Schmeckt absolut super. Wenn man mal Lust hat auf richtige Pizza f0r mich persönlich aktuell die beste Adresse in elmshorn dafür. Aber Qualität hat bekanntlich ihren Preis.

Leider war unser Besuch enttäuschend. Wir mussten sehr lange warten, bis wir überhaupt Speisekarten bekommen haben. Das Essen war leider nur durchschnittlich. Besonders unangenehm war der Abschluss: Als wir sagten, dass wir zusammen und mit Karte zahlen möchten, fragte der Kellner: „Und das Trinkgeld auch mit Karte oder bar?“ Diese Bemerkung empfanden wir als unangebracht. Trinkgeld sollte freiwillig sein und nicht aktiv eingefordert werden. Insgesamt leider keine Empfehlung.

Musste heute erfahren das die Küche nur bis 21:30 ist und der Laden um 22 Uhr schließlich es war noch nicht einmal 21:30 sehr schade und sehr unfreundlich bei der Auskunft fahre jetzt zu Smileys

Ein wirklich schönes Lokal. Unbedingt die Buffalo-Pizza probieren, die ist super! Das Beste am Abend war aber der Kellner. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen und wie ein Freund gefühlt.

Das Restaurant ist eher einfach in Bezug auf die Ausstattung. Davon unabhängig ist alles Bequem, die Pizza ist sehr gut und der Service ist überragend. Ohne zu übertreiben. Ich denke die freundlichen, schnellen, mitdenkenden Servicemitarbeitenden würden auch in einem Sterne Restaurant passen. Das Essen ist war gut und die Preise waren völlig in Ordnung. Auch wenn der Platz direkt am Bahnhof sicher seinen eigenen Charakter hat, ist der Besuch absolut zu empfehlen.

Freundliche Bedienung ,gute Pizza.

Sehr feines italienisches Lokal. Die Pizzen muss man gesehen haben... Grösser als der Teller. Zum Glück mit guten Messern. Man kann zwischen nicht alltäglichen Beläge aussuchen. Pizzas sind einfach Geschmack mich ein Gedicht. Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Den Sommer über mit Aussen Bestuhlung. Im Winter besser vorher reservieren.

War hier schon paar mal essen, wahrscheinlich heute das letzte mal. Die Bewertung ist ein Resumee aus mehren Besuchen über Jahre. Essen ist solide, auffällig ist die schwankende Qualität. Die substituieren Zutaten die auf der Karte stehen mit anderen, wenn sie wahrscheinlich die Zutat nicht mehr haben ohne bescheid zu geben. Ich hatte bspw. mal ein Burrata Gericht bestellt und dann den billigen Bällchen-Mozzarella bekommen. Ausgeschriebene Parmesan Gerichte sind nur mit Grana Padano - auf Nachfrage hieß es, es sei das gleiche, was ziemlich frech ist, weil der Preis von Parmesan mindestens 20% höher ist. Ansonsten sind die Gerichte eigentlich alle gut gemacht und gekocht. Problematisch ist noch: vegetarisch gekennzeichnete Gerichte sind nicht vegetarisch, da musste meine Freundin auch aufpassen. Weder Parmesan noch Grana Padano sind vegetarisch und damit der Übergang zum Service. Ein Nachbartisch hatte ein vegetarisch gekennzeichnetes Gericht bestellt das nicht vegetarisch war. Sie wollten das entsprechend zurückgeben und die logische Konsequenz eines guten Service wäre es, es mindestens zu stornieren. Stattdessen beharrte der Chef, dass das doch auf der Karte stand, ignorierend dass da neben ein "vegetarisch" Symbol ist und man sich auch mal verlesen kann. Das Restaurant hat jedes mal wenn ich da war - so alle paar Monate Abstand, komplett neues Servicepersonal, wenn nicht der Chef selbst da ist. Was ich persönlich extrem unsympathisch finde, weil das ein starkes Zeichen dafür ist, dass hinter den Kulissen einiges schief läuft.

Ich habe schon mehrfach dort gegessen oder mir etwas zu essen geholt. Die Gerichte sind immer frisch zubereitet und alles hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders toll finde ich die wöchentlich wechselnde Mittagskarte, auf der jeder etwas findet. Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Wir waren heute hier essen und sind wirklich begeistert! Das Essen und die Getränke waren durchweg top – alles frisch, super abgeschmeckt und liebevoll angerichtet. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht aber an unseren Kellner: So freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend wird man wirklich selten bedient. Man hat sich sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt, ohne dass es aufgesetzt wirkte. Genau so stellt man sich perfekten Service vor! Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können das Restaurant absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend!

