An exceptionally warm team that tries to make everything possible! The atmosphere is very pleasant. The truffle pasta with strips of beef fillet are particularly recommended.

Unfortunately, our visit to Jesse James today left us very upset. Although the food was good, the taste was not exceptional, so the comparatively high price did not seem justified. What is positive is the large selection of drinks - from non-alcoholic options to alcoholic drinks to coffee and tea, there is really everything. The ambience is stylish and inviting, although the music was way too loud today, making normal conversations almost impossible. One incident with the service was particularly annoying: a waitress dropped the drinks we had ordered behind us. Our jackets - both mine and my husband's - got wet as a result, but there was no apology or any accommodation from the staff. Instead, the incident was simply ignored, which was absolutely disgraceful to us. We were looking forward to a relaxed visit to the restaurant, but we were very disappointed. There is definitely a need for improvement here, especially in dealing with guests and in service friendliness.

We arrived fresh from the airport at 9:20 p.m. We got a table straight away, were warmly greeted and ordered. Drinks arrived within 3 minutes and the food took less than 20 minutes, so it was really top in every respect. Food was also very, very tasty. Mega nice restaurant with a cool bar, lots of seating both inside and outside. Worth a visit.

Nice place and ok service, however way too expensive for what they offer. One classic burger, a cheese burger with additional ingredients (charged at the price of bio produce), a kids plate with plain spaghettis and no alcoholic drinks for lunch summed up to 63 EUR! I don’t think we’ll be coming back there again.

We were here for the first time. The atmosphere was very inviting. Beautifully and modernly furnished. Comfortable chairs. Musically it could be a different direction, it wasn't our taste. But the waiter was extremely friendly and polite. Machmut or something like that (I couldn't understand the name exactly because of the loud music) provided us with a great service. Two of my people were very jumpy and didn't know what to take and were undecided. But thanks to Keller's recommendation of rump steak with fries, we got our money's worth. The rump steaks were simply delicious! Tender and exactly medium! The recommended cocktails were also very good! Fruity but not too sweet! The waiter sweetened our evening with his relaxed, friendly and absolutely professional manner. This calls for a repeat 😀 😃 🙂 🙃

This wasn’t my first visit to Jesse James. On my first visit, the food was amazing, but the service didn’t match the quality of the food, which already raised some eyebrows. However, this review is about my most recent dinner at Jesse James on the 18th of September. The burgers were amazing, which is why I’m not giving it 1 star. Unfortunately, the service was borderline racist. As soon as the waiter realised he needed to speak to us in English, he showed signs of annoyance. He took our order loudly and complained that we should have ordered drinks first (though he hadn’t told us that beforehand, so we placed our entire order at once). He was simply unsophisticated and very impolite, especially towards our friend from India. At the end of our visit, we realised we hadn’t received the bill, so we asked the waiter if he had given it to us. His response was to shout loudly, “I gave it to you on the table, what do you want me to do, bro?” Right in front of us, he started complaining about us to another German-speaking customer, not realising that one of us could understand him. The cook deserves respect for consistently good food, but the owner should be more careful with the staff he hires. Not even the best burger in the world will make me return to this restaurant.

Food was really strong, had very tasty burgers. I can recommend the Philly Cheesesteak Burger🔥 the drinks are also very good! The service could be a little better but all in all a great shop👍🏼

Craziness. I'm thrilled. The tagliatelle with strips of beef fillet in walnut sauce was the second best pasta dish I have ever eaten. And I have already had some extraordinary culinary experiences. The crème brûlée rounded off the evening perfectly. It wasn't a small creme brulee as we know it, but a large, very tasty portion. Super friendly staff! 100% recommendation, I don't understand why the restaurant doesn't have at least a 4.8⭐️ in the reviews. Great value for money —> I'm thrilled and will definitely be back!

Food was great, if you offer burgers outside of the normal chains, they should be just like Jesse James's, unusual Garnished with a great sauce❤️ Fries were too well done, but I could live with that. The noodles and the other 2 dishes were also great. It's a shame it's so far away. Big city prices of course, but at €86 for 2 children and 2 adults it's totally fine, thank you very much 😉☀️

We had a reservation and wanted to sit outside, but we weren't allowed to do so even though the terrace wasn't even half full. I've never experienced anything so unprofessional before. That's it for the truffle pasta that I often ate there. But it was sad

Had the Philly cheese steak burger with a strange mushroom sauce. Even made me lose my appetite the next day. The chicken fillet was also drowned in a pile, looked like a lot, but it wasn't. Wine was lukewarm. The whole thing also came at a hefty price. Don't come back again.

