There are 2 different cards. The AYCE menu lacks dishes that are a bit more refined or higher quality. Instead of cheese balls with fruit, you get frozen baked Camenbert with cranberries and cake is no longer available at AYCE, even though it is on the menu.

Very cozy atmosphere! The staff was also super friendly! If you decide on the all you can eat option, you order using your own smartphone. Unfortunately, I had hardly any battery left and asked if you could order somewhere else. Alternatively, a charging cable was brought to me and I was able to charge my cell phone on site and then order with it ❤️ the service was good and the employees all seemed really friendly. The food was also really incredibly tasty! I especially liked the prawns and the pita was just so delicious, which you wouldn't actually expect if you just ordered it as a side dish 😊 All in all, I can only recommend it and will do so the next time I'm in the city, definitely come back!

Unfortunately a disaster – not recommended! We were really looking forward to the all-you-can-eat, but it was a bitter disappointment. The dishes were extremely small and were simply served in a jumbled manner. There was no clear structure - the food was just piled on the table without anyone explaining what it was or who it belonged to. The waiters seemed completely overwhelmed and we didn't get any helpful answers when we asked. For the high price we paid, the experience was really unacceptable. We definitely won't go there again and unfortunately we can't recommend the restaurant to anyone.

We ate there last night and chose the all you can eat option. We discovered the store through social media, but unfortunately noticed the bad reviews a little too late. At first our waitress broke a glass and the cola ended up on our clothes, which of course wasn't a bad thing because something like that can happen every now and then. However, since we still didn't get a replacement after more than 20 minutes, our understanding slowly began to fade. All You Can Eat offers 5 rounds of 5 dishes, but unfortunately it took an hour for the first two rounds to be delivered. As you can see from other reviews, some of the food is just ready-made, and that's how it tasted. Portions were sometimes so small that the two hour wait became even more absurd. We had to point out forgotten dishes several times, only to be insulted later by the boss because we didn't eat the tzatziki, which arrived when our food had already been eaten. We also received a rude answer about an order that she made incorrectly. So to sum up, we were very disappointed and it wasn't worth the money for us.

When we entered the restaurant we were informed that we had until 8 p.m. Our table was right next to the toilet, which of course wasn't very appetizing. When we asked, we got a table outside. Ordered the first round, we had to wait a while... ordered the second round... it didn't even come to the table. Waiting time was over 30 minutes... at some point the waiter came. After a short discussion back and forth about the time we had (until 8:00 p.m.) and ordering food, we got up and left. It's a shame we were promised more. The food was really very tasty, but not that at most Can order 2 rounds.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait for our table. This was excused with an aperitif on the house, but unfortunately the evening was still a disappointment. The food came after a long wait and was also insufficient... the food was very oily and sometimes barely seasoned. Sauces such as ketchup/mayo had to be ordered “as a dish”. The selection of dishes was modest. The price for this evening was still considerable.

We were more than satisfied! The service was simply excellent, especially our waiter, who was super attentive and incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was cozy, the food was excellent, and we felt completely comfortable. Every wish was fulfilled immediately and it was clear that the well-being of the guests came first. A real highlight of our evening! We will definitely come back and can highly recommend the restaurant.

1A. I came from Gütersloh especially for the restaurant to try the aforementioned All you can est in the appropriate tapas forms. Service, food and the concept are simply top. You can order 5 rounds of 5 dishes each and you will definitely be more than full. Absolute game changer and food spot for and in Düsseldorf. Any time!! 🫶😍

Extremely disappointing! Fries from the Metro freezer. Waiters are nice with words, but generally hectic and not well organized, which is noticeable for the customer - especially if you want to enjoy a relaxed dinner.