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal hier frühstücken – zusammen mit meiner Freundin – und wir waren wirklich positiv überrascht. Ehrlich gesagt wusste ich vorher gar nicht, dass man hier auch so gut frühstücken kann. Ich glaube, das wissen viele gar nicht, aber das sollte man unbedingt mal ausprobieren. Das Frühstück war super lecker, frisch und sehr schön angerichtet. Alles hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders positiv fanden wir den Gruß aus der Küche, den wir sogar gratis bekommen haben (siehe Bild). Die pochierten Eier mit den kleinen Beilagen waren nicht nur wunderschön angerichtet, sondern auch richtig lecker. Eine richtig tolle Aufmerksamkeit! Außerdem muss ich auch den Kellner hervorheben: Er war wirklich sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich direkt wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut fair – nicht überteuert und für die Qualität wirklich völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Frühstück hier definitiv weiterempfehlen! ⭐️

Wir waren heute zum Frühstücken vor Ort. Die leckeren Sauerteig Stullen mit vielen verschiedenen Toppings sind einfach nur grandios! Genauso wie die Pancakes. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr sehr lieb. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder. Danke für den schönen Vormittag bei Euch. 🥹

Essen ist sehr gut. Sowohl die Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und der Nachtisch, alles sehr lecker. Wir hatten Bruschetta, Thunfischsalat und zum Nachtisch Tiramisu.

Gieriger laden, hat nach Trinkgeld gefragt

Wir waren gestern Abend im Lugacci und haben nichts Besonderes erwartet, wurden aber von den Socken gehauen. Super netter Service, das Essen wurde trotz fast vollem Laden relativ zügig gebracht und der Geschmack unserer Vorspeise, Pizza und Focaccia sowie Nachtisch war der absolute Oberhammer. Besser als bei 99% der „klassischen“ Italiener. Dazu moderate Preise und ein modernes Ambiente, nur wenn es voll wird, kann es etwas laut werden. Wir werden bald wieder hingehen und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf. Liebe Grüße von dem Pärchen mit den Krücken ;-)

Wir haben 4 Pizzen bestellt zur Abholung. Am Telefon hieß es 20 min. Als wir ankamen haben wir zu den 20.Minuten NOCHMAL 40 Min dazu gewartet. Es waren gefühlt -14 Grad draußen. Auf die fragen was das solle, kam von dem mitarbeitenden mit einem gelangweiltem Ton nur, wollen sie ihr Geld zurück. So geht man NICHT mit Kunden um. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Die Pizza ist sehr gut, kann mich nicht erinnern, jemals eine bessere gegessen zu haben. Der Service ist auch sehr gut, aufmerksam, äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente habe ich als durchschnittlich empfunden, nicht schlecht, aber auch nichts Besonderes. Ich komme gerne wieder hierher, bin gespannt auf die anderen Gerichte.

Wir waren heute aufgrund der Zugausfälle hier essen und ES WAR MEGA! Wir wurden super behandelt und unser Hund auch! Das Essen war super lecker (mit das beste was wir je gegessen haben) und es war kein Problem essen was über geblieben ist mit zu nehmen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch kommen wir aufjedenfall wieder!

Reservations are recommended (especially on weekends or for groups). If you're driving: check the parking situation at Holstenplatz – it's a central downtown location. Ask politely about vegan/vegetarian options, as they are explicitly mentioned. For lunch: Monday–Friday is likely to be cheaper and quieter. Delivery service: If you prefer to eat at home, that's possible.

Hello, I'm always surprised when I walk into this place. The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food is absolutely fantastic! The prices are all perfectly reasonable. I love going there because, firstly, the service is super friendly, and secondly, the food is incredibly delicious! I really enjoy going there and would come back again and again, and the place is simply beautiful. They even sing songs and give you a cake on your birthday – truly wonderful!!!

Unfortunately, mistakes happen all the time. Today, the pizza wasn't delivered at all; Lieferando will sort it out. Otherwise, an ingredient is always missing, and it takes quite a while. It's a shame, really.

About four weeks ago, we ordered and picked up six pizzas, pizza bread, and aioli for about €80. We've never had such poorly topped pizzas. The bread and aioli were okay. I keep thinking about it when I'm on my way to the train station...

Very good value for money; very tasty food; very generous portions; very attentive, but not intrusive, service; and the wait for the food was by no means too long—all in all, a very, very pleasant experience. I would happily recommend the Lugacci.

We visited Lugacci for the first time today. We chose the restaurant because of the good reviews. We were not disappointed. The food was very good and plentiful. The waiters were all friendly and attentive. The atmosphere isn't exactly cozy, but we'll definitely be back for the good food.

After 40 minutes, the ordered pizza arrived. The cheese was swimming in oil. There was no tomato sauce. We ordered a small water, but got a large one. Considering how highly the restaurant was advertised to us, it was a pretty expensive disappointment.

