Very good wines, wonderful cellar vaults, and an extremely friendly, lovely team :) Hopefully, it continues...

Was there twice with a huge group of 50+ people. Ideal locarion for hosting and organisation of big events. Food was lacking a little in quality. Generally highly recommended especially of its great wine celler like interior and the central location in the city center

Perfect for larger groups, with a menu, it's very appealing and delicious. Finger food with mulled wine outside is recommended as a starter, especially during the Christmas market season.

The staff, as uncomplicated as the Silvan wind, guided by an impressive selection of Franconian wines, takes guests on a journey through the hills and valleys of the wine region. The opportunity to taste the wines before making a final decision proved to be a great option. The wine list, a tribute to the diversity of Franconian wine production, impressed with its selection and quality. Silvaner, Riesling, and Domina—each variety a promise we gladly accepted. What truly made the evening special, however, was that not only the wines, but also most of the dishes, came from the Franconian homeland. The culinary combination of regional ingredients and traditional dishes lent the whole experience a local identity. The staff's advice, guided by a lively passion for Franconian cuisine and wine culture, made the evening a harmonious and enjoyable experience. We were treated with equal respect—not condescendingly as is sometimes the case in the state capital. Lump, Stein und Küchenmeister is not just a wine bar, but a center of Franconian culinary delights in Munich, tempting wine lovers and gourmets alike. Here, excellent wines blend with the soul of Franconia in a historic setting.

Wirklich empfehlenswert und sehr gutes Essen

Sowas geht gar nicht … Wir haben uns hier im Garten des Restaurants schon öfters im Freundeskreis getroffen und waren bislang auch immer ganz zufrieden. Wie üblich haben wir auch diesmal einen Tisch reserviert. Beim Eintreffen gab es allerdings die große Überraschung: die Küche hatte leider zu. Keine Vorab-Information, auch nicht als die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Begründung der Bedienung: wir hatten heute keine Lust, die Küche aufzumachen.😳 Mir fehlen da einfach nur die Worte 😤 ---- Nachträgliche Anmerkung als Antwort auf die Antwort vom Inhaber --- Vielen Dank für das Angebot für eine Wiedergutmachung! Die Entschuldigung ist für mich nachvollziehbar; die aktuellen Personalengpässe in der Gastronomie sind ja allgemein bekannt. Was leider bleibt ist die sehr irritierende Begründung ("... keine Lust") des Servicepersonals an dem betreffenden Tag vor Ort.

Mit 30 Pax Ende Juni im Gewölbekeller: Langsamer Service, permanente Verwechslung der vegetarischen Esser, miserable Rinderlende (fast jeder hat größere Teile des Fleisches auf dem Teller belassen), lieblos angerichtet. Keller gemütlich aber akkustisch schwierig.

Mit Liebe und Leidenschaft geführtes Restaurant. Das Essen und die Weine ist super und der Service sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Weinbar uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren gestern zu einer kleinen Feier in der Weinbar. Die Gäste waren begeistert von dem besonderen alten Gewölbe mit frischer junger Einrichtung, den gekonnt ausgesuchten Weinen, der ansprechenden kleinen Speisekarte und dem so herzlichen Service. Uns ging schon beim Empfang das Herz auf. Bis zum Ende wurden wir in keinster Weise enttäuscht. Dankeschön

Für eine Weinprobe da gewesen. Tolle Location, da es ein Event war kann ich die Küche nicht beurteilen. Die Weine die ausgeschenkt wurden waren super.

i liked everything about here. all the staff including the manager were very kind and the food was also delicious. and i also liked the orange light and quiet atmosphere so i could get fast service without waiting for the server too long. :-)

Waren zu Dritt. Haben 1h auf das Essen gewartet. Flammkuchen war nicht durchgebacken. Weitere 30 Minuten auf die Rechnung gewartet ehe wir selbst zur Kasse gingen. Es schien als sei das ganze Personal überfordert gewesen. Der Kellner meinte er wäre alleine (an einem Samstag Abend?) und müsse im Restaurant sowie im Garten alle bedienen. Entweder eine schlechte Ausrede oder das Management hat total versagt. 2 Sterne da der Burger zumindest geniessbar war.

Went with a group on a weekend. Service was friendly and very welcoming. Food was good, especially the Flammkuchen. But I just didn't enjoy the wines. We tried about 3 or 4 and none really satisfied...just a subjective view.

Nach einem missglückten Besuch in der Resi, haben wir uns dann für den Lump, Stein und Küchenfenster entschieden. Der Service war einfach super. Der junge Mitarbeiter war extrem freundlich und kannte sich mit den Weinsorten sehr gut aus. Die kleine Käseauswahl war ein sehr guter Weinbegleiter. Es war gewiss nicht der letzte Besuch.

Super schöne Weinbar mit passendem Essen und sowohl Sommer- als auch Winterquartier ist …. Tolles Ambiente

Weinempfehlungen super, Küche hat die Abläufe nicht im Griff

Walking around Odeonsplatz on a DE bank holiday, we were looking for a cosy place to have a glass of wine and just by chance stumbled across Lump, Stein und Küchenmeister in an alley I've never walked by before. The Wintergarten looked very welcoming but we wanted to rather sit inside and and were greeted very nicely upon entering the inside area and told that there's a "living room" area down the hall. And indeed, at the end of the hallway we found this quite empty but very lovely room and sat in a corner on a leather bench with fluffy pillows and listened to nice music in the background. The service was very fast and within minutes we got the menu, decided on two different white wines (both got a second glass as the wine really was superb) and we even ordered a third Flammkuchen for the two of us (think very thin crust and delicious toppings - yummy). Maybe not the cheapest place but for sure, I will come back as this wine bar could become my new fav place to go: not very touristy despite being located in the heart of Munich, great staff and interior inside and outside the location and the food/wines are of very good quality and just wonderful.

We discovered this corner while searching on Google. A cozy atmosphere, but the decor is pretty boring. A frugal menu, which in my opinion is very meat-heavy, so that the vegan would have only one choice: one kind of soup and salad. Selection from Franconian wines, but mainly white wine, which is not enough. Two nice employees who come from time to time and check that everything is okay, otherwise very quiet. It wasn't bad but I wouldn't come again.

Ich erwarte keine riesigen Portionen, aber bei diesen Preisen sollte man zumindest leicht gesättigt sein. Das war bei uns aber nur bei Bestellung von zwei Portionen möglich... Dann war der Burger bei zwei Kollegen qualitativ einfach inakzeptabel... Wir werden hier sicher nicht mehr hingehen. Lob verdient das Personal, die waren alle sehr nett.

Wir waren im Sommerquatier im absolut chilligen Garten mit Musik vom DJ und guter Stimmung. Preise sind ok und alles ist einfach gehalten. Freuen uns im Winter auf die Weinstube in historischen Räumen.

Coole Location und tolle Drinks

Sehr netter Ort um einen Sommerabend zu verbringen. Gesessen wird auf Paletten mit Kissen. Verschiedene Speisen und Getränke verwöhnen den Besucher.

Das Sommerquartier ist ein schöner Urban Pop-up Winegarden in zentralster Lage mit guter Küche, freundlichem Service und erlesenen Weinen in Selbstbedienung. Untermalt wird das Ganze von entspannten sommerlichen DJ-Sounds. Nicht günstig, aber schön. Sollte man diesen Sommer unbedingt abends mal hin.

Das Sommerquartier im Hof ist echt gelungen. Eine entspannte Atmosphäre unter freiem Himmel mit etwas Musik die scheinbar dort abends niemanden zu stören scheint.

Gemütlich, freundliche Bedienung, Preise akzeptabel.
