Amazing service from Victor he provided everything we needed and was amazing at explaining any questions we had. Pulled beef burger with sweet potato fries, teres major steak with chimichurri, the spicy one burger, and rib-eye steak is what we ordered and everyone loved it. The drinks every one got and the mayo that came with chips was much better than what you normally get as well at most restaurants. Its clean and has a nice atmosphere, which was very good for a big place like here. Again great service from Victor

I was there for lunch today with colleagues. Ash has a great lunch special. You get a Hsmburger+side+soft drink for 15 euros. The ambience and service were very good. The food came quickly and the burger tasted very good. The patty was also larger than most other burger places. We can definitely recommend “Ash” for lunch. I hadn't been there in the evening yet.

Food tasted very good. Buns were lightly toasted and meat well-done. However, you can't imagine large portions here. Burger was small and sides have to be ordered separately. So not recommended for those who are very hungry and have a stomach 😉 mac'n cheese wasn't that great and had little cheese, which is great for me but maybe not as expected for others. Rosemary potatoes taste great though

Update! I've been to Ash for lunch a few times since my failed visit. Fortunately, everything is as it should be again. Thanks. The Spanish waiter is unique. He seems unfriendly, but he's not. His humor is a bit dry 😀

Wir waren heute zum 3.x dort und es hat uns wieder gut gefallen. Diesmal waren wir mit einem großen Hund und einem Kleinkind dort. Es gab einen schönen sauberen Wickeltisch, einen Hochstuhl und unser Hund hat mehrfach Wasser bekommen. Das Team war gut gelaunt (hat man leider nicht mehr so oft), nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und hat top Qualität. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

This establishment exhibits a complete disregard for the proper preparation of meat in their burgers. Furthermore, they fail to offer beer even towards the end of the week.

Today we were in Frankfurt at the ASH. The food was definitely good and to the point, there's nothing wrong with it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. All in all a delicious meal. However, a bit overpriced for me. I've eaten better for the price. Still a nice alternative

Went in for lunch and ordered $37 euro worth of food- paid for with a $50 and the lady working the front was very rude about me paying with cash. She said she didn’t have change…. She doesn’t have $12 euro worth of change….At lunch time. She storms off and comes back 10 minutes later with my change in small coins such as .20 and .50 cent pieces. Basically she is too lazy to do her job as she commented “it’s too much work to break a $50”. I again explained it’s just $12 worth of change. Not like I ordered $8 worth of food and gave a $50. Totally unprofessional and rude-food was mediocre-will never be back

Wir hatten Nachos mit Chili con Carne, einen ASH Tower Burger, ein Rinderhüftsteak sowie Dessert. Und alles war perfekt. Vielen Dank an das Team.

I found the atmosphere good. Unfortunately it was very loud and very restless around our table, so conversations were difficult. Unfortunately, my very expensive steak was a bit tough.

Wieder begeistert! Tolles Brunch Buffet mit sehr guter Qualität der Zutaten und reichlich Auswahl. Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Das einzige was mir nicht schmeckt ist der Kaffee, der Filterkaffee ist sehr dünn und der Amerikano sehr bitter. Insgesamt jedoch klasse Brunch!

Very nice restaurant, everyone was very friendly and the food was top notch

We were there for brunch. The buffet is a standard buffet with US American influence. Overall it was ok but not great. The pancakes were miserable. Dry, hard and cold, definitely a convenience product. For a store that focuses on US food, it was a bit sad. The ribs were ok, as was the mac and cheese, the grilled wings were good. The cheese buffet was decent, the supposed Serrano ham was definitely not, I'm guessing a standard air-dried ham. The location is beautiful, clean and inviting. The service was nice and attentive. In my opinion, 30 euros just for food with this quality is not justified. The drinks were ok, but also at the upper limit in terms of price. A little more self-made in the kitchen would do the store more than good, it feels like the bag is torn open and the products are regenerated, you can do it, but you can also taste it and see it. There will no longer be another brunch there.

A relatively modern restaurant in the American blockhouse style with a very good open show kitchen. I've been there twice now and the food was excellent both times. The service was good but not outstanding, although we were there with a lot of people and that may have been due to this fact. The ambience was very pleasant, but relatively loud. You can sit inside and outside, the toilets are exciting.

The atmosphere is pleasant, we sat outside, the terrace is nicely designed. There is still room for improvement when eating, the meat was well fried but seasoned quite poorly, I missed the grill aroma. The sour cream was a bit like regular quark with yogurt. The aioli was very thin. The toasted bread wasn't really toasted so it was still very flabby. The vegetables were very oily and not crunchy. The best part was the sweet potato fries. I also think it's excessive to charge extra money for a little mustard that should be part of the service in a steakhouse. All in all, the furnishings, the terrace are really nice, but you shouldn't expect too much when it comes to food, which was a bit below average for us.

