There were four of us there and we enjoyed a really nice show. The food was really tasty and very nicely prepared. If you are looking for a special culinary experience, you have come to the right place.

A wonderful evening! Everything was harmonious, the service was top, the food was excellent, the entertainment was simply lovely. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I can't understand the good recessions or we simply had a bad week. First of all, the good: The service staff is very nice and accommodating. The show was also very well designed. Now the not so good thing...: 1. the long waiting time before and during the meal. 2. quite careless presentation... something special was completely missing and the individual components were often repeated. 3. Some of the food was only lukewarm. 4. The cleanliness, especially in the toilets, leaves a lot to be desired. 5. The price-performance. 6. The constant stream of music that keeps you at 3 hours!!!! really drives you crazy. Conclusion: I really expected more for the price. It's a shame, because the concept itself is good, but could be improved.

A great evening spent with my sister and mother. The food was just great and the show was just beautiful. It's definitely not the last time I've been to the world's smallest chef!! It's just a shame that neither Frankfurt nor Heidelberg are barrier-free. 😔 It's good that I was able to walk somewhat today and so the stairs weren't a problem.

It was a really great experience, the food was great and the service was also very friendly. The criticism: At the beginning we had to wait a long time until we were seated. We were told to arrive 15 minutes in advance so that we could start on time, but we were only seated half an hour later. This definitely needs to be improved. In addition, the plates were smeared and not very clean and the entertainment ended too early. Unfortunately we didn't have any welcome drinks even though we got there early enough. Otherwise it was a great evening.

The food was really delicious and fresh, the meat dishes were particularly good, the desserts were also fantastic, the place was very chic and cozy, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service was quick and the staff were very friendly, the prices were very fair in relation to the quality, everything was neat and clean.

Si estás buscando una experiencia gastronómica de cuatro horas que te haga cuestionarte tus opciones de vida, ¡este es el lugar para ti! Déjame pintar el cuadro: Llegamos llenos de expectación y nos fuimos... bueno, solo llenos de frustración (y una hamburguesa McDonald’s). El concepto es encantador: un chef virtual en miniatura que prepara platos frente a ti usando animaciones caprichosas. Pero esta es la ironía: ¿ese pequeño tipo digital? Termina su cocina más rápido que el personal de cocina real. La comida duró CUATRO horas. Sí, cuatro. Son dos películas de Los Vengadores o suficiente tiempo para darse un atracón: ver media temporada de su programa favorito. ¿Y qué obtuvimos por todo ese tiempo? Una serie de platos servidos a un ritmo que haría que un caracol pareciera Usain Bolt. Ahora, hablemos del verdadero punto culminante de Le Petit Chef: su ubicación. Verás, a un corto paseo de 2 minutos, hay un McDonald’s. Después de pasar lo que se sentía como una eternidad esperando el postre, hicimos una rápida carrera a McD’s para satisfacer nuestro hambre y, francamente, nuestra cordura. En resumen: • ¿Comida? Decente, cuando finalmente llegue. • ¿Ambiente? Lindo concepto, aunque el chef de tu plato está trabajando horas extras. • Speed? Glacial. • ¿Mejor parte? Sabiendo que McDo está a pocos pasos. ¿Lo recomendaría? Solo si tienes un sólido cuatro horas para matar y un plan de respaldo para comida real después. De lo contrario, salta el juego de espera y deja que Ronald McDonald salve el día.

Had to wait 25 minutes in an anteroom. The welcome Prosecco had run out and even when we asked, there was no more. Food wasn't served nicely and looked wasted for the price. Quite disappointed.

Delicious food, great animation show, pleasant service

We had high expectations for Le Petit Chef in Frankfurt, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short. The food was bland, dull, and completely uninspired—definitely not what you’d expect for the price. The “show” felt overly childish, and while the restaurant itself was nicely decorated, it couldn’t make up for the lackluster meal. We pre-booked the experience with a wine pairing (which costs extra), but the staff didn’t even acknowledge it until we asked—after our second course! The wines were unimpressive, and the pairing felt poorly planned, more like an afterthought than a curated experience. The service was disorganized, likely due to being short-staffed, and the whole evening felt chaotic. At one point, it felt like we were eating ketchup —definitely not fine dining. And a tip for you : when you offer customers steak, you usually need to ask them how they would like it done! Overall, it was a waste of time and money. If you’re aiming to be a fine dining restaurant, you need a proper chef and better execution. Avoid this one.

We spontaneously got a table for two there on New Year's Day, as it is a small shop we were lucky. The staff was extremely friendly and it was easy to talk to them. I can only recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast!

The reception was fine, but we had to wait in a dark, uncomfortable anteroom because the tables were still occupied. The room was full with at least 25 guests, but there were only about 10 seats. At 8 p.m., the scheduled start time, we were brought to the tables. The ambience was okay in the dark, but the furniture was pretty worn and some of the stone walls were missing stones, which didn't look nice. We had to wait at least 20 minutes for it to start and had to ask for a drink menu. At first they said there wasn't one, but then we got one. The waitresses were friendly, but no one really cared about us. The performance was nice to see, but I imagined it to be more interactive. I would also have expected the food to be served immediately after the performance, but that wasn't the case for any course. Particularly disappointing was the supposed “caviar”, which was just salmon caviar, and the veal, which was unfortunately dry. The roast beef was good, and the dessert was best because you could decorate the ice cream with your own toppings. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not right here. We wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend it for the price.

