Breakfast at Jamie’s Deli at Düsseldorf Airport The most disgusting breakfast meal I ever had! Scrambled egg, beans, potato wedges, sausages, bacon, onions with sauce and a half tomato all together thrown into an about 10cm high round paper bowl. No plates available - I just was offered a small paper tray. I didn’t mind the useless wooden cutlery (as I didn’t eat it anyway)

Nous sommes plutôt flexible sur la.nourriture, à l'unanimité il s'agissait des pires sandwiches jamais mangé. Pains secs, salades défraîchies, poulet sans goût, thon horrible et jambon fromage certainement dépassé de date. Pizza sèche avec un goût inaccaptable...Jamie celà fait combien de temps que n'est plus allé voir ce qui se passe dans tes restos ?? 3 fois d'affilié que la déception est au rendez-vous...plus jamais, à éviter

We bought a tuna fish mayonnaise sandwich, a piece of margerita pizza, an almond croissant, the sandwich was given from the cold fridge, the bread was dry, a quarter of the bread was left behind and could not be eaten because it was stuffed in the throat, the pizza was good, the croissant was very bad, it would be beneficial for them to reconsider where they had it made. The prices are excessive compared to the quality of the food, it was our first and last visit and I do not recommend it.

Amazing sandwich and muffin and even more tasty smoothie. But above all, it's the staff. You are lucky to have such a friendly and sweet staff. My smoothie dropped, and they cleaned it up with a smile and then even brought me a new one . I call such service exceptional .

Stone cold “full breakfast” that had been sat out for a few hours (even at 5:30am), served up in a soggy cardboard bucket....what a terrible place 🤷‍♂️

Today's service behind the cash register isn't even worth one star. The employee is very incompetent and very rude to the customers. First use it incorrectly, instead of apologizing or insisting that you should take the wrong thing. Just because you are overwhelmed with work, you shouldn't let it out to the customer!!

Margarita pizza lacked flavor. Again - super dried out. Pasta was soft and soggy. An absolute disappointment. Would not eat here again.

The only good thing about the deli is the nice employees. The pizza is fried and tastes like several other dishes than just pizza and the coffee from the coffee machine doesn't taste good.

Ordered a sandwich, very expensive; would take 10 minutes to warm up. We received it within 3 minutes, but when we indicated that it was still cold, it was a shame. Very greasy, cheese not melted.. Too bad for words!!!

I get that this is a restaurant inside an airport but 18.10 EUR for a quite small salad and a juice feels too much. The actual taste of the salad was then not bad and the juice was actually good but still not worth that cost. I found the staff to be nice and supportive of my inability to speak a single word of German.

Something has really happened here. Very large, good café latte. Caesar chicken baguette has made itself clear beforehand. Prices acceptable for DUS. pleasant waiting area for consumption.

Pizza lukewarm, greasy. Nothing noticeable about “hot”. Despite the dressing, the salad was essentially unseasoned. Train station atmosphere, but at least the tables were wiped down.

Here we bought old baguettes and old croissants for a lot of money at 9:14. Dry, from the day before or the day before. Hunger and anger over prices are driving it down.

Conveniance food von der schlechtesten Sorte. 3 verschiedene Fertigpizzen, alle sehr fettig & nichts besonderes. Fertigware. Die Pasta (eine Sorte) in der Vitrine badet bereits in der Soße. Ansonsten noch einige Backwaren (Schokocroissant, Baguettes, Toasts) wie bei Ditsch & Co, nur zu höheren Preisen und auf Grund des geringeren Durchlaufs sichtbar ausgetrocknet. Die Getränkeauswahl ist wie bei allen Gastrobetrieben hier dieselbe. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind ganz bequem. Selfservice.

