Absolut großartig. Witziger, freundlicher Service, leckere Pizzen und faire Preise in einer sehr schönen Lage.

Tolle Lage mit beeindruckenden Blick über den Bodensee. Freundlichen flexibles Personal. Essen gut, nicht sehr gut.

Wir waren zu dritt im LaVita essen. Wir hatten drei Hauptgänge und als Vorspeise zum Teilen Bruscetta. Leider wurden alle Gänge zeitgleich gebracht. Meine Pizza war mir etwas zu hell und nicht kross genug, ich hatte daher gebeten, dass sie noch einmal kurz in den Ofen kommt - soweit kein Problem. Leider musste ich dann länger warten, meine beiden Begleitpersonen waren mit ihrem Essen schon fast fertig. Auf Nachfrage beim Servicepersonal wurde mir gesagt dass meine Pizza neu zubereitet werden würde. Ich habe somit eine weitere halbe Stunde auf mein Essen gewartet, dass ich dann separat von meiner Begleitung gegessen habe. Dass die Pizza - statt sie noch einmal für 2 Minuten in den Ofen zu geben - komplett neu gemacht wurde ist zwar nett aber komplett unverhältnismäßig!

Sehr guten Service. Kellner sind nett und humorvoll und machen einen super Service. Pizza hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Ich kann LaVita nur weiterempfehlen!

DEUTSCH:Ich wurde noch nie zuvor in einem Restaurant wegen meiner blauen Haare diskriminiert oder verspottet. Dieser Laden ist das schlimmste Restaurant, das ich je besucht habe – falls du vorhast, dort nur schnell etwas zu essen, ohne dabei seltsame Blicke zu ernten. Ich rate dir dringend, diesen Ort und seine Angestellten zu meiden. Sprüche wie „Papagei“ oder „Hast du eine Wand gestrichen?“ sind nicht lustig. Ich bin nicht zum Spaß hier und auch nicht für eine Stand-up-Comedy-Einlage. ENGLISH: I haven't been discriminated against or made fun of for having blue hair before in any restaurant. This place is the worst restaurant I have been to, just in case you plan to eat something real quick without getting any weird stares. I kindly advise you to stay away from this place or its employers. Getting called a "parrot" or "did you paint a wall" is not funny. I am not for fun and not for some stand-up comedy.

Wir waren heute am späten Nachmittag mit unseren zwei Kindern dort essen.Der Service schnell und nett, das Essen kam recht schnell und es hat allen geschmeckt. Die Pizza dünn,Rand knusprig und gut belegt Pizzabrötchen,waren fluffig.Der Salat groß und reichhaltig,der Chrispy Chicken Burger lecker.Die Kinderportion Rigatoni mit Fleischragout war ausreichend und lecker.Der Ausblick auf den Bodensee ist wirklich ein toller Bonus. Wir sagen danke und kommen gern wieder.

Schönes Restaurant an super Lage direkt an der Hafenpromenade.

Essen war gut und vor allem schnell serviert. Das Essen braucht keine 5 min. Man hat einen super Blick auf den See und auch gut Schatten (waren knapp 36 Grad). Lediglich die Lasagne könnte etwas größer ausfallen.

Sehr freundliche Kellner, uns wurde sofort ein Platz zum Abendessen angeboten. Pizza wird auf Wunsch ohne Gluten zubereitet. Haben zwei herkömmliche Pizzen gegessen, und die waren echt sehr lecker. Wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein, das wir in unserem Urlaub da waren.

Wir fühlten uns willkommen. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war hervorragend. Es gab keine lange Wartezeit. Die Lage ist toll, direkt am See! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen

Wir hatten einmal Pizza(Tageskarte) und Penne (Tageskarte).. war beides mega gut. Kommen gerne wieder. Preis war echt auch ok. Haben schon teurer gegessen mit Ausblick auf den See. Also wir kommen wirklich mal wieder☺️Von uns echte 5 Sterne.

