BOOTSHAUS BE GmbH in Elmshorn

We've been customers for about two years, about two to three times a month, except during the summer months when the sauna is closed. We're very pleased with the consistently high quality of the food. The daily specials offer plenty of variety, and the value for money is excellent. The service staff are excellent and always very friendly. The ambiance is very cozy, especially for a restaurant in a sauna, whether you're enjoying your drinks or food inside or outside. Negative reviews are completely incomprehensible to us, as we're always very satisfied.

I can't quite understand the positive reviews. The price-performance ratio isn't quite right. A lot of it comes from pre-packaged items, and that makes it quite expensive. And if you have ice cream on the menu, you should be able to offer it. Three flavors (yogurt, pistachio, chocolate) are just as pathetic as the pile that's called a scoop (for €2.50). And if I don't like the cheap whipped cream (€1 serving), I should accept that. I found the reactions to my dissatisfaction very unpleasant, starting with having to order the same thing again even though I would have preferred to go without, and ending with people shouting after me to look at the packaging (!). Since I don't want to get annoyed while visiting the sauna, I'm not going to visit the boathouse.

Great restaurant with cold drinks and good food. A great place to unwind after a sauna. Keep it up!

I have to say I have NEVER eaten so badly. We had currywurst fries and for such a price it was simply exorbitant... plus the food tasted absolutely bad and when I looked into the bowl of fries there were 2 hairs in it, I wondered Why you pay €4 for just a handful of fries "with hair" and then simply ask for another 60 cents for a bag of mayonnaise. The sausage was small and the sauce on the sausage was just disgusting. Sorry but the food doesn't even deserve one star. You don't need to talk about the citizens. A colleague of ours had a microwave citizen for 2 euros at Lidl, which is very similar to what they charge 6 or 7 euros for... so I'll give it a wide berth!... ..

A must on every sauna visit! The food is delicious and freshly prepared. The coffee is excellent! The service is impeccable. So happy with the combination of sauna and boathouse in Elmshorn!

I always stop by for a cold Dithmarscher beer whenever I go to the sauna. The food is all delicious. The value for money is excellent. I especially recommend the Alsatian-style tarte flambée for €7(!). All the best!

The food is great, and so is the atmosphere. I'm only deducting one star because of the sometimes exorbitant prices. For a restaurant at a swimming pool, at least the regular portion of fries should be priced in a family-friendly way.

Great dishes and drinks to accompany a relaxing day in the sauna. I have rarely met such a good spa and sauna restaurant. The dishes are freshly prepared and prepared with love, the eye eats with it. I would like to visit you again on my next stay.
