Lugacci Restaurant Elmshorn in Elmshorn

Located on Holstenplatz, right next to the train station. Parking spaces, temporarily chargeable, a few steps away from the restaurant. The pizzas are quite large and taste good. The lasagna wasn't exactly small either. The price-performance ratio is ok. Only the young, female waitress is allowed to smile. It suits her better. I would describe Lugacci more as a pizzeria, which is not a derogation

We waited an hour for our takeaway food because it was first mistakenly prepared for eating in. We did get a drink and tiramisu on the house as compensation, but instead of a vegetarian lasagna I got one with minced meat and the cheese and cream sauce only tasted like cream. Not worth it.

Had chicken breast fillet with champions sauce and potato rosti. The meat was extremely shortened and cooked to perfection. The sauce - very liquid, not thick and very little salt. The potato rosti were still frozen and cold in their own places and didn't taste like anything! (Convinien's product). Ambience, GOOD with a lot of room for improvement☝️.

Really great food here. The bruschetta is really great, with fresh parmesa on top. Last time we had pizza, which was very tasty, this time we chose pasta, we were very surprised by the great quality. It's nice that you get a small fresh salad with it, with a nice homemade dressing. Price is also absolutely reasonable for the quality. Really will come again.

Pizza was delicious and also nice and big. When it comes to cutlery, it would have been nice to invest in better knives. It was very difficult to cut the pizza with it. Service was okay.

Very tasty and highly recommended

The food is quite good, not amazing but tasty and good value for money. However, the service is incredibly bad - the drinks take 20-30 minutes to arrive (we were there twice and ordered via the app which was advertised as being fast and easy) and the waitresses are more concerned with chatting with their friends than caring for their customers. Some tables waited more than 30 minutes and had to call them serval times before they could even order.

Delicious, large pizza (should have been in the oven for 2 minutes longer) in a stylish but somewhat hectic and, above all, noisy location. The gentleman who served me was very friendly, there was hardly anything to complain about - although there was a female waitress present who spoke extremely loudly and made an unbelievable noise while sorting the cutlery. Conclusion: if you have to be in Elmshorn (the city really has NOTHING nice), then you can eat well here.

It was the first time at Lugacci, pizza was delicious, but the staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. The tables were sticky, we weren't even offered a high chair, even though we had a small child. I asked for a plate for the little one and it was immediately forgotten. As a guest you don't feel welcome at all and I wouldn't want to eat there again!!!

Sad, very sad. Fifth or sixth time that I either order or pick up.. Same thing over and over again. Pizza sold as 40 cm but then 30 or 31 cm... I think that's a shame. Although I like the quality.

We are happy to accept a 50 km journey to the outstanding pizza and pasta restaurant in Elmshorn. We always enjoy your food. Today we had Pizza Salsiccia - just so delicious. The service was extremely committed and courteous. We celebrate you and are always happy to come back. The less star is due to the sloping terrain and therefore the arrangement of the tables 😉

Everything was great until we got the fried squid rings. At first we thought they were still raw, but they were just rubbery. We politely returned the plate and said it couldn't be enjoyed. A short time later a young waitress came and explained: "That's how they belong and that's the only way we always have them. They're completely fine." We explained again that they weren't edible and asked us to take the plate back with us. She just turned around and left. Another waitress cleared away and briefly expressed her regrets. We didn't want anything more. Of course we had to pay them. But the rest is true. The ambience is good and so is the food.

First visit here and pleasantly surprised. The salad we ordered was fresh and the dressing we ordered with it was extremely tasty. The pizzas were absolutely delicious. Very pleasant atmosphere, you immediately feel at home. Gladly again!!

I recently had dinner with a friend at Lugacci and am very disappointed. The food was actually delicious, but I am very disappointed and shocked by the staff. A lady served us and we noticed that her name was Johanna. Very rude and unfriendly behavior! She treats the guests very unfriendly and puts them in a bad mood. When there was no tip because I wasn't at all happy with the service, she looked stupid and was very annoyed. In addition, she shouts at her colleagues, insults them and gossips about them. It's not possible for customers to notice something like that! I would terminate her without notice! I thought the little waitress with curly hair was very sweet and nice! The store needs more employees like her!

Pizza was very pale, could have been in the oven longer. It also lacked seasoning. Service friendly.

Always ordered or received delicious dishes. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to eat a more exotic pizza.

