I just like the Irodion. You are always welcomed and served in a very friendly manner, the prices are very down-to-earth and the food is always delicious. We usually come here once a month.

Best Greek in Flingern! We've found the food great every time so far, great selection of food and drinks. You can eat very comfortably, especially at the back in the winter garden, cozy and warm in winter, half-open in summer. Great atmosphere, we always enjoy coming here.

Highly recommended Greek. Good meat, properly prepared and seasoned. Particularly recommended: the Irodion platter for 2 people, even the side salad is really good. Delivery usually within 30-45 minutes.

I registered with Google specifically in response to Mr. Schulte's 1-star review. We are the “acquaintances” of which Mr. Schulte wrote in his review and sat at the table next to him. On that Saturday evening it was fully booked. Due to the simultaneous arrival of the guests, it is not possible for any staff, regardless of the restaurant, to avoid waiting times despite their best efforts. As far as I remember, there would have been more support that evening, but we all know what it takes to have willing and motivated staff. Furthermore, we are neither known nor have any family ties to the waiter mentioned. We are completely normal guests. Everyone, without exception, every employee in this restaurant is friendly and courteous at all times. It is therefore a matter of course for us to respond with the same kindness. Maybe this gives you the impression that we have something in common. I can rule that out. We are always happy to come back to Irodion because no matter which waiter is on duty, we are always treated warmly and courteously. I don't remember us being underserved that evening. In all the hustle and bustle, it is also up to the guest to make their presence felt. The fact that the neighboring table received the starter and main course together is certainly not what the inventor intended, but on some evenings such things happen. This has often happened to us elsewhere. Furthermore, we didn't have the impression that the food wasn't tasty. The plates were so completely empty. Your junior makes a very satisfied impression and I can also remember that the table was from Mr. Schulte also could have benefited from the round of ouzo after the meal if they hadn't turned it down. Comparing things with the past doesn't help anyone here. Everything used to be better, we know, and maybe it was Mr.'s mood and attitude. Schulte too. We have never been disappointed and come regularly because of the good value for money and the outstanding service and friendliness. I'm a little happy that Mr. Schulte agreed to give me a 1-star rating. That shows me that he was just trying to vent her frustration, wherever it came from. It cannot be a fair assessment, because then Mr. With his courage to write such a review here, Schulte certainly also informed the waiter about the deficiencies.

It used to be really great. Recently had the worst pizza of my life. Today the farmer's giro is more of a baked tomato salad with meat, a little tzatziki and some cheese. Too bad.

Very authentic Greek food! The Gyros and souvlaki are delicious 🤤 probably one of the best in Düsseldorf! Fast and friendly service. You get a salad for starters and some ouzo after your meal! It looks like a takeaway place as there are only a few tables in a corner but they also have a big room in the back for large groups. I highly recommend and will go back !

I missed grilled chicken, thought it was a chip shop but it was more like a Greek restaurant. Food delicious - fries could be crispy but overall good and fresh.

We've eaten here several times, but it's never been as bad as last Saturday (my wife's birthday)!! The service was attentive until the order was placed, but after that there was actually no service. We ordered two starters. These didn't come and the table next to us, obviously good acquaintances of the staff, got their starter before us even though we had ordered much earlier. Only when we asked when the starter would arrive was one of them brought along with the main courses. What should I do with a starter and a main course?? The icing on the cake was the ketchup that was never brought. There was no service, no one asked if we would like something more to drink, not even when the table was cleared. The food itself was also better. Overall we were just very disappointed as we had never experienced anything like this before. In the future we will eat somewhere else.

At first I thought we had ended up in a chip shop, but there is a restaurant in the back. The huge photo wallpaper made us feel like we were on vacation in Greece! The service was attentive and humorous. The food was very good and also great value for money! We'll be back!

