The shawarma was small with little meat, although the taste was ok. But it was much better 2 years ago, and it was still a decent kebab back then. In any case, XL was nothing here. Just felt like flatbread. The change was initially missing €10. Such a coincidence, I already know it from many small shops in Istanbul. Maybe, given how late the hour was, they thought I was drunk and wouldn't notice. Clever 👍 One more thing: an Uber Eats delivery was handled with the same hands as my change. Have fun for the recipients with certain tiny creatures... My receipt was immediately collected again 😅

We ordered via Uber eats. The food was inedible and tasted kind of rotten.

Very expensive for poor quality and small portions. There are much better alternatives in Düsseldorf than this restaurant. The extra requests (e.g. no pickled cucumber with shawarma due to allergies) were not taken into account. Never again and honestly this restaurant should be closed.

I ordered a grilled chicken, which was regularly delivered with Arabic bread. Unfortunately, the bread caught  mold as a result i through the whole meal in bio garbge. So, I contacted the restaurant via Fb page (sending them the attached photos) and the admin asked for my mobile number to call me. I got a phone call from him, he tried at first to explain that it may have resulted from grilling but when I told him that it is a green color in the bread. He told me then that they will be aware of that next time 🙄. Actually,  I didn't think it would be the answer but I asked him for further explanation. So he said please pack the meal again, although i told him that i throug it but he told me to pick it form garbage 😂😂, so he could send someone to replace the meal i told him again that it is in garbage!. Finally he said that he would ask someone to go to pick only the bread but no one showed up or came. Actually i don't think that is a professional way of handling customer complaints but it seems to be their way. Let's talk about what's going on here, it's better to use the Arabic language that you want. Leider war das Brot verrottet. Also Ergebnis war   die ganze Mahlzeit in Biomüll. Das ist ein syrisches Restaurant. Dort ist leider nicht bequem zu setzen. Man fühlt sich nicht wohl. Das ist war OK. Ich habe das Essen abgeholt.

Katastrophe einfach. Unsere Bestellung war komplett falsch. Haben 4 Käse teile bekommen, obwohl wir Laktose intolerant sind. Nach Aufforderung hieß es man kann nichts machen. Am Ende hieß es die liefern richtig. Nach langem warten haben wir erneut angerufen und gefragt wo den das Essen nun bleibt, daraufhin wurde uns einfach wieder mitgeteilt, dass man nichts machen kann. Falsches Essen geliefert und dazu noch unsere Zeit verschwendet. FRECHHEIT!

Ich habe essen mitgenommen. Kibbeh und shawarma. Der nette Imbiss Koch,ist erstmal mit meinem shawarma Brot in der Hand ,durch den halben laden gelaufen um sich zu unterhalten. Kibbeh war säuerlich und das Fleisch drin ,wie pürierte Hackfleisch,leider mussten dann alle 3 Stück in Müll.

Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, das Restaurant zu besuchen und möchte gerne meine ehrliche Meinung teilen. Leider war meine Erfahrung nicht zufriedenstellend, und ich muss sagen, dass es einige ernsthafte Mängel gab. Zunächst einmal war ich enttäuscht von der Qualität des Essens. Das Fleisch in meinem Shawarma war nicht richtig durch, was den Genuss stark beeinträchtigte. Der Geschmack ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig und konnte mit authentischem syrischem Essen nicht mithalten. Ich hatte auf ein Geschmackserlebnis gehofft, das mich in die Aromen und Gewürze der syrischen Küche eintauchen lässt, wurde jedoch enttäuscht. Der Service war eine weitere Enttäuschung. Ich habe fast eine halbe Stunde gewartet, bis meine Bestellung von vier Shawarma-Sandwiches endlich zubereitet war. Dies ist unverhältnismäßig lange, besonders wenn man bedenkt, dass es sich um eine vergleichsweise einfache Bestellung handelte. Essen ist eigentlich gut aber wenn du ein Türke bist hast du da verloren die werden so ein Hass auf dich schieben und extra wenig geben und man merkt das allgemein wie die dich angucken die haben glaube ich nicht verstanden wenn man in Deutschland ist das der ganze Hass hier auf hört was in unseren Ländern passiert

Ich habe eigentlich vorher gerne mal dort Falafel gegessen aber nachdem mir für eine Portion Pommes 10€ (!!!) berechnet wurde hat sich das erledigt. Erst nach Diskussion und nachdem mir gesagt wurde, sie würden die Pommes wegschmeißen wenn ich die nicht nehme, musste ich 8€ für diese angeblich große Portion zahlen. Habe im Anschluss an das kalte Essen noch eine allergische Reaktion gratis dazu bekommen, Danke. Sehr schade, dass man seine Kunden so gewissenslos ausnimmt.

Das Essen vorher hat besser geschmeckt,aöso heutzutage kann man essen aber es ist nicht ,wo man Woow sagt. Service finde ich sehr gut ,aber der Zustand vom Laden ist schlecht und Die Lage allgemein ist nicht schön.

Respektloses Telefonat-laute Musik im Hintergrund so dass man den Mann nicht gehört hat, er hart 100 mal nachgefragt was ich will…. 2,5 Stunden auf essen gewartet, obwohl das Essen in 60 Minuten geliefert werden sollte… Ausrede war:“ich rufe den Fahrer an „ Kein -Entschuldigung oder es tut mir leid… ich werde da nie wieder bestellen, das ist das allerletzte…. Natürlich kommt das Essen nicht warm an…… früher habe ich da oft bestellt und ich war meistens zufrieden aber die letzten 2 Male haben die echt übertrieben…
