I advise everyone to stay away from this small restaurant. It's not unusual to be served over-salted/over-seasoned pumpkin soup. The soup was taken back and charged anyway. Three or four spoonfuls of the soup were taken. It's a shame. I will also advise all my friends to avoid this place in the future.

There were long waits at first, and if you were an Austrian and asked for a Maß (literally "measure"), you were met with a rather surprised look. The ambiance was quite nice, and the food was mediocre; there are better roast pork options in Munich. All in all, though, it was quite good and worth a visit.

We made a reservation a day in advance and got a table without any problems. Even when there were eight of us instead of the six we had reserved, it wasn't a problem. The drinks were taken and brought promptly. The food followed quickly. What surprised me was that the food was on the table after only about 10 minutes. I was already prepared for the worst in terms of taste. But it was very good! The roast was tender and piping hot. The dumpling was delicious, and the crust was superb. Top notch. I was very pleasantly surprised. So, all in all, everything was perfect.

So, to all those undecided who are wondering whether it's worth coming here and eating, I highly recommend this restaurant: The food has always been excellent (we've been here at least 10 times). We're big fans of the pretzel dumpling carpacchio and the mountaineer's schnitzel. The food always comes out pretty quickly, depending on the number of guests, of course. The wait staff is attentive and prompt, and above all, the prices are very fair! A big recommendation from us 👍

It was busy at the time and we could sit at a table with other people without any problems and got a free espresso as a sorry which was definitely bot needed the food tasted great and it’s kinda like what you eat when u go skiing it was just a great experience

Great restaurant with warm, friendly service. The roast pork had two decent chunks of meat and a fantastic dark sauce. The schnitzel was also twins 😁 The food arrived without a long wait. The beer garden would have been our first choice had the weather been better. So we enjoyed the meal in the beautiful, discreetly decorated interior. There is free public parking nearby. We arrived on a Monday around 5 p.m.

Lohengrins is a gem in the middle of the city. Both the restaurant and the large beer garden are lovingly furnished. The team is super friendly, we noticed that when we made the reservation by phone. Price/performance is great. There is very little for vegetarians, but there is a delicious selection. We recommend baked potatoes with salad and goat cheese. Visually and culinary a poem. We'll be back!!

I recently ate at Lihengrins and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is stylish and cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening. The food was a real highlight – fresh, creative and prepared with great attention to detail. Especially the [e.g. B. homemade pasta or the special steak] convinced me! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You can tell that a lot of value is placed on quality and hospitality here. Price-performance ratio is also great. I will definitely come back and can only recommend Lihengrins!

The restaurant is decent and service is ok, pork schnitzel is decent but the venison goulash is damn salty!! Can avoid the goulash at all cost! Beer is at the high side too.

My VdK membership ceremony took place there because I have been a member there for a very long time. For dinner I had a roast pork, which was completely okay, but not like in Lower Bavaria or it just wasn't quite my cup of tea. In terms of taste, I missed the kick. I've had some in both Lower Bavaria and Munich that I liked better. Service was okay, but somehow not really Bavarian. What I really liked, however, was that there was slight damage to the flush in the toilet, which I reported immediately and the staff didn't necessarily care that much, but the damage had already been registered. Conclusion: it's okay, but it probably won't be my favorite store.

My favor beer I’ve ever had. So light, refreshing and tasty! The app platter was the best. Pickles, so good. Sausages, so good. Cheese, so good. Uhhhhh, take me back!

The food was very tasty and the service friendly. Nevertheless I don’t understand why the “English menu” was different from the German one. We had to choose from 5 main courses and the table sitting next to us had ordered things that we didn’t even know existed. Really sad and annoying.

We stopped by here by accident and we're glad we did. Great outdoor patio along with really good food. Stuffed schnitzel and pork with dumplings where both great!

A nice beer garden. The staff is not really interested in serving. We were sitting with an empty glass for 45min without anyone asking. The reason why we did not bother was that we had to call them multiple time The apfelkuecherl were not super impressive to sugary for sure.

We often go to Lohengrins and are always very satisfied. The portions are generous and the side salad has a great balsamic dressing. The lard with the homemade bread is excellent. Cheese spaetzle are great made with fried onions, served on top of fried onions and delicious cheese beautifully in the cast bowl. The staff is friendly and questions and requests are responded to and implemented immediately. If the portion is too much, you can take the rest with you - we even added a little extra sauce on top. You rarely find what a class service is. We like to come back again and again.

Nice to sit outside, food ok. Vitello tonnato should not have been brought to the table with this thin sauce. As a chef, I have to know that something went wrong.

Value for money when eating here is simply too expensive. At least you're not sitting somewhere in the city center, but the prices suggest that. Quality and taste also don't justify the prices. When it comes to service, it always depends on the day and how the ladies and gentlemen are currently in the mood. It is also often noticed that the service varies from table to table.

The food is good quality typical Bavarian dishes. I went there with my 3y old daughter and it was a very good experience. They served the kids menu on a paper that included coloring pages with a bunch of colored pencils. Also they have a small playground. It's just a climbing frame and a rocker.

The food came very quickly after ordering. The taste was really good. The prices are NOT overpriced. When we are back in Munich, we will visit this restaurant again.
