Wirklich leckeres Essen, schneller Service, insgesamt sehr schön.

Das Lachs-Poke war superlecker und das Personal sehr, sehr nett! Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vom Essen war super. Das Sushi war frisch und die Hauptgerichte waren auch sehr lecker. Die Diosa waren auch gut. Die Tempura Garnelen haben wir persönlich nicht so geschmeckt aber sonst hat alles super gepasst und wir kommen gerne wieder. ⭐️ Service und Mitarbeiter waren auch top 🔝

Es ist wirklich sehr laut und voll. Alles andere hat gepasst. Sehr leckeres Essen und absolut empfehlenswert! Alles war super frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich wirklich top. Ich habe mich heute ganz spontan im NaNa getroffen und war wirklich sehr positiv überrascht. Das Restaurant ist Cozy eingerichtet, der Service sehr aufmerksam und auf Zack. Das Essen hat super lecker geschmeckt, alles frische Zutaten, fein abgeschmeckt und das Ganze noch zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Kann man einfach weiterempfehlen und ich werde bestimmt im Sommer noch mal kommen, wenn man schön draußen sitzen kann.

Durch meinen Nana-süchtigen Partner bin ich zwar ohnehin gezwungen, regelmäßig herzukommen (😅), bin aber auch sehr gerne hier. Wir werden jedes Mal herzlich vom Chef begrüßt und auch das gesamte Personal ist locker und freundlich. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und Preis-Leistung ist, gerade für die Lage an der Schweizer Straße, unschlagbar. Bis zum nächsten Mal! ☺️

Seit Jahren bzw. mittlerweile mehr als einem Jahrzehnt mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant in Frankfurt. Es geht mittlerweile schon soweit, dass meine Freundin genervt von mir ist, weil ich, wenn wir in Frankfurt bin immer nur einen Spot ansteuere. Ich mag einfach alles an dem Laden. Der Inhaber ist ein cooler Typ, der immer sehr herzlich und locker im Umgang ist. Das Personal ist auf Zack und hat immer alles im Blick. Die Speisen sind immer lecker und preislich sehr fair gestaltet. Man bekommt wirklich viel für sein Geld und geht immer mit einem guten Gefühl aus dem Laden. Für mich ist NaNa eine klare Empfehlung für jeden der asiatische Küche liebt.

Essen war sehr lecker (rotes Curry m Tofu), Bedienung jung und sehr freundlich. Noch besser hätte es geschmeckt, wenn der Chef davon abgesehen hätte, seine junge, freundliche Bedienung vor allen Gästen zu erniedrigen. Das schwingt beim Essen mit und legt sich auf die Gesamtstimmung, daher insgesamt nur vier Punkte.

Nana ist mit Abstand mein Lieblingsrestaurant. Die Athmosphäre ist so entspannend und man fühlt sich total wohl. Das Essen ist so lecker und es gibt kein besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in ganz Frankfurt.

Ich bin bei Pho-Suppe sehr wählerisch, und NaNa hat sie wirklich hervorragend zubereitet. Der Duft und die Tiefe der Brühe waren so intensiv, dass ich sie am liebsten mit einem Strohhalm ausgetrunken hätte. Das Rindfleisch war butterzart und die Nudeln perfekt gekocht. Sehr charmantes Ambiente und sehr gut besucht. Unbedingt vorher reservieren! Ein absolutes Muss, wenn Sie in der Stadt sind und authentische vietnamesische Pho probieren möchten.

Dieser Laden ist pure Magie. Das Essen ist köstlich die Ambiente Einladend und die Mayo Soße ist die Kirsche auf dem Kuchen. Danke a den Chef geht alle da essen.

Best Pho Bo in town!!! The owner and his son, along with the staff in general, are super nice. We always feel very comfortable and well looked after here. I even once traveled all the way from Heidelberg just for Pho Bo.

The food was really delicious and freshly prepared. Unfortunately, it took quite a while. The front of the shop and outside are really nice. The back is a bit hectic and not quite as cozy. I've been there several times. It's worth it if one person wants sushi and the other doesn't.

There's a large selection of Vietnamese dishes. The sushi is also very good. The drink selection is also large and varied. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant looks very nice inside, but there are also good outdoor seating areas for the summer. Highly recommended.

The restaurant responded to an unfortunate incident with a very understanding and generous attitude. I've been going to the restaurant for quite some time now and can only say good things about it. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the food is consistently delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Anyone who's ever in Sachsenhausen should definitely pay the restaurant a visit. With that in mind, I definitely recommend it.

