Köstliches Schnitzel, nette und schnelle Bewirtung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Aufgrund des -zurecht- großen Andrangs, kann es zu Wartezeiten kommen also entweder früh dran sein oder Wartezeit mit einplanen.

Von aussen etwas unscheinbar und auf den ersten Blick leicht zu übersehen. Wenn ich die Bewertungen nicht gelesen hätte, wären wir nicht rein gegangen. Trotz vollem Restaurant, waren die beiden Mitarbeiter, die uns bedient haben sehr freundlich. Wir hatten genug Zeit um die Speisen zu wählen. Es gab nicht nur Schnitzel, sondern auch eine Tageskarte mit leckeren Gerichten. Riesen Salate, Nudelgerichte, Haxen... Wir hatten Cordonbleu und Schnitzel, die einfach nur Top waren. Da die Portionen so groß waren, konnten wir nicht alles essen. Die Kellnerin fragte sofort nach, ob sie uns den Rest einpacken dürfte.

Gut gefülltes Lokal. Biergarten war voll, innen drin gab es noch freie Tische. Das Essen war lecker und Salat frisch. Die Schnitzel riesig. Der Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Had dinner on 12 June (Wednesday). The schnitzel lived up to the hype. Big portion as well. We went at 5.45 pm so there was no need to wait. Staff were ok as it was not crowded. Price is acceptable for the huge portion they served. The drawback is its cash-only policy. Not the place to go if you are running out of Euro notes as a traveller.

The employees are friendly The schnitzel tasted like pork cutlet. I didn't have high expectations, but it tasted like pork cutlet. Koreans needed pork cutlet sauce The portion size is large.. But everyone said one schnitzel per person. How do you do that? Korean soup rules: follow along The shrimp noodles are served with delicious steak sauce (better than the main dish, schnitzel). Beer Radler is Joonmattaenggulitingtingtongtongtangtaeng. It was good ;>

Two men went and ordered 3 items: cordon bleu, schnitzel, and shrimp noodles. I can't eat it all~ I was told to modify my order for only 2 items. Cancel Schnitzel ~ however I couldn’t even eat two of them ~ㅠㅠ In a glass of beer 51.5 €, they gave me clean change ~^^

I ordered schnitzel and the smallest size beer and it came to a total of 21 euros! It's a cash-only restaurant, and there's only cash written on the front of the store. I was worried because it didn't feel like a restaurant frequented by many Koreans, but everyone was friendly. They even brought us all the sauces like ketchup and mayonnaise, and since the schnitzel was so big, we had no choice but to have leftover food. They did it for me hahaha. The taste was good and the outdoor seating area was spacious so it would have been nice to eat outside. The restrooms were separated for men and women on the second floor of the store and were nice and clean! I think it would be a good idea to come here instead of just going to the Schnitzel restaurant at Jungang Station :)

First of all portions are HUGE. Even three people could split the schnitzel if each got additional sides. For the schnitzel, can't say it is anything special, maybe because I got the turkey one but I have eaten better in Munich. Also maybe the frying technique or the quality idk but the coating absorbed a LOT of oil. It was simply too oily which made us have stomach aches all night long. If you have even the slightest bit of sensitive stomach I would steer clear from fried stuff in here. But the Kaiserschmarrn was absolutely HEAVENLY. 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone seems to be raving about the size of the schnitzel, but where's the focus on taste? The schnitzel is just "meh" at best. It's clear people share it just to make the overpriced dish seem worth it. I wouldn't bother coming back or recommending this place to anyone. At least they have an English menu, but that's hardly enough to make up for the mediocre food.

There are different schnitzel options. Beware that Krablergartenschnitzel is very spicy.

Great food - huge portions. We did one schnitzel for 2 people and that was about perfect for our group. Radler is great, lovely garden.

The steak is delicious. The garden of the restaurant is beautiful and the waiters are very kind and hospitable. I recommend everyone who comes to Munich to eat at this restaurant.

Schnitzel lovers cannot miss this restaurant! The portions are gigantic, there is a diverse selection and the taste of the food is impeccable! In terms of price, the restaurant is also in the solid midfield, so it's definitely worth a visit!

We (family with 1 child) had dinner here in the beer garden. The portions were actually very large and it tasted very good. Sitting in the beer garden is nice and comfortable.