It's a shame that such a great restaurant can be ruined so much. Since the old owner is no longer there it's been a complete disaster. Schnitzel is simply store-bought schnitzel that was previously frozen... Disgusting... Lamb kotlets were simply black and inedible. Then to top it all off, there were 3 beers and each glass didn't have enough beer in it, so a good 1 cm bottom line. I came here to eat for a very long time but that was my last time. Never again

A new opening, the store was in a clean condition. The sales counter was well stocked and clean. Staff friendly and nice. The Gyros Pita is a bread bag similar to a kebab and not rolled in flatbread, which I personally didn't like that much. The bag was well filled with coleslaw. I would have liked more gyros. But the price is okay. Taste-wise, totally my thing. Conclusion: Pita rolls, better for eating on the go and a little less coleslaw

Great restaurant, I can only warmly recommend it! The food was very tasty and the portions were more than big enough and very filling for the price. The restaurant is family run and the staff are very friendly, you feel welcome here. All in all a really great restaurant and the best Greek I know!

A great shop with great service and a super nice family and service team who serve you there

We ate at IRODION again and unfortunately found that the prices had been increased (unfortunately it was necessary) but the portions had also been made a lot smaller! Unfortunately not enough for the money paid. Everything else is right, like the friendly service and everything around it.

Wir waren bei einem Tagesausflug dort um uns etwas zu stärken. Direkt am Eingang würden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Zu essen gab es sowohl ein Vorspeisenteller als als gegrillte griechische Spezialitäten, serviert mit Pommes und Salat. Allen hat es super geschmeckt. Das Essen kann ziemlich zügig und auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Schade dass es den Laden nicht bei uns gibt. Wir würden dort sonst des öfteren mal essen gehen. Bei 4 Personen haben wir 70 Euro gezahlt.

Very warm and quick service Typical Greek restaurant with many variations of the dishes. There is a winter garden at the back and so the restaurant is larger than it appears from the street. The roof can be opened on warm days. The gratinated Hawaiian gyros with Metaxa sauce was very good and tasted good. Next time I'll try the potato chips instead of the fries. The service is quick, unfortunately drinks were forgotten. Recommended Greek restaurant

The portions are getting smaller and the prices are constantly rising. For a medium portion of farmer's salad including 4 old pizza rolls, 7.50 euros is too much for me. There was an olive in it and a small pepperoni... What a shame, that was different!

Well, I have to say one thing: I've been a customer at Irodion for over 5 years and nothing has changed! The food is still super tasty and the quality doesn't decrease like other shops! The service is very friendly and always attentive! It is always important to the owner family that every customer gets to know Greek hospitality! We are always in good hands!

In the front area at the snack counter, the guest is greeted in a friendly manner (despite the stress), and the very good, very attentive service accompanies the evening. You can sit at the back in the winter garden. In summer the roof can be opened. The Irodion has been around forever and why is clear: it tastes good and the prices are reasonable.

Always worth a visit. Very nice staff and delicious food. For me the best gyros so far (meat quality and taste). Only recommended. But it's better to reserve a table, very inconspicuous from the outside, with a beautiful winter garden at the back. Unfortunately, parking is a bit limited so plan your time.

Das Essen ist immer super. Vor Ort wird ein super Ambiente geboten. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist auch absolut in Ordnung. Natürlich gibt es nach dem Essen auch einen Ouzo gestellt. Kann ich immer wieder empfehlen.

Serres Platte bestellt. Es war genau ein Tomaten Stück auf der Platte, die Filetstreifen waren gar nicht dabei, und die kleinen Spieße alt und aufgewärmt. Die Krönung an diesem wirklich dürftigen Gericht war allerdings, das das Brot in einer Pfütze aus Senf lag. Senf zu einer griechischen Platte??? Für 14 Euro war das wirklich eine Beleidigung der griechischen Küche. Leider wird das unsere letzte Bestellung dort gewesen sein. M.Schweiger.

Ehrliche griechische und wirklich gut schmeckende Küche! Jeder Cent wert, gute Portionen und top Geschmack, dafür brauch man nicht nach Griechenland fliegen 😉 Wir hatten einen Bauernteller mit Bauernsalat und eine Serres Teller einfach megaaa! Immer wieder gerne 😋

Nach wie vor der "Grieche" in Flingern! Auch wenn ich nun schon einige Jahre in Gerresheim wohne komme ich immer wieder gerne hier hin. Alle Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet, der Service ist aufmerksam und nett! Unbedingt ausprobieren!!!!!