Leider eine absolut enttäuschende und erschreckende Erfahrung. Ein Kollege von mir mit türkischem Hintergrund wurde während unseres Besuchs respektlos und offensichtlich rassistisch behandelt. Besonders schockierend war die Aussage eines Mitarbeiters: „Wir sind hier nicht beim Dönerladen.“ Eine derartige Bemerkung ist absolut inakzeptabel und hat in der Gastronomie nichts verloren. Zusätzlich war das Personal durchgehend unfreundlich, herablassend und unangenehm im Umgang. Man hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein. Diskriminierung und rassistische Anspielungen sollten in keinem Restaurant toleriert werden. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich dieses Lokal definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten uns gerade auf der Terrasse mitten zwischen den Rosmarinpflanzen niedergelassen, da bekamen wir schon die Speisekarten gereicht. Bereits nach sehr kurzer Zeit kam die Kellnerin, um die Getränkebestellung aufzunehmen. Da wir eigentlich einen gemütliches Mittagessen geplant hatten, waren wir noch dabei, die Vorspeisen zu studieren. Trotzdem wurde direkt gefragt, ob wir uns schon für das Essen entschieden hätten. Insgesamt entstand dadurch etwas der Eindruck, dass möglichst schnell bedient werden sollte, um wieder Platz für die nächsten Gäste zu schaffen. Die Getränke kamen zwar sehr schnell, allerdings nicht wie bestellt: Statt 0,3 l für meine Frau und 0,5 l für mich wurden 0,5 l für meine Frau serviert. Während meine Frau ihre Auswahl inzwischen getroffen hatte, konnte ich mich noch nicht richtig entscheiden, fühlte mich durch die Situation aber etwas gedrängt, ebenfalls sofort zu bestellen. Das Essen wurde ebenfalls sehr zügig serviert und war geschmacklich wirklich sehr gut. Daran gab es nichts auszusetzen. Insgesamt hatten wir jedoch den Eindruck, dass das Personal etwas lustlos wirkte und wenig Atmosphäre für einen entspannten Restaurantbesuch aufkam.

Im Sommer idea, da auf der Terasse ein großer Baum Schatten spendet welcher, im Vergleich zu den anderen Restaurants an der Promende mit aufgestellten Schirmen, besser kühlt. Das Essen ist sehr gut und es gibt eine große Auswal an Speisen und Getränken. Die Preise sind moderat.

Hatte Spaghetti Sorrento. Auf der Karte stand etwas scharf und esse gerne scharf, aber es war so scharf. Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass es so viele Leute gibt, die es so bevorzugen. Die ersten Bisse waren die Spaghetti sehr lecker, danach hat nur noch gebrannt, so dass der Geschmack total untergegangen war. Schade...

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Aber das Besteck war leider echt unangenehm. Die Holzgriffe sind viel zu dick und mega unpraktisch. Besonders bei Spaghetti war das Drehen total nervig und unbequem sowie beim schneiden einer Pizza. Außerdem war die Musik ziemlich laut. Trotzdem war das Essen an sich super.

Die Pizza mit Garnelengeschmack ist absolut köstlich, besonders mit Chiliöl!!

Beim auswählen meines Essens, war ich skeptisch ob das Kalbsschnitzel zu dem günstigen Preis eine gute Wahl wäre. Es war eine gute Wahl. Wunderbar zart und dünne Panade. Absolute Empfehlung.

Waren 1 Woche in Überlingen im Urlaub und hatten dort 2 x gegessen. +Super Service + Preis Leistung + Blick auf den See Jederzeit wieder

Ich war mit meinem Mann im La Vita und leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Lage des Restaurants ist wirklich schön, aber das Essen und der Service konnten uns überhaupt nicht überzeugen. Das Carpaccio war mit Abstand das schlechteste, das wir je gegessen haben. Es wirkte eher wie ein fertiges Produkt aus dem Supermarkt und hatte nichts mit einem echten italienischen Carpaccio zu tun. Für ein italienisches Restaurant ist das wirklich enttäuschend. Auch bei der Pizza gab es Probleme: Obwohl wir ausdrücklich darum gebeten hatten, sie zu schneiden und Büffelmozzarella darauf zu machen, wurde beides zunächst vergessen. Erst später wurde es nachgeholt. Nach dem Carpaccio hatten wir allerdings schon kaum noch Appetit auf die Pizza. Die Bruschetta war außerdem viel zu salzig und geschmacklich ebenfalls nicht besonders gut. Das Personal war leider unfreundlich, besonders nachdem wir ehrlich unsere Meinung zum Essen gesagt haben. Statt auf unsere Kritik einzugehen, wurde uns mehrfach erklärt, dass sie viele Standorte hätten und es deshalb angeblich nicht sein könne, dass das Carpaccio schlecht sei. Das fanden wir leider sehr unprofessionell, denn gute Kritik sollte man ernst nehmen. Die schöne Lage allein reicht leider nicht aus, damit wir wiederkommen würden.

Am Samstag war ich dort essen , unfreundliche Bedienung und das Essen war sehr schlecht vor allem Carpaccio. Nie wieder dort essen gehen !!!nie wieder!!!!

