We have been driving past this restaurant for years. Today we decided to visit the restaurant. It will be our first and last visit. The salad was drowning in the ready-made dressing and was completely carelessly prepared. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy my starter because the eggplant was filled with tomatoes. I don't like tomatoes, so unfortunately it wasn't on the menu that it was filled with tomatoes. I scraped off the few chunks of sheep's cheese on the tomatoes. Not even finished with the starter, the main course arrived. I had gratinated gyros with mushrooms. Unfortunately, the taste of canned mushrooms is boring and when it comes to the gyros, I would almost say that it was frozen food. My husband's liver was a little oversalted, but a large portion. The service was ok. We've never eaten such bad Greek food before. The prices are not justified for the food.

Hello, My wife and I had dinner at Jorgos today. For us this is the worst Greek restaurant we have ever eaten. Service was very unfriendly (no please or thank you, not even whether it was tasty). In addition, small portion, salad is unappetizingly prepared. Because the price is too high. Not justified. Never again.

I have never experienced such bad Greek food. I had the fish platter for over 26 euros. The squid rings were as tough as car tires, the sole was carelessly served out of the deep fryer and how many times had the rice been warmed up? You don't know. I really can't understand the good reviews here. Inside, the restaurant looks very dark and uninviting and the toilets also urgently need to be renovated. The only star is for the nice young waiter, who really tried hard... otherwise this place won't see me again.

Today we were able to celebrate our birthday once again at a Greek restaurant in Barth. Table reservation worked great as always. Nicely decorated. Children's chair stood. As soon as we sat down, the super friendly staff were already there. Drinks came immediately. Starters super tasty. The food was excellent. Everyone was super friendly, even though the restaurant was very busy. The waiters were very stressed, but still had an open ear for everyone's sensitivities and even briefly entertained our granddaughter. There is so much service and humanity that you have never encountered before in this restaurant. We have been regular guests for 20 years now and have never been disappointed. But today was the biggie. Great service, great food.....Keep it up.....

The service is super nice, attentive and takes great care of its guests. We sat on the terrace. The restaurant itself is on the road, surrounded by forest. Street noise was hardly audible. There is a playground right at the front where you can keep a clear eye on your children. Everything is very well maintained. Parking right in front of the door. Price/performance top.

We had dinner here last night with our children to celebrate the end of the holiday. The restaurant was recommended in our accommodation. The place was full. However, the waiters were almost never seen. We had to wait over an hour to receive the menu, the drinks and finally the food. The Olympos plate was brought without lamb chop. It was announced that this would be delivered later. However, this only happened after we asked several times and only after we had finished eating. There was no apology for this. We would have liked to order more drinks, but we didn't see a waiter or were asked about them (in contrast to the neighboring table). When darkness fell, there were no lights/candles in the crowded outdoor area. We actually like going to Greek restaurants. However, at these prices you also expect corresponding service. Two stars because of the positive food.

Great food, poor service. So I can't fault the food at all. Very tasty, good portion sizes and not too high prices for a tourist area. The service? Now let's put it this way: tables were mixed up, tables weren't cleared or served. In our case, the table next to us, who arrived 40 minutes after us, got their side salad while we were forgotten. We only got the garlic bread, which is a starter, when we asked for it when we were almost finished with the main course. Before our espressos were brought we were supposed to pay and in the middle of it only one plate was cleared and the waiters were desperately looking for menu cards or standing together in a corner and talking instead of clearing tables... Delicious Greek food and excellent service.

I took a seat on the terrace after a long, hot day. It was well attended and I could tell that there were enough service staff. Unfortunately, they were so unmotivated that I didn't feel welcome but rather just tolerated. The food tasted good and was sufficient. However, after the listless clearing of the plates, we were presented with the bill even though it was not expressly mentioned. I found that to be very unfriendly. And when asked, there was neither a plausible answer (possibly a misunderstanding) nor an apology. My conclusion...if you're super hungry and don't expect anything more for your money then this restaurant is the right place for you.