We were with you for the first time yesterday and were completely satisfied. Since the weather was rather bad, we made a reservation inside and I can only recommend making a reservation, it is rather small inside. If there is something to improve then think about new tables indoors in the future, with four of you the tables with your concept are rather too small. The €29.90 5 round concept completely convinced us, the rounds came to the table quickly, hot and fresh and are thoroughly recommended for their taste. I would particularly like to emphasize the service, you are incredibly authentically friendly and special requests are accepted at any time. Lamb chops, bifteki, gyros and your zatziki are particularly delicious. In short, I would love to come back again and again and thank you for the experience with you.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this store. The two of us reserved a table there and drove an extra 35 km to eat there, only to be told there was no table left. Not to mention the unprofessional treatment on site! Here you get to hear: “What should I do? I can’t do anything about it now, but the shop opposite is also delicious.” Impudence really!

Divine!!! This evening I ordered gyros with souvlaki via Lieferando. The gyro was tender and flavorful. The souvlaki had very nice grilled flavors and was not fried to death. As a side dish there was a very creamy tzatziki and a great coleslaw. Everything is homemade, you can taste it. Anytime again 👍

I tried the “all you can eat” with the family. Not recommended at all. It started with everyone needing their own cell phone. However, there are also people who don't have one because of their age. The seating in the restaurant was also very tight and there was hardly any space on the table to put what you ordered. Then you could supposedly order five “things” per round, including mayo or ketchup. You had to wait a very long time for each order (on average about 45 minutes). The orders also didn't arrive at the same time and were incorrect. For example, I had already placed my 3rd order and my wife still had to wait over 30 minutes for hers. Only ate 4 rounds in almost 5 hours. Then they broke off. Never here again.......

Gyros are delicious, remaining meat tastes like frozen food. Less than 1/4 of a normal potato is served as a 'baked potato'. 'Dolmadakia' is ONE role. Feta two mini cubes. You wait forever until the next round comes. The waiters are sometimes unfriendly and don't understand German. What they were thinking with the concept remains inexplicable to me

Very tasty people! The young waiter (Lukas) was super nice! We ate all you can eat and can't complain. The other waiters were also very nice, but the gentleman served us for the most part. Very attentive staff! Gladly again :)

The meat, salad and tzatziki were good, but unfortunately the pita bread left a lot to be desired. It was literally soaked in frying oil. Unfortunately, I didn't feel particularly well after eating. It would be highly recommended to simply toast the pita bread like other Greek restaurants, rather than almost frying it. Then I would come back too.

I was at this restaurant recently and I'm sorry to say it was a complete disappointment. The quality of the food was simply poor. The food was not convincing in terms of taste. The all-you-can-eat concept was a joke as the portions were extremely small and you had to wait far too long after each round. For example, the baked potato consisted of a measly potato cut in half. The portion of coleslaw fits on one fork. Each time we had to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes for the next order, which made the entire evening a frustrating test of patience. For this price I definitely expect something better. Although it offers an all-you-can-eat concept, you went home without really being full. The highlight, however, was the dessert in the last round. Per person we got a small scoop of ice cream, a tiny piece of cake and a small portion of Greek yogurt. When we ordered a second scoop of ice cream, the boss replied rudely: “You've had enough dessert. There's nothing left for you.” Hearing something like that at an all-you-can-eat within the allotted rounds literally urges you to write a negative review.

When I read about the tapas idea, I was happy to eat there last Saturday. For Euro 30, I thought I could expect something from All YOU can eat. The concept is you can order 5 rounds and choose 5 dishes each. What's shocking is the lack of variety in the dishes; since ketchup, tzatziki and mayonaise are listed as dishes, you'll have to repeat it in the third round at the latest. The food was tasty, but spending 60 euros for two people on chip shop food is already very borderline.

For us there was the “all you can eat” menu on site. You can order 5 dishes of 5 rounds per person. The food we ordered was brought to us at the beginning, but only after a 30-minute wait. What was disappointing for me personally was the very small portions that were served here. Additionally, mayo/ketchup is also counted as one dish. You should only order the next round after you have finished eating. This results in waiting times of 30-45 minutes per round, which is absolutely not possible! One dish was forgotten during each round. The food itself is okay, but in my opinion it has nothing to do with a Greek restaurant and definitely not cheap for the amount you get. After the 4th round, which was no longer collected, we had no desire and no more time, as 2 and a half hours had now passed.