Spontaneous visit on a Friday afternoon because we had a coffee next door. The place filled up pretty quickly. We were incredibly hungry. Very nice location outside. Attentive and friendly service. The drinks were brought to us quickly and the orders were taken quickly. To be honest, I've been wanting to try a special dish at a Vietnamese restaurant down the street for weeks because we've been promising it for a long time. Long story short, there were the aforementioned udon noodles with crispy duck in Thai curry sauce. Incredibly tasty. Really something extremely special. Very creamy and pleasant consistency in perfect relation to the pasta and vegetables. The topping of spring onions and coriander on the crispy duck rounded everything off perfectly. Very tasty duck. A taste explosion of sweet and savory aromas. By far the best á la carte dish I have ever had at an Asian restaurant (or fusion kitchen). Thank you for that. I can only recommend this to everyone. I also tried the other dish. It was good, but out of all proportion to the uniqueness of the udon noodles. The sauce was very interesting.

The food left nothing to be desired and the service, although a little overwhelmed, always remained friendly. Unfortunately, the behavior of the gentleman at the counter who charged us was extremely unpleasant. The intrusive request for a tip was inappropriate. During the payment process we were asked several times whether we were sure about paying the respective amounts (€11, €17 and €5.50). This behavior was unpleasant not only for us, but also for the cashier and the owner standing next to us. We ourselves work in the catering industry and know how important tips are - we usually always give them. But in this case, a professional and respectful handling of the payment process would have led to a different outcome. A friendly, one-off request would have been appropriate. However, the behavior was outrageous and resulted in the restaurant losing three guests.

Went there spontaneously for lunch. There is a lunch menu, unfortunately not visible from the outside. Food came quickly and tasted good, unfortunately the quality of the meat is low, so only 4 stars for the food. The Nana tea was great in the cold season, with lots of fresh ginger and mint. The ambience is pleasant, but could be even more comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

Attention hygiene!!! The food was good and the service was friendly, BUT...it's just not acceptable for a counter worker to have such an extreme cold, not even wear a mask or gloves, constantly sneezing and coughing on the food that was served, blowing his nose into the kitchen roll, etc., instead of being at home to stay. Was at NaNa for lunch and had to see how inhumane and unprofessional the boss treated his employees!!! Despite there being guests, the boss insulted his staff and told them to shut up and disappear!! We had to wait 45 minutes for the food, luckily we didn't complain about the waiting time, otherwise the employees would have been blamed for it. Even if the food was delicious, NaNa is NOT RECOMMENDED because you shouldn't support people like that.

The vegan pho was little more than poorly seasoned vegetable broth. Ingredients have nothing to do with Asian cuisine/pho (peppers, tomatoes, zucchini). Tofu Don is presented lifelessly, and the taste is also far removed from a typical Don. Spring rolls were frozen spring rolls, correspondingly small, greasy and hardly any filling. The glass of cola with ice cubes was delicious.

Authentic cuisine cooked with love. For us, every visit to this family-run restaurant is a little trip through Asia with very good sushi as a starter and Bun Nam Bo or Pho as a main course. Finally, don’t forget the “Vietnamese coffee” with sweetened condensed milk!

I've been to Nana several times now. Unfortunately, my experiences have always been less than positive. The food is not very good, tastes rather bland. My gluten-intolerant friend's dish had wheat noodles mixed in (even though she had said so beforehand). Yesterday the owner took it up a notch with his sexist behavior. No recommendation!! You can't support a store like that!!

NaNa Frankfurt had some hits and misses. The spring rolls were a definite highlight – crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor. A great start! Unfortunately, the main courses fell short. The egg noodles were overly sweet and ended up being quite soupy. While the fried rice with tofu started well, the vegetables were a major letdown. The carrot, in particular, had an off smell, suggesting it wasn't fresh. This kind of ingredient quality issue is a big turnoff. Considering the disappointing noodles and the bad carrot, I wouldn't recommend NaNa Frankfurt and wouldn't plan to return myself.

I'm Vietnamese and I was looking forward to eating authentic Vietnamese flavored dishes like Pho. But I was so disappointed in the Pho, they didn't seem to be prepared in advance and were only cooked in a hurry at that moment, the pho was really bad with sweet spices that were different from the Vietnamese pho flavor. It didn't taste sweet from beef bones, even losing to the instant noodle soup I bought in the supermarket. In my opinion, if you are already a Vietnamese restaurant, you should bring Vietnamese flavor to it, at least 60%. I can hardly go back. However, the service is quite friendly.

I was there four times, the first time I was thrilled, the second time was good but not outstanding. The soups are great! The udon noodles are really amazing, especially with the duck. The sushi bowl was a bit dry. The waitresses were polite, but not overly friendly.

Simply super delicious food - the BEST in town. I go there at least 5 times a month / I've never done that at any restaurant before. Everything is fresh and made with love. The photos are of what a very good friend ate there. PERFECT !!!!

Food quality really, really subpar. You think, how can you go wrong with ready-made sauces and vegetables? We couldn't get the “salmon out of the oven” down because it smelled so bad. And the carrot slices that were used were probably a bit older. The false reviews like “best restaurant in Frankfurt” and the 4.4 rating are particularly annoying. In my opinion a realistic rating would be 3.2.

