After a painting class at the hotel, we had a lovely evening on the restaurant's terrace. Sabri provided very friendly and attentive service. The food was good, and the ambiance was very pleasant.

Worst place ever, we waited for the food over 2 hours and it was wrong in the end. No apologies from the cashier or the waiter. Arrogant people with no hospitality what so ever. Worst place ever.

Very nice, casual atmosphere. Parking is available in the underground garage. Friendly service. Drink prices are a bit high, but reasonable for Düsseldorf.

I didn't expect such a good restaurant in a hotel! Friendly service! The food was good, 😋 but it's strange to look at the bill when the Aperol costs more than the appetizer of creamy soup with vegetables and meat! The appetizer was soup and steak tartare, and the main course was burgers.

A good restaurant with a bar located within the Innside Seestern Hotel. Friendly service, very tasty food, and good cocktails. Highly recommended.

Rathausufer 1Scam. It's cash only, so they send you to an ATM. I withdrew €50 and was charged an additional €6 in transaction fees without them mentioning it. The service was also unfriendly.

Unnamed RoadThe location is fantastic. It's really beautiful right on the water. However, you definitely pay for the view with the prices inside. It's warm outside in winter thanks to the many patio heaters. The waiter was a bit impatient and didn't seem relaxed. They didn't accept card payments, which is unacceptable these days. On top of the generally high prices, you had to pay an extra €0.60 per person to use the restroom. And it has to be said that both the men's and women's restrooms were absolutely filthy. It was obvious that no one had bothered to clean them all day. I think the cleaning lady was only there to collect money – she certainly hadn't cleaned anything. I can't recommend this place to anyone!
