Really delicious and clean ❤️ Quiet, pleasant atmosphere!

In a good mood, on the way to vacation, you want to grab a quick snack before your flight. The pizzas are just ready. Several slices are being sold right in front of me. There's plenty. Then I order politely and am served in a sensationally unfriendly and arrogant manner, saying the pizza won't be served for another 15 minutes or so - guests either get pizza there or they don't - it seemed racially motivated. Honestly, this is completely unacceptable. I thought guests should be aware of this bad culture before buying at drugstore prices. This is about the sales stand at Gate B75. Perhaps with this post I can help the company reflect on its discriminatory treatment of customers.

We placed an order, ate, when we were leaving I sent my child to get water, he mistakenly took two small bottles instead of one large one, when I went to the checkout he had already paid for the water and the saleswoman handed him the check and flatly refused to change the water.

I deliberately ordered a café crema because I didn't want milk, but my coffee ended up with milk. As a vegan, this is annoying, and for people with lactose intolerance, it would obviously be a disaster.

Mediocre pizza, mediocre service

If it opens way too late, there are 100 people queuing for the ONE open cash register. The service mentality and the business concept are missing here!

I reckon the only reason this place is still open is because there aren’t many options around on this floor. Besides the clearly overpriced bland food, some of their staff is clearly not capable of using phrases like “excuse me” or “please”. So free free to drop by if you would like to have a taste of poor quality of food and even poorer quality of customer service. Otherwise not recommended at all.

One of the worst meals I have eaten in a long time. 32€ for food served in cardboard containers. I took the pasta napoli (of course, better than a supposed “carbonara” with… speck and cream!). Pasta was really overcooked and sauce was a red liquid that remembered me (in worse) my school lunches back in the 80’s. The caesar salad was merely bad quality letuce with some (few) slices of gumi-cheese and some (very few) chiken, a horrible sauce and something (unfortunately, lots of them) horribly soft that pretended to be crotoni. I repeat: 32€. At least the knife was metallic so I can cut my veins before eating this again

Absolute impudence. Ordered online at the table using our mobile phone. Totally overpriced, just a mini sandwich. Coffee was brought without sugar or spoon, and the wrong sandwich. Although we later had the sandwich we ordered brought to us after complaining, the Amore is a disgrace for Düsseldorf Airport. Avoid at all costs!

The salmon never saw the salmon scrambled eggs... Be careful, don't expect too much.

Don't eat here! Way too overpriced! My mozzarella tomato bread cost €7.50 and was the worst and driest bread roll I have ever eaten. When I asked if they had some oil or something else to give the bread at least a little flavor, I was just boredly turned away... Not recommended

I ordered a focaccia with ham and cheese. Dry dough, minimal arugula and lukewarm so the cheese hasn't melted. It's a mystery to me why the whole thing was covered in mustard. It didn't taste good at all, but it cost over eight euros. Never again!

The coffee latte has no coffee taste at all and at the proud price of 5.50 euros... it is colored water 😠

Big EXPENSIVE Cappuccino only comes Paper Cup and personall does not serve at table. Scrambled egg are prepaid in factory.

Overall pretty mediocre. Tried 3 pasta dishes, the Roma was tolerable, although Carbonara is rather more difficult, the rest unfortunately were at ready meal level. Unfortunately, the cardboard bowls aren't particularly inviting either. The fact that someone wants to clear away deposit bottles and then you have to object that you would like the deposit back was a small crown on the overall picture. Unfortunately I can't recommend it. I shouldn't deviate from my habit of checking Google Maps first.

I ordered the pasta bologna. It took a few minutes to cook, and it tasted pretty good for airport food. Cost about 13 Euros so not cheap. Employees spoke English for me.

Modern, cozy, clean. Scrambled eggs looked scary in the paper cup, but tasted delicious! Only the price of 7.20 for 2 eggs, crazy, airport...

Pasta from the bowl took a bit of getting used to, tasted better than expected. But wouldn't eat here again.

A reasonable option for an airport cafe/restaurant. It offers a better range of coffee options and pastries than most and staff are generally cheerful and friendly. Would happily return next time I'm passing though.

I bought a caprese sandwich for €7.50 at Düsseldorf airport today and unfortunately discovered that it was inedible. Which is a disgrace, especially at this price. The baguette was completely dry on the outside and soggy on the inside from the tomato and mozzarella. The baguette was not seasoned at all and apart from the tomatoes and mozzarella there was no toppings such as butter, tartar sauce or pesto. It tasted like absolutely nothing, I had to throw it away. Unfortunately, AutoGrill's comments that they are sorry and that the criticism will be passed on to the responsible authorities do not seem to be true. Unfortunately nothing has happened yet. Really sad!

The food is terrible. Pasta Roma, which was supposed to be with carbonara sauce, was only made with a few small ham pieces and minimal cheese. Doesn't taste good at all. I will never eat here again.

Eating pasta with a wooden fork is not something you want to try.

We were here at 5:30 in the morning to have a quick breakfast before our flight. The service staff greeted us friendly. We ordered 2 scrambled eggs, 1x with salmon and 1x with ham and 2 coffees, which were served promptly. We cannot recommend the scrambled eggs (for €7.50 or more) at all. It seemed to be bagged or canned scrambled eggs, it was just disgusting and not edible. The included baguette was also a bit chewy and would have tasted better if it had been lightly baked. We told the waitress that the scrambled eggs were not edible at all; She smiled as if she didn't understand us and cleared away 😯. A little later, a plate with a complete scrambled egg was also cleared away at another table, which also appears to have been inedible. It's a shame, nice atmosphere, bad scrambled eggs.

I ordered a cappuccino and it tasted really bad. I ordered small and paid for medium. The person on the counter was not understanding anything and I was not in mood to argue so I paid and had the bad coffee. I do not recommend the place for the coffee. No idea about the other food.

Service war gut. Bestellung per Barcode problemlos. Lasagne schien ein Fertig gericht zu sein. Espresso Martini war nix - nur lose zusammen geschüttet. Im Gate B fehlt es an Auswahl

Schlechte Organisation. Man soll mit QR-Code am Tisch bestellen und bezahlen und am Pickup Schalter abholen. Dieser Schalter ist jedoch nicht besetzt und man steht 20 Minuten in der Schlange.

Servizio pessimo e non pulito. Cibo altrettanto.

Hot chocolate e muffin a preços justos por DUS e bom atendimento. Lugar amplo.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Führungskraft war sehr zuvorkommend. Mein Cappuccino und mein Sandwich waren sehr lecker. Ich kann das Restaurant empfempfehlen, die Qualität stimmt zum Preis. Vielen Dank

Kann ich persönlich nur empfehlen, top Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter, essen und Getränke sind das Geld wert.
