A wonderful, successful evening! The table was lovingly and stylishly set, creating a very pleasant atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The four-course menu was a culinary highlight – each course boasted high-quality ingredients and an attractive presentation. The service was particularly noteworthy: very attentive, friendly, and always available without being intrusive. A restaurant that we can recommend with a clear conscience; we would be happy to return!

We booked a 4-course menu through Maydays and were very satisfied overall. The restaurant itself looks chic and modern, and our table was beautifully decorated. There was only one other table occupied besides us, which we found pleasant. The menu consisted of buffalo mozzarella with tomato and pesto, a delicious sweet potato soup, and for the main course, we could choose between steak with vegetables and potato gratin or pike-perch. To finish, we had a delicious chocolate soufflé. A glass of sparkling wine and parking in the adjacent parking garage were included. Everything was very tasty and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and attentive. A vegan main course as an additional option would have been welcome. Summary: Great food, friendly service, and a lovely evening – we highly recommend the restaurant.

In the evening, an excellent 3-course menu awaits you daily, with several options to choose from, each a culinary highlight, both visually and taste-wise. I would especially like to emphasize the excellent service: always warm, attentive, and with a smile on your face—you immediately feel welcome and completely at ease. A clear recommendation for anyone who values ​​enjoyment, friendliness, and a great ambiance!

We booked a candlelight dinner through an external provider, and what can I say? It was perfect, no matter the food, drinks, or staff. Everything was top-notch.👍 The food had a good selection, and there were also vegan and vegetarian dishes. Kudos to the chef, the food was simply amazing.👍👍 The waiter was very friendly and customer-oriented. There was always enough time between meals, and he asked everyone if they wanted to continue and if everything was okay, so all in all, top-notch service.👍👍 The ambiance itself was really beautifully done at our own table; nothing was missing.👍 I would definitely recommend it, as the price/performance ratio is simply amazing.👍👍👍

Very cool after-work event on Thursday! We had great drinks and delicious food. A really great atmosphere with the DJ on the beautiful terrace.

This is by far the worst hotel bar I've ever visited in my life. All the guests from the restaurant and the terrace went to the bar to get their own drinks. The waitress just stood bored behind the counter with her back to the customers the rest of the time. When I asked if it was the concept that they had to get their own drinks, she simply replied, "It doesn't matter, people will come here anyway." The best part, though, was when two men wanted two draft beers, the waitress said she would give them the beer from the bottle; pouring it would take too long. Why do you employ people like that?

Half-board at the INNSiDE Ostend by Meliá was offered here, featuring a three-course menu with a choice of main course. The starter, a sweet potato soup with almonds and chili, was delicious, as was the accompanying dip, which was served with bread. However, the white bread was already a bit hard, which slightly detracted from the overall enjoyment. The main course was a grilled rump steak with fries and a side salad. The steak was well-cooked and flavorful. The dessert, a chocolate brownie with fresh fruit, was acceptable. It would likely appeal to those with a sweet tooth. However, the fruit, especially the pineapple, seemed a little unripe. The restaurant was quiet at the time of our visit, but the staff was friendly.

This is my review of my visit on December 20th at 9 p.m. The restaurant looks chic. The staff is polite. Unfortunately, that was it, and there's not much more positive to say. Now for the actual visit: I requested the menu in advance via email. That was on December 4th. I didn't even receive a response to my email until December 16th. The napkin had stains. See attached pictures. Cutlery was missing for two of the three courses. Unfortunately, the waitress ignored the appetizer and brought the main course straight away. She even asked me again what I wanted because she couldn't remember it the first time. This mistake has been corrected. It's perfectly fine to ask, but then make a mistake anyway -..... doesn't make a good impression. The ice in the water with ice and lemon was missing. This also needed to be corrected. The wait was relatively long. I was sitting alone at the table, with two other couples besides me. The main course, the entrecôte with pumpkin cream, was extremely delicious. I certainly think the chef behind the counter knows his craft, but the service and cleanliness weren't up to scratch and ruined my visit. I can't recommend it.