Leider sehr unfreundliche, mürrische Bedienung. Wir waren als Gruppe mit 10 Personen da und haben uns trotz der tollen Lage und des guten Essens nicht wirklich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Schade..

Die Pizzen sind gut belegt allerdings sehr zurückhaltend gewürzt. Der Aufpreis von 4,50 pro glutenfreiem Boden ist doch etwas überzogen.

War letztes Mal dort um an der Promenade ein zwei Bier zu trinken, hate aber auch schon mal dort gegessen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Mir hat es gefallen.

Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn Sie glutenfreie Pizza suchen. Absolut rausgeschmissenes Geld. Die Pizza ist alles andere als italienisch – trotz des hohen Preises schmeckt sie eher nach Tiefkühlpizza aus dem Supermarkt als nach etwas Authentischem. Der Service war, sagen wir mal, alles andere als professionell – der Kellner murmelte vor sich hin, was unhöflich und abstoßend war. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang, aber das ist auch schon alles. Leider können schlechtes Essen und mangelhafter Service selbst die schönste Umgebung ruinieren.

Super Lage am Ende der Überlinger Seepromenade. Schöner Außenbereich mit direktem Blick auf den Bodensee. Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich. Die Pizza war lecker und hatte einen sehr dünnen Boden. Preislich war das Essen für diese Lage in der Touristenregion sehr günstig.

Sehr gut gelegenes Restaurant. ABER meine Frau und ich hatten jeweils einen italienischen Burger, aber das Steak war ekelhaft, geschmacklos und hatte nichts mit einem Angus-Steak auf der Speisekarte zu tun. Sehr enttäuschend, ich werde nicht wieder dorthin gehen.

Angenehmes Ambiente, freundliches Personal Bestellen Sie nicht den Hamburger, denn das Steak ist nur ein einfaches Stück Hackfleisch, sehr trocken und ehrlich gesagt nicht gut. Wir haben das dem Kellner gesagt, aber er hatte nichts dagegen. Es ist schade, wenn man als Geschäftsinhaber Kommentare ignoriert.

Ja, hier wird das Minimalprinzip, zu eigenem Gunsten, perfekt verstanden und praktiziert! Die servierte Lasagne eine Zumutung, ein purer Matsch aus Käse und Bechamelsoße. Wo sind die Nudeln, wo das Fleisch? Hätten die nicht ihre tolle Lage am See, das Restaurant wäre wohl gastfrei...

Gutes Essen, bei guten Service. Im WC war eine große Wasserlarche. Ambiente kommt nicht über 3 Punkte hinaus. Das Calamaris Gericht ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Bruschetta war sehr lecker. Die Pizza hatte einen knusprigen Boden und war schön saftig. Auch die Pasta war geschmacklich super abgestimmt. Rundum super!

This restaurant is one of several on the lake promenade that primarily caters to tourists in droves. They try hard, but it's not so easy with a packed terrace. The service is averagely friendly, and you're served fairly quickly, but of course, stress is unavoidable. In addition, many tourists simply sit down at tables that haven't been cleared yet – a real no-go. This urgently needs to change and new guests should be intercepted at the entrance and then assigned tables! The pizza we had was okay, but not a highlight. The Spaghetti Buon Gustaia was listed on the menu with a sauce made of ground beef and wild mushrooms. I couldn't detect any trace of ground beef, and the sauce was overall quite "sloppy." I don't want to do this restaurant an injustice: It simply caters to the demands of the tourist crowds on the lake promenade, and since it was always packed during our week-long stay, it certainly meets these demands.

The food was good, but the service was very unfriendly and rude. We were greeted by being told that the people at that table had been sitting there forever and were finally leaving, and that he could finally seat people who "bring money" and leave quickly. The service was also very harsh and irritable toward other guests. We had three pizzas that tasted good, but one of the pizzas, which usually arrive uncut, was already cut in half as if with a knife and was almost cold. It was probably another guest's pizza. We've been there several times and usually sat outside. The service was fast and friendly. The pizza and cake were good. The restaurant is located at the end of the promenade. It has a beautiful view of the lake. We always enjoy sitting there when we're in Überlingen.

This was our second visit to this pizzeria and restaurant. The location is beautiful, with a magnificent view of Lake Constance. This time I ordered a tuna pizza to go; last year we ate in (a salad with grilled chicken). The pizza was delicious (the salad was also delicious that time), and the service was very friendly. We'd be happy to come back.

The waiters were very attentive. The food arrived quickly, was plentiful, and tasty. The views of the Bodensee were wonderful, perfect for enjoying a good meal and a good espresso.