Wir waren als Paar zum Dinner im le Petit Chef in Frankfurt und ich muss sagen ich bin wirklich extrem enttäuscht. Das war die wohl schlechteste Dinner experience die ich jemals hatte. Man wurde ungefragt als Paar an einen 6er Tisch mit anderen Personen gesetzt und musste dort den Abend mit uns fremden Personen verbringen. Die Getränke kamen erst nach dem 2ten Gang, nachdem wir jeden anwesenden Kellner mindestens 2 mal drauf hingewiesen haben, sprich 45 min später. Das Essen an sich hatte wenig mit fine dining zu tun, sondern im Gegenteil war eher vergleichbar mit schlechtem Kantinenessen. Die Gerichte waren ungewürzt, lauwarm und das Rinderfilet war zäh und durch, von Medium oder Medium rare hat man in diesem Laden anscheinend noch nichts gehört. Die Show an sich war absolut nervig und ist eher etwas für Kinder. Insgesamt haben wir den ganzen Abend nur darauf gewartet, dass das Essen endlich vorbei ist und wir nach Hause gehen können. Preis Leistung stimmt hier absolut nicht und ich würde niemanden der auch nur ein wenig Erfahrung mit gutem Essen hat empfehlen diesen Laden zu betreten.

Wir sind am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag als Familie mit 4 Personen angereist in die vielversprechende Location "Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof" mit der Erwartung einen vielversprechenden, unterhaltsamen Abend mit leckerem Essen zu geniessen. In den ehemaligen Katakomben des altehrwürdigen Hotels wurde mit viel Umbau eine gemütliche, jedoch verzweigte Location mit vielen Stufen und Absätzen geschaffen. Die Orientierung für mögliche Fluchtwege fällt sehr schwer, da die Räume insgesamt nur schwach beleuchtet sind und man die Pläne kaum lesen kann. Wir hatten einen 4-er Tisch gebucht und wurden ungefragt und nicht veränderbar an einen 6-erTisch gesetzt. Die 3D-Show war unterhaltsam, die Micky Maus Stimme mit nachgemachtem französichen Akzent von le petit Chef nervte jedoch bereits nach kurzer Zeit. Die geschälte geschmacklose Tomate mit Mozzarella und Pesto Sauce als Starter überzeugte nicht. Die übrigen Gänge (Jakobsmuschel zu kalt, Maispoularde zu trocken und lauwarm, Rinderfilet fast kalt, 1 Röschen Blumenkohl roh, Dessert lieblos und zu wenig für 4 Personen, Kuchen ok) waren kleinste Portionen und kamen ohne Ausnahme lauwarm bis kalt und ungewürzt an den Tisch. Die alkoholfreien Getränke (Wasser, O-Saft) waren zu warm/ungekühlt, allein die beiden Gläser Weisswein waren wohltemperiert. Das Dessert wurden in 2 Etageren für 6 Personen serviert, so dass man unglücklicherweise gezwungen war mit den uns fremden und nicht ansprechenden Menschen am Tisch zu teilen. Die Blaubeeren und Kräuter wurden mit Fingern entnommen, so dass wir auf Teilen verzichtet haben. Der gefrorene Kern im Eis war zu kalt und nicht definierbar. Das Preis-/Leitungsverhälnis mit € 700,00 für 4 Personen ist in Anlehnung an Service und Qualität völlig unangemessen. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden weder Show noch Location weiter empfehlen.

The combination of exquisite cuisine and fascinating entertainment made this evening a unique experience. The CLASSIC MENU offered a delicious selection of dishes that impressed both in terms of taste and visuals. From the refreshing appetizer to the interactive dessert, each dish was a delight for the senses and was accompanied by creative animations that brought the food to life. The atmosphere in the restaurant was festive and welcoming, perfect for a special occasion. The entire team provided excellent service and made our evening very special. In summary, the visit to le Petit Chef was a wonderful experience that me and my daughter will have fond memories of. An absolute highlight for anyone looking for an extraordinary dinner!

Wir haben uns sehr auf das Erlebnisdinner bei La Petit Chef gefreut, und die Location sowie die Inszenierung waren wirklich beeindruckend. Das Ambiente hat sofort für eine besondere Atmosphäre gesorgt, und die freundlichen und höflichen Servicekräfte trugen dazu bei, dass wir uns willkommen fühlten. Allerdings war das Personal sichtbar ausgelastet, was hin und wieder die Aufmerksamkeit beeinträchtigte. Leider hat das kulinarische Erlebnis nicht mit unseren Erwartungen mithalten können. Das Essen war insgesamt enttäuschend. Viele Gerichte waren ungewürzt und geschmacklich einfallslos. Besonders die Vorspeise – geschälte Tomate, Büffelmozzarella und Pesto – war lasch und nicht stimmig. Der Fisch sowie die kleine Roulade waren trocken und geschmacklos, und das Rindfleisch war zäh und wenig appetitlich. Auch die Nachspeise überzeugte nicht: Das Eis war lecker, aber der stark gefrorene Kern ließ sich kaum genießen, und der Geschmack war nicht definierbar. Der vorbestellte Kuchen war leider zu fest, schwer und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Auch der Service rund um die Garderobe hat uns enttäuscht. Wir haben unsere Jacken gegen eine Nummer abgegeben, doch am Ende des Abends herrschte Chaos: Das Personal war überfordert und bat uns schließlich, selbst in die kleine Nische zu gehen, um unsere Jacken herauszusuchen. Das fanden wir in diesem Preissegment absolut unangemessen. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir den alkoholfreien Weihnachtspunsch, der wirklich köstlich war, sowie den Weingang, der gut ausgewählt wurde. Überraschend war auch, dass das Kindermenü geschmacklich am überzeugendsten war. Alles in allem waren wir mit sieben Personen dort, und leider überwiegt das Gefühl, dass Preis und Leistung nicht im Verhältnis stehen. Trotz des tollen Show-Aspekts und der schönen Location können wir La Petit Chef kulinarisch nicht weiterempfehlen und werden nicht wiederkommen. Wir haben vorher mit ca. 1000€ reserviert. Vor Ort haben wir mit Wein, Weihnachtspunsch und anderen Getränken und zwei Kuchen aufgestockt. Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Disappointing experience at Le Petit Chef Frankfurt Unfortunately, my visit to Le Petit Chef was not as positive as I had hoped. Dessert was disappointing - the ice cream was frozen way too hard and the tablecloths weren't ironed neatly. At a price of €179 per person, the value for money was not justified. The meat was overcooked and the noodles tasted like frozen food and were overly seasoned. The technical implementation also left a lot to be desired. The multimedia system had repeated volume fluctuations and timing problems between gears, which disrupted the flow. The waiting times between courses were very irregular - from 4 to 15 minutes - and took a lot out of the mood. In addition, after a short time the projection appeared rather monotonous and the graphics became outdated. Le Petit Chef's concept definitely has potential, but the aforementioned weaknesses detract from the overall experience. I hope that improvements will be made in the future to fully express the idea.