Unfortunately the food was so bad that I feel compelled to write my first review. I ordered the egg noodles with chicken - actually a classic that can't go wrong. Unfortunately, the noodles were completely tasteless, and the bad chili sauce on the table didn't help either. The vegetables and chicken weren't appealing either. Really the worst Asian food I've had in Frankfurt so far - I don't understand how the overall rating can be 4.4 stars. Only the ambience is nice.

Rarely have I experienced such good sushi, atmosphere and team. Super tasty, fresh and always worth a visit! An absolute recommendation for anyone who likes to eat sushi. The spring rolls with chicken and sweet and sour sauce are also an absolute tip if you want to eat here!

I unfortunately have to give a 2 star rating, but, in my opinion, with some minor changes it can become a 5 star place. Here's why: I had bun nam bo with crispy chicken. The chicken was tasty and crunchy (+1 star) and there was a proper amount of veggies and noodles with a bit of cilantro and mint (+1 star). However, i must take three points away, because this dish unexpectedly failed the most important part: the sauce. Traditional sauce for bun nam bo is made with fish sauce, garlic and chilli. The sauce had no traces of any of these ingredients. The vinegary blandness left me craving for any traces of cilantro, of which there was not enough to balance it out. I understand the explanation of the chef - since Germans do not like the spiciness and many are vegan, he gave up on tradition to accommodate their taste. However, the menu did not inform me of this change, and this alternative does not even taste good. I was hence left with disappointment. Here is a suggestion for improvement: 1) to give the sauce a 'body', maybe basing it on soy sauce or strong veggie bouillon would be a solution. (MSG is a friend) 2) add garlic. Not everyone is a vampire, so i see no reason why omit it :) and 3) add more aromatics like cilantro and lemongrass. Last but not least, the customers should have a choice between the traditional and 'updated' sauce, precisely in order to avoid unexpected reactions. I personally LOVE vietnamese food and think that it's a shame to give up the tradition just because of certain customers. This being said, I wish the restaurant good luck!

I recently dined at NaNa Sushi & Vietnamesische Spezialitäten, and I must say that my experience was a bit mixed. The staff at NaNa Sushi & Vietnamesische Spezialitäten were friendly, and their warm welcome set a pleasant tone for the meal. They were accommodating and eager to assist, which was appreciated. However, there were some issues with organization. We initially received the wrong food order, which was a bit frustrating. The second attempt to get our order right resulted in a dish that was excessively spicy, which was not intended as I had ordered the same item previously, and it was not spicy. Fortunately, the third attempt was successful, but this process of trial and error should not have been necessary. Regarding the food itself, it was somewhat underwhelming. The miso soup, in particular, was a disappointment as it was overly salty and lacked the expected depth of flavor. It was disappointingly bland apart from the excessive saltiness. Another unusual aspect of the dining experience was that we received the starters after the main course, which is not the typical order of service and felt a bit odd. On the positive side, the prices at NaNa Sushi & Vietnamesische Spezialitäten were reasonable, and the atmosphere was okay. The restaurant provided a decent setting for a casual meal, but the issues with the food and service did detract from the overall experience. In conclusion, my visit to NaNa Sushi & Vietnamesische Spezialitäten left me with mixed feelings. While the staff was friendly and the prices were fair, the food quality and service organization were not up to par. Wir haben online bestellt, waren jedoch auch schon mal vor Ort essen und können das Restaurant empfehlen. Leckeres Vietnamesisches Essen, das schnell zubereitet wird. Die Portionen sind groß und ausreichend. Die Wantans waren uns etwas zu kross aber der Rest hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Bestellen gerne wieder!

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Kunden im NaNa. Alles, was wir bisher gegessen haben, war immer super zubereitet und einfach echt gut. Wir haben die Speisekarte schon fast komplett durchprobiert. Der Service ist immer freundlich und teils seit Jahren dabei. Das spricht auch für die angenehme Atmosphäre in dem schön eingerichteten Restaurant. Wenn es ans bezahlen geht, hat der Chef immer einen lustigen Spruch parat. Alles in allem können wir das NaNa ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Nana überzeugt durch authentisches vietnamesisches Essen, große Portionen und tolle Cocktails. Ich war bereits mehr als 10 Mal mit verschiedenen Leuten dort. Bislang waren alle sehr zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist angenehm und der Service top. Besonders die vietnamesischen Gerichte und die Vorspeisen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Cocktails sind besser als in so mancher Cocktail bar. Die übrigen Speisen sind ebenfalls ziemlich gut (nur beim Sushi ist deutlich Luft nach oben). Alles in allem ist Nana für mich preisleistungsmäßig eines der besten asiatischen Restaurants und eine Topadresse für vietnamesisches Essen in Frankfurt.

Das Essen war schon lecker, aber sie nehmen spontan keine Gutscheine mehr an obwohl man ihn erst 10 min vorher online aktiviert hat. Dann fällt ihnen nach dem Essen ein, dass sie keine Karte nehmen und schicken einen zur Bank. Ist ja alles ok, aber mit Service hat das nicht viel zu tun.