Less snack bar, more restaurant with a manageable menu. You don't feel like you're in a corner snack bar here. Everything is very clean and tidy. The service is great, the food is very good. Classic Greek dishes (or what is meant by that in Germany) with portions to fill you up. I can blindly recommend it.

Just a terrible evening. The food wasn't bad at all. Although you can't go wrong with purchased frozen goods. However, the service, if you can still call it service, was more than unfriendly, visibly overwhelmed and simply extremely rude. Once and never again. There are plenty of other really great options nearby to spend a nice evening :) Greetings go to the shift manager :)) who is kindly called “clap head” by his colleagues.

We were refused All You Can Eat even though we had made a special reservation for it, and because we didn't agree to it we were simply thrown out. And it's not really All You Can Eat at all. 5 rounds with absolutely mini portions. I don't think you're really full afterwards.

Food tastes like frozen food - skewers at All You Can Eat are probably from Megas Souvlaki, as another review wrote here. Service was either too quick (indicator of fresh preparation) or simply took forever. Paid €120 for the three of us. That's really cool for the service and quality - the a la carte dishes didn't look particularly good either. Absolutely no recommendation.

Unfortunately VERY disappointed... The food was okay, but the service was really bad. All you can eat = 5 rounds, choose 5 things per person and be brought to the table. It took forever for someone to come to the table at the beginning, then it took forever for drinks and food to arrive, something was always brought out wrong or something was forgotten and in the end there was something on the bill that we hadn't even ordered. So I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't go there again. It's a shame, but no thanks!

I have never experienced such poor service in my life. We chose the all you can eat option and waited more than an hour for the first round. And there were usually 4 more rounds to follow. We canceled the whole thing, paid the first round and left. I don't recommend anyone

Nice restaurant, great ambience and chic design. Unfortunately there is nothing more positive to say. The two of us ordered the all you can eat. Everything is ordered online. Everyone was allowed to order 5 dishes per round. We received at least 1-2 less meals per round than we ordered, the food was not hot but rather lukewarm. The service was overwhelmed and couldn't keep up. Too many tables for 3 people in service. The dishes we ordered often only came in half pieces or not as described. I waited 15 minutes for my dessert, my husband had already gotten his. I asked a total of 4 times. The portions are super small. The pita bread was very tasty and probably homemade. The other dishes tasted more like frozen food and the meat was always pink. Not always desired. Unfortunately no recommendation at this point. We also always noticed the constant complaining and the unfriendly interaction between the kitchen and service. Not very inviting.

Far too expensive and it doesn't taste good either, once and never again

We used to eat at Dionysos often and were always quite satisfied, especially gyros with currywurst had many fans. But recently both the quality and the service have seriously declined. Owners should question themselves and not have critical reviews deleted instead.

I was very disappointed when I ordered here. Unfortunately the food was not edible - cold and delivered clearly too late. The service wasn't friendly either. The order took forever to arrive and when the food finally came it wasn't worth the long wait. I definitely won't order again and can't recommend it. Shame about the money!

Unfortunately the entire experience was a disaster... we saw the restaurant on social media and also heard from friends that it was very good. We sat on the terrace when there was little crowd and had to wait about 10 minutes for our drinks. We chose a la carte and not all you can eat, which was probably a mistake. After 45 minutes our food arrived and the ready-made souvlaki skewer gyros platters for €16.50 were unfortunately not convincing. If you already serve frozen products you should remove the branding... for the small portion (photo) you also get feta (€7) and a pita (€8.50)...unfortunately very unbalanced In addition, mayo and ketchup cost extra... Unfortunately a really bad restaurant experience!

Unfortunately that was nothing. Very greasy food (more than at a gyros snack bar), plus frozen fries and supermarket feta. It's nice to sit outside, but unfortunately the grease drips through the grooves in the tables onto your freshly washed trousers. We still feel extremely full and flattened by the fat 3 hours after eating. Unfortunately, the open toilet doesn't save the ambience and a look into the kitchen right next to it isn't a pleasure either.