Interesting concept in a cool atmosphere combined with courteous service - but unfortunately completely overpriced, mediocre food. The little chef's animations are funny and a cute, special idea - but don't expect a 4K image or outstanding 3D effects on the table/plate. The service is very friendly and attentive, and the lounge-like atmosphere in the basement of the Frankfurter Hof is also very cool. Unfortunately, the pricing doesn't match the food on offer - the two of us paid just under €340 with an aperitif, a glass of wine and a bottle of water including a tip. For this amount you can eat much more often or much better almost everywhere in Frankfurt.

We were in the restaurant yesterday and ate the classic menu. The little chef's show was quite nice and the service was very good. The food was good, but didn't justify the price of €129. Unfortunately, my companion had severe food poisoning hours later. That can't be the case, especially if you offer fine dining!

Something different with the 3D animation and show, but the price-performance ratio is not right at all. The service is subpar and a 130€ (pp without wine) menu is served and presented by students. In addition, at that price you shouldn't share a table for four with another couple! Paying at the end also took far too long.

I invited five people - it was a bombastic experience. Everyone really enjoyed it, no one knew it before - including me. In addition to the "show", the food was also first class.

Wir waren mit zwei Personen vor Ort und hatten zwei mal das Premium Menü mit einmal Weinbegleitung. Das Personal war stehts freundlich allerdings reicht dies für den Service in einer Preisklasse >200€ p.P. nicht aus. Nach Getränken wurde man zu Beginn gefragt und dann erst nach 2 Stunden wieder, die Weinbegleitung bestand aus dem zitiren des Etikettes und der zweifach erfragte Zucker zum Kaffee wurde vergessen. Das sind dinge die in diesem Preissegment nicht passieren dürften, auch wenn der Service nett war. Das Essen war das ganze Menü über sehr lecker und auf erfrage Änderungen bei der Buchung wurde Problemlos eingegangen. Leider fehlte das WOW Erlebnis bei den einzelnen Gängen. Die bitte nicht Falsch verstehen, geschmacklich und von der Auswahl der einzelnen Zutaten war alles auf einem hohen Niveau. Das ausschlaggebende für den Besuch- und zwar der kleine Chef- sorgte für kurzweilige Unterhaltung zwischen den Gängen und sorgte für ein schönes Erlebnis zwischendurch. Die liebevoll gestalteten Sequenzen und der durchdachte Einsatz des Platztellers sorgte mehrfach für erstaunen und Belustigung. Jeder der sich überlegt sollte hier definitiv einen Besuch planen, sofern er über die oben genannten Punkte hinweg sehen kann. Zusammengefasst verbrachten wir trotz ein paar Kritikpunkte einen schönen und gemütlichen Abend im Le petit Chef.

The food was simply first class!! The show is really cute! The children really enjoyed it. This is our second time there. We never thought the new show could surpass the one before it, but it has! We had lots of fun ! We were even allowed to help design the dessert. Sweet idea! The children were thrilled! We'd love to come back

Unfortunately very disappointing 😢 for 130€ you want the food to be of appropriate quality and portions large enough so that you don't have to leave the restaurant hungry again. Unfortunately, neither was the case. The two scallops were tough and very small, the corn-fed chicken was also small and tough and the roast beef was quite good, but also very little. The ice cream for dessert was rock hard and of poor quality. The show was really nice and was very entertaining and lovingly designed. All in all, unfortunately, absolutely no recommendation because the price-performance ratio is simply not right.