Ich habe nochgefragt und sie hat mir bestaetigt, dass sie sich nicht dafuer interessiere wie schlecht es meinem Mann mit Diabetes gehe, die Kasse ist zu. War heute essen, das Essen war sehr lecker. Haben gefrühstückt und ebenso die Pizza probiert es war faszinierend lecker. Meine Freundin hat ein Baguette gegessen, sie fand es auch köstlich! Der Kaffee war die Kirsche auf der Sahnetorte 👍🏾 einfach nur der hammer!!! Die Sitze sind sehr bequem und gepflegt. Es war wie ein Erlebnis, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!! Gerne wieder wenn ich über C fliegen. Lg

James Oliver sollte mal sein Sandwich probieren Zustand matschig, nass und eiskalt. Ich schätze das ist vom Vortag übrig geblieben. Habe ich sofort in den Müll geworfen. Auf Bescherden geht man nicht ein. Aussage: Bekommen wir so geliefert. Preise dazu abartig. Ein Stern ist schon zuviel.

Tosti en een pizza margarita besteld. Smaakte beide prima. Alleen geen saus bij de tosti. Echte sausmannen niet hierheen gaan. En oja personeel had bijna de tosti aan iemand anders gegeven, daarna begon ze te schreeuwen.

Not too many people so it seemed worth trying. Airport so very pricy food and drinks. The food didn't look appetising so we chose an expensive drink. The sitting area is worn out and the comfy chairs are shot to pieces. Not a pleasant experience.

Het personeel geeft geen gedegen of zelfs op een normale toon instructies hoe te bestellen. De oudere mevr met bril(14-6 rond 16:00) was tegen elke gast, gewoon niet vriendelijk. De pizza salami en melanzane parmiggiano was lekker. Het broodje ham/ kaas, kwam uit de oven, met verlepte sla ertussen. De koffie was goed warm, de cappuccino was ijskoud en geen opgeschuimde melk, maar gewoon koude melk erin. Toen ik dit heel netjes, meldde, rare ongeloofwaardige blik, geen sorry, maar morrend werd een nieuwe gemaakt. De bestelprocedure is heel vreemd en onduidelijk. De oudere dame is totaal niet geschikt om gasten te bedienen.

This cost us over 40 euros for 2 very average chicken baguettes in heavy going bread, 2 yoghurts (average) and 2 poor coffees. Definitely would not recommend. Poor.

Wir haben hier unsere Zeit bis zum Abflug überbrückt. Wir hatten einen Kaffee und einen heißen Kakao. Beides war wirklich sehr lecker. Es war sehr bequem zum sitzen und entspannen.

Teurer Ort für den dringenden Hunger am Flughafen. Ich empfehle lieber ein Sandwich als eine der kleinen Pizzaportionen zu nehmen. Der Kaffee ist nicht schlecht.

Ich korrigiere: Es tut sich etwas! Neue Servicekräfte und wieder sehr leckere Sandwiches. Die Sandwiches sind zwar immer noch verhältnismäßig teuer, aber dafür mittlerweile sehr gut belegt. Das Salami-Baguette war super, die Salami sehr schmackhaft. Ich finde es toll, wenn Kritiken auch beim Betreiber ankommen. Danke…. Alte Rezension: Extrem teuer für extrem lieblose Sandwiches. Unfassbar… Kann mir nicht vorstellen, daß die Zubereitung nach den Weisungen von Jamie Oliver erfolgt. Unmotivierte und angelernte Bedienung.

Man wird schnell und freundlich bedient und. Die Ambiente ist gut. Toilette 🚽 vom Flughafen ist nicht weit . Alles Behinderten freundlich 😊. Gruß aus dem Bergischen.

It's always understaffed and the tables are always dirty. But "cash only" on an INTERNATIONAL airport is a whole another level.

Really poor quality. No idea how this place has Jamie Oliver's name attached to it. The toastie arrived cold, with the external surfaces barely heated above room temperature. Staff we're nice enough, if not exactly enthusiastic. Coffee tasted like one of those cheap ones from a machine in a subway.

Teuer und schlecht. Sandwich war nicht nur trocken, hat alt geschmeckt. 16 Euro dafür bezahlt. Alles in die Tone geschmissen.

Cappuccino nur mittelmäßig. Man wird mit Angebotstafeln von English Breakfast, Rührei etc. in die langen Schlangen gelockt. Dann gibt es aber nur eklige Toasts und Baguettes.

Vollkommen überteuert . Warmes Baguette war etwas über Raumtemperatur. Selbst das Wasser ist teirer als in den Automaten.