I recently dined at Lugacci and had an extremely disappointing experience. A woman named Johanna who took my order was extremely rude and didn't even smile. The service was poor overall Johanna didn't take any time, seemed very hectic and almost threw the food at me. I really expected more and will definitely not be coming back.

The food was really great. Large portions, top quality ingredients. A bit of confusion when ordering via qr code, the waiters, despite the marked table, don't really know who ordered. Pleasant atmosphere, nice garden for warm days.

We had to wait almost 1.5 hours for delivery. When we asked several times by phone, we were always told the driver would come straight away. The pizza was then at room temperature and the toppings were dry. The promised partial refund with Paypal did not happen. Not recommendable; or only against cash payment, then you can at least refuse to accept the garbage.

Edit 2: unfortunately the quality is increasingly decreasing. Ordering, either to your home or for collection, is no longer possible if you want to eat within the next two hours. The courts are getting smaller. Edit: Now we were finally able to test Ragazzi on site and are still thrilled - both with the food and the service. Gladly again! We have ordered many times and have never had any complaints. The food was always fantastic! The delivery times correspond to the order time, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer - who expects delivery within 20 minutes on a Friday evening?! The suppliers were always friendly. I really hope that the Ragazzi survives the crisis!

We contacted her very spontaneously about a child's birthday party. In just a few hours the nice employee had everything beautifully arranged. Pizzas were also great. Thank you for making the children's birthday party better!

Everything perfect. The girls and boys who do the catering are all super friendly. Very attentive to the guest's wishes. The food is always freshly prepared with warm, home-baked foccacia or pizza. Very tasty. It makes sense to reserve a table in advance. A very small note about the table arrangement. It's relatively tight between the tables. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about. I was here two/three years ago, but it was probably called something different back then. It wasn't good back then. Now the Lugacci is completely okay. Very good for Elmshorn. The food was plentiful and tasty (maybe a bit too much sauce, but not so much that the noodles were swimming). The service was very nice, attentive, fond of children and yet reserved. Price wise it is reasonable.

In itself a very nice restaurant, the atmosphere is very inviting. Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired, we asked for our table to be changed, but this didn't happen. White wine spritzer was ordered sweet and it was brought sour. When we were told that it was the wrong drink, we were told that we only had this spritzer. Staff not qualified...unfortunately. The pizza rolls with filling that we ordered were not fully baked and were still doughy. Al Forno dish sometimes only lukewarm. All in all, our first and last visit, but the store was well stocked which may mean that it was just an exception in our case. The staff was still very friendly

Unfortunately very bad! Unfriendly service, no attention was paid to you for more than 90 minutes. The wrong pizza was brought, then briefly changed in the kitchen and brought back. I'm not coming back for a while...

The restaurant and the terrace were packed, the service person I spoke to to get a seat was extremely friendly and helpful and warned of a longer waiting time. Look at the menu, order a drink and food, it didn't take long and both were ready. I had pasta with shrimps, very tasty and cooked to perfection. After a total of 40 minutes I was outside again. My conclusion: Gladly again

Food was okay, service was friendly, a bit clumsy but also okay. The ambience is like that, so if you stop there while shopping to fortify yourself, it's good, we were there with visitors from Switzerland, we first sat inside but it was too loud, then we went outside, it was windy but it was fine!!

You can eat well here, but the pizza is too greasy for me and the tiramisu has unfortunately lost some of its great quality in the last few months. But otherwise all in all an enrichment for Elmshorn.

Had a great, tasty salmon pizza with spinach and a large, rich tuna salad. The lunch prices were inviting. The service was very, very attentive and nice. We were very excited. Would visit the restaurant again and again. Keep it up!

On the occasion of a private vehicle purchase, we spent the night from Good Friday to Holy Saturday in a hotel in Elmshorn. For dinner on Saturday we looked for a restaurant that was within walking distance and - thanks to Google Maps - ended up at Lugacci. To our surprise, the restaurant was not very busy, but that changed as the time went on. The two pizzas we ordered were the size of small wagon wheels and would have easily been enough for four people. Not only were they big, they were also great in terms of taste and appearance. The two girls who served us were nice and very friendly. If fate brings us to the area again, we will definitely come back!