We ordered the all-you-can-eat version of the dishes. Five courses of 5 dishes each for 30€. There were 6 of us in total. The food itself was ok, but not special. Unfortunately, some orders were not recorded in the system and/or some dishes were simply forgotten, so we had to ask several times and were therefore unable to eat the things together as we had chosen. The portions are really small, as you can see in the photos from some guests. Normally, however, you could still be full if the portion size didn't get smaller with subsequent servings. For example, with pepperoni and olives, there can sometimes be 3 olives and 3 pepperoni in the bowl, sometimes one pepperoni and 5 olives, etc. The scoop of ice cream suddenly becomes half a tablespoon and half a bifteki becomes a quarter. For a glass of wine, the filling quantity remains 3mm below the 0.2 line and so on. Two of us would like to have just one scoop of ice cream instead of the 5 portions in aisle 5. I had the 1cm x 2cm cake cube and a cappuccino, which unfortunately wasn't possible either. So all in all, not very customer and service oriented, but on economy mode. Although they would have been more expensive with 5 lamb chops instead of the cappuccino. If you leave dips left over because the bread that was ordered didn't come, it costs an extra 1.50 per bowl!!!! Because of all these points, I would not recommend this restaurant.

What happened to you!? 😳 I've been a customer since it opened, but this time I was really disappointed. Everything went great with the order itself, but when I received the bag from the supplier it seemed very strange to me, the bag was extremely light. When I opened my box, I thought I wasn't seeing properly. The meat portion (had the chicken in Bernaise sauce) was mini and the rice side dish chosen was a joke. That had nothing to do with your juicy rice, it was extremely dry and tasted absolutely nothing like it was homemade. I was usually always incredibly full, but now I wasn't even really full. So price and performance are no longer in proportion to each other. Too bad!!

The food was ok, but nothing special. However the service is very poor and slow. First the starter was forgotten. Then it was very annoying that when the main course came, we immediately ordered ketchup, mayo, salt and pepper and then waited 15 minutes for it and so we couldn't eat our food properly. This was already half cold when the desired things finally arrived at the table... However, the waiter had time to chat with other guests at the table while we waited. This doesn't make you feel really valued. The service staff there are friendly, but unfortunately they don't really understand their job. Apologies were made several times, but perhaps this could have been made up for with an ouzo on the house instead of charging for it...

The food is good. But that has nothing to do with being typically Greek. How can you put coleslaw in the gyros and serve a gyro like a pizza????? Too much fancy dress and traditions are being thrown out the window here.

Four of us were there on Saturday and wanted to spend a nice evening there. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out to be a nice, relaxing evening. The plan was to use the all you can eat, but this all you can eat was a little different, you can order 5 rounds where you can choose 5 things each. Which for me is not a classic all you can eat, and I have to say that the portions are quite small. Regardless, we got involved and wanted to try it out, the first round came quite quickly, with the second order it took almost an hour and a waitress came to us and said she was sorry but the system had broken down hung up. We understood that and continued to wait. When the second order came, it wasn't clear what had happened since everything came on a plate, we were a little surprised and asked. The employee said that was everything, but it was all served on one plate and we couldn't understand who owned what, when I then mentioned that it was stupid to serve everything on one plate (pork, chicken and beef) and from two different ones Persons. The waitress said that we could finish now and then please leave the restaurant. When I asked her if she was serious, she said yes and disappeared back into the kitchen. Then I went after him and wanted to speak to the manager, but he responded to me just as unfriendly. The waitress shouted from the kitchen that I said the kitchen wasn't good, which I never said. The waitress was only able to quiet down after several announcements from the boss in a very loud manner and various... After a long discussion, I decided to end the whole thing and leave the restaurant. After our companion tried to clarify the whole thing again, which was also unsuccessful, we paid for the drinks and left! While this was all going on, several people left the restaurant. I've never had such an impudence happen to me in my entire life and I can only advise everyone to avoid the restaurant.

