaste app. Redemption was easy, and there are plenty of seats with charging options. The chicken was delicious 😋, but without the discount the price feels a bit high for the portion size.

The Crispy Chicken Bites (Large) cost €10.50. However, for Korean cuisine, they weren't seasoned enough for me. On the plus side, the wait time was very short – the food came really quickly. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, they only served non-alcoholic beer during my visit. I'm not sure yet whether I'll be back.

The food is quite good, but I was charged the same amount twice because the ordering portal was broken. I was then told in broken German that I should contact my bank and they would then send the money back, which of course makes no sense. Then I asked for the manager's number, but it's either incorrect or he simply doesn't answer his phone. Simply an uncoordinated, rip-off shop. Not recommended!

Unfortunately, our visit to Mmaah Korean BBQ was disappointing. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way through – a definite no-go, especially with poultry. The presentation of the dishes seemed bland and uninviting. The food also lacked flavor: it lacked any kind of seasoning, giving it no Korean flair at all. Overall, neither the preparation nor the flavor resembled authentic Korean BBQ. It's a shame, because our expectations were high – but unfortunately, they weren't met.

The service was top-notch, the staff was exceptional, and the food was simply delightful.

I've ordered from Mmaah Schwabing a total of four times. The first two times, the food was delicious and I loved it. The delivery time was about half an hour each time. The last two times, the delivery never arrived, even though the restaurant indicated on Lieferando that the food had been delivered. When I tried to clarify the matter by phone each time, no one answered the phone, even after multiple attempts. I find the whole situation very unfortunate, as I initially thought the food was very tasty. I wouldn't order from there again in the future, as the food simply never arrives.

Delivery is unfortunately very poor. Quality continues to decline. Boxes are getting smaller and more expensive. Sauces are always only half full. For €1.20. Unfortunately, the store is heading in the completely wrong direction. Like all franchises... One loyal customer down

Unfortunately a big disappointment for everyone who knows and loves Korean food. Those little cardboard bowls and the strange sauces on top. The food itself doesn't taste authentic and unfortunately not good either.

Mmaah is a Korean-style fast food restaurant with a sufficient selection of dishes. From mandu to rice dishes with different toppings. In terms of taste, the food is okay and definitely fills you up, but you shouldn't expect authentic Korean cuisine here. The ambience also corresponds to the typical fast food character: functional with ordering screens and little coziness. Okay for a quick bite, but not a culinary highlight.

Took 1hr for some fried chicken. The guy who was on the counter was had many fresh orders sitting on the counter going cold while he assorted them into bags. When the order was complete it was all cold. Very disappointing. I don’t understand why you would not have a food warmer while you wait? Bad system, disorganised. Nothing worse than cold, fried chicken with rice. Definitely avoid

This place is a disgrace to korean food. Their chicken is basically deep friend plastic balls on a bed of dry, starchy, unswallowable rice drizzled with different sauces - the only edible thing in the dish. What a waste of calories 😖.

D store I'm in the hospital and I ordered something in a timely manner which was accepted so I relied on the food and suddenly after several updates the bill was canceled now I can't order anything else anywhere else... no one answered the phone either, what's that supposed to mean??? It had really good food with reasonable price. The mild spicy food wasn't spicy at all. Definitely recommended!

The food was solid, though perhaps not entirely authentic and lacking in love. Service was nonexistent; you order at a terminal, and when the monitor says "ready for pickup," someone who doesn't open their mouths puts the food down. It was rather uncomfortable, with surprisingly few customers at lunchtime, but a few drivers came to pick up food. The shelf for delivery backpacks is a great idea.