Atmosphere is great: Outdoor garden nestled in a little spot hidden from the street. Food was ok- only had the Bavarian style schnitzel. Large portion like everyone has said. It tasted ok, nothing to go back again for. Service was less than expected. And I'm familiar with German service. The woman was nice enough, the two guys- came off snotty and rude- is this the new Germany? Don't make me wait forever to get and pay the bill and then act like I'm taking up your time. If you don't want us there, help us get out faster. Would not go, would not recommend.

Very large selection of schnitzel and cordon bleu, very large protons and tastes excellent. It is often quite crowded in the evenings.

Schnitzel was ok, certainly large, but definitely not the best. Breading at the bottom was thick and not crispy. Flavour wasn't outstanding. Potatoe salad was not bad.

The beer garden is nice but the rest is 0 8 15. The schnitzels are very large but very thin and taste normal. Potato salad from the bucket, the side salad is tasteless and bad. You can go there to eat a normal schnitzel with fries, but that's it. Not a second time.

Of the places we have eaten in Munich, price-quality-quantity, it is the best. They serve you well, they don't speak Spanish but they do speak English and they normally accept that you use Google translator. All their schnitzels, tasty and large (there they eat one plate per person but they could eat two or three from a plate). On the negative side, you have to go early, otherwise there will be a long waiting line, and they don't accept cards (at least from other countries).

We ate turkey schnitzel. Portions are very filling, 500/600 Gr is definitely there. We heard two adults and one child aged 3. The service is adequate. The garden is very nice👌

I had dinner 2 days in a row. The food is very good and at a reasonable price. The second night we were served by another waiter who was not as nice as the one the first time.

Restaurant with beer garden in the green backyard. Very friendly service and delicious dishes. The different schnitzel dishes are particularly recommended. The schnitzels are extremely huge, as you can see in the photo.

Nice beer garden, lots of food choices. But I will never eat the spicy cordon bleue again. You simply can't taste any of the cheese and ham anymore and my stomach didn't feel well that night. But he's used to being sharp. I would rather choose another location in Munich for Schnitzel/Gordon Bleue.

You come through the door and no one says “Good evening”. There is no sound from the waiters. So, then you go out... There are also 2 waiters outside and no one says “Good evening”. And you are not shown to a table, so you go to one yourself. Here it is said that the whole row is reserved. Okay, no problem, then you go to another table where other people are already sitting. Not customer friendly. The first waiter says you can sit inside or outside. After everything outside was full, we sat down in the completely empty inside area. We were then told in an unfriendly manner that we were not allowed to sit there. It's more than incomprehensible to me not to use the spatial capacity. We then decided not to eat there.

Schnitzel is delicious It was the best schnitzel I had during my trip to Germany. And the portions are really big, so for couples who don't eat a lot, just one menu is enough. It's real One schnitzel is perfect for two drinks.

So pleased my husband found this place. We shared the huge champignonrahmlschnitzel (schnitzel with mushroom gravy). It takes schnitzel to a way higher level in my opinion. Delicious. The potato cucumber salad was a taste treat as well. Service was amazing. Get there early, as this small restaurant is clearly THE PLACE locals go.

Reservations weren't possible, no problem, so we just stood in line in front of the restaurant in the evening. There we got to the next available table quite quickly… We ordered the pancake soup as a starter. This had hardly any taste, which was unfortunately our first disappointment. For the main course we had schnitzel, which was really great! Huge portion and tender meat. Unfortunately there was a little bit of sauce and the paprika sauce had little to do with paprika sauce, but the schnitzels were still highly recommended! Last but not least, since we overestimated the portion of the schnitzel, we had already ordered a Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. This portion was also really large, but far too sweet for our taste. The Kaiserschmarrn was additionally caramelized in addition to the already many raisins, applesauce and sweetened nuts, which was too much of the sweet for us personally. Unfortunately, it was also badly burned in places. The service left a lot to be desired! We weren't asked once during the entire stay whether everything was okay or whether we liked it, not even when the plates were being cleared away. After our starter our drinks were empty, waiters walked past our table several times, but no one was interested until we tried to speak to a waiter ourselves. Since there was apparently an outdoor area behind the restaurant, the door was open the whole time, which made it cold over time and people gradually had to put on their jackets. Conclusion: We came here based on a recommendation… The schnitzels are really recommended! Unfortunately, the rest left something to be desired

The food itself is good. My companion had the duck which was probably rather mediocre. I had the three types of dumplings which were very good, but I have to say that the selection of vegetarian dishes is rather small. As far as I have seen, there is nothing vegan. Since there were only two of us, we were lucky and didn't have to wait in line for long. It's a shame that everything is based on the principle of mass processing, but that's probably because there are always so many people queuing. One thing we noticed at other tables is that the schnitzels are huge, but unfortunately at least half of them are usually gone. It's a shame that so much food is thrown away. I can definitely recommend it to try, but always expect a longer waiting time