Truly an insult to Italian culture. I was roped into going there three times by my girlfriend, and this last time it truly made me furious. The cheese is this shredded "mozzarella" that you can find in supermarkets, and if this is news to you, the marketing is fraudulent and the "mozzarella" has a tangy burned and salty quality which has no business being on a pizza. What set me off is that I got the bufala because I knew the "mozzarella" was a problem, and they put it ON TOP of the terrible cheese AFTER COOKING. The tomato sauce seems to be destroyed with shredded basil and also over salted. The fact that this establishment garnered 4 stars is truly an indictment of the warped sense Germans have for what they perceive to be a "good pizza". 12 euros for an insult to my culture, I would much rather you had robbed me. The salad was fine, the presence of "alfredo" pasta should tip everybody off on the fact that this is Olive Garden for the german obtuse, who likes Italy in name and vibe alone, aestheticizing and commodifying a culture they do not understand. You disgust me.

The food is always delicious. There is pizza, pasta, salads and much more. Price/performance fits. What unfortunately disappointed us was that the Apple Crumble was suddenly changed. Information on the map would have been desirable.

I was traveling with my 5 year old daughter, we don't know Elmshorn at all, now I was looking for delicious pizza and found it, what can I say, the price, performance and quality are right, my daughter had a pizza and I had a pasta with shrimps it was the best pasta I have eaten. Unfortunately we come from Hamburg otherwise I would love to come back. My mom came too and she shared the pizza with my daughter and it was enough! We paid around 42 euros! As I said, it's worth it

We were at Lugacci again today and it was really great 👍👍👍 the chef Kumar did a great job... our food was on point... we have nothing to complain about. Big praise ☺️👍 And big compliments to our waitress Helen, definitely an added value for this restaurant 😊 We can definitely recommend Lugacci.

We waited 2.5 hours for our pizzas. The reason given for the delay was a problem with the supplier's car, which he knew nothing about. Pizzas are very tasty, but service is technically disappointing. Next time I would like to be honest and say that it will take longer and not make up excuses

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and every time I've been there the service has been good. I recently ordered twice. Delivery time is ok, on Lieferando it is expected to take up to an hour. When you order on the website you get an email saying the food should be there in 20 minutes. It also takes an hour... But what unfortunately doesn't work at all: Ordered pizza twice. Two strange hairs on the pizza. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I wanted to give it another chance after the first time and was disappointed again. I will not order or go there again. A pity.

What's going on in the L.? The old service team in 2023 was faster, more on the ball and with a smile. There is something “negative” about the change in service. An upcoming visit is planned, but work on your quality.

The restaurant is nicely decorated. The reception friendly. Unfortunately the food was mixed. The gratinated goat cheese as a starter is really highly recommended. For the main course I ordered the spaghetti carbonara. According to the ingredients listed on the menu, it should actually be a real one! Trade carbonara. The disappointment was quite great when the good ingredients were ruined with cream to form a pasta-cream mush. A real shame and actually a mortal sin. The service seemed hopelessly overwhelmed that evening. Employees were actually there. But the restaurant manager still felt like she was a one-woman show. Conclusion: As unfortunately with most "Italians", the carbonara is the premier class. This is where most people fail. The usual justification that the recipe was “Germanized” is nonsense. But I'm not giving up hope of getting a good carbonara somewhere in Germany.

You could only feel sorry for the service employee who served us today, January 25, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. She was basically a lone fighter there and also had to train interns, who also seemed relatively clumsy. She was under so much pressure and still worked extremely professionally. The Lugacci is one of our regular restaurants, which has been extremely noticeable here in the last few months: high staff fluctuation in service. Apparently there is an organizational failure here. The management should keep an eye on this and get the Lugacci back on track in the interests of the employees and guests.

Great food for your lunch break with a different lunch menu every week

Definitely be prepared to wait, the staff is inexperienced, which isn't a bad thing, but further training should be encouraged. Pick-up is preferred here, and you even have to wait 15 minutes for drinks. After 60 minutes our two pizzas finally arrived. Please note that the shop wasn't full and there were a lot of tables free. Staff and better management are urgently needed here.

