Nice to be there :) It was our wedding day, the service was a bit sloppy, but they really organized everything perfectly. Since we're relaxed, we took it easy, but in the end, someone else's dessert arrived with a candle, and many little things were smudged. As I said, the wait staff were working their magic, the food was really good (if you're a picky eater, you might find the heat a little off)-> but WE were satisfied... As beautiful and creative as it was.... The price for it today was definitely borderline! €300 for 2 meals (small portion NOT FOR MEN) + wine (5 glasses [small]), water, and 2 non-alcoholic beers is a bit of a stretch. BUT, as I said, the service was great and NICE TO SEE 🥰

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I had been wanting to visit a Le Petit Chef for so long, and finally, for my birthday in June, my boyfriend invited me and my children to dinner at Le Petit Chef in Frankfurt, and then it was ruined by such unacceptable service. We ordered an adult menu for one of my children, so we had two meat menus, one children's menu, and one vegetarian menu. 1. The service couldn't handle the fact that my son wasn't getting a children's menu, and we had to correct each course, resulting in an unnecessarily long wait, as my son always got his menu last, instead of my partner's. 2. By last, I mean after all the tables in the two rooms had been served with food. The food arrived as follows: first all the children's menus (estimated at around 40 tables in the rooms), then the vegetarian menu, then the meat menu. I also worked in the hospitality industry, and at our standard restaurant, it was a given that everyone at the table received their plate and could start eating at the same time. 3. During our entire stay we were not asked once if we wanted a drink, our glasses were mostly empty and we had to really try to get someone to bring us a drink, which we managed three times. 4. The waitress asked my boyfriend how he liked it. He said "great." She smiled friendly and said that didn't sound very convincing, to which he replied "that he didn't like it." She reacted offended, cleared our plates energetically and we didn't see her again that evening. I also found it interesting that he was the only one asked. 5. And that is an absolute "no go" and actually, looking back, I should have left the evening at that point. My veg. The course was accidentally placed on the next table, where it remained for at least 5 or even 10 minutes. When the meat course was served, it was noticed, but no problem at all. The waitress simply corrected her mistake and placed the vegetable plate in front of me. I hadn't noticed beforehand whether the man had already used his fork to eat my food or something similar. Since they were well-groomed people and I didn't want to ruin the evening completely, I overlooked it, especially since I hadn't trusted the service to give me a new plate, even if I asked for one, but would rather get the same one again... How could I have controlled it? The return came the very next morning: stomach problems and a bad cold. We were the very last to pay, even though we had children with us on a Sunday. And my boyfriend paid over €400 for this experience. That's very sad.

Culinary-wise, the evening was a complete success: Each course was skillfully prepared, perfectly presented, and a taste sensation. We would particularly like to emphasize the fresh quality of the ingredients and the harmonious flavors. The service was also excellent – ​​attentive, friendly, and always striving to ensure our complete satisfaction. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience for us, one that goes far beyond a traditional restaurant. The show and the food were great, but unfortunately the service was a complete failure. Our projector didn't work, meaning we didn't see the entire first half up until the first dish, and for that price, that's an absolute no-go. I looked everywhere for staff, but I couldn't find them. And when someone finally came and couldn't solve the problem, we had to sit somewhere else. We were repeatedly asked why we were sitting somewhere else, and we repeatedly emphasized that we found it impossible to have missed so much for that price. There was no compensation or anything like that, just a friendly "we're aware of the problem and we're sorry." Unfortunately, that's not acceptable.

We visited le Petit Chef today and were thrilled. The show itself puts a smile on your face the whole time. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the quantity was more than sufficient. You can tell the love goes into it and the ingredients are of the highest quality. But now let's get to our personal highlight: Mia's service was absolutely top-notch. From the very beginning, you could tell how much she enjoys her job, and her perfect blend of professionalism and personal charm rounded it all off. Our beef fillet was overcooked and a bit dry. Our empty wine glasses were also constantly forgotten to be cleared away, even though the next ones were already filled. We wouldn't go again. Addendum 2024: For the second time, Le Petit Chef is trying to have my review deleted from Google! Each time during the summer holidays, so that I hope my objection will slip through. Please invest the time in improving quality and service instead - thank you!!! Le Petit Chef now reports my review to Google monthly – apparently hoping I'll give up at some point. Every month, I have to prove again with tickets that we were actually there. This way, many critical voices gradually disappear, because not everyone has the time or stamina to regularly fight against deletion. This is not a professional way to deal with legitimate criticism, but rather seems like an attempt to artificially maintain a clean image. Instead of putting energy into suppressing inconvenient reviews, it would be wiser to finally work on quality, service and guest care.