Seldom eaten so badly. The seats at the table were set with a white plate that was unfortunately completely smeared. It would make sense to polish the plate before setting up, because the bright light of the projection is unforgiving. My husband's plate wasn't even washed because the label from a Swedish furniture store was still half stuck underneath. The “greeting from the kitchen” was 4 slices of baguette bread that you could look through. With a mini dollop of herb butter. The portion sizes were really embarrassing. One!!! Scallops that are also halved!!! was. Unfortunately only lukewarm. The third course, corn-fed chicken, was cold. The plate is cold, the food is cold. If I had waited for service to complain, I would definitely still be sitting there today. So, for better or worse, eaten cold. Unfortunately, after describing the situation, there was no reaction from the kitchen. Such a plate simply cannot be sent. Then came the beef fillet. Two slices each the size of a "5 Mark" piece. One slice was ok, the other slice was just a leftover piece which was about 2 cm thick and was cooked through. Again, no reaction from the kitchen. It's just a shame because the taste was quite ok. The service was really attentive and very friendly but very slow. Now to the show. We were supposed to be there at 4:45 p.m. so that the show could start promptly at 5 p.m. I honestly ask myself why? At 5:45 p.m. the bread arrived...! Between each course, over half an hour of waiting passed... just way too long. My conclusion: Le petit chef is supposed to be a special experience, but it turned out to be a failure. Nothing just fits together. Portions like in a star restaurant but miles away from that. It is intentional and not possible. We drove home hungry. Finally, I would like to mention that we discussed our dissatisfaction with the service department for a long time...

We wanted to experience this once. Was nice and funny concept. But not really a wow effect. Definitely fun to do once, but pricey. At least €129 per person per menu is not nothing. The food is good, not spectacular but really good. The service is young, friendly but very inexperienced, which does not match the high price. The show is fun, but there are some big breaks in between. Could be a little smoother. Due to the service, serving was also a bit slow, which is why the food was a bit lukewarm in temperature. You spend 300 with 2 people, which is fun to do in terms of a unique dining experience. But dear Petit Chef, you could raise the bar a little higher in terms of quality.

Difficult.. ok the show via a projector on the table was good, while eating, still image. Food, cold. For the price I would have expected something extravagant and good tasting food. Unfortunately, it was neither extravagant nor tasty. The room was bare and uncomfortable. Apart from the very small portions, you have to eat beforehand or, like we did, afterwards. All in all, the price-performance ratio is not right.

Yesterday we went to Le Petit Chef as a family and were unfortunately very disappointed. The animations were fun, but the food and service left a lot to be desired and didn't justify the price. My husband's jamon was missing from his starter. We were forgotten about the second course and had to go and ask while all the other guests around us had been eating for a while. The ravioli finally arrived, but was only lukewarm at best. The fries for the children's main course were also only served lukewarm, and the chicken breast tasted like standard nuggets. Our beef fillet was too well done and a bit dry. Our empty wine glasses were also constantly forgotten to be cleared away, even though the next ones were already filled. We wouldn't go there again. Addendum 2024: For the second time, Le Petit Chef is trying to have my review deleted by Google! Every time during the summer holidays, so that the objection will hopefully slip through. If they would rather put the effort into improving service and quality instead, there would be less to complain about ;-)

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Petit Chef in Frankfurt. The story of the little chef was an interesting and entertaining change that lightened the atmosphere. The accompanying menu offered some exciting approaches, but the culinary implementation was disappointing for me. I expected more, especially with the beef fillet - it lacked the truffle, which could have rounded off the dish. The ravioli with shrimp was also a disappointment: instead of a generous portion, there was only a single ravioli, and the advertised shrimp was completely missing. Considering the price range, I expected higher quality and creativity in the food. The friendly service staff is positive, although they forgot to serve drinks several times and we had to regularly ask for cutlery. For example, for a 5-course meal there was only one fork. Another negative aspect was the payment method. When paying with the card you were forced to choose a tip, which I found unpleasant. One had to choose between 5 and 20 percent or another amount to complete the transaction. Overall, the evening was entertaining thanks to the little chef's interesting presentation, but the culinary expectations were not met.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in terms of taste, especially considering the price quoted. We wouldn't recommend it.

If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary, Le Petit Chef is a must-try. It's not just a meal, but a memorable experience that you'll cherish!

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio doesn't fit. My partner and I expected better quality of food. In our opinion the food was ok and not really that special. The idea is very sweet, the implementation is not quite right yet. The restaurant or show is visited by many people, unfortunately the number of waiters does not match the number of guests. We saw 3 waiters serving. The waitress who served us was friendly and the only one who worked professionally, unfortunately the waiter didn't. He wanted to get a bottle of water from us that wasn't completely empty and immediately offered to order a new bottle without paying attention to the fact that our water glasses were completely full. Dealing with guests with this waiter should be practiced. In my opinion, the transition from dish to dish also took a bit long. The idea is right, you just have to implement the many good tips from the former guests who left a review here to get 4 or even 5 stars.

Overall, a fun idea, but for my taste the price-performance ratio doesn't quite fit. I would have liked to see several small animations during the meal, but unfortunately the image usually freezes at some point. Not worth the money - It was our first time at Le Petit Chef Frankfurt and unfortunately we were disappointed. The restaurant appears upscale, but lacks quantity and quality. Starting with the service, which sometimes clears away plates without comment/demand, right up to the food, which at first glance appears to be nicely prepared, but is served cold or at most lukewarm and is clearly below the price-performance ratio in terms of taste and quality. After we were seated at our table, it took around half an hour before we could order drinks. Here we were only asked about water or the aperitif of the day. If you asked for more drinks, you had to alert yourself. The service was also clearly too low for the number of tables. Le Petit Chef attracts customers with the ambience and the show, which is quite cute, but doesn't make up for the entire stay in the restaurant. I'm happy to spend more money on good food, but I can't recommend Le Petit Chef more highly.

The atmosphere was really nice and there was great history to see. The food was okay, the price/performance ratio wasn't quite right. The aperitif was super delicious. I think it's a shame that my veggie dish costs as much as the meat dish. The chocolate cake was a nice ending.