I found the Corona beer on tap instead of bottles to be really top class. We would be happy to come back. The entire staff was very nice and accommodating and there were always smiling faces. Food was great. Amigo had steak 400gr with veggies. Another amigo had burger and so did I. Very delicious. The guy that took our order was friendly and helped us well. There was one girl, she had Dora hairstyle, she was pissed when we didn’t tip. She grabbed the receipt and walked away angry, she had an attitude. Manager should have a proper conversation with this madam. Overall good. We spent around 125 EUR for the three of us.

Wir bestellten eine Burrata und es kamen 5 dünne Tomatenscheiben mit der Mozzarellakugel in der mitte, einige Basilikumblätter daraufgeworfen und fertig. Kein Dressing, gar nichts. Sehr traurig und für 19,90€ sehr enttäuschend das ganze. Einen Side gegrilltes Gemüse für 6,50€ bestellte ich auch. Es kam eine handvoll nicht gesalzenes Paprika-Zucchini gemisch. Das personal war sehr freundlich und die Lokation ruhig aber sehr dunkel. Ganz ehrlich, für den Preis, erwartet man schon zumindest satt zu werden! Fazit: Ich gehe nie wieder hin.

It can be preferred to eat meat or hamburger. Close to Frankfurt centre. It has an indoor living room and garden and is large enough. The waiters are attentive and friendly. The service is very fast. We ate hamburgers. You can choose the potatoes and sauces that come with it. Especially fried sweet potatoes are delicious. No garlic mayonnaise! For those who drive or do not consume alcohol, there is a 0.0% non-alcoholic beer option. Prices are mid-range, not expensive, but worth it for the location and environment.

Not a staek house, just an american grull , with chewy meat

Everything was wonderful and the food seemed very tasty at the moment, but when 3/4 of the people came home they felt bad (nausea and severe abdominal pain). We got poisoned, and the three of us ate a «truffle burger». We suspect that the reason lies in this, since we didn't eat anything else this evening… Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to come to this beautiful restaurant and recommend it to my friends.

We went there today and were not disappointed. Nice service and delicious food! Update: been there again today. Unfortunately the waitress was slow and forgot things in the order. It was also not possible to tell anyone else because none of the waiters/waiters were in sight for minutes. I then decided to go in before my meat was completely cold - they stood gossiping at the food counter and I was rudely asked what I wanted. I could literally run after my herb butter because the waiter didn't want to hand it to me and I ran after it to the table. Not a word of apology. Another salad was still missing. We wanted another dessert. We had the card brought to us. Same game again for 5 minutes, no one to be seen on the terrace. At some point she came back and we refused the dessert and wanted to pay. What can I say, it was again characterized by waiting and patience. We are talking about an occupancy of 10 tables in the outdoor area. There were about 3 tables occupied. So there's no reason for all of this. It's a shame to have to chase after everything with a bill of 110 euros. We're giving it one last chance. If the service is that bad again, it will unfortunately be the last visit.

We've been to Frankfurt for brunch twice now and we were really impressed again. Price-performance is really great for Frankfurt standards, it tastes fantastic and is visually very appealing. Just a good start to the Sunday ❤️❤️❤️ we'll be back

Delicious burger and good fries, the price/performance ratio is okay for the food, the drinks are a bit expensive. The service is nice, but repeat orders only come on request. Ambiance is very nice.

There were four of us there and it was a complete disappointment. The restaurant is really nicely designed, has a great bar and raises expectations, but the food is really just terrible. The starters were a joke. The menu says bruschetta, it came with floppy bread, cream cheese and whole tomatoes (whatever that was supposed to be); Ordered King Prawns Chill&Garlic (dead-boiled prawns); Pincho's (dry, tasteless chimichurri). The main courses were rather lifeless and presented like in a better canteen (just thrown on the plate, no decoration): burgers were ok, but nothing more; Fries and onion rings were mini portions; Mac'n cheese were dry and hard (inedible and returnable); large salad bowl was tasteless and the falafel in it was hard; 400g Teres Major was ok, but presented carelessly. The desserts then fit into the picture, because this was once again head-shaking: cheap vanilla ice cream; Lava cake was about 5x5cm (sweet) and red velvet/chesse cake were ok. The service was chaotic, sloppily dressed and served across the table. In summary, you can save yourself a restaurant. It's definitely not worth it.