As always, it was a great experience. The video animations and the food were excellent. What was special this time was that we were able to help with the final course/dessert and choose our own ingredients. We'd be happy to go again.

It was an incredible experience. I gave it to my boyfriend for his anniversary and he loved it. You are asked to arrive 30 minutes before the event begins. A cloakroom is available. So you still have enough time to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. The projection on the table was great! The food was also very tasty. The only negative point on my vegetarian menu was my main course. Here I had a celery steak with mashed potatoes and truffle sauce. That wasn't a big hit, but of course it's all a matter of taste. Otherwise we were completely satisfied with the dishes. The price was of course relatively expensive but definitely justified for such a unique event.

We were there on the weekend. You can park in the car park opposite, but be careful, the maximum height of 2.10m stated at the entrance does not apply to the entire car park. Anyone who drives a family bus should know their vehicle and take a close look at it. The restaurant is easy to find. It is very dark inside, which is ultimately the basis of the concept. But the eyes need some time to get used to it. The food was excellent, but the portions could have been a little larger for my taste. For example, the “Little Chef” conjured up more on a dish than was actually there. Nevertheless: New flavors, intense and delicious, the beef fillet absolutely perfect. However, the drinks were seriously overpriced. We had the premium menu. The show on the table was great, something completely new. However, nothing really happened between courses. Sometimes it took a little too long. My biggest criticism is the temperature in the restaurant. Due to the many projectors it was far too warm from the beginning of the second half. I would have liked some fresh air every now and then. It's hard to enjoy your food if it's too warm. At several tables I saw people fanning themselves, so it wasn't just us. The service was great. Conclusion: Great experience, great food, but just small weaknesses that mean a star deduction for the price.

However, the drink prices were surprisingly high. 0.25 liters of Pepsi Maxx were charged 5 euros, which not only seems expensive but also unreasonable. I also ordered a Petit Punch (cherry, Earl Grey, lemon and pandan) for around 11.50 euros. The drink was also only about 0.25 liters and didn't taste convincing as it was quite sour. Even water was expensive: 0.25 liters for 6.50 euros and 0.75 liters for 10.50 euros. Despite these circumstances, it was a pleasant evening. The show that accompanied the menu was beautifully staged and entertaining for both children and adults. We chose the 5-course menu Classic for 129.00 euros: CLASSIC MENU TOMATO Tomato | basil | Stracciatella di Bufala | Breadsticks KANDINSKY scallop | Cauliflower | Caper | Chilli | curry CHILDHOOD MEMORY corn poularde | Parsnip | truffle | Mushroom | green asparagus MUSICAL Pink Roast Beef | sweet potato | wild broccoli INTERACTIVE DESSERT Blueberry | lemon | Orange | Quark | Caramel Since we don't like seafood, we swapped the "Kandinsky" course and got herbal mushrooms Cauliflower | Caper | Chilli | Curry, which was very tasty. The portion sizes could be a bit more generous. For example, in "Childhood Memory" four sticks of beans/asparagus were shown, but only three were served on the plate. Likewise, four parts of the roulade were presented, but only three were delivered. We noticed these small discrepancies. In addition, some breaks between courses were longer and could have been better bridged by the show to ensure a smoother flow. Communication via email or phone was difficult, so we had to contact the central organizer, which could be improved. The noise level from the bar, including the clearing of dishes and the bartender's conversations, was disturbingly noticeable. A solution should be found here. Overall, we had a wonderful evening with delicious food and would probably stop by again if there was a new show. It makes a great gift for anniversaries or Christmas.

Die Animationen waren ziemlich verschwommen. Wirkt im Internet wesentlich klarer. Teilweise haben wir das Gesprochene leider gar nicht verstanden - vielleicht hatten wir aber auch nur einen ungünstigen Platz. Toll fanden wir es, dass wir beim Dessert mit einbezogen wurden. Die Angestellten waren super freundlich, die Weinbegleitung sehr informativ. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und gelungenen Abend.

Die Überraschung ist gelungen und das Personal war sehr bemüht. Alles in allem ein schöner Abend. Jedoch die Akustik der Nachbartische war etwas störend und nach der Veranstaltung gab es keine geortnete Jackenrückgabe. Die gehenden und darauf folgenden kommenden Gäste waren sich im Weg. Ungefähr zu vergleichen mit einem Fahrstuhl aus dem keiner rauskommt, weil alle anderen davor stehen und hinein wollen.

Super leckeres Menü. Toll abgestimmt, frische Zutaten, qualitativ hochwertig, zartes Fleisch. Mit viel Liebe und vielen kleinen Details. Unterhaltsame, süße Show.