The pizza there is delicious, and the pasta is full of cream and fat. Unfortunately, the service was unfriendly, rushed, and cleared half the table in the middle of our meal. A side dish didn't arrive for one dish, and when we asked, they refused to bring us what was on the menu. We found that very rude!

We ate at La Vita and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The food arrived much too late, and the drinks we ordered weren't even brought. When we asked about it, there was no apology – instead, we were rudely and dismissively told that this wasn't right. The service overall seemed disrespectful and not customer-focused. Even the first bread/side dish wasn't particularly good. One thing is for sure: We won't be visiting La Vita again.

Pizza is delicious and inexpensive. The staff is usually unfriendly, and for questions like "where and how can we catch a bus?" the answer is "just take a taxi!" Even for questions about the menu, the answer is "google it, please." No goodbyes or farewells. Only the boy from Greece is great and friendly.

We dined on the restaurant's terrace last weekend. Our order consisted of an appetizer (vitello tonnato) and two pizzas as the main course. After a wait of about 20 minutes, both the appetizer and the pizzas were served at the same time – a process that we consider unacceptable. Our warning to the service staff was met with a shrug – unfortunately, unprofessional. During our stay, the waiters also began a loud reassignment of tables on the terrace – presumably due to a shift change. These internal arrangements were audible to all guests and could have been done much more discreetly – for example, indoors. Regarding the quality of the food: – The "Four Cheeses" pizza tasted okay. – The "Marinara" pizza, however, was overseasoned and extremely garlicky – we had to return about half of it because it was barely edible. The vitello tonnato tasted good, but the portions were significantly too small for the price of just under €18 (six small slices of meat) and the amount of tuna cream was excessive. It's also worth mentioning that the menu is largely similar to that of the "Riva" restaurant in Sipplingen – a restaurant that, however, is in a different league in terms of quality. In our opinion, "La Vita" is more upper-middle class – nothing more, nothing less.

I can recommend this pizzeria because the vegetarian pizza is very well stocked and also very tasty. 2 stars were deducted for the unannounced surcharge of €4.50 per pizza for the gluten-free version. If we had known this beforehand, we would have ordered just one gluten-free pizza instead of two. This resulted in an additional €9, which was very annoying. It wasn't even stated on the menu. We paid for it, but that's not right. You should inform the customer beforehand, or it should at least be shown on the menu or somewhere how much it costs more. He didn't mention it at all when ordering, so we assumed it was the same price. If it had been €3 or €4 more, we wouldn't have said anything, but €9 more is a lot. That's why we're only giving it 3 stars instead of 5.

Any pizza at a kebab shop tastes better... Plus, the wait time is long. Won't be back!

La Vita scores with a beautiful ambiance that invites you to linger – stylish and cozy. Unfortunately, the food can't keep up: The pasta with chicken was heavily drenched in oil, the noodles too firm to the bite and thus barely edible. The pizza bread was also disappointing: The tomato sauce tasted artificial, almost like paint. Considering the quality, the prices are significantly too high. It's a shame, because the atmosphere deserves more.

The food was truly delicious, and the portions were generous. We had a pizza and a large salad—both very good. We also loved the option to order a gluten-free pizza. The staff assured us that it would be prepared separately and would be safe. Unfortunately, my partner still couldn't tolerate the gluten-free pizza, which suggests gluten contamination. This is disappointing, especially since we had specifically asked for it. Anyone with gluten sensitivity should be careful here!

We had lunch. The pizza was good, but the cannelloni unfortunately hadn't been in the oven long enough and were hard on top. The chicken with rice and mushroom sauce was way too salty. For this reason, the food can't be rated highly.

NOT recommended for families: There were 8 of us -> 4 children and 4 adults. We were first seated at a table in another room, which wasn't a problem at first. Then the waiter came over and told us to hurry up and choose our drinks and food because it was busy. Then we started a lecture about what we were NOT allowed to do: 1. Do not push chairs under any circumstances, as it disturbs the guests (it's not like we're guests too). 2. The children are only allowed to talk quietly, as guests can hear them. 3. Do not get up and walk around the restaurant. The waiter was so rude, it was unbelievable. The food was also absolutely not recommended. When we were finished and left the restaurant, my daughter (3 years old) ran ahead and waited for me at the door. The waiter was on his tablet and almost tripped over her. As we left, we rolled our eyes and took a deep breath. Definitely NEVER again! Very very unfriendly and as a family you don't feel welcome even though there are special dishes for children.

