BOOTSHAUS BE GmbH in Elmshorn

We have been customers for about 2 years about 2-3 times a month, except in the summer months when the sauna is closed. We are very happy about the consistently high quality of the food. The daily specials offer a lot of variety and the price/performance ratio is great. The service staff are great and always very friendly. The ambience is very cozy, especially for a restaurant in a sauna, regardless of whether you enjoy your drinks or food outside or inside. For us, negative recessions are completely incomprehensible because we are always very satisfied.

Can't quite understand the positive reviews. The price-performance ratio is not quite right. A lot of it comes pre-packaged and is quite expensive. And if you have ice cream on the menu, you should be able to offer it. 3 types (yoghurt, pistachios, chocolate) are just as miserable as the pile called a ball (for 2.50). And if I don't like the cheap product spray cream (1€ portion), I should accept that. I found the reactions to my dissatisfaction very unpleasant, starting with me having to take the same thing again, even though I I would have preferred to do without, to the point that someone called after me to take a look at the package (!). Since I don't want to be annoyed when I go to the sauna, that's sorted out with a visit to the boathouse.

Great restaurant with cold drinks and good food. A great place to unwind after a sauna. Keep it up...

I have to say I have NEVER eaten so badly. We had currywurst fries and for such a price it was simply exorbitant... plus the food tasted absolutely bad and when I looked into the bowl of fries there were 2 hairs in it, I wondered Why you pay €4 for just a handful of fries "with hair" and then simply ask for another 60 cents for a bag of mayonnaise. The sausage was small and the sauce on the sausage was just disgusting. Sorry but the food doesn't even deserve one star. You don't need to talk about the citizens. A colleague of ours had a microwave citizen for 2 euros at Lidl, which is very similar to what they charge 6 or 7 euros for... so I'll give it a wide berth!... ..

A must for every sauna visit! The food is very tasty and freshly prepared. Coffee great! There's nothing to complain about the service either. Happy about the combination sauna & boathouse in Elmshorn!!!

Whenever you visit the sauna, always stop by for a cool Dithmarscher. The dishes are all very tasty. The price-performance ratio is great. I can especially recommend the Alsatian-style tarte flambée for €7(!). I wish you all the best!

Food is great. Ambience too. There is only one star deduction for the partially excessive prices. For a restaurant in a swimming pool, at least the normal portion of fries should be priced family-friendly.

Great dishes and drinks to accompany a relaxing day in the sauna. I have rarely met such a good spa and sauna restaurant. The dishes are freshly prepared and prepared with love, the eye eats with it. I would like to visit you again on my next stay.
