The location is fantastic. It's really beautiful right on the water. However, you definitely pay for the view with the prices inside. It's warm outside in winter thanks to the many patio heaters. The waiter was a bit impatient and didn't seem relaxed. They didn't accept card payments, which is unacceptable these days. On top of the generally high prices, you had to pay an extra €0.60 per person to use the restroom. And it has to be said that both the men's and women's restrooms were absolutely filthy. It was obvious that no one had bothered to clean them all day. I think the cleaning lady was only there to collect money – she certainly hadn't cleaned anything. I can't recommend this place to anyone!

After a painting class at the hotel, we had a lovely evening on the restaurant's terrace. Sabri provided very friendly and attentive service. The food was good, and the ambiance was very pleasant.

Scam. It's cash only, so they send you to an ATM. I withdrew €50 and was charged an additional €6 in transaction fees without them mentioning it. The service was also unfriendly.

I ordered food from Lieferando, the order was completely wrong, and the phone line was constantly busy. Outrageous.

I went to Hot Meals in Düsseldorf – the shawarma was really delicious 😋🔥 There was a bit less meat, but the taste was great! I didn't try anything else, but the place looks clean and the staff is friendly. Overall, a good experience