Gleich vorab, ja, es ist nicht günstig; und ja, wenn man nur das Essen in Relation zum Preis sehen will bekommt man sicher auch mehr fürs Geld… ABER, das gebotene Gesamtpaket kann begeistern. Die gesamte Animation zusammen mit dem Menü hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service absolut stimmig.

The ambience was really nice and the show was sweet, but for the price I would have expected a lot more in terms of cuisine. The taste wasn't bad, but it wasn't so great that I would pay another €140 per person.

Waiters were friendly but overwhelmed with even the smallest tasks. The menus had already been chosen in advance and only the drinks had to be requested individually and served. We were there in a group, 9 out of 10 ordered the same thing to drink and one had wine. But we didn't get to toast until AFTER the starter because they couldn't manage to serve a glass of wine. The cutlery was replaced after the second course. Two had not received new cutlery and after several reminders and only when the next menu had long been served and everyone had already started eating, the missing cutlery arrived. The food was definitely NOT worth the money! Portions were WAY too small and the meat was terribly bad! 6 out of 8 had to spit the roast beef into the napkin because it was so tough. The fillet for the premium menu didn't taste like anything. The cartoon that played was very sweet but at the end they wished happy holidays. The same film has probably been playing since Christmas time. The idea is nice, but the service and food are definitely not worth the expensive prices.

The food was very tasty but the portions were quite small and just too expensive. The “show” was really great and something different, an experience. What was really very annoying was that all the plates were made of a material (slate?) which made it impossible for all guests to eat quietly. Absolutely disturbed the atmosphere, the other guests also saw and said that. In the end, the light should actually turn on more gently if you sit in the dark for 1.5 hours.

A pretty expensive experience. The food wasn't worth the price. The music plays in a continuous loop and at some point it gets on your nerves because of the sometimes very long waiting times. The animations are in English. I can't understand why they can't put the few sentences that are spoken into German. This is simply not understandable for children.

It's a very cute concept idea but unfortunately it didn't entirely convince me... the projection on the table was very blurry and the plate that was supposed to represent the cooking area was much too big. So a lot of things couldn't be planned correctly because the little boss was constantly distorted because the edge of the plate was too big or was in the wrong place over the step, etc. Unfortunately, the little boss only cooks the "normal" menu and not the others Options such as the vegetarian option. I personally found that a shame. The vegetarian option wasn't very fancy either, while the normal menu offered roast beef and was prepared by the little chef, I got three giant pieces of beetroot. I personally found it a shame. Especially since it was steamed until it lost its taste. (I also noticed that what is served is not always the same as what the little boss cooks. At one point he cooked pasta with pieces of shrimp and in the “normal” menu a ravioli with a shrimp in it was served. Here you could have Maybe you should create a projection for the menu to be served) Therefore, for me personally, the price-performance ratio is not given with the vegetarian menu. For dessert we had a toasted marshmallow with the brownie. This contains gelatin and was not included in the vegetarian option, although vegetarian marshmallows can also be purchased these days. All that and a little more spread out across the aisles. With a 100€ - 4 course vegetarian menu you can definitely get more out of it.

We were guests at Le Petit Chef with our children in July 2021. In addition to the fact that it is difficult to get a table for five people together and we were seated apart, the vegetarian menu was absolutely standard and completely overpriced. What is not only annoying but also very painful to this day was a fall on an unlit step. I fell down this one on the way back from the toilet with my little daughter and broke my foot and tore two ligaments. Several guests were able to witness this incident. We finished the meal and went home. Since then I've been trying to bring clarity to the situation. One step needs to be sufficiently lit, candles on the left and right are not enough! We've now gotten to the point where the Steigenberger Hotel's insurance company blames me and completely absolves itself of responsibility. After all, I would have already walked this step on the way to the toilet. An absolute absurdity! And therefore an unforgettable memory of an evening that should be a very special one. A special kind of experience gastronomy. For children, the interactive enjoyment is a fun and tasty experience that will be remembered. I personally had a lot of fun doing this and discovered what has become my favorite cocktail, “Singapore Sling”.

Eine sehr niedliche und herzerwärmende Präsentation durch die Animationen. Leider merkt man auch hier, dass das Fachpersonal fehlt. Der Service war nett und zuvorkommend, aber keine Getränke zum Hauptgang oder Dessert, nur ein Aperitif würde angeboten. Die anderen Getränke müsste man einfordern und kamen dann auch nicht passend zum Gang. Das Essen war gut, aber der Preisklasse nicht entsprechend. Der Zwischengang war mit gehobelten Trüffelscheiben garniert, die qualitativ unterirdisch gewesen sind. Nach Beschwerde kam der Servicechef und legte die minderwertigen chinesischen Sommertrüffel auf den Tisch, mit der Bemerkung 'man sei ja wohl vom Fach' und könne dies beurteilen. Pech gehabt. Ich bin vom Fach und bestätigte die schlechte Qualität. Keine Reaktion und beim Hauptgang gleich noch ordentlich von dem Trüffel drauf. Ganz schlechte Performance! Fazit: Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal essen gehen, egal wie gut die Show ist.

Food was a fabulous taste experience. Le petit chef's little show was magical. And the service was very accommodating. Recommended at any time. 3 hours that you could spend as if in a dream and switch off from everyday life. A family experience.