We stopped in spontaneously and ate a super delicious pizza 🍕. The service was very attentive and very friendly. Highly recommended, we'd love to come back 👌😍

We pre-order food at 12:30. Then at 12:25 we're told it's about another 20 minutes. We don't pre-order food during our lunch break for nothing. So they simply don't offer it or cancel it and say, "Unfortunately, we can't make it." In the end, we waited an extra 40 minutes.

Update 09.2025 The service is unfortunately abysmal, as there are hardly any staff members. The few employees are certainly trying hard, but the wait times are no longer acceptable. The menu arrived after about 20 minutes, even though we had already ordered via the app. After eating, it took about 45 minutes for the plates to be cleared, and this was only because we clearly stated this. The food and location are still good. What a shame! This is no longer fun. Then lower the prices and turn it into a self-service restaurant. ********************* You can tell a good restaurant by the time you get a complaint! From the beginning: I've ordered here several times, and the food, especially the pizza, is delicious and the price-performance ratio is good. Last Friday, we ordered again. We waited two hours in vain, couldn't reach anyone by phone, so we abandoned the order and ordered somewhere else. After three hours, we received a call saying our order had slipped through. They apologized and said they would make it right. We should come back. I called today, explained the problem, and received today's entire order! That's what I call professionalism, and it made my frustration from last week disappear. Now I'm back on track to being a regular customer.

Top!😊. We ordered a huge pizza 🍕 (which I couldn't finish), tortellini, and very fresh drinks 🥤. Everything was delicious 🤤 and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

We spontaneously ate here today; the service was very friendly and quick. We had Pizza Prociutto, Pizza Mama Mia, and Pizza Celestine, along with a small mixed salad. Everything was delicious, especially the house dressing.

I've been there several times when visiting Elmshorn. The food is delicious. The portions are generous, and the appetizers are also very good and tasty.

Lugacci's outside is so dirty, there are pigeon feathers everywhere. I can't recommend the pizzeria.

While looking for something other than a kebab shop, Lugacci was recommended to me. The prices for both food and drinks are unusually high. However, the portions are very generous, and the quality is good. An open kitchen creates a handcrafted, Italian atmosphere. I must especially mention the wonderful Celine, who absolutely shone in service and has the place under control. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome as your guest.

Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I ordered a Prosciutto & Mushroom pizza, but what I got was basically just dough with cheese. The toppings were a complete disappointment – ​​just a few thin strips of ham and a few mushrooms. The only dominant flavor was the salty cheese, and that was it. For a pizza that costs €15, I definitely expected more. The value for money is simply not justified – this pizza costs €2.50 at most. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

The food was good. However, the chef was unavailable. There were no pasta or meat dishes, meaning only pizza and salad. The wait staff were a bit overwhelmed by the situation.

The pizzas are a bit pricey, but they're very large—they're filling. The service was attentive and friendly. The wait time was okay. The atmosphere is somewhere between industrial and cozy. Sitting outside in the summer is very pleasant. I'd happily go back.

Delivery took over 2.5 hours. When I asked if the food was even coming, there was no apology or anything like that.

We were ignored for at least 10 minutes before we asked if we could choose our own seats. After we ordered, the waitress came back 10 minutes later and said they were out of lasagna. We then had to ask for the menu again. But of course, she didn't come back on her own to take our new order. We then had to speak to the other waitress ourselves after another 15 minutes of waiting. The food came relatively quickly, but my pizza also had a dead spider on it. Simply not tasty...

We ordered at 5:20 p.m. with an estimated delivery time of 40-70 minutes. When the order was confirmed, delivery was announced at 6 p.m. I called at 7 p.m. and was told the driver was on the way and should be there soon. The food came at 8 p.m. I don't know how anyone can be so disorganized, but we'll never order again.

The food was delicious (especially the pizza) and reasonably priced, but we had to wait about 90 minutes for our food. We were not told in advance that it might take a long time. Everything seemed to be a bit chaotic and the order of the orders was mixed up. Guests who arrived after us received their food before us. We sat with our two small children right next to the kitchen and still weren't seen. We had to ask twice and didn't really get any response. Only when one of our sons started to cry because of hunger did he kindly get a little something to eat to bridge the waiting time. In principle, something like this can happen, but we lacked communication and the insight that something had gone wrong on the restaurant side. It's a shame because the food was delicious. However, due to the service, we would not recommend the restaurant.

Didn't even deserve one star! Had to ask for the card. To do this we had to go to the waiter and tell him our orders! And even worse: the order I said clearly and loudly was delivered incorrectly! I don't think they wanted us to pay either :)

Basically delicious food. But the delivery times don't work at all. If you can't deliver within an hour, you should stop using the delivery service. Delivery times of 1.5 to 2 hours are standard and unreasonable.