We booked a candlelight dinner through a provider and were assigned to this restaurant. The ambiance is a bit like a breakfast room and not very romantic. But the menu was actually appealing and very well prepared. We also booked the wine pairing, which was absolutely reasonable value for money. All in all, the evening was okay, but unfortunately lacked the candlelight experience.

The food and drinks were delicious. I ordered a veggie curry bowl. It felt like half soup, half bowl. The food was warm, filled with veggies, and delicious.

We ate a great 4 course menu. A compliment to the kitchen. The restaurant is modern, very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately not particularly service-oriented. Our menu cards were taken away without comment and without asking about the wine accompaniment offered. We were only asked for drinks after the main course and we never received a drinks menu. It's a shame, good service would have really rounded off a nice evening.

Extreme bad experience. Orderd well done stake, was served medium, politely asked for it to be redone, only to be served a foul tasting and smelling piece of beef. My opinion very unprofessional workers.Waiter was informed only to respond that they will let the kitchen know. No further response. Paid 70€ for meal that was not edible. The whole night i slept worrying i might get food poisoning. Would not recommend. That Hotel should be closed!

After our visit to the Frankfurt Zoo we stopped by for dinner. The restaurant is very chic and attractively decorated. The navigator was also very personable. The menus had already seen better days. Unfortunately there are no children's meals. We don't understand what the problem is by offering a smaller portion of schnitzel or pasta. We were then recommended to order the schnitzel and share it with our son, as it was very large. We then ordered that too. We also ordered the salmon. The salmon was also really tasty and we would order it again. The schnitzel was extremely disappointing. Without exaggerating, unfortunately one of the worst I've ever eaten. On the one hand, the size of the schnitzel was more like a child's portion. Unfortunately, the statement that this was very large did not correspond to reality. On the other hand, the schnitzel was strangely square and in my opinion it didn't look like a pan but rather a deep fryer. Unfortunately, it was far too long - so long that some parts of the meat were even crispy. In any case, delicious is different. I also suspected that the schnitzel could have been frozen because of its shape. Since the schnitzel didn't fill me up, I ordered dessert - it was supposed to be a tiramisu. Unfortunately, the tiramisu is in the same league as the schnitzel. It was frozen inside, I don't think I need to say anything more about it. A disgrace for the price. We even mentioned this but instead of offering an espresso or something similar as an apology, the only response was that this is frozen goods and unfortunately it can happen... Without words. We will definitely not come again.

I was a little hesitant to sit down as the bar next door was full and this bar was quiet, I was greeted by a lovely bar tender who was excited to speak to me and showed passion in customer service however considering I was the only one in there I was not offered another drink once after this and there were multiple staff on. The food was great a little expensive but fine for a evening meal (-:

Only one employee was working in the restaurant. Only after 10 minutes did the service person come to us and bring the menu. We had previously booked a voucher through NeoTaste for this day, which was also valid. However, the employee said that the vouchers cannot be accepted for an unknown and incomprehensible reason and we were refused service. I am extremely disappointed with the service in the restaurant.

The breakfast buffet is very varied. I was particularly pleased that vegan alternatives were also offered. You can sit well in the bar in the evening. A vegan dish would be nice to choose from here. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Always a pleasure.

I've been sitting here waiting for some type of service. Normally not a complainer but after 30 minutes with an empty plate infront of me and nobody to bring my check I'm starting to feel like a prisoner. Even the bartenders look like they are glued to the computer instead of the customers. Maybe I came on an off day for them

The experience was really good! The vibe of the restaurant is very nice, the service is very good, the food was good and the price was ok (taking into consideration the more fancy vibe of the place). Would definitely go there again.

Modern urbanes und angenehmes Ambiente. Die Burger waren lecker, das Servicepersonal sehr professionell und freundlich. Die Essenspreise sind ok, die Getränke fand ich hingegen zu teuer.

Super Laden für die Mittagspause, hervorragendes Angebot und alle Gerichte in 10 Minuten auf dem Tisch. Tolle Bedienung, umbestellen kein Problem. Macht weiter so!