We went to this restaurant based on food vlogger videos on tik tok and insta to test the all.you can eat concept. Unfortunately, after the 1st round of orders, we had to realize that you can't really fill yourself up 😂 (you can only order 5 things each 5 times and get mini portions in tapas bowls) For example, a cevapcici came, 5 pieces of potato as supposedly baked potatoes , gyros as I said from a tapas bowl, half a mini bifteki, etc. We ordered again immediately after the first round and focused on the meat on the menu. We had to wait over an hour for this because the system was lubricated. But instead of taking the order manually, we were simply put off. When the second course came after just over an hour, the meat was collected on a slate plate, mixed and we couldn't tell what exactly was what. Lamb, souvlaki, chicken all mixed together. When asked, they just said that they always serve it that way. As a small criticism, we only noted that we find this system stupid because there may be people who don't want their chicken to taste lamb or simply for the reason that you get the food you ordered YOURSELF and don't have to sort everything out first. Well, then the waitress (or she probably only worked in the kitchen before) totally freaked out and told us that we were right, but if we had finished the second round, we should please leave the restaurant. My jaw dropped because nothing like that had ever really happened to me. My husband then followed the lady into the restaurant to clarify this matter, where she then just screamed at him from the kitchen like a mad pit bull and even had to be stopped by the boss. I have never encountered such incompetent staff, it was just underground! The end of the story was that we only paid for the drinks, because we had eaten almost nothing and to be honest, we were no longer hungry after this event. And what do you learn from it? Don't trust social media too much 😂 the dishes shown in the videos in question are a la cart dishes and not all you can eat dishes.

We were there with four women and were totally thrilled. The food was super tasty, fresh and hot. The service was great, everyone was friendly and even when I accidentally tapped 3 bottles of non-alcoholic beer, they simply took it back and brought the correct order without complaining. Super delicious food and very nice and courteous service

We were there yesterday and had the opportunity to test the new "all you can eat" concept. The concept is very different from the classic buffet feast, but we really liked it. You basically order what you like in courses from a good selection of starters, main courses and desserts. The staff was super friendly and on the ball and also reacted spontaneously when the app's technology didn't work. We also found the selection of drinks good. It was quite crowded at times and that meant that a new course sometimes took a little longer. Since there was a lot of food, that didn't bother us at all, on the contrary. It was a bit like a vacation in Greece, everything was a little more relaxed, delicious food, delicious wine, great service. We didn't do it last time, thank you very much!

We mentioned it and things went much better after that! :) You order with your cell phone and with the drinks you can order a 0.4l juice spritzer - but a 0.3l juice spritzer was delivered... what a shame!

A few days ago I went to this restaurant for dinner with friends. The food is very tasty (rating 4 only because some dishes were cold). I give the overall rating of 3 because the owner of the restaurant was arrogant, rude and unprofessional to us and for this reason alone we will not be returning even though we planned to do so.

Utmost catastrophe! Very unfriendly, unprofessional food, quite okay, be careful and check the bill. Some people have told me that mistakes often happen, and it happened to us too, so it's not recommended, stay away from it, it's not my way of saying something bad to someone, but I just want to protect you from it before you do one evening in the cellar. I haven't seen such rudeness from the blonde woman in the kitchen and the waitress for a long time.

I think we were there last Saturday around 6 p.m. and the place was already pretty full, but it got busier as time went on. Positive: The food is really delicious with a few small exceptions. Almost everything that was prepared was a bit dry. But the rest is really wonderful. It's not really an AYCE either, since it's over after five rounds... but the five rounds are definitely enough to eat enough to eat, so it's all good. What wasn't so positive was the service. Definitely understaffed in my opinion. It all took a very, very long time. Orders were forgotten and some things that were brought were no longer warm. Taking orders also takes a long time. It wasn't easy to get drinks either. A guest a few tables away had expressed a criticism to a waitress, which was very friendly and understandable, to which the lady then reacted with incomprehension and very rudely. I'll give the store another chance in a few months, maybe. The situation has improved by then, because unfortunately it doesn't work that way.

It was just super delicious. The staff is super nice and friendly. It was like being on vacation in Greece. There was no time pressure with All you can Eat. We will be back definitely.

