Loud atmosphere so we had to shout, nevertheless, the food was great and we really enjoyed eating here. We didnt make and reservation but managed to dine in.

Tengo la chaqueta de patata con chile dulce con ensalada fresca, mi marido tenía el filete filoso del menú de hamburguesas. Ambos muy recomendables si piensas visitarnos 👌

Jesse James is an absolute amazing burger establishment. I enjoyed the Philly cheese steak with a fried egg and some sweet potato fries. Just crazy good. The atmosphere was very nice. It had a relatively calming dark interior. We had the far end table, which had couch and two very comfy chair and light music. The staff was also very accommodating and felt like they were always present when you needed them. Would definitely recommend trying. There's parking right under the rewe.

As always, very tasty! The truffle pasta is excellent and the meat is wonderfully tender. It may take a little longer to prepare, but it's worth the wait. The restaurant is very busy in the evening, so it is advisable to reserve a table in advance.

Seldom eaten as badly as here. Can't tell medium from medium and gets cheeky! The head waiter: an absolute disgrace. No attention to customers - he says “they don’t depend on it.” I'll leave it like that then... was definitely the last visit. There are much better restaurants in the corner with great food and friendly staff!

Jesse James – A culinary highlight with style! Wow – what an experience at Jesse James! As soon as you enter the restaurant you can immediately feel the upscale ambience. The furnishings are not only elegant, but also perfectly coordinated with the food on offer. You can immediately tell that it was designed with great attention to detail! And the food? Mega! Really every dish we tried was prepared to perfection and tasted an absolute highlight. In addition, there is a price-performance ratio that is absolutely harmonious - quality that is worth its price without being overly expensive. The menu is also just right: not overloaded, but still something for every taste. A small point that could perhaps be optimized: the service. Not all! But some employees could have been a little more attentive. Nothing dramatic, but perhaps an incentive to achieve complete perfection. The owner makes up for it all with his incredibly personable and friendly nature - you immediately feel welcome here! The cleanliness? Top! No dirt, no untidy dishes - here we really pay attention to cleanliness. A real plus! The parking situation in Frankfurt am Main is of course one thing, but that's just part of it. All in all, it was an absolutely successful evening! Jesse James managed to delight us not only in terms of cuisine, but also in terms of atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! Gastro-Pub mit großer Bar im Frankfurter Osten. Dunkles Interieur, plüschige Sessel und Lounge-Sofas, etwas in die Jahre gekommene und abgewetzte Einrichtung. Unsere Reservierung wurde verbummelt. Der reservierte Platz am Fenster entpuppte sich als Sofa neben der Bar, obschon ein Fensterplatz frei war, wollte man uns diesen partout nicht zuteilen. Freundlich geht anders, zumal die Verbummelei eigenes Verschulden war. Wie dem auch sei, das Essen ist passabel. Wir hatten den Western Burger mit Bacon und den Burger mit Pilzen für jeweils etwa €19. Dazu werden sog. „Stealth“ Fries serviert. Das sind dünne Standard-Pommes. Auf dem Tisch stehen verschiedene Soßen. Kurioserweise fehlt BBQ-Soße. Pommes kross und heiß. Burger kam wie bestellt well done, war aber sehr, sehr trocken. Zu wenig Soße. Geschmacklich OK. Cola abgestanden. Lavaküchlein aus der Micki kommt mit einer Kugel Eis und war OK. Convenience Food. Cheesecake im Glas war Mascarpone mit Lotuskeksbrösel. Lieblos. Espresso sehr gut, sollte aber heißer serviert werden. Publikum und Ambiente sind nicht meins. Preise eher am oberen Ende. Brauche ich nicht unbedingt nochmal.

I spontaneously decided to try a burger at this restaurant - and I wasn't disappointed! The reception was extremely friendly, I was escorted to a beautifully situated table. The atmosphere was modern and stylish, the service was very attentive. The food and drink menu was brought to me quickly, and since I was very hungry, I ordered an additional side dish as a precaution. To my surprise, the portions were generous and extremely filling. The burger was excellent: juicy, tasty and cooked to perfection. The side dishes, including the vegetables and sweet potato fries, were also delicious. All in all, an all-round successful experience – tasty food, pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. A visit that was definitely worth it! I'd love to come back.