The place was decent with the decor, lights and the overall ambience. It has arrangements for Morning Breakfadt Buffet, Evening fine dining and a bar. I was skeptical about the availability of vegetarian food. However, I did manage to find a Vegan meal and an Eggetarian meal. They were delicious and moderately priced. Besides, it would be appreciated if they can have vegetarian options.

La instalación es acogedora y elegante, el personal es muy agradable y amable, la comida estaba bien pero nada especial. Quizás haya una opción de 5 a 6 para el almuerzo. Teníamos salmón con arroz y paella de arroz negro. Otra vez promedio, el salmón era bueno, el arroz era demasiado duro, la paella estaba bien, la carne estaba un poco masticable. Realmente no es un lugar para venir de nuevo. Sin embargo, el precio era bueno, 9, 50 por una comida con bebida.

Offengesagt gemischt Gefühle. Ich bewerte hier auch das Frühstück des Hotels. Das Ambiente ist super! Schöne Kunst an der Wand, ein großer, freundlicher Raum und bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten. Qualitätiv super! Was die beanstandeten Cocktails angeht, schwer zu beurteilen. Das Bier war gut gezapft und der Drink meiner Partnerin war ihrer Meinung nach gut. Zum Frühstück : Qualitativ sehr sehr gut! Keine Frage! Wenn das Buffet denn gefüllt ist... (Man könnte nur etwas weniger Milch in das Ei kippen, dann hätte das Rührei auch eine entsprechende Konsistenz ...) Die Auswahl ist gut, der Kaffee schmeckt. (es gäbe sogar Sojamilch). Allerdings : zwei mal gefrühstückt zwei mal erlebt : das Buffet war knapp ne Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit NAHEZU LEER. Weder RÜHREI, noch Bacon waren noch verfügbar. Genauso wenig Toast oder kleine (vorzügliche Nürnberger) Würstchen. Dieser Zustand hielt leider bis zum Ende hin an. Okay, es mag Alternativen geben, jedoch finde ich es dann für 22€ "n weng" happig um ehrlich zu sein. Vielleicht ist eine Dame um den ganzen Bereich zu "pflegen" auch einfach etwas wenig. Schade fand ich auch, dass trotz schönen Wetters der Außenbereich nicht zum essen zur Verfügung stand. Alles in allem okay als Hotelgast, wenn das Frühstück entsprechend inklusive ist. Extra buchen und bezahlen würde ich es jedoch nach dieser Erfahrung definitiv nicht. Sorry! Die Qualität des Essens während des regulären Betriebs konnten wir leider nicht beurteilen, da Abends aufgrund Personalmangels das Grillbuffet leider nicht verfügbar war. Schade! Wir hätten es gerne probiert, es hörte sich super an! (Dorade, ordentliches Rind etc.) Der nette Herr, der uns unsere Getränke brachte war sicher nett, nur leider wünsche ich mir angepassteres Auftreten und ordentliche(re) Kleidung in einem entsprechenden Restaurant. Darüber kann man sicher streiten, doch zumindest ein gebügeltes Hemd sollte drin sein. Auch sollte man diverse Dinge hinter der Theke sein lassen und dafür lieber entsprechende, für Kunden nicht einsehbare, Bereiche aufsuchen. Kurz und knapp : Frühstück ist als Übernachtungsgast okay. Das Restaurant als einzelnes würde ich sicher nicht direkt aufsuchen. Warscheinlich würde ich es sogar übersehen. Geschlossene Türe, keine Ausenillumination oder ein Schild, dass einen darauf hinweisen könnte, dass dieses Lokal am Samstagabend geöffnet hat. Kein Wunder also, dass wir alleine in diesem Restaurant waren und unseren Begrüßungsdrink in Empfang genommen haben, wohingegen die Bars drumherum knallvoll saßen. Ich würde mir entweder ein angepasstes Preisniveau wünschen oder den Laden mal gehörig auf Möbeln. Vor allem von außen, um Kunden in die Bude zu ziehen! (Traurigerweise erklärte uns der Herr, dass sie selbst nicht wissen, warum so wenig los ist.) GANZ WICHTIG : Das Hotel ist ganz ganz große Klasse! Fünf Sterne von mir! (Bewertung ist online)