Wir haben das Lugacci in Elmshorn schon oft besucht, und während das Essen durchweg köstlich ist, sind unsere Erfahrungen mit dem Service leider nicht so positiv. Das Essen selbst verdient definitiv Lob, da es immer lecker zubereitet ist. Allerdings gibt es bei der Abholung oft das Problem, dass die Speisen leider kalt sind. Das größte Manko liegt jedoch im Service. Das Personal scheint Schwierigkeiten mit der Bestellungsannahme über iPhones zu haben, und eine angemessene Einweisung scheint zu fehlen. Dies führt zu falsch aufgenommenen Bestellungen und dem falschen Servieren der Speisen, ohne dass sich das Personal dafür entschuldigt. Das Team wirkt insgesamt zu jung und zeigt wenig Professionalität. Sie albern herum und haben scheinbar wenig Augen für die Gäste, besonders wenn es um leere Getränke geht. Ein bestimmtes junges Mädchen fällt besonders negativ auf und beeinflusst leider auch das Verhalten anderer Mitarbeiter negativ. Ein bezeichnendes Beispiel für das unangemessene Verhalten ist, dass sich das Personal am Tresen auf Hockern gegenseitig massiert. Während das Essen zweifellos gut ist, ist das Verhalten des Personals ein absolutes No-Go. Es ist schade, da das Restaurant viel Potenzial hat, aber das junge und offensichtlich unzureichend geschulte Personal trägt dazu bei, dass viele positive Aspekte zunichte gemacht werden. Die einzigen Mitarbeiter, die positiv auffallen, sind der Chef, die Köche und der Pizzabäcker. Leider haben wir heute erneut Essen bestellt, und wieder wurde etwas vergessen – ein Problem, das in der Vergangenheit bereits häufiger aufgetreten ist.

Ein sehr hübsches und modern eingerichtetes Restaurant mit gutem Essen und nettem Personal. Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker - auch wenn sie für meine Verhältnisse etwas zu groß waren. Leider war ich nach meinem Besuch noch anderweitig verhindert, weshalb ich das Angebot, die Reste einpacken zu lassen, leider ablehnen musste. Trotzdem hat es sehr gut geschmeckt und ich komme gerne wieder – oder ich lasse mir mal eine Pizza nach Hause liefern, das ist nämlich auch möglich. Die Karte bietet eine große Auswahl: viele Getränke, Vor- und Hauptspeisen und Desserts. Auch für Vegetarier ist viel dabei ;)

Das Essen ist gut, der Service teils unaufmerksam. Ambiente manchmal zu laut.

Hier haben wir uns mit mehreren getroffen um etwas zu essen und zu trinken . Die Serrvicekraft hatte ihren ersten Tag und hat einen super Job gemacht . Essen war gut und die Warzezeit völlig okay. Nicht okay waren die sanitären Anlagen und der Tisch klebte noch vom vorherigen Besuch.

UPDATE 9.12.23 Heute vor Ort das Chicken al Forno leider Mal wieder ein Reinfall. Die Sauce Hollandaise war eine Schmelzkäse Kräuter irgendwas Sauce. Man fühlt sich nur noch verarscht. Wenn die Sauce Hollandaise leer ist, sollte man das bei der Bestellung sagen. Dann Waren in dem Auflauf vier Mini Stücke Fleisch und zwei Brokkoli Röschen. SORRY ABER ICH WERDE HIER WEDER NOCHMAL ESSEN, NOCH BESTELLEN!!! Nach langer Zeit haben wir heute Mal wieder bestellt. Und was soll ich sagen? Ich bin echt enttäuscht!!! Beim Chicken al Forno habe ich die Sauce Hollandaise vergeblich gesucht. Trockene Nudeln 3 Mini Brokkoli Röschen und Huhn mit Käse überbacken. Früher war noch jede Menge Sauce Hollandaise dabei. Nein danke, das reicht jetzt erstmal....

Bedienung überfordert und bestellen hat lange gedauert. Essen eher mittelmäßig, durchschnittlicher Besuch, nichts besonderes.

Lecker Essen und tolle Mittagskarten!

Freundliches Personal, bestellte Speisen standen bereit. Pizza sehr lecker, preislich in Ordnung. Beim nächsten mal würde ich vor Ort essen,sah gemütlich aus.

Sehr gute und außerordentlich große Pizza. Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich und nett. Vielleicht wäre etwas mehr Personal angebracht gewesen. Leider war es ein wenig zu kalt im Restaurant.

Es tut mir leid, aber das war die schlechteste Cabonara, die ich je gegessen habe. Einfach ungenießbar. Zum Glück waren Brötchen dabei. So konnte ich in meiner Mittagspause wenigstens etwas essen.

