Very good snitzel options they have. Best part is they come with sauce stuffed inside. Cordenblau is one which we usually order with potato salad.

Obazda schnitzel is highly recommended. The portion sizes are really big that only 2 people can finish one portion. service is also fast. *** I have to update my review, since our last visit was absolutely disappointment. The waiter’s attitude towards us was unacceptable. Our guest couldn’t decide what he is gonna drink at the first visit of the waiter, we ordered our schnitzels first and after that he ordered his drink. And the waiter told us “are you finished? It is my second visit to this table”. We were shocked but we didn’t say anything because we had our guest and we wanted to him have a good experience there, since it was the first restaurant that he went in Munich. After finishing our meal, we couldn’t finish them all, and we asked for taking the rest as to go. The same waiter who two minutes earlier brought in the food of the people at the next table and wrapped it up with folio, did not do the same for our food. He tore off the aluminum foil and put it on the table in front of us, as if to say, you do it. I can't help thinking that this was racism because the people at the next table were German and we weren't and we were speaking English. Normally this was the first restaurant I recommended to everyone, but I don't recommend it to anyone anymore. I hope it was just us, not everyone is always treated like this.

Absolutely the best Schnitzel in Munich!

Nice and very popular place near the center of Munich, they offer among other things a variety of Wiener Schnitzel with different sauces and side dishes... friendly and helpful staff if a little staid... moderate prices recommended!

The schnitzel was not only incredibly large (normal people can share one), but also very tasty. You can sit outside in the lovely backyard, and there are plenty of seats available. We received very friendly service. Cash only.

A restaurant specializing in snitzels, it certainly doesn't disappoint. I ordered one with mushroom sauce and it was perfect, delicious with a generous amount of fries. The portion was huge; despite liking it, I left almost half... (see photo). The price of a snitzel is around €19.50. Credit cards are not accepted.

We spontaneously stopped by the beer garden for lunch today, and it was fantastic! Friendly service, the food came super quickly, and it was delicious and a very generous portion. We'd love to come back. P.S.: Perhaps it would be possible to set up a small corner for younger guests in the large beer garden.

You can eat a huge plate of Wiener Schnitzel for a good price, but they only let you pay in cash, that is...

HUGE servings, and tastes great. Finish the main course before you consider dessert or a side, you might find yourself way too full otherwise. Skip the fries and get the potato salad instead, it’s a lot better.

The food was really good, fresh, and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive, even if it took a bit of time. The prices are reasonable for the quality. Overall, it was a nice evening, but the noise level was a bit loud.

We waited in line for 30-35 minutes at the entrance. I recommend you try it. The portions are definitely for 2 people.

A nice view of the restaurant and very friendly service. Even though I didn't know German and had trouble finding the menu, they kindly explained the food I wanted and brought it to me. They also asked me if the food tasted good and if there was anything uncomfortable. It was a very good experience. Please note that smoking is allowed in outdoor dining areas, which is typical of Europe. The beer was also very tasty and the portion was so large that I had some leftovers, so they even took them out.

Portions are bigger than expected, you either have to be very hungry or share a plate between two people. The taste is pretty average, nothing special. This place is better suited for just sitting outside and drinking beer.

Wunderschoener Biergarten, ich freute mich als ich auf der Speisekarte "Bayrischer Krustenbraten" gelesen hatte. Leider war, was serviert wurde, der schlechteste Schweinebraten, den ich je in meinem Leben gegessen habe. Das Fleisch war trocken, und die Kruste weich. Auf meine Beschwerde sagte der Kellner, die Krusten sind halt so und brachte uns ohne zu fragen 2 Schnaps, welchen wir nicht wollten. Eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung!

My husband and I arrived Friday night around 6:15 pm. This restaurant is definitely a local favorite. We got one of the last open tables. I ordered the Schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce. My husband ordered the Cordon Blue and a Radler (beer mixed with lemonade). All the dishes come with sides. The various schnitzels come with a choice of French fries, potato cucumber salad, fusilli, or rice. I was shocked when my dish arrived. The schnitzel was at least 12 inches in diameter, it was huge! I'm glad I got the mushroom cream sauce, the schnitzel would have been too plain without it. The Cordon Blue was a folded-over schnitzel with ham and cheese. We should have ordered one dish to split. We took our leftovers back where we were staying and had them for dinner later. There was a long line of people waiting to get a table when we left.

You can't make a reservation and the wait is about an hour.