Erstaunt waren wir, dass beim Abräumen die vom Nachbar Tisch eingesammelten Teller auf unserem Tisch abgestellt und hier weiter gestapelt wurden, was ich für ein absolutes No-Go halte. Dies passierte mehrfach an unterschiedlichen Tischen in diesem Restaurant. Auch hatte ich es noch nicht, dass beim Wein einschenken der Kellner mir sagte "sagen Sie Stopp". Ein guter Kellner weiß doch, wie voll das Glas sein sollte. Leider wurde uns zum Dessert kein Kaffee angeboten. Zu guter Letzt wurde unmittelbar nach Beendigung der Show direkt abkassiert, was einem Rauswurf ziemlich gleichte. Wie waren die zweite und letzte Gruppe, da hätte das nicht sein müssen. Auch ein Angebot in die Bar zu gehen gab es nicht. Essen Die Speisen waren solide aber nicht der Preisklasse entsprechend. In einer gehobenen Gastronomie hätte ich mehr erwartet. Die Suppe war schmackhaft zubereitet und nett angerichtet. Die Farfalle sowie die Soße hatten etwas von Supermarkt-Qualität. Die Garnele obendrauf war so ziemlich tot gebraten und trocken. Beim Anrichten hätte man sich hier mehr einfallen lassen können. Zum Beispiel ein Parmesanchip, geröstete Pinienkerne oder frittierten Basilikum oder so. Der vegetarische Hauptgang hatte mehrere Komponenten und war schön zusammengestellt und angerichtet. Leider war der Hauptgang zum Teil kalt und die Soße hatte bereits Haut gezogen. Der Hauptgang mit Fleisch war leider etwas ideenlos angerichtet. Die zwei ca 3 cm langen Möhren-Stücke hätte man sich sparen können. Für diese preisklasse hätte ich erwartet, dass es schön zubereitete Fingermöhrchen gewesen wären. Das Steak (sehr fragwürdiger Schnitt) war fast durchgebraten und nicht wirklich warm. Darf heute nicht passieren, dafür gibt es technisch mehr als nur eine Möglichkeit, was ordentliches auf den Teller zu bringen. Das Dessert wiederum war sehr schön angerichtet. Leider fehlte mir die individuelle Geschmacksgebung für eine gehobene Gastronomie. Das Eis hatte leichte Wasserkristalle was auf eine falsche Lagerung hinweist. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn das Eis mit einem Pacojet selber gemacht wäre. Der Brownie machte mir den Eindruck als wäre er fertig eingekauft worden. Aufgrund dessen, dass wir so lange jetzt auf unser Essen warten mussten (es war ja bereits 21 Uhr und später)haben wir es leider stillschweigend hingenommen. The experience was definitely unforgettable. You have to do it once. Perfect as a partial voucher as a gift as the prices are very proud. The animation was lovingly designed and the food was very good. The portions of the four courses were sufficient and filling. The animation takes place at a table for four. We were lucky with our table neighbors. The evening was beautiful and fun. However, we had to pay immediately after dessert and leave the restaurant for a short time because of another performance. The service on site and on the phone was very courteous.

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Gute Idee, schlechte Umsetzung… Nette Idee, Umsetzung sehr schwach und völlig überteuert. Wir waren in der Show in Frankfurt. Das Restaurant befindet sich im Keller, und beim Betreten riecht man leider zunächst die Toiletten im Eingangsbereich. Die Begrüßung und Platzierung verlief gut, dann war es aber leider auch schon vorbei mit dem Service… Platziert wird man an 4er Tischen- muss man mögen, aber okay. Wir haben eine Flasche Wein bestellt, nach ca 20 Minuten kam dann der falsche Wein, das wurde dann korrigiert, kann mal passieren, aber bei der Preiskategorie… Wir wurden über den gesamten Abend nicht mehr nach Getränken gefragt, auch kein Espresso zum - wirklich schlechten - Dessert . Das Filet war zu durch, alle anderen Zutaten wirkten, als wären sie schon ziemlich lange vorbereitet und waren an der Oberfläche etwas angetrocknet. Lange Wartezeiten zwischen den Gängen, in denen auch nichts an Animation passiert. Der kleine Chef kocht vor jedem Gang ca 2 Minuten den jeweiligen Gang - das ist tatsächlich sehr süß. Alles andere bleibt hinter den - durch den Preis gesetzten - Erwartungen zurück.

This was our second time there after the menu change. It was another very nice evening with entertaining entertainment from the little chef. The food was good, the service was friendly and accommodating. Yes, it has its price, but you have to look at it as a nice entertainment event. As soon as a new story is told, we'll be happy to come back.

The price/performance ratio was simply too high, especially the drinks. Unfortunately, the food doesn't correspond to the high price. The ambience was nice. The whole thing, 3 hours, was just too long-winded.

A 3D show projected onto a table is a really cool experience. The small cinema on the table depicts the story of a small chef who prepares meals with his family. The food was really tasty, full of flavor. The portions are not large, but sufficient as the menu consists of five courses. The staff is very polite, knowledgeable and well prepared. The only downside for me was the wait for the meal to start. I was informed to arrive at least 15 minutes early and food started 20 minutes late. All in all, I highly recommend it because it's a nice combination of multimedia effects and good cuisine.