Sehr gut gelungenes Grill Buffet. Man kann jedes Gewürz raus schmecken ... alles sehr lecker und selbst gemacht! Das Personal sehr freundlich und der Koch kreativ und fürsorglich. Kein Wunsch ist offen geblieben, sogar eine extra Portion sehr leckere Kräuter Butter mal eben gezaubert für meinen Sohn... danke noch mal 🤗

El área para comer es grande y cuadrada, luminosa y moderna, por lo que no hay agujeros ocultos para una cita secreta: -). El número de opciones es bastante limitado, aunque tienen especialidades diarias. Los tenía un miércoles por la noche y solo había unas 6 personas en un espacio que podía albergar a unas cien personas. Para un aperitivo, tuve calamares que estaban rellenos de chorizo que me sonaban locos pero realmente muy buenos. Para un plato principal tuve pato con lentejas y una salsa a base de naranja - si te gusta el pato te va a gustar esto. Servicio rápido y amable. Un poco caro, sin embargo, y tiene esa sensación de restaurante del hotel al respecto.

Frühstück solide Abendessen ausgefallen. Nicht überlaufen. das offene Raumkonzept stört mich daher nicht. Nur der Beamer mit n-tv müsste nicht sein.

Tried the grill with buffet of side dishes (a 'summer special' in July and August); what looked very inviting did not taste that well in the end - you can eat better at the Jesse James next door (and probably pay less).

The food they offer is fresh prepared, enough also for hungry people, but there is nearly no taste when they serve the food.

Während meines Aufenthaltes im "Innside Frankfurt Ostend" habe ich auch gleich das dazugehörige Restaurant "Stock Avenue 81" ausprobiert. Meine Eindrücke hierzu: Das Essen: Zu meinem bestellten Hauptgang wurden zweierlei Baguettescheiben mit Dip als Vorspeise gereicht. Ich bin ob des Aussehens von einer typischen Aiolicreme oder ähnlichem ausgegangen und war überrascht, eine würzig-milde Dipcreme mit Kokosflocken erhalten zu haben, die vor allem mit dem dunklen Baguettebrot ganz wunderbar harmonierte und eine gelungene Abwechslung darstellte. Als Hauptgericht habe ich mir ein Rinderfilet mit Kruterbutter, Parmesan-Kartoffelstampf und gebratenen Champignons ausgesucht. Besonders begeistert war ich von dem Kartoffelstampf, der schlicht und einfach wahnsinnig lecker war. Das Rinderfilet musste allerdings erst einmal von der riesigen, dicken Scheibe (leckerer) Kräuterbutter gerettet werden - Mit der hat es der Koch wohl besonders gut gemeint. Der Cappuccino als Abschluß ist absolut empfehlenswert! Das Personal: Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich oder gekünstelt zu wirken. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt! Das Ambiente: Ein noch sehr neues, modernes Restaurant, das es an Gemütlichkeit nicht fehlen lässt. Die Housemusik im Hintergrund war nun nicht so ganz mein Fall, und warum man während des Essens gerne Models auf dem Runway zusehen wollen würde habe ich auch nicht so recht verstanden (letztere wurden auf eine große Leinwand im Raum projeziert) - aber das ist nun wirklich ein sehr subjektiver Aspekt. Alles in allem war es ein gutes Essen in angenehmer Atmosphäre, das seinen Preis absolut wert war.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Sehr große Getränkekarte mit Cocktails, Gin usw.. Speisekarte gut mit Tapas, Fleisch, Fisch, vegan. Tapas schmeckten super. Die Rumpsteaks sehr gut. Sehr schöne Einrichtung gut zum Wohlfühlen. Im Sommer kann man draußen sitzen.

Ein wirklich top restaurant in top lage! Guter mix aus stylisch und gemütlich! Gute jungs an der bar mit leckeren cocktails! Hat spaß gemacht der abend! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