Personal soweit relativ freundlich. Location etwas laut aber ganz gut. Das Essen war OK, sehr salzig. Getränke wurden vertauscht, passiert mal, nicht schlimm. Aber: mehrere Gerichte nicht vorhanden, die Toiletten sehr unsauber, männliches Personal wäscht sich nach dem Klogang nicht die Hände. Für Glutenfreie Pizza über 9(!)€ Aufpreis. Es wird hinter dem Tresen böse geredet man gebe nicht genug Trinkgeld, das macht es auch nicht besser. Wir sind negativ überrascht von dem Restaurant.. schade

Also wo soll ich anfangen.. Die Bedienung hatte schätzungsweise den ersten Tag, einer aus der Küche vom Pizza Bereich war auf dem Klo, den haben wir dort angetroffen.. Hände würden Selbstverständlich NICHT gewaschen, denn direkt wieder in die Küche, weiß ich ja nicht. Essen war auch nicht der Brüller Schade

War sehr gut nur war ein Teil meiner Pizza versalzen. Den Rest habe ich mir verpacken lassen aber leider wurde die Pizza einfach zusammengeklappt und in einen zu kleinen Karton gelegt. Aber war wohl nur ein Versehen.

Essen und Service Top. Ambiente ist in Ordnung, allerdings sehr laut.

Der Service war sehr schlecht, da wir erstmal ewig warten mussten bis überhaupt erstmal einer gekommen ist. Dann haben wir Essen bestellt und teilweise etwas anderes bekommen, wofür wir auch noch angeschnauzt wurden (ich zitiere): ,,IST EUCH NICHT AUFGEFALLEN, DASS IHR ETWAS KOMPLETT FALSCHES AUF DEM TELLER HABT", obwohl das Gericht genau so aussah, wie in anderen Restaurants.

Ich hatte eine einfache Salamipizza. Was mir sehr fehlte war eine gute Prise Oregano. Der Pizzadurchmesser war gross, aber der Teig war so sehr dünn. Ich fand die Pizza war mit einer guten industriellen vergleichbar. Das Personal ist absolut freundliche, alles ist sauber. Ich finde es war ok, aber für ein bisschen belegtes Weizenmehl würde ich dort nicht noch einmal hinfahren. Es gibt Lieferdienste, die mir wirklich besser schmecken. Mit dem ehemaligem "Ricci" ist das nicht vergleichbar, was vorher dort bewirtete. Schade, alles auf Marge getrimmt..

Ein nettes Lokal mit köstlichen Gerichten,besonderer Art. Sehr leckere Salate, Vorspeisen , auch vegetarische Gerichte findest du hier. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sitzen. Die Plätze außen sind überdacht(Zelt) . Wir kommen sehr gerne hierher.

Das Restaurant zeigte sich leider von einer unfreundlichen Seite. Der Service war wenig zuvorkommend und die Mitarbeiter schienen desinteressiert. Dies trübte die Erfahrung und minderte den Genuss des Essens. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn das Personal kundenorientierter agieren würde, um eine angenehmere Atmosphäre zu schaffen.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie, wszystkim smakowało

Sehr schlechte Bedienung unfreundlich ein Vase oder ähnliches für einen Blumenstrauß wahr eine absolute Überforderung für sie haben wir uns selber geholt Burger ohne Dipp Brötchen zu trocken und dunkel kann man nicht weiter empfehlen schade

Gestern in Elmshorn gestrandet und nachdem ein Hotel für die Nacht gefunden wurde, fand ich noch das Lugacci. Gut, der Herr an der Rezeption empfahl es auch, da es nur 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt ist, einen kleinen Spaziergang Richtung Elmshorner Bahnhof gemacht und in dem Außenbereich des Lugacci einen Platz besetzt. Relativ schnell war jemand vom Service mit einer Karte da. Überraschung: Keine Fleischgerichte ansich. Also wer Schnitzel oder Steak erhofft, wird eventuell enttäuscht sein. Da ich Pizzaliebhaber bin, war es für mich kein Problem, was zu finden. Also: es gibt was die Vorspeisen angeht Suppen und Salate. Ansonsten Pizza und Pasta in verschiedenen Varianten und ein paar wenige Desserts. Pizza war schnell gefunden und geordert. Vom Außenbereich konnte man den Pizzabäcker beim zubereiten beobachten. Pluspunkt! Nach einer akzeptablen Wartezeit kam dann auch schon der gebackene Teigfladen der Begierde und wusste auch direkt zu überzeugen. Boden perfekt. Belag ausreichend. Soße nicht dominant aber gut gewürzt und perfekt abgestimmt auf die Größe. Für mich persönlich hätte die Pizza noch ein wenig Hitze von oben abbekommen können, was in einem Pizzaofen natürlich nicht so einfach ist. Rein optisch war der Käse ein wenig blass, was jetzt aber meckern auf hohem Niveau ist. Geschmacklich war sie ein absolutes Highlight.