I'm not from Frankfurt and discovered the store on TikTok. I was really excited about the truffle pasta!! It was so delicious and I'm really sad that I won't be eating the pasta again anytime soon. The staff was really nice and friendly.

From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the beautiful ambiance—the industrial chic design and the unique touch of the original bank vaults create a stunning and cozy atmosphere. The food was exceptional! Every dish we tried was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was just as outstanding—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. What impressed us the most was that even though the kitchen was officially closed, they still accommodated us and served our meal with a smile. It’s rare to find such a combination of excellent food, impeccable service, and a warm, inviting setting. Jesse James exceeded all our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We eat here more often now. We think the burgers are some of the best in town. The patty is nice and juicy and the bun is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The burger selection is quite classic but really very tasty. We prefer to eat the Waikiki Burger, which unfortunately isn't on the menu. A burger with grilled fresh pineapple. Really cool. We love this and it totally reminds us of Hawaii. There are burgers like this quite often. The burgers always come with a choice of fries or sweet potato fries. There is always a huge selection of sauces, similar to those in the States. Long story short. We like to go here for a burger. The tarte flambées are also good. My father always likes the baked potatoes. We cannot evaluate anything else. But the burgers are great. Always my pleasure.

We were there last Friday and got a nice seat without a reservation. The food (we chose burgers) was very tasty and plentiful. There was no need for the additional salad we ordered. Burgers were really delicious and had great toppings.

The food was really good! We had the Western burger, which was fantastic, and a cheeseburger, which wasn't as great but still good. It can get a bit busy, so the speed of service understandably slows down a bit, but the waiters are always super nice.

Were there on the penultimate and last day of the old year and were super satisfied. Top food (Spaghetti King Prawns) and cocktails (Pina colada and Negroni). Very friendly waiters in front of and behind the bar, cool location. If we're in Frankfurt again it's a must visit.

I had a burger with bacon and egg, served with sweet potato fries, coleslaw, and a mojito. The food arrived very quickly, and the meat was thick and flavorful. The bun was fresh, and the burger was so big that I couldn’t even finish the fries and salad! I highly recommend it. I forgot the name of the burger, but it was the last one on the menu (and the most expensive).

Unfortunately, our visit to Jesse James today left us very upset. Although the food was good, the taste was not exceptional, so the comparatively high price did not seem justified. What is positive is the large selection of drinks - from non-alcoholic options to alcoholic drinks to coffee and tea, there is really everything. The ambience is stylish and inviting, although the music was way too loud today, making normal conversations almost impossible. One incident with the service was particularly annoying: a waitress dropped the drinks we had ordered behind us. Our jackets - both mine and my husband's - got wet as a result, but there was no apology or any accommodation from the staff. Instead, the incident was simply ignored, which was absolutely disgraceful to us. We were looking forward to a relaxed visit to the restaurant, but we were very disappointed. There is definitely a need for improvement here, especially in dealing with guests and in service friendliness.

We arrived fresh from the airport at 9:20 p.m. We got a table straight away, were warmly greeted and ordered. Drinks arrived within 3 minutes and the food took less than 20 minutes, so it was really top in every respect. Food was also very, very tasty. Mega nice restaurant with a cool bar, lots of seating both inside and outside. Worth a visit.

Nice place and ok service, however way too expensive for what they offer. One classic burger, a cheese burger with additional ingredients (charged at the price of bio produce), a kids plate with plain spaghettis and no alcoholic drinks for lunch summed up to 63 EUR! I don’t think we’ll be coming back there again.