We were here for the first time with our boss. We really liked the food and the animations. We had an unforgettable dinner and had a super cool, friendly and humorous waiter who always made us smile (thanks for the great service). 😊

It was fabulous. It was our first time there and it was a lot of fun. Special thanks from my daughter. She will never forget it. The staff was super nice and they were always there. The portions were larger than I expected and that's a big plus point. The plates were preheated for all hot dishes, ensuring the perfect temperature throughout the entire dinner. The food and cocktails were always beautifully served and, most importantly, we enjoyed them. Now for minus points. There were almost none. I have a suggestion for improvement. In order for next guests to enjoy the show 100%, I would suggest paying more attention to ensuring that all tablecloths are ironed. I can't say it was always annoying, but it was always visible. No matter what, we'll definitely be back.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Le Petit Chef for the first time with my partner. In summary, this is not just a place to just eat, but rather a journey for the senses created by a perfect combination of fine dining and innovative entertainment The atmosphere at Le Petit Chef is engaging from the start. The ambience is elegant and cozy at the same time, with warm lighting and stylish decorations in the bar area that create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The staff here was professional and attentive as well as warm and friendly. After a short wait, we were individually escorted to our tables at 8:30 p.m. and given another warm welcome. Afterwards we had the opportunity to order an aperitif and then the experience began promptly. Of course, I won't spoil any details about the videos here - you'll have to experience this for yourself, we both really enjoyed the mix of entertainment and culinary delights and we've never had a comparable experience before. There were no long breaks between courses (approx. 10-15 minutes) and the food was excellent from the first to the last course (we had decided on the premium menu in advance). Particularly noteworthy was the beef fillet, which was very tender and fried to perfection. The service throughout the evening was attentive, courteous and always present. All in all, we had a very successful evening and can fully recommend Le Petit Chef. Many thanks again to the entire team and see you soon!

Ich hatte heute das Vergnügen mit meiner Partnerin das erste Mal das Le Petit Chef zu besuchen. Zusammenfassend ist dies nicht nur ein Ort, an dem man einfach nur isst, sondern vielmehr eine Reise für die Sinne, die durch eine perfekte Kombination von gehobener Küche und innovativem Entertainment geschaffen wird Die Atmosphäre im Le Petit Chef ist von Anfang an einnehmend. Das Ambiente ist elegant und gemütlich zugleich, mit einer warmen Beleuchtung und stilvollen Dekorationen im Barbereich, die eine angenehme und entspannte Stimmung schaffen. Bereits hier war das Personal professionell und aufmerksam sowie herzlich und freundlich. Nach kurzer Wartezeit wurden wir pünktlich um 20:30 Uhr einzeln zu unseren Tischen begleitet und nochmals herzlich willkommen geheißen. Anschließend hatten wir noch die Möglichkeit einen Aperitif zu bestellen und dann ging das Erlebnis auch schon zeitnah los. Natürlich werde ich hier keine Einzelheiten bezüglich der Videos spoilern - dies müsst ihr schon selbst erleben, die Mischung aus Entertainment und Kulinarik hat uns beiden jedenfalls sehr gefallen und wir hatten bisher kein vergleichbares Erlebnis. Es waren keine langen Pausen zwischen den Gängen (ca. 10-15 Minuten) und das Essen war vom ersten bis zum letzten Gang hervorragend (wir hatten uns im Vorfeld für das Premium Menü entschieden). Besonders hervorzuheben war das Rinderfilet, welches sehr zart und auf den Punkt gebraten war. Der Service am gesamten Abend war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und stets präsent. Rundum hatten wir einen sehr gelungen Abend und können Le Petit Chef uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals an das gesamte Team und bis bald!

We were guests at Le Petit Chef Frankfurt on Saturday February 24th, 2024 in the show from 8:30 p.m. We had booked the classic menu for 139 euros per person. We were warmly welcomed at the cloakroom and sent to the bar to fill the waiting time as we were very early. The aperitif there was very tasty. The location itself is really very nice, so you immediately feel comfortable and have the appropriate expectations. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met for us. There was a delay of almost 45 minutes (considering you're supposed to be there at 8:15 p.m.), during which we got some wine and some delicious chips, but it became increasingly crowded and the air was stuffy and very warm. When we sat at the table, our waitress tried hard, but you could tell that the timing wasn't quite right. The water we ordered was also totally warm. Unfortunately, we didn't receive our greeting from the kitchen at the beginning. After speaking to us, the chef probably came, apologized that we had probably been seated in the wrong place and told us that it would be served later and that we would get a petit four or something like that after dessert. The greeting was then served to us while we waited between courses. The waitress then visibly tried even harder. Unfortunately, the waiting times between courses were really long and the constant music playing wasn't exactly helpful. Overall, the whole show lasted until midnight, but then the air was clearly out due to the waiting time etc... The menu selection is very good, but I have to say that the taste of the food was not as expected for this price. Which is a shame, since this is something that is routinely prepared on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the Petit Four at the end was forgotten, which isn't the end of the world, but it's still a shame given the circumstances. What was also not nice was that our waitress got a little 'shit' at the end in front of the remaining guests. Overall it's a nice show and it's fun to watch the little chef. It's something unusual and therefore special, but in our case and for a proud total of 350 euros with drinks and tips, everything around it didn't fit. For such a price you can expect it to be almost perfect. Of course mistakes can happen, but there are bad days and we are all human, but the whole thing should still be consistent and unfortunately it wasn't for us. It's a real shame, because the overall concept and the location are actually very promising.