Not recommended for celiacs - the staff doesn't know what they're doing! We went to La Vita and ordered a cappuccino, an iced coffee, and apple strudel with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. My daughter has celiac disease and has to follow a strict gluten-free diet; dietary errors have serious consequences! They advertise gluten-free pizza, so we thought they knew what they were talking about. Everything is clearly labeled on the menu, which is great. But our server didn't know anything. According to the menu, the iced coffee is gluten-free, but it came with a biscuit (= gluten-containing) on ​​top. This contaminated the dish so badly that my daughter isn't allowed to eat it. We immediately pointed this out, and the waiter removed the biscuit from the cream, but that wasn't enough. We said so, and the waiter grumbled and took the iced coffee and brought a new one. Friendly is different! The vanilla ice cream had a very bland flavor and contained several large pieces of ice (frozen water) – in short, it didn't taste good. The cappuccino was okay, but very small for €4.40. The apple strudel was also okay, but nothing special. It's a real shame, as the seating here is very pleasant. Maybe the other food is good, and if you don't have celiac disease, the above description doesn't matter.

Super friendly service! Delicious food! Great value for money... Right on the promenade with a view of Lake Constance, what more could you want! We were so impressed that we went back for dinner the next day 👍🏻

We didn't have high expectations, but we were absolutely thrilled! The seafood appetizer platter was absolutely fantastic, and the huge, delicious pizza rounded off the meal. A wonderful day at the lake with very friendly service! Highly recommended!

The worst pizza I've ever had. The crust was very dry. The toppings had no flavor and were mostly fake cheese. I had a Regina with barely any ham, and a mushroom with a lot of cheese.

A lovely spot by the lake to enjoy a coffee. They have a 'Cappuccino Max' (large cup) version that should be a standard in more places (we want more coffee!). The kuchen was delicious as well. The service was very good, and the staff who attended us were very friendly. Highly recommended!

This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The Margherita pizza was delicious—crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and seasoned just right. I also had an iced tea that tasted really good and was very refreshing. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I'd definitely come back.

The food was delicious, the staff very polite, and the chef was also very humorous and funny. All in all, I highly recommend it.

For Mother's Day dinner with you so much went wrong!!! we waited inside for the table outside of our choice and already ordered 2 Aperol, which were NOT brought to us because the table was not the waiter's area! We got the table outside and then had to order the Aperol a second time. We order 2x grilled chicken breasts 2x small salad. The waitress hadn't really listened, let alone asked 1 main meal ordered and delivered. My food was cold when I asked if she had forgotten the 2nd meal - it didn't come until much later because she had only ordered 1 meal instead of 2. !! There was no excuse for it.!! She acted like she was checking to see if it was ready, but it didn't come until 20 minutes later!! The vegetable side dish was extremely burnt And instead of rosemary there were potatoes, as in the menu - 4 quarters of roasted potato slices mixed in with the sun-roasted vegetables. The service apologized for my complaint with a free espresso, But it didn't provide any perfect vegetables. Then the waitress came with our further order of 1 glass of Chianti and 1 glass of Chardonnay. The tray wobbled and both glasses tipped down, the contents spilled all over the table and us!! The other waiter just said it was because the table was wobbly - but I told him the glasses had already fallen!! I left over €100 there and the previously spilled wine on our clothes was still charged FULL!! Impudence!!!!

I ate at this restaurant on a hot day at 29 degrees. Unfortunately the service was disappointing. When I asked for ice cubes for my water, I was told there were no more. To my surprise, however, guests who ordered alcoholic drinks after me received plenty of ice cream. When I asked politely again, the waiter refused my request - it seemed arbitrary and not customer-oriented. The taste of the food was okay, but nothing special. Overall, I am left with a negative overall impression, especially because of the unprofessional treatment of guests for a simple request like ice cream in this heat.

Well, what can I say… La Vita? More like la sadness. The pizza was an absolute joke — and not even a funny one! The dough tasted like someone had taken an old moving box out of the basement, thrown a little cheese on it and said, “Buon Appetito!” Cardboard. Dry. Tasteless. Even yesterday's frozen pizza would have seemed like a gourmet's dream. And then the “spicy” salami… I really had to check to see if they had forgotten to add the spiciness or if they had accidentally ordered “homeopathically spicy”. Spoiler: it was milder than a chamomile tea after midnight. Absolute failure. The staff? Yeah... let's put it this way: If disinterest were Olympic, the team would definitely have the gold medal. No smile, no feeling of service - almost as if the guests were the annoying nuisance in their working day. I almost apologized for even being there. The ambience? Just like the food: loveless, cold and just plain wrong. Everything together didn't fit at all. Never again. When I feel like using cardboard again, I cut off a piece of cardboard — it's cheaper and probably even more flavorful.