I can only agree with the reviews. Large portions and extremely tasty. I had the cordon bleu with bacon and onions. We were served very quickly and the nice courtyard is a great place to spend some time

Andy's offers delicious food and excellent service. We really enjoyed the quality of their schnitzel and the staff's attention was impeccable. However, our experience was marred by the large number of people smoking on the terrace. Cigarette smoke constantly reached our table, which was especially annoying having children with us. I believe that smoking should not be allowed on the terraces, as it negatively affects everyone, especially children and those of us who are eating. For this reason, I leave only four points. I sincerely hope that banning smoking on the terraces will be considered in the future so that we can all enjoy a pleasant meal without disturbance. It is a matter of respect for others.

El mejor schnitzel que encontramos en Munich y Suiza! Es una de las comidas más baratas $35 para nosotros compartir un schnitzel (que es enorme) unas papas fritas, spaetzle y dos cocas (lo sé... muy americano!). Si necesitas efectivo, hay dos cajeros automáticos a la vuelta de la esquina que nos perdimos y buscamos durante casi 40 minutos. Sin reservas, por lo que si está lloviendo hay asientos interiores SUPER limitados. Si hace buen tiempo, tienen mucho espacio fuera. ¡Muy recomendable!

The menu has been greatly reduced and prices increased. Price-performance is just acceptable. My last meal wasn't particularly good. Therefore, this is not included in the evaluation.

It felt like they were very understaffed so the staff was stressed. A sign said we should wait outside to be placed but then for 10 minutes none of the staff paid attention to us and were a little rude when we opened the door to see if we could be seated. But the food was really good.

To me, the best Snitzel in Bavaria!!!! They are insane!! Huge portions too. Everytime I go to Munich I go there. We always need to share because it is too much for one person (believe me, I eat a lot) I recommend the Bayern Snitzel and the mushrooms one. The service is a bit rude, and that is really the downside.

The food is good, especially the cutlets, the rest is mediocre. the quality/price ratio is good. Terrible service, annoyed and rude waiters. the worst thing is that they don't accept electronic payments? No, the worst thing is that the very nice garden is full of mice that run around all the time near your feet, not allowing you to have a good experience.

Pedí un Wienerschnitzel y compré un trozo de carne muy grande pero también muy seco. También tienen una increíble forma sin pulir de saludar a los huéspedes allí y el barman era extremadamente grosero. La ensalada era muy bueno y el patio de la corte era un buen lugar para comer.

Super schnitzels! I had dinner here by myself on Monday April 21st. I was in Munich for work. I was late, around 9pm and there was still a line outside. You cannot make a reservation here. The restaurant is located slightly outside the tourist spots. After waiting outside for about 10 minutes I was assigned a table. I ordered the schnitzel with gypsy sauce, fries and a small salad. The portions were huge (see photo), it tasted delicious and the service was good. The atmosphere was not fantastic, most people (tourists) spent more time staring at their phones than having conversations. But unfortunately that is normal nowadays. What is also very strange in 2025, and should no longer be possible, is that you can only pay in cash. Why is that? Germany: wake up and digitize! The world is changing and make sure you catch up! Prices good. Recommended!

This restaurant is in the top ten on Tripadvisor and I can confirm this. If you go here at a hotspot time, you have to wait because reservations are not made. I was there late afternoon on Easter Monday and it was very pleasant. If you order schnitzel or cordon bleu, you should consider whether to add fries, because the schnitzel alone is enough to fill you up. Staff was attentive and friendly.

We had it recommended and it was a complete success: since the weather was good, we ate in the garden, in a very pleasant atmosphere. The schnitzel they served us was fabulous, very thin and tender, it was eaten alone, the mushroom sauce was divine and the fries were one of the best I've ever had. Of course, it was huge, thank goodness we ordered one to share between two, and even so we ended up so full that we had to skip dessert. A ten, without a doubt. And, to top it all off, a very good price.

A beautiful restaurant with an inviting beer garden that invites you to linger, especially on warm days. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy - just right for spending a nice evening with friends or family. There were four of us there and we all chose the turkey schnitzel. The portions were really generous, the meat was tender and juicy, and the breading was nice and crispy. The side dishes were also delicious and harmonious - you can tell that they cook with love here. We were particularly impressed by the service: the staff was very friendly, attentive and always in a good mood. We were served quickly and felt well looked after throughout. All in all, a successful visit – good food, nice people and a pleasant atmosphere. I can definitely recommend the restaurant and would be happy to come back!
