The food was great and the people were great

We've been there many times, but without children and it's been great so far. Unfortunately we didn't spend a very nice evening there today. We were there with 3 small children at 5:15 p.m. and the restaurant was still almost empty. We ordered a shared starter and main courses. The starter took about 30 minutes.. after that nothing came anymore.. no one came to ask for drinks.. The children were already getting restless.. when we asked how long it would take we said he was checking.. then nothing came again.. then we spoke again and they said it was now being served after waiting for over an hour after the starter and no apology was given.. instead we were portrayed as “guilty”. It's normal because we ordered a starter and it takes longer afterwards. Conclusion: my favorite dish Saphir Spezial, the portion was tiny and rather "slapped", there were no carrots at all and a friend who was there had carrots with her... the manti were ice cold and when we complained again they said it was normal.. I've been there many times and that wasn't it!!! We didn't leave the restaurant until 7:45 p.m. and we often go out to eat with our children and in busier restaurants it usually takes a maximum of 1 1/2 hours to complete the starter, main course and dessert. and I think it's a shame that you can't even apologize and accommodate! Criticism is not dealt with here and I have never experienced anything like it. It's a shame...we won't be coming back for a while

Bedienung Top und sehr freundlich 👍. Vorspeise gut, Hauptgang durchschnittlich. Leider nichts besonderes. Unserer Erwartung wurde nicht erfüllt. Schade.