Anyone who likes Bavarian cuisine is in good hands at Andy's Krablergarten. There is a large food and drink menu. The service is always friendly and prompt. There are many variations of schnitzel here. The portions are always so huge that you can hardly finish them alone. The quality is great. Reservation not possible. There are often long waiting times at the entrance. Cash only. In summer there is a really nice beer garden behind the restaurant. The price/performance ratio is still ok, even if the price increase feels higher than the last VAT increase.

We were craving schnitzel and this did not disappoint. The spicy schnitzel had some heat the special schnitzel (mustard/horseradish) was great.

Always a must when we are in Munich. Super tasty schnitzels and also cordon bleus. Very large portions. Particularly good to visit in the summer months because of the quiet beer garden. Very nice staff and great prices. Take enough cash with you, unfortunately you can't pay by card, but there are already signs on the door in several languages.

I didn't like my experience, because in Brazil we have the habit of eating breaded chicken or fish, and very well done, and in this place I had the experience of trying the worst schnitzel (pork breading), very big, in fact exaggerated, you don't know frying, burnt taste, lots of oil, releases a lot of flour, as well as loosening all the dough. I complained to the waiter who thought it was normal. I didn't have a chance to take the photo. And besides everything being expensive, there are better things.

Abbiamo mangiato in questo locale a cena senza aver prenotato, per trovare posto bisogna andare presto, perché dopo c'è la fila. Il piatto forte come noterete dal menu è la Schnitzel in ogni sua forma e farcitura. Noi abbiamo mangiato la classica e quella con il formaggio...entrambe buonissime. Mi spiace solo che abbiamo dovuto lasciare più di mezza porzione, perché sono giganti. Una sarebbe bastata per entrambi!

Munich's most famous and most delicious schnitzel restaurant. Portions are extremely large. The ones with Balkan sauce and obazdal are our favorite. 1 portion is enough for two people. Payments are cash only. When you go in winter, you are likely to wait in line for more than half an hour in the evening. They don't take reservations. However, when you go in the summer, the garden part is open, so you won't have to wait long in line. If you want to eat classic Viennese schnitzel, this is definitely the place you should go in Munich.

The dishes we tasted were excellent, typical of German cuisine, I recommend coming here around 8pm as they close the kitchen at 9.30pm, the beer was exceptional, I recommend taking at least a glass, the service offered by the waiter was excellent. left a 10% tip

The interior is not big and not particularly special. Cash only is accepted and no reservations are accepted. The beer garden is nice, not too big! The schnitzel and cordon bleu are very large and my turkey tasted really good. The three dumpling variants were also delicious. Our young service person was very nice and on the ball, thank you very much for that :-)

In the hotel where we stayed they recommended this place to us, and we were enthusiastic about it. We chose the schnzitel, one spicy and one with cheese. Fabulous, exaggerated proportions, as in all the places in Monaco. We paired it with a house beer, a little too fizzy but still good, and a strudel, worth 10. We paid €57.10, in our opinion more than fair for how much we ate. We would happily return.

I think it was the wrong time for me to be on a beef only month because the pork schnitzels looked much nicer.

We decided to visit here after seeing it on YouTube. We arrived around 5:30-6:00ish and were shown to a table straight away (there are often queues, as there was on our way out). The menu appears to be mostly different types of schnitzel, which is what we came for, and I ordered the Wiener schnitzel, my wife the pork schnitzel. They were absolutely massive! Almost comically large!! And they were delicious too. Service was like most German restaurants we went to; they do what needs doing. No flair, fanfare nor fussing. Just get the job done. Which, to be honest, I quite like! Would definitely recommend. Tasty and certainly value for money. Just don’t eat much before you go; the schnitzel’s are really really huge!!

Andy's Krablergarten is a long-established inn on the edge of the Glockebachviertel, which is particularly impressive with its extensive schnitzel and cordon bleu menu. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is right. You will definitely get full here! The ambience inside may be a bit sober, but the charming beer garden in summer makes up for it. There you can relax in the open air and enjoy your full stomach. The waiters, all male, are nice and courteous without being slow. This makes a visit to Andy's Krablergarten a completely pleasant experience. Important: Always take enough cash with you. In this case, long-established also means without card payment.