Ordered online for €70, with an expected waiting time of 20-30 minutes. After 60 minutes the call that the food still takes 50 minutes, but we can speed up the process by 10-20 minutes if we drive ourselves. When we got home with the food, the antipasti plate was missing the dip, the walnuts, the sheep's cheese, the ham... It's a good thing we ordered these twice. When asked, reference was made to the stress that it could happen. (2x19.90 and half is missing) the "salad" still consists of a bit of salami, 4 cherry tomatoes, 2 peppers and a lump of goat cheese (variation). Almost half of what should be in it. But over 50% rocket to fill the box. The pizza is good for that. Still a shame. Was my last time. It costs around 150 euros to have this recession deleted. I hope the money for this was saved well in advance on the missing ingredients. LG

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Lugacci restaurant. My experience was disappointing, and the way I dealt with criticism left a lot to be desired. First of all, factual, politely worded 3-star reviews that are true are apparently deleted. Customers who express legitimate criticism are even blocked. Such behavior does not indicate a customer-friendly restaurant. Another big drawback is the price for gluten-free pizza dough: a whopping €9.50 surcharge! (Online even €9.70) A fair price would be around €3-4, but almost €10 extra for the dough is simply excessive. The pizza itself? Totally normal, nothing special. The taste is okay, but not exceptional – and certainly not worth the high price. However, the service should be highlighted positively - it deserves 5 stars! The staff was very attentive, friendly and tried hard. The waitress even pointed out the increased surcharge to us on site, which we found very fair. Unfortunately, the good service cannot make up for the other negative aspects. If you're looking for good food at fair prices and a restaurant that handles criticism professionally, you should look elsewhere.

It's a shame that this restaurant has to have a lawyer delete its bad review because of "defamation". Instead of investing the money in a lawyer, you could use it to motivate/train the staff. I always thought that well-run restaurants didn't need such sleazy tricks.

A significant increase compared to its predecessors. Small, clear map. But what's on it is also really tasty. The lasagna can't keep up with mine, but it's good. Plus small pizza rolls and some salad. You rarely get it anywhere else. Pizza and foccacia are great. Ambiance is nice, but too cool for me. But it's a matter of taste. Located on Holstenplatz, right next to the train station. Parking spaces, temporarily chargeable, a few steps away from the restaurant. The pizzas are quite large and taste good. The lasagna wasn't exactly small either. The price-performance ratio is ok. Only the young, female waitress is allowed to smile. It suits her better. I would describe Lugacci more as a pizzeria, which is not a derogation

We waited an hour for our takeaway food because it was first mistakenly prepared for eating in. We did get a drink and tiramisu on the house as compensation, but instead of a vegetarian lasagna I got one with minced meat and the cheese and cream sauce only tasted like cream. Not worth it.

Had chicken breast fillet with champions sauce and potato rosti. The meat was extremely shortened and cooked to perfection. The sauce - very liquid, not thick and very little salt. The potato rosti were still frozen and cold in their own places and didn't taste like anything! (Convinien's product). Ambience, GOOD with a lot of room for improvement☝️.

Really great food here. The bruschetta is really great, with fresh parmesa on top. Last time we had pizza, which was very tasty, this time we chose pasta, we were very surprised by the great quality. It's nice that you get a small fresh salad with it, with a nice homemade dressing. Price is also absolutely reasonable for the quality. Really will come again.

Pizza was delicious and also nice and big. When it comes to cutlery, it would have been nice to invest in better knives. It was very difficult to cut the pizza with it. Service was okay.

The food is quite good, not amazing but tasty and good value for money. However, the service is incredibly bad - the drinks take 20-30 minutes to arrive (we were there twice and ordered via the app which was advertised as being fast and easy) and the waitresses are more concerned with chatting with their friends than caring for their customers. Some tables waited more than 30 minutes and had to call them serval times before they could even order.

Delicious, large pizza (should have been in the oven for 2 minutes longer) in a stylish but somewhat hectic and, above all, noisy location. The gentleman who served me was very friendly, there was hardly anything to complain about - although there was a female waitress present who spoke extremely loudly and made an unbelievable noise while sorting the cutlery. Conclusion: if you have to be in Elmshorn (the city really has NOTHING nice), then you can eat well here.

It was the first time at Lugacci, pizza was delicious, but the staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. The tables were sticky, we weren't even offered a high chair, even though we had a small child. I asked for a plate for the little one and it was immediately forgotten. As a guest you don't feel welcome at all and I wouldn't want to eat there again!!!

Sad, very sad. Fifth or sixth time that I either order or pick up.. Same thing over and over again. Pizza sold as 40 cm but then 30 or 31 cm... I think that's a shame. Although I like the quality.

We are happy to accept a 50 km journey to the outstanding pizza and pasta restaurant in Elmshorn. We always enjoy your food. Today we had Pizza Salsiccia - just so delicious. The service was extremely committed and courteous. We celebrate you and are always happy to come back. The less star is due to the sloping terrain and therefore the arrangement of the tables 😉