Utopisch hohe Preise für schlechtes Essen! Hatte eine Pizza Margarita für 5,90€. Preis ist für einen Flughafen ganz ok aber die Pizza war katastrophal. Pizza war zu fettig, ohne Geschmack und schmeckte schlechter als fertig Pizza. Dazu hatte sie an der Unterseite komische graue Flecken. Pluspunkt ist: ich hatte ein Getränk, das übersehen wurde und habe 4,10€ gespart.

Die billigsten Kartoffelchips, die du im Supermarkt kaufen kannst, sind vermutlich frischer, sauberer, gesünder und leckerer, als alles, was du bei Jamie's Deli bekommst.

Acht Euro für ein Salami Sandwich und dann sind da zwei lausige Salami-Scheiben drauf. Ergo schmeckte es nur nach Weißbrot - das war das teuerste Weißbrot das ich je hatte.

Kaffee viel zu heiss, auch nach 20 Minuten nicht trinkbar. Dementsprechend schmeckt er auch… Milch zu hoch erhitzt. Kein BLT Sandwich vorhanden. Alternative das Käse-Schinken-Sandwich nur von einer Seite getoastet mit u.a. Billig Scheiblettenkäse. Orangensaft sauer und mit Kernen. Dafür aber sehr hohe Preise! Sieht eben nur nett aus. Dieses Deli zieht den Namen Jamie Oliver in den Schmutz! Dass er den Namen dafür überhaupt hergibt. Peinliche Angelegenheit. Setzen, Sechs!

Ein Katastrophaler Service!!! Ich wollte eine Pizza essen und wollte eine ohne Käse, weil ich allergisch bin. Es gibt eine Fresh Station, wo Sie die Pizza frisch zubereiten, ich wollte dann eine bestellen, da meinte der Kollege an der Kasse, wir können die Pizza nicht verändern, weil er nach Rezeptur handeln muss! Null Lösungsorientiert!

No logic in routing. Food (pasta, pizza and toastie) was way below average. Pasta dry and blend, pizza as hard as stone and a toastie that was hardly toasted. I don’t mind paying a bit more at an airport, but Jamie Oliver cannot be proud of this food outlet that wears his name.

Katastrophal. Rigatoni (Servicekraft: "Sie meinen die Nudeln?") kalt und ungesalzen. Dazu Plastikbesteck. Weine auf der Karte entsprechen nicht den servierten. Statt Leitz Riesling gab es Freixenet. Und deswegen auch alles völlig überteuert. Es gibt Alternativen im Terminal...

Trotz einer langen Warteschlange an der Kasse war es für den 2. Servicemitarbeiter wichtiger zu putzen. Daran habe ich Spaß, war die freundliche Antwort. Ohne Worte

See why this place is rated so badly. Came here out of desperation to buy one overpriced bottle of water for my parched fianceé as our flight was boarding. Asked the first male staff member if he could just quickly scan it through as it's one water bottle and we had to rush. Of course not because that might actually involve being helpful. He pointed to the back of a long queue. Waited ages while people ordered coffees and food. Then I was asked by the sarcastic woman at the till if I was in a "bad mood" when I complained. Not before meeting you! You could tell they enjoyed being rude and impertinent. All this for one water bottle. Thank you for the worthless and rude non-service. I imagine this place only survives because it has no competition. Can't believe it has anything to do with Jamie Oliver. Avoid this place if you can and take your money elsewhere.

Unfassbar schlecht. Ein Stück Pizza für 7€(!). Auch das Sandwich war absolut unterirdisch, wie kann man so schlechtes Essen zu solch einem Preis verkaufen. Die haben Glück, dass sie die einzigen am Gate sind, sonst würde niemand hingehen. Eine absolute Blamage für Jamie. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel!

Terrible.. they microwaved my baguette including the salad. Big queues and no staff to support the bar or pizzas… avoid this place if you can..

Wir hatten einen Wrap und einen Bananen-Smoothie. Der Wrap war ganz in Ordnung, der Bananen-Smoothie war ziemlich lecker! Beides aber relativ teuer.

For the price, the food is really poor. Pasta is mushy and general doesn't seem clean and hygienic. Not many choices in DUS airport due to the low food fall but I will not be going here again.