The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or family. But the highlight of my visit was definitely the Amazing Philly Cheese Steak Burger. This burger is simply amazing! The meat is cooked to perfection – juicy, tender and incredibly tasty. The melted cheese harmonizes wonderfully with the caramelized onions and fresh ingredients. Every bite is a real taste experience that you won't soon forget. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The service at the Jesse James Restaurant is also top. The staff is friendly, attentive and makes you feel completely comfortable. The order came to the table quickly and the food was hot and fresh. Five stars are absolutely deserved here and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Ate here on 2 occasions during the first 2 weeks of the 2024 Euros, had an amazing burger on my first visit it was huge and delicious, second vist though is why i came here to leave review. Had the surf n tuff steak and so did my partner and WOW it was not only the best steak dinner i have ever had it was without doubt the best tasting meal i have ever eaten in my life, honestly cant put into words just how good this steak meal was. My partner loved her steak too, we had lots of cocktails too and the raspberry daiquirys are dynamite folks. Simply put if you can afford to treat yourself to the surf n tuff steak folks roughly £50 bucks ypu should as you wont be disapointed 👍 ***** Food

This place definitely gets 5 stars. A parking garage is in the immediate distance. A super stylish interior, very good selection of burgers and a sufficient selection of drinks (non-alcoholic/alcoholic). The staff is very friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back.

Great ambience, excellent brunch (best I've tried so far in Frankfurt with excellent price €16.90 pp). Attempts were made to maintain safety distances. Service was nice, despite many guests. Great selection of food, the pictures on the internet don't lie! Update: We haven't had brunch for a while, hopefully it'll be back. BEST Surf'n'Turf Burger ever, the sauce is amazing. Recommended to dozens of friends, all with the same opinion! Always happy. The price is rather more expensive (tip: order to go, saves €2) - but cool ambience, nice staff, delicious drinks and dishes!

Ambience perfect, meets expectations. I had a steak, ordered medium rare and received medium rare. Food was delicious! Drinks were great, service couldn't be faulted. We were warmly welcomed by Samir, he said you had to wait a moment and a table became available. We didn't have a reservation, the shop was full, but we still got a table right at the entrance (which was fine, the shop was full) Samir came several times and said that if it was too cold, he could close the door and, after it became empty, we could move around. Which was very thoughtful considering the store was full! Thanks again. Our waiter, the young man from Latin America, was also very attentive. All in all, a very nice evening, next time it will be a burger because they looked very good. Thank you!

Ristorante-lounge che offre discreta scelta di piatti, tra cui hamburger di vario tipo e insalate. Bella atmosfera con luci soffuse ed uno schermo che proiettava vecchi film muti. Abbiamo provato l'hamburger con la feta greca (valido) e l'insalata con formaggio di capra, buona ma forse con un po' troppo aceto (come spesso accade nei paesi teutonici). Servizio gentile e piuttosto veloce. I prezzi sono leggermente alti, tra l'altro quelli del menù in inglese erano non aggiornati e quindi al momento del conto ci siamo ritrovati con un lieve sovrapprezzo (da tenere presente quando si riceve la lista).

The handles of the containers the food is in are all loose throughout. A toaster that is completely dirty. You should actually report this to the health department. The only positive thing about the day were my guests and the dark-skinned waitress, absolutely friendly. A respect given the catastrophic conditions. Service/waiters: When we wanted to order, the two young gentlemen didn't consider it necessary to take our orders. Instead, even after making eye contact with us several times, they deepened their conversation. After we finally drew our attention to each other through physical movements such as waving our hands or turning conspicuously towards the two of them, the order was taken with an incredibly bored tone. Unfortunately, expert knowledge is often in vain: when asked which tonic water they could serve with the gin and tonic, the waiter simply replied, “I don’t know!” Instead of checking which gin and tonic they had before serving said drink, he simply served one. In addition, the waiter in question had to come back twice when taking the order in order to then improve the order again. Beverages: The selection of drinks, including alcoholic ones, is really very large and the quality is not bad either. Food in relation to price: Unfortunately, the horrendous prices were not really reflected in the food. A really small cheeseburger, with sweet potato fries and an incredibly small side salad that only consisted of carrots and corn, for a total of €18.50. They only used mayonnaise as a dressing. If the burger wasn't included with a burger bun from Rewe or Aldi, you might have been able to turn a blind eye to the price. If there had simply been more on the plate, I wouldn't have objected. My starter, which consisted of baked feta cheese and tomato mozzarella and was served on a small cake plate, was not worth the price. The two small pieces of baked feta for €6.50 and the one tomato mozzarella skewer for €4.50 are really the epitome of an STARTER or a SMALL appetizer. When we cashed out later, he no longer had enough money in his wallet and therefore gave us “too much money” back. Card payments are possible from €20. Summary: So the food really doesn't taste bad, but you either have to increase the quality and quantity of the food or simply lower the price. We were confused at first because the logo looked like that of a shisha bar, but then we were pleasantly surprised by the store. Very cool atmosphere. Burgers were good but patty was a bit too thick for me personally. But it is definitely recommended.

