We visited Pegelhaus for the first time today. My wife: "Do you have a table for 4 people free by the water?" Waitress No. 1: "I can't say anything about the tables by the water, it's not my area." Waitress No. 2: "All the tables are currently occupied. My wife: "But one table has just paid." Waitress No. 2: "Yes, that's true. But the guests don't get up straight away, they want to sit for a while." My wife: "I understand that, I would wait too. Is the table free after that?" Waitress No. 2: "Pretty much every table is reserved this evening." My wife thanks for the information and wants to leave. I want to keep trying. Finally we get a table. We sit down. Waitress No. 3 to us: "But the table is reserved from 5:15 p.m." It is 5 p.m. Waitress No. 2 to waitress No. 3: "Take another table for this reservation and make a reservation for 8 p.m." and to us: "You're leaving at 8 p.m., right?" We answer in the affirmative. Only got one menu for the four of us. Drinks ordered. Guest requests for free tables annoy the waiters. Food ordered. At least there were children's portions of spaghetti. All the tables around us were set - nice plate coasters, cutlery, cloth napkins. Not our table. We get our food, cutlery is brought afterwards, just thrown in the middle, and those napkins - no words... Burger is OK. Fish is too greasy. Great view. Paid €88, 10% tip. Never again. Very bad restaurant. Please please that's food, it was all so bad. We had a barbecue...diarrhea after eating. Restaurant was completely empty.

Good food and nice atmosphere. However, service was slow and orders were wrong, it took forever for the food to arrive and leave again. The waitresses were a bit unfriendly at times.

We ate here for the first time around lunchtime today and were very satisfied😋 At first glance, my husband and I were very overwhelmed, but the two nice service employees gave us friendly advice so that we quickly got a good overview. My husband chose a vegan tofu bowl, there are plenty of vegan options, I liked the grilled chicken😋 Top service, good value for money - always happy!🥰

If you're already a closed company, you might want to try another method than just a note at the entrance. And fix the SSL certificate of your website.