Unfortunately, the service and the quality of the food have deteriorated significantly. We had to wait forever before we could order - and only after speaking to the staff. The rice was completely overcooked and was mush. In the chopped we found human. Hair. And you had to look for the fish on the fish plate, 2 scampis and some calamari - and that for just under 30.00 euros. The pieces of meat were simply draped in an unpleasant way on the grill plates. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right here. The service is terrible - even though the place wasn't even full. It's a shame, but I don't want to be a guest in this restaurant anymore.

Wir hatten im Vorfeld sehr unterschiedliche Bewertungen übers Jorgos gelesen, wollten uns aber eine eigene Meinung bilden. An dem Abend war das Restaurant gut besucht, aber nicht voll besetzt. Wir nahmen einen Tisch auf der Terrasse. Obwohl zu sehen war, dass immer einige Kellner frei waren, dauerte es ca. 15 Minuten, bis einer der Kellner kam, um unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen (Getränke und Essen). Nach 20 weiteren Minuten waren unsere Getränke immer noch nicht da, so dass wir bei einem Kellner nachfragten. Dieser war sichtlich verärgert über unsere Nachfrage, kam dann einige Minuten später ohne unsere Getränke zurück und fragte nach, was wir bestellt hatten - Getränke und Speisen. Er entschuldigte sich mit den Worten, dass sein Kollege Stress hätte und deshalb unsere Bestellung untergegangen sei. Wir bestellten neu (aus dem Kopf), man hatte uns keine Speisekarte gegeben. Essen und Getränke waren dann in einer angemessenen Zeit da. Fazit: Essen war ok, Bewirtung unterirdisch.

Nice restaurant with a great outdoor area with a playground and koi pond. Price-performance is excellent. The food is very tasty and despite the smaller lunch plates you will feel very full. The waiters are friendly but we had to let them know that we wanted tickets. The rest was good. At the end we were supposed to get an ouzo, but it never came. We then left.

Mass tourism including annoying children and impossible parents and grandparents with high prices and huge portions. Many left the store with leftover packages. The broad beans as a starter were really tasty.

We were disappointed with the food. Main courses took an hour. The "juicy" grilled beef liver turned out to be too well done and very, very dry, very dark on the outside. Instead of braised onions, there were raw ones. Gyros was okay, a little more seasoned would have been better. The staff is very hardworking and quick. The fact that she mixed up the two white wines the second time only came to light too late.

The food was ok but I've eaten better. Sometimes it was very greasy. Personally, I was missing a dip in the Champions. Bringing the dogs was no problem at all.

Yesterday the four of us sat in the middle part of the restaurant with a tent roof. After we were assigned a place, we decided for a quieter corner, just behind it. We weren't even noticed no greeting or anything else. After 20 minutes, when we asked a passing waitress, the menus and the cutlery basket were rudely placed on the table, again without being noticed or greeted, we still couldn't order any drinks and were still sitting patiently. 10 minutes later a waiter came by, whom we asked again, he replied that his colleague would be coming soon. When the neighboring table was cleared after another 20 minutes, we dared to ask again for an order or drinks. The waiter just said he didn't have any equipment and his colleague would be there soon. We were fed up and left the restaurant. In 10 minutes we reached another Greek restaurant. We hadn't even sat down properly yet, we were warmly greeted, the menus and the cutlery basket were already on the table, and we were asked to order. 5 minutes later we had the drinks, the ouzo and the salad on the table. We just slipped out, not so quickly. Two of us had been poorly served here at the Tannenheim months before and didn't want to go there anymore. They tried us again. Lo and behold, there are increases - none!! Service. Unfortunately, the ambience of the Tannenheim has deteriorated a lot and it's done for us. We would have liked to have said something on site, but no one came to speak. Just a shame...