We were there on a Saturday evening with 7 people and a reservation for All You Can Eat. An Aperol/Spritz stand and lots of decorations were set up for the social media presence so that the drone could record everything afterwards. The food was really tasty, BUT the service was totally overwhelmed. After 45 minutes, our 2nd round still hadn't been served (there's a time limit!). The waiter or the kitchen simply “forgot” the large order. Not a word of apology or anything. How can this happen?! They were even overcrowded that evening. 3-4 waiters for the few tables out there...put more effort into the organization and not social media.

We had ordered a table in advance for 3 people for all can you eat. Unfortunately, not all of the things we ordered always came to the table. We would have to wait 2 hours between rounds before we could place the next order. The cellars were overwhelmed. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. We would also have liked to order a drink, but unfortunately that wasn't possible because the cellars skillfully ignored us. The food itself was delicious but the concept behind it was wrong.

A regular delivery customer for years, always satisfied. Today the all you can eat was tested in a large group and everyone was thrilled! We'll definitely be back 😁

In short: Unfriendly, disorganized and overwhelmed. When we arrived there was no table left, so the lady sent us to a table for four. Then the extremely unfriendly gentleman - probably the boss - came and told us that we couldn't sit there because others had reserved the place. We were sent in and sat right next to two other people, felt like a table of four given the distance. We waited 15-20 minutes for service, during which time the table of four outside with the people who arrived late was already served. In the end we left because everything was completely disorganized and unfriendly.

This is the second time I have tried the restaurant. Both times it was completely reorganized. Despite a reservation and a previous phone call, it was not possible to get a table. Instead, we were sent away from the first table and then seated with strangers. Extremely unfriendly older gentleman (probably the owner). Very loud and crowded inside, which really affected the ambience. Not recommendable. I can't say anything about the food since we left.

Food was great and tasted great, BUT The service was terrible, we reserved a table and waited an hour until we were served for the first time! Between rounds we waited 2 hours for the next round! Judging from their looks, babies are also more likely to be perceived as unwanted! All in all a rather negative experience and not recommended!

Very tasty meat. The pansetes and skewers in particular are highly recommended. Unfortunately, some things were forgotten when ordering, but were quickly delivered upon request.

We went to the all you can eat where you get 5 dishes in 5 rounds. The food was consistently delicious, fresh and hot :) we have nothing to complain about and will definitely come back.

Very very disappointing. We were there for 3 hours and didn't even get the third round. Between the first and the second round about 1.5 hours. The price was not at all appropriate and extremely expensive. There's no way I'd let you try it

Better than many restaurants - gyros and lamb chops are incredible - beautifully presented and really friendly service - I'll definitely be a regular customer :)

Clearly 5* Finally “our Greek” in Düsseldorf. Very tasty and tender meat dishes, starters and special gyros (I'm a fan of them). Super nice and attentive service. The whole family from 18 to 86 was thrilled, not a single word.

Simply recommended The meat is very good there.

Horrible experience. Laughted at us when asking for direction concerning their delivery policy, their food were all of low quality: the fries were greasy and floppy, their chicken were chewy, the rice failed to express that it was with tomato sauce and veggies, and the experience was simply deplorable. You'll be better off getting McDonald's for a 7th time this week.

Nach 10 Jahren erster Besuch mit neuem Konzept. Essen,Getränke und Service 1a. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit griechischer Musik wie in einer Taverna.

Weihnachtsfeier gehabt. War eine gemütlich Atmosphere. Ein Laden zwischen Imbiss und Restaurant. Leider kein Hänchen vor Ort zu bekommen. Dann wäre es perfekt!

Not recommended at all! delivery times are not adhered to at all. and it took 2 hours 32 minutes in my case. The response to a call is extremely unfriendly and she does not even listen to you.

The gyros pita is absolutely the best in Düsseldorf, by far. The other food is also very good.

Ganz klare Empfehlung für jeden, der großartiges Essen in einer nicen Atmosphäre sucht oder auch sich etwas liefern lassen will!! Daaankeschön 👏🏽

Die Lieferung dauert sehr lange und das Essen ist fast kalt. Nicht zu empfehlen.