All in all - room for improvement and unfortunately not perfect. We went to Le Petit Chef for my husband's birthday. The location exudes a very stylish charm when you arrive. You're supposed to be there 15 minutes early, which of course we did. But this meant that you stood at the bar for another 15 minutes, but it was overwhelmed and didn't take any orders. I - visibly heavily pregnant - would have been happy if they had either offered me a seat or had given us a seat sooner, but unfortunately we were the last ones seated. When we arrived in the room we were told that it would still be a while before the show started because we were waiting for the guests who were late (nice if you were overly cautious yourself). The seating is very tight, the people sitting next to you understand every word - a shame, with a meal like this. We imagined the show itself to be more spectacular, the food better (rump steak was well done, not medium rare, soup was cold...dessert was unspectacular)! Everything was absolutely okay, but for 300 euros for two people you somehow expect more than just “okay”. The service was tried hard, but a bit sloppy. The most torturous thing was the stuffy air and the heat. I'm not really sensitive, but it was almost unbearable. In addition, everything takes a long time - we were there for three hours. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. Next time I will invest the 300 euros in another restaurant where we can enjoy better food and are not forced to find out too much from the people sitting next to us. Unfortunately, the show is more like an amateur children's film with bad speakers and is also far too short for the long time the evening lasts.

Rip-off to the power of 10, warm plate of cold food, like it came from the microwave, the pea soup was sickly brown, on the "crustacean" pasta there was exactly one completely far dry shrimp, I'll save the rest of the courses at this point, all in all not even canteen level , Bottle of water for 9 euros was at room temperature, no recommendation, have never been so disappointed in a restaurant, service was nice and attentive.

Today I was lucky enough to visit the La Petite restaurant in the center of Frankfurt am Main with friends, watch a 3D show and try gourmet cuisine. I would like to share my impressions because for me and my friends the evening was simply magical. As we entered the restaurant, the manager greeted us, placed our outerwear in the closet and led us to a table. While we enjoyed the wonderful music and waited for the show to start, they brought us water and a menu with a list of wines and cocktails. I would like to note that the drink and food menu is very diverse and will appeal to everyone, which is one of the advantages of this establishment. A few minutes later the lights went out, the music started playing and magic started playing on the table. Before our eyes, the little chef prepared four dishes, each of which was delicious in its own way and looked simply great. In this atmosphere we enjoyed everything and had a great time. Every bite was filled with delicious flavor and the food melted in your mouth. We enjoyed every minute of the show and left in great spirits. We will definitely visit La Petite restaurant again and again! We recommend it to anyone who hasn't been to this restaurant. We are absolutely thrilled!

After repeated requests from us, we were handed the drinks menu. For food and the show: The show itself was quite nice, but more oriented towards children. My fellow visitors wrote a bad review and everyone received an email from Google saying that the manager complained about the bad review because it was a fake review. In this case, that's the way to deal with bad reviews: you delete them.

Extremely poor value for money for this meal. The food was good, but you would expect more for this price. Additionally, service that evening was not good due to a technical problem. We sat at the table with no cutlery and no drinks until we pointed it out to the staff. All in all, not a recommendation!

Zu beginn , die Show hat sich um eine Stunde verzögert , wir haben mit gefühlt 50 Personen im Vorraum warten müssen , hier hat es extrem nach Toiletten gerochen. Personal völlig überfordert! Die Show ist billigst und die Musik wiederholt sich alle paar Minuten. Wir haben zu dritt über 500€ bezahlt . Fie Suppe kalt , billigstes Baguette kostet keinen Euro. Ich würde mich schämen einem Gast so etwas zu reichen .Die Krönung war das Filet Steak .das war komplett durch aber nicht gebraten sondern wie gekocht . Mehr kann man ein Essen nicht zerstören . Service eine Katastrophe, warme Kaltgetränke und es hat ewig gedauert bis überhaupt Getränke am Tisch angekommen sind . Alles in allem Note 6 Hier nie wieder

Uncomplicated registration process with three high-quality menus to choose from (meat, vegetarian and for children). Unfortunately, my partner and I were stuck in a traffic jam and couldn't get there early as requested. However, the staff called us and told us that they could wait another 10 minutes before starting. That was really very nice. I thought the birthday present would go to waste. The service on site was also very nice and the menu and the show were a small but nice experience. The motto or the story presented changes every six months. We would like to revisit Le Petit Chef and then attend another screening.

The whole family really enjoyed the event. The great animation is fascinating for all ages and the children's menu - as well as the adult menu - is of the best quality. The ambience and service were also wonderful - we will definitely come back!

A meal at Le Petit Chef cannot be compared to any classic restaurant, as it is not just about the (excellent) food but also about a beautiful spectacle in 3D that takes place directly on your own table and plate. I was there with my daughter, we both had the vegetarian menu, which was incredibly tasty. Le Petit Chef was an incomparable experience, definitely recommended! 5 stars for the food and show and also for the perfect service and the friendly staff.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familien - jetzt schon zum 2ten Mal - in Frankfurt bei Le Petit Chef. Es ist mit soviel Hingabe gestaltet. Das Essen ist hervorragend: wir hatten das Family Classic Menu, das Family Vegetarisch Menu und das Family Eco Menu. Alle waren begeistert. Die Weinauswahl ist groß und passend und durchaus erschwinglich. Wir kommen wieder!

Ich hatte das Essen als Überraschung für mich und meinen Freund gebucht. Von wirklich leckeren Mocktails bis zu grandiosen Entertainment hatten wir große Freude und können das kreative vegetarische Menü ehrlich empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Spaß und gutes Essen. Sollte es eine neue Show geben sind wir wieder dabei. Zirkus auf dem Tisch! Das hat was! Wir kommen wieder! Das Essen war sehr gut! Das Ambiente außergewöhnlich.
