It was our first time eating at Vinum. My companions all ate steak and were thrilled. I had Maultaschen, which were also very tasty. The price-performance ratio was great. The service was very friendly. My husband left his cell phone there. It was found and mailed to us as we live further away. That was really, really friendly.

El Vinum Wine Bar es mi lugar favorito para comer en Frankfurt. Ubicado en la bodega debajo de Kleine Hochstrasse, el ambiente es acogedor en el minuto en que entra. Te sentarás a lo largo de los barriles de vino en bonitas mesas largas de madera. El personal es siempre amable y atento. El extenso menú complacerá a su paleta al igual que la selección de bebidas. El ganso asado está en temporada alrededor de Navidad y se sirve deliciosamente con col roja y una masa de salsa. Una botella de tinto Christian Bamberger es un vino perfecto para este plato. Sus Rolladen son excepcionales también si prefiere un plato de carne de res. Un cálido Apfelstrudel para el desierto completará una comida maravillosa. Guten Appetit!

It's close to the hotel so you can walk there. The arched ceiling is impressive, as if it was a remodeled underground wine cellar. Pictures are taken well with warm lighting. The Schweinhaksen was delicious for two people with its crispy skin and moist interior. Since it is a set for 2 people, it comes with 6 sausages of 3 types and potatoes, but I personally found the seasoning a bit salty. It was disappointing that only 3 types of beer were sold as wine was mainly served.

This restaurant is located a short walk from the Old Opera House. The store is located underground, down the stairs from the entrance. The arch-shaped wine cellar is spacious and spacious enough to accommodate a private party of 100 people. This time, it's Frankfurter Schnitzel and beer. Dessert was Apfelstrudel and ice cream. This is an excellent restaurant and wine cellar. The wait staff was excellent. We wanted to have dinner and by chance, we selected Vinium. Although we did not make a reservation, the waitstaff did their best to seat us. The wine list is fabulous with many excellent German and other European wines to choose from. The food is excellent as well. We recommend this place for dinner.

In the summer, it operates on the terrace next to it, and since it is between buildings, it is not hot here even when the sun is shining. There are many foods that I don't eat in the summer, but I definitely do schnitzel and Schweinhaxen!!!! Enjoy it ㅠㅠ I stayed in Ppu for 3 days and 2 nights, and the food was so delicious that I ate all my dinner here, and the employees were very friendly. The prices are reasonable considering Korea's prices these days. And the bathroom is clean.

A very interesting place to eat! Food was good quality and prices were fair. Service was attentive and polite and the atmosphere was nice. Was relaxed and enjoyable when we first arrived as there was only one other couple eating and it was very calm and quiet, fitting for the space. By the end when we had finished, the place had half filled so was getting a touch louder. That wasn’t a bad thing, it just was a different atmosphere. Would recommend a visit

I have been to Germany no less than 20 times over the past year or so. This is the absolute best restaurant I’ve eaten at in any German city. The food was quick, flavorful, and overall just amazing. 100/100 recommend.

We took a dish for two people for 42 euros. In the end there wasn't enough to eat so we asked for a little more sauerkraut. To our surprise, this supplement was charged 5 euros. I really liked the atmosphere down in the basement/vault. Which was probably because we were there before 6 p.m. and it was therefore empty and pleasantly quiet. With a full house it could almost get a bit stuffy and loud, so it was wonderful. The service was quick, both in terms of drinks and especially food. Which was probably because we were there so early. Food tasted very good, prices were okay too. There are enough dishes for under €20, which you don't necessarily expect for downtown Frankfurt

Wir sind dort 2 mal gewesen und jedesmal 100% zufrieden mit dem Essen, 1x wiener schnitzel, 1x Rinderolade und guten Wein Primitivo. Ambiente ist das beste in alter Weinkeller *****