As a Greek, I throw my hands over my head!!! We had pre-booked a table for 4 people, the restaurant was hardly busy around 2 p.m., they didn't greet us or didn't want to greet us, really sad, as a Greek it's normal to greet your guests. After 15 minutes they finally saw us, we chose to just sit at a table, we were asked snidely about the drinks without a menu, we got them 10 minutes later, as I said, the restaurant was empty, only a handful of guests were there. The minced steak wasn't really tasty, rather totally oversalted, which probably serves the purpose of making the guest drink more. THE gyros were tough and too salty, the moussaka was definitely not Greek, indefinable and very bland in taste. The garlic bread was oily and garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. Everything was really sad, the water was served lukewarm, or simply put on the table, according to the motto, help yourself, we'd rather keep quiet about the rest. We weren't asked if we liked it, we probably already knew the answer, it's hard to beat the rudeness, the tip of 8 euros also seemed too little, no thank you, no goodbye, as a Greek it's appropriate to offer the guest an Uso , no nothing, no nothing at all. The receipt was thrown down, the money was collected, the waiter was gone. I think this is not a real Greek restaurant, we said goodbye in Greek, no reaction from any of the staff. I was really embarrassed

Wahnsinn! Tolle Location. Innen warme Scheiben, draußen gibt es einen Spielplatz für Kinder und riesige schöne Kois, die man beobachten kann und die sogar unter dem Fußboden (ein Weg ist eine Glasplatte) entlang schwimmen können. Das Essen war lecker, sehr gut (das Olivenöl!) und reichlich und das bei einem sehr guten Preis (Mittagstisch). Vorher gab es eine Suppe (und den Salat) und hinterher Ouzo dazu. Wir waren verblüfft,glücklich und begeistert!

The food was tasty and the staff wasn't exactly unfriendly, but we still felt like second-class guests and not well looked after. Outside great, inside... well not bad but not good either... there were fries on the floor throughout the dining room, although our table was fairly clean. We came here spontaneously. It is impressive in size, with a very large outdoor area. The menu is very large, but there is also a lunch menu. The dishes offered there are significantly cheaper, but the portions are not really smaller. Price/performance is right so far. The waitresses are nice and respond to special requests. The taste is what you would expect from a Greek restaurant. However, there are no outliers after declines.

Just sitting in the Jorgos and can only report positive things. Our food was great, we were served by the boss (we know this from regular guests who also eat here at the time). We had gyros gratinated and a mix plate, a sex on the beach, various drinks, starters and Greek mocha, as well as an ice cream sundae .Requests for changes were addressed immediately. Conclusion: Kids and we are full and happy. The ambience is very nice, the only thing that could possibly be criticized is that two employees came across as a bit annoyed, but the boss is even more welcoming. Unfortunately, the many negative reviews have been confirmed. We (unfortunately) ate at Jorgos for our 8th wedding anniversary and the service is really below average. We had a total of 8 different service staff at our table and exactly 2 of them made you feel welcome. The food was okay (apart from the side "salad", which was more dressing than salad), but not great either. The two of us, with small starters and water/special drinks as drinks, cost just under €70!! paid, which is simply grossly overpriced. No recommendation from us for this Greek restaurant.

Für 8 Personen Tisch bestellt und nicht bekommen. Essen kommt unterschiedlich und teilweise falsch. Bedienung unfreundlich , knallen dir die Getränke hin und weg. Bezahlung eine Katastrophe , 45 Minuten hat das gedauert und noch falsch. War noch nie bei einem schlechteren Griechen.

Kein Vergleich zu früher Ich kenne das Restaurant seit über 30 Jahren. Damals war ich noch Kind. Nun war ich mit meinem Sohn hier Essen. Es war eine Katastrophe. Die Getränke wurden einfach wild auf den Tisch gestellt, egal, wer was bestellt hat. Das Essen war lecker und heiß, aber der Service völlig unterirdisch. Keine Zwischenfragen, stattdessen wurden wir wie Affen im Zoo von den Servicekräften begafft. Auf die Rechnung haben wir gute 20 Minuten gewartet. Ich gönne den alten Inhabern ihre Rente, aber leider haben sie nichts von den Service-Qualitäten den jungen mitgegeben.

Wir waren während unseres Urlaubs zweimal im Jorgos essen. Die Portionen waren riesig und haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
