Gasthaus DER BIERMANN in München

Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. Unfortunately we had to wait 45 minutes for our food and other guests who arrived after us got their meals before us. The salmon trout didn't look very appealing but was good and the veal schnitzel was a bit tough and consisted mostly of breading. A plus point: there was decaffeinated coffee.

Really a great restaurant where they cook very good Bavarian but also alternative dishes. There is also a really tasty cellar beer.

Very nice cozy restaurant. We had a party of 5 and enjoyed the pork with gravy and potato dumplings. A salad with house dressing was delicious. Everything was delicious and just what we needed after a long day.

Great, rustic atmosphere, very friendly and attentive service and very good food. The map is manageable, which is a pro for us, because less and more quality is always better than a lot of mediocre. We had Wiener Schnitzel with potato and cucumber salad and Wammerl with dumplings and sauerkraut - everything was excellent! The naturally cloudy cellar beer is recommended for beer lovers 👍

We had dinner in the beer garden (restaurant). The ambience was very nice and the service itself was also nice and courteous. The food was rather average and actually not of the quality you would expect. The price is rather high, the portions are okay in size, but unfortunately the taste is not that appealing. Too bad...

We came across the inn by chance and the menu spoke to us straight away! We could hardly decide and then we took the Schnitzelreindl. Dessert from the current menu was chocolate cake and apple fritters - really a dream! 🤤 From reception to service - everything was always on point and always had us in mind! The ambience and flair were also wonderful - we will have fond memories of the inn and will definitely visit again on our next visit to Munich!

As 1. The Biermann makes a very good impression of the ambience. The service itself was nice (especially the only female waiter, who also tried to have some conversation with the guests, hence the 4 stars). The three men weren't unfriendly, just not one of them was really interested in us and the guests . We didn't ask if it tasted good or if we wanted dessert, drinks or anything similar, which was a shame. The food was 5o /50 The Bavarian bruschetta was very tasty and, according to the companion, the roast pork was also very tasty. I had boiled beef, which was unfortunately cold and very dry. Too bad! But the portions themselves were very good. The burrata sounded good, but wasn't anything special, so the accompanying tomato salad. Some bread would have been great with it. All in all solid, but unfortunately nothing that will be remembered! I would like to mention that there were 4 waitresses and always not more than 4 tables were occupied, so I would have promised better service!

Unfortunately, the beer was warm. There were three waiters, but no one came after us and we had to keep calling them across the garden otherwise they wouldn't notice us. They went to see other customers normally. They brought us a menu for wine, where beer wasn't even written, and we went for beer. I do not understand. Too bad, maybe it will get better.

We celebrated a baptism in the dining room (approx. 40 people). Very nice location: large hall, beautifully set tables, terrace for enjoying an aperitif. Very good and attentive service. The buffet (Biermann Buffet Extra) was unbeatable: large selection, beautifully presented, great taste. Mr. Schultheis' team ensured a successful event. Tavern just outside of Munich - the staff were friendly and quick to take orders. Both drinks and food came quickly. Unfortunately, for the comparatively high price, the food was only average. The veal Viennese schnitzel was okay, the fried potatoes could have stayed in the pan a little longer. There were deserts, but unfortunately nothing chocolatey. The espresso was okay, unfortunately, but only lukewarm.

Great restaurant with a nice atmosphere. We had reserved in advance and were there with 3 people. However, price/performance does not match here. The food was tasty but the portions were manageable. The proximity to the trade fair and the corresponding occupancy in the hotel certainly have to be taken into account here, but we had the impression that hotel guests were given priority and more reliable service. We would have liked to drink something more, but after the food was served, no waitress was interested in us. No asking if everything was okay, no asking if you would like something more to drink... Nothing. Even the plates were cleared away without comment. There was also no corresponding demand when it came to paying. Once and not again...

Ein nettes Essen in einem rustikal angenehmen Ambiente! Spargelcremesuppe gachlik sehr gut umgesetzt und heiß serviert! Bei Preis/Leistung gibt es für 8.90€ nur ein “Gut”! Schweinsbraten war ausgezeichnet und wurde ebenfalls heiß serviert! Bei Preis/Leistung gibts ein “Sehr gut”! 14.90€ sind überragend! Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, bemüht und fachlich ausgebildet! Dem jährlichen Besuch der Fachmesse für Hifi folgt immer das Abendessen im Biermann! Die vorangegangenen Zeilen erklären warum!

The food was good but I found my dish lacking a bit. I had the escallop with mushrooms and the meat was dry and not very much flavor. The gravy and mushrooms were fantastic. The spatzle also was missing something. The other dinner companions enjoyed the meal Service was traditional slower paced.

I was a bit suspicious at the beginning because I read very good but also bad reviews. My own experience there was very positive. At first there were more people there than we reserved. That wasn't a problem for the restaurant. We were greeted very politely and everyone had a nice seat. We ordered the drinks first, then the dishes. The waiter was very nice, efficient and experienced. Everything we ordered was there quickly and correctly I ordered a roast pork with 2 different dumplings. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I almost couldn't eat everything because the portion was large. The sauce was also good and we got extra sauce. The elderflower juice spritzer was also good, neither too sweet nor just water as is often the case in other restaurants. The others ordered Wiener Schnitzel and Kässpätzle with salad and they were also very satisfied. The schnitzel was huge and the price was reasonable for the quantity and quality. Someone ordered a tiramisu. I can't say anything about the taste but I found the portion to be very small. Summary: very good cuisine and reasonable prices

Wir sind vier Nächte im Hotel Prinzregent, haben, weil es so lecker geschmeckt hat, den gleichen Tisch jeden Abend reserviert und uns durch die Speisekarte gemampft. Jedes Gericht war sehr lecker, wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause!

Everything was just perfect. We came this Friday evening around 7:30 p.m. and got a table for dinner. The waitresses were super nice, quick and it was really a high level of service. The food was a 10 out of 10, I can highly recommend the apple cake dessert. We would always come back. 👍👍👍

I've been here several times now and I have to say that the quality really varies. Sometimes the portions are really ok (for the impressive prices), sometimes they are tiny and you feel ripped off. Ambiance is good. Staff/service... catastrophe. They make fun of you, interrupt you, make unfunny jokes. So you really have to think about it.

Brewery on the outskirts of Munich close to the fair, quiet, that is, not with the usual chaos of breweries in Munich, efficient staff, excellent quality of food (we are in Germany so we are talking about wiener Schnitzler and little else)

Very attentive service, modern-rustic ambience, high-quality food (unfortunately the mustard schnitzel wasn't quite to my taste, but it was excellently crafted and - hence deducting one point - I was missing a side salad) and especially the cellar beer are easy to recommend. The great ambience with the relaxed atmosphere and the nice, courteous employees made it possible for me to have a nice, entertaining evening. Thanks and keep it up!