In das Weinlokal Vinum bin ich schon vor Jahrzehnten sehr gern gegangen, obwohl ich gar keinen Alkohol trinke. Man steigt ziemlich viele Stufen hinab in einen Gewölbekeller und sitzt dort in der Regel an langen Tischen auf Bänken. Das Ambiente dort wirkt gemütlich. Wenn allerdings der 100 Meter entfernte, 2400 Plätze fassende Konzertsaal "Alte Oper" sich nach Veranstaltungsende gegen 22 Uhr leert, wird es im Vinum binnen Minuten rappelvoll und man muß sich beeilen, falls man keinen Platz reserviert hat. Besonders angenehm im Vinum ist nicht nur die Qualität der Speisen, sondern der Umstand, daß es neben üppigeren Hauptgerichten auch etwas kleinere Snacks gibt, die man spätabends gern zum Wein genießt. Die Karte enthält so manche interessante Besonderheit jenseits konventioneller Beliebigkeit, so daß die Wahl schwerfällt. Da es hier leider keine Suppen gibt, bestellte ich mir zum Auftakt eine Ardenner Leberpastete mit grünem Pfeffer, Sauce Cumberland und frischem Baguette. Das war mit einem Wort ne Wucht, ich werde das hier recht bald abermals bestellen -- kein Vergleich mit den langweiligen Leberpastetenkreationen aus Industrieproduktion, vielmehr vollmundig und von wunderbarer Geschmacksintensität, dazu die herrliche Sauce! Es gab auch ein Dressing: In diesem Fall waren es mit Essig und Öl geschmackvoll angerichtete Salatblätter und leider nach nichts als Wasser schmeckende Tomatenteile. Hinsichtlich des Hauptgerichts fiel mir die Wahl schwerer. Ich entschied mich für Lammbratwürste mit Bratkartoffeln und Feigensenf. Das klingt unspektakulär, war aber eine Köstlichkeit, die ich so gar nicht erwartet hatte -- die Lammwürste von feiner Qualität und charakteristisch konzentriertem Aroma, die Bratkartoffeln anscheinend aus frischen Kartoffeln geschnitzt, weil saftig und frisch wirkend. Der hausgemachte Feigensenf: ein Genuß. Fazit: Gern bald wieder!

Grandioser Weinkeller in der Frankfurter City. Neben einem prima Weinangebot hat es auch eine Speisekarte mit prima passenden, lecker zubereiteten Gerichten. Durch die lange Öffnungszeit auch ein guter Ort für einen Plausch nach einer Veranstaltung in der nahe gelegenen Alten Oper.

Für größere Gruppen (Arbeitskollegen) eher ungeeignet, da über mehrere Tische verteilt und keine schöne Kommunikation möglich war. Trotz Vorauswahl des Essens kam es vereinzelt und benötigte insgesamt ca. 1 Stunde - das geht nicht. Unser Nachtisch wurde komplett vergessen und erst serviert, als wir schon gegangen waren.

Zufallsfund Kleine Vinothek (wir waren auf der Terrasse) mit kleiner aber feiner Karte, auch Vegetarier werden fündig. Ausgezeichnete Weine aus Rheinhessen und der Mosel für vernünftige Preise, sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal.

Nous avons trouvé ce restaurant par hasard. Il faut descendre 2 étages sous terre pour trouver une cave voutee. Le restaurant propose des plats typiques allemands avec des portions copieuses. La carte des vins est bien achalandée avec des prix relativement élevés mais corrects pour du bon vin. Dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualité prix reste satisfaisant.

En el sótano de una bodega de 1893, que estuvo funcionando hasta 1970, se encuentra este agradable restaurante de paredes de ladrillo abovedadas, que sirve platos tradicionales. Buena carta de vinos. Suele albergar grupos, por lo que puede resultar algo ruidoso.

Was in Frankfurt for a week and visited Vinum, three times. Each time was perfect. The location is good, the inner decoration rocks, it looks like a bunker and a cellar in one. its not big so I would suggest reservation in advance in order to be certain that you will find a table. Rumpsteak, sausages, schnitzels are the golden standard. You will certainly enjoyed them. It has a descent wine list, I will suggest to try Christian Bamberger Cuvee Superior, especially if you will order a juicy steak.

Nette Bedienung aber leider unterbesetzt sowohl vorne als auch in der Küche! Für einen Samstag Abend ist es einfach zu wenig Personal. Eine traurige Tatsache!

Nettes Ambiente, schneller Service, durchschnittliche Qualität der Speisen, aber unerhörte Getränkepreise. Ein alkoholfreies Weizenbier für EUR 8,50 ist untragbar. Ich werde das Restaurant nicht mehr aufsuchen, weil ich diese Beutelschneiderei nicht unterstütze.

Das Restaurant befindet sich im Keller einer Seitenstraße der Fressgass, das Ambiente dort ist sehr nett. Leider waren weder Essen (das war so schnell fertig, das kann gar nicht frisch gekocht werden) noch Service sonderlich gut.

Wir waren am 21.12. anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages im Vinum Weinkeller in Frankfurt. Zu diesem Anlass hat man uns mit einem Prosecco am Tisch überrascht - das war total zauberhaft! Anschließend war die Weinempfehlung große Klasse 👍 Als Vorspeise hatten wir den Ziegenkäse, zum Hauptgericht das Frankfurter Schnitzel und den Sauerbraten. Alles war einfach klasse! Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert 👍

Locale dove si possono gustare tipici piatti tedeschi, in prevalenza a base di carne. Stinco e brasato sono consigliabili, non mancano patate e cavolo rosso, e nemmeno crauti 😉