I ran in to order a burger. Then I was sent out by a service representative as the takeaway meals are sold outside. But you can't see anything and have never noticed it before. I waited 5 minutes for the order to be taken, another 15 minutes to get a cheeseburger + fries. I also think it's too expensive, 15 euros without a drink.

Very stylish restaurant close to EZB offering burger, salads, pasta, skewers. On the weekend they do brunch so that is on the list to try yet. Food was super delicious, hubby even said the truffle pasta was the best he ever had. Same for my salad, very tasty, not boring at all

A great place for beer and burger. We just bumped into this place which was located close to where we were staying and we had a pleasant surprise. The beer was amazing and so was the burger. The ambience was amazing and they were quite accommodating as we just walk in without reservation.

We went into the restaurant and the music was turned up so loud the patrona were literally screaming at each other to ATTEMPT to have a conversation. One look at the menu revealed 19€ burgers and we were out of there. Bring ear plugs, a whiteboard and a gold mine if you feel the need to visit.

We have been eating here for years when we are in Frankfurt for work. The burgers are by far the best I've ever eaten and the quality is consistently great. We always travel from Koblenz specifically to eat here. The waitresses are very, very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is on point even when the restaurant is full, so we've never had to wait very long. In addition to the food, there is a wide range of very good alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails. I would deduct half a point for the ambience because it can get very loud when it's full, but the decor is very stylish and you feel comfortable. If you are traveling in Frankfurt, this restaurant is definitely a must!

Nicht nur sind das Essen lecker und dir Drinks anständig, sondern die offenbar gut geschulte Bedienung ist locker, freundlich und aufmerksam - leider eine Seltenheit in der Servicewüste Deutschlands. Kein Wunder das das Lokal auch mitten in der Woche so ab 19 Uhr richtig voll ist.

Imagine this scenario: You make a reservation for dinner at a restaurant on a Friday evening, but unfortunately, the confirmation comes in only a few hours before your scheduled time. When you arrive at the restaurant, you are seated at a table and informed that you only have a two-hour time limit. Despite the fact that it is a busy Friday evening, you hope to enjoy some drinks and good food. However, your experience is far from satisfactory as the staff is overloaded, and you are unable to order as many drinks as you would like. To add to your frustration, after just 1.5 hours, the waitress and host ask you to leave the restaurant because they need your table, even though there are plenty of empty tables available. With the dishes and drinks being up to your expectations, the poor service definitely made a difference. With this kind of experience, would you consider going to the same restaurant again?

The food is great, but the service is horrible. We have a reservation at 20h on a Saturday. We arrived a few minutes before 20h but got seated at 20:15. Our order got taken 10 mins later despite getting their attention. When one of the burgers we ordered arrived, the guy didn't even know what burger it was. When we asked what it was, he just said it doesn't matter. What the...???? The food was good, but the service cannot be worse.

Ich hatte eine kleine Weihnachtsfeier im Lokal. Da wir bereits um 16.00 Uhr angefangen haben war noch alles leer. Ab 17.30 Uhr wurde es immer voller. Der Service war in der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und zügig. Die Speisen haben allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen alle bestimmt nochmal vorbei.

Das Jesse James ist ein kleiner, aber sehr feiner Laden, den ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen will. Die Servicekräfte sind allesamt freundlich, das Ambiente toll und das Essen super lecker. Ich bestelle mir bei jedem Besuch das Gleiche und jedes Mal schmeckt es vorzüglich. Lediglich ein kleiner Stern Abzug, da die Räumlichkeit schnell überfüllt ist und es sehr schnell eng wird.