We were here for the first time. The atmosphere was very inviting. Beautifully and modernly furnished. Comfortable chairs. Musically it could be a different direction, it wasn't our taste. But the waiter was extremely friendly and polite. Machmut or something like that (I couldn't understand the name exactly because of the loud music) provided us with a great service. Two of my people were very jumpy and didn't know what to take and were undecided. But thanks to Keller's recommendation of rump steak with fries, we got our money's worth. The rump steaks were simply delicious! Tender and exactly medium! The recommended cocktails were also very good! Fruity but not too sweet! The waiter sweetened our evening with his relaxed, friendly and absolutely professional manner. This calls for a repeat 😀 😃 🙂 🙃

This wasn’t my first visit to Jesse James. On my first visit, the food was amazing, but the service didn’t match the quality of the food, which already raised some eyebrows. However, this review is about my most recent dinner at Jesse James on the 18th of September. The burgers were amazing, which is why I’m not giving it 1 star. Unfortunately, the service was borderline racist. As soon as the waiter realised he needed to speak to us in English, he showed signs of annoyance. He took our order loudly and complained that we should have ordered drinks first (though he hadn’t told us that beforehand, so we placed our entire order at once). He was simply unsophisticated and very impolite, especially towards our friend from India. At the end of our visit, we realised we hadn’t received the bill, so we asked the waiter if he had given it to us. His response was to shout loudly, “I gave it to you on the table, what do you want me to do, bro?” Right in front of us, he started complaining about us to another German-speaking customer, not realising that one of us could understand him. The cook deserves respect for consistently good food, but the owner should be more careful with the staff he hires. Not even the best burger in the world will make me return to this restaurant.

Craziness. I'm thrilled. The tagliatelle with strips of beef fillet in walnut sauce was the second best pasta dish I have ever eaten. And I have already had some extraordinary culinary experiences. The crème brûlée rounded off the evening perfectly. It wasn't a small creme brulee as we know it, but a large, very tasty portion. Super friendly staff! 100% recommendation, I don't understand why the restaurant doesn't have at least a 4.8⭐️ in the reviews. Great value for money —> I'm thrilled and will definitely be back!

Had the Philly cheese steak burger with a strange mushroom sauce. Even made me lose my appetite the next day. The chicken fillet was also drowned in a pile, looked like a lot, but it wasn't. Wine was lukewarm. The whole thing also came at a hefty price. Don't come back again.

Every bite is a real taste experience that you won't soon forget. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The service at the Jesse James Restaurant is also top. The staff is friendly, attentive and makes you feel completely comfortable. The order came to the table quickly and the food was hot and fresh. Five stars are absolutely deserved here and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Ate here on 2 occasions during the first 2 weeks of the 2024 Euros, had an amazing burger on my first visit it was huge and delicious, second vist though is why i came here to leave review. Had the surf n tuff steak and so did my partner and WOW it was not only the best steak dinner i have ever had it was without doubt the best tasting meal i have ever eaten in my life, honestly cant put into words just how good this steak meal was. My partner loved her steak too, we had lots of cocktails too and the raspberry daiquirys are dynamite folks. Simply put if you can afford to treat yourself to the surf n tuff steak folks roughly £50 bucks ypu should as you wont be disapointed 👍 ***** Food

Ambience perfect, meets expectations. I had a steak, ordered medium rare and received medium rare. Food was delicious! Drinks were great, service couldn't be faulted. We were warmly welcomed by Samir, he said you had to wait a moment and a table became available. We didn't have a reservation, the shop was full, but we still got a table right at the entrance (which was fine, the shop was full) Samir came several times and said that if it was too cold, he could close the door and, after it became empty, we could move around. Which was very thoughtful considering the store was full! Thanks again. Our waiter, the young man from Latin America, was also very attentive. All in all, a very nice evening, next time it will be a burger because they looked very good. Thank you!

Ristorante-lounge che offre discreta scelta di piatti, tra cui hamburger di vario tipo e insalate. Bella atmosfera con luci soffuse ed uno schermo che proiettava vecchi film muti. Abbiamo provato l'hamburger con la feta greca (valido) e l'insalata con formaggio di capra, buona ma forse con un po' troppo aceto (come spesso accade nei paesi teutonici). Servizio gentile e piuttosto veloce. I prezzi sono leggermente alti, tra l'altro quelli del menù in inglese erano non aggiornati e quindi al momento del conto ci siamo ritrovati con un lieve sovrapprezzo (da tenere presente quando si riceve la lista).