Sehr angenehme atmosphäre. Im Hinterhof ist eine gemütliche Terrasse. Service war sehr freundlich ,fragten auch oft ob alles OK ist . Nach dem essen bot man uns einen Ouzo an ,was den Service zum Schluss nett abgerundet hat . Was das essen betraf ja es war OK . Ich erwarte von einem Souvlaki Teller keinen Klecks Curry Ketchup . Die Souvlaki spieße waren etwas zäh dennoch gut gewürzt. Bei den dicken Bohnen fehlte irgendwie der Kick

Was soll man sagen, die Portionen (außer Haus) sind wirklich nicht ihr Geld wert, den Salat bei einem Grillteller mit in eine Verpackung zu packen (hab ich bei noch keinem außer Haus essen gehabt) ist ein Witz. Gyros lies sich an einer Hand abzählen, Wartezeit aufs Essen 1:40 std und das an einem Wochentag. Schade!

Wir waren schon mehrfach hier zum Essen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Essen ist geschmacklich auch sehr gut. Das Personal ist schnell und freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben auch schon andere Griechen in Düsseldorf ausprobiert, kommen aber immer wieder zum Irodion zurück. Den obligatorischen Ouzo gab es allerdings erst nach "Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl". Wir waren jetzt wieder einige Male hier. Die Qualität ist nach wie vor sehr hoch. Der Ouzo kommt auch wieder automatisch. Irodion bleibt unser Lieblingsgrieche in Düsseldorf.

Tolles Essen im schönen Ambiente, aber mittlerweile viel zu teuer.Preise werden permanent erhöht sowie der Mindestbestellwert erhöht. Schade, aber da bestelle ich lieber woanders.

Das beste Griechische Restaurant in ganz NRW. Ich habe wirklich in viele griechische Restaurants gegessen, aber keiner war so gut wie der !!!!! Es wird einfach alles perfekt gemacht - gar Punkt des Fleischs - Service (zackig und immer freundlich) - Geschmack, einfach ein Traum. Typisch griechisches Restaurant mit vielen Variationen der Gerichte. Im hinteren Teil befindet sich noch ein Wintergarten und so ist das Restaurant größer, als es von der Straße den Anschein hat. Der überbackene Hawai-Gyros mit Metaxa-Soße war sehr gut und hat geschmeckt. Anstatt der Pommes werde ich beim nächsten Mal die Kartoffelchips probieren. Der Service ist schnell, bedauerlicherweise wurden Getränke vergessen. Empfehlenswertes griechisches Restaurant

Πολυ όμορφο μαγαζί,ωραίος διακοσμημένος χώρος,καθαρός,εξυπηρέτηση πολυ καλη,ευγενικοι υπάλληλοι,ωραίο φαγητό!Θα έδινα 5 αστέρια αλλα τα σαρμαδακια που παρειγγειλα ήταν απο κονσέρβα μόνο γι'αυτό δίνω 4 αστέρια. 👍🏼

Kartenzahlung ab 20,00€ möglich! Sehr leckeres, griechisches Essen. Die Portionsgrößen lassen eigentlich jeden satt werden und das Personal war die ganze Zeit über freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln 👍🏻 Wenn möglich sollte man sich einen Platz im hinteren Restaurant Bereich reservieren. Dieser ist optisch um einiges schöner als der vordere Teil, der eher Grillstuben Flair hat ^^

Essen hat nicht wirklich geschmeckt, ist leider auch schon öfters in dem Laden vorgekommen sehr teuer für diese Qualität. ca 400m weiter am Rewe vorbei ist ein sehr leckerers Griechisches Restaurant.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Vor allem die jüngere brünette Dame, sie versteht Bestellungen am Telefon oder in Person falsch und ist dann unfreundlich, wenn man darauf hinweist - Sinn?! Auch das Essen könnte besser sein, nicht weit bei Rewe ist ein anderer griechischer Imbiss, dort sind die Mitarbeiter wirklich sehr herzlich und das Essen wird schnell und lecker zubereitet.