Grundsätzlich ist The Ash Frankfurt ein gutes Restaurant. Leider schleichen sich immer wieder Orga- und Service-Fehler ein. Bsp.: Unsere Kellnerin stellte sich bei uns mit den Worten vor: Hallo ich bin die xx und sorge dafür, dass ihr einen tollen Abend habt. - 20 Minuten machte sie Feierabend. / Bestellt wurde ein Wasser mit Gas. Es kam ohne. / An unserem Abend gab es eine neue Karte. An und für sich nicht schlimm. Aber wir hatten uns online schon einen Essenplans zurecht gelegt. Ein Hinweis online wäre toll gewesen. / Während der Vorspeise kam eine Kellnerin und sagte: der Hauptgang ist bereits fertig. Ob er schon serviert werden dürfte. Wie gesagt alles nicht tragisch, aber bei einer Rechnung von 180€ für 2 kann man etwas anderes erwarten.

Starter and main course were very, very good. The steak was great. The lava cake was a bit dry and rather viscous inside.

As always, the food at The ASH was great! Service needs improvement, especially the lady who runs the service doesn't really radiate friendliness. Her behavior towards the service staff wasn't the best either. We always like to come back for steaks.

Nice atmosphere. The burger patty was definitely not freshly made, but frozen and didn't look like it was made in-house. The fries weren't crispy. Overall, I would describe the burger as average fast food. Then you'd better go straight to McDonalds. Unfortunately, the quality didn't match the ambience and what was supposed to be represented here. Sorry.

Huge contemporary restaurant in the Banking District in Frankfurt so quite convenient for lunch or after work bites. They serve meat, vegetarian and vegan options. You can Mix your own sharing plate. Portions are good; bit pricy but I think that it is still in Frankfurt Standard. Service has been friendly and quick; sometimes too quick as we hadn't Finished starters and we already got the main. Restaurant is huge; and can get quite noisy if busy.

Wonderful large venue. Food and drinks were great. The wine list was amazing! Good for groups. Definitely worth a return trip.

This place is a great vibe on the inside and the service was awesome! I think I just got the wrong item. My truffle Pasta with chicken had cheese on-top and I think it would taste better without that particular cheese. My colleagues did enjoy their burgers but I only enjoyed my wine and the dessert. I’d go back and try the burger and a drink though.

Good steakhouse, very lame. Having a good conversation while eating is difficult. Service was attentive but not intrusive. I liked that.

Chic restaurant, nice cozy dark atmosphere and very comfortable seats. The appetizer platter was amazing! The spareribs was very well done and there was also a good quality of meat. Unfortunately, the coleslaw as a side dish was far too sweet for me, but that may be a matter of taste.

Ich war schon über 20x hier und der Service war immer toll. Aber diesmal war der Kellner (mit Bauch, grauen Haaren, vermutlich Italiener?) sehr unfreundlich. Er lässt uns nicht ausreden, redet dazwischen und Bestellung war teilweise falsch. Als meine Frau unser Baby stillte, kam er penetrant dazu und hat sie dabei angegafft wie sonst was. Die anderen Personen sind alle super wie immer, daher 3 Sterne. Aber der Herr hätte eigentlich keinen einzigen verdient.

Als dann aber alle Gläser leer waren, wurden wir nicht gefragt, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten, was wir sicherlich sonst getan hätten. Stattdessen sind wir dann noch am Opernplatz was trinken gewesen. Das Essen ist gut aber auch nicht hervorragend. Preis/Leistung finde ich persönlich nicht ganz so gut. Preise doch sehr gehoben für normale Qualität. Was Ich schön finde und viele nicht mehr machen: Die Drinks werden toll dekoriert!

Insgesamt ist das Restaurant okay. Essen war okay, die Trüffelpasta hatt jedoch nichts mit einer Trüffelpasta zu tuen, und 4 € für Ketchup und Mayo zum Burger ist einfach nur eine Frechheit. Ein Besuch ist nicht lohnenswert.

Nice restaurant, very nice service who took the time to respond to your wishes. Food is good, meat was top notch and side dishes were very good. Truffle mayo is a dream I've had better apple crumble for dessert and the scoop of ice cream is too small for the crumble. But that's just a suggestion! Sat at the table with the benches that are more like a leather sofa and are really super comfortable. You can easily sit here for a few hours.

The food and service were OK. The lighting concept and acoustics are not good - large lamps over tables that provide far too little light, but are very unpleasantly blinding. Although the store was half empty (on Sunday), the noise level was too high to communicate. Font size on menu cards is much too small. The first thing customers do is pull out their cell phones and illuminate/enlarge the menu cards. Need for improvement: Design isn't everything.

The two burgers were very good. However, the potatoes in the tapas didn't convince us - they were far too spicy. The drinks are quite expensive, even for Frankfurt. The service was very friendly, so we had a nice evening.

Food is very good and the staff was very friendly. We were 7 for a dinner and 3 of us ordered the house wine and the other 4 ordered another wine. The three were served immediately and the other 4 waited for a long time to get their wine. It was a bit awkward because we wanted to toast but couldn't because the others had empty glasses :)
