We were there today with friends. The food was very. We had a starter platter for 5 people and various main courses. The tarama was very, very tasty. We'd love to come back

We were there 6 years ago and the portions were more than good and sufficient. Now we were back and I have to say to my disappointment that the value for money is no longer right, the portions are much too small and the price is too high. We won't come back. The quality of the food is very good.

Manageable portions at an ambitious price and extremely friendly staff. The food itself is really good, the fries aren't home-made, they're convincing..... at that price I would have expected home-made ones. In addition, despite the infrared heating in the covered terrace part, it was cold and quickly...

Unfortunately very disappointed!! The food itself is delicious, but unfortunately very carelessly prepared and just plain boring. The salad was more of a joke. There wasn't even any onions with the tzatziki, let alone an olive. We also had to pay for the ouzo after dinner ourselves. In any case, me and my wife will not be coming back.

We always enjoyed staying at Spitiko, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio is no longer right! The portions have become very small and served extremely carelessly! When it comes to the main course, you can't even think of a little salad decoration or an olive or pepperoni on the tzatziki! And even worse is the salad plate with a dollop of dressing for the main course! Unfortunately, the plates now have the character of a snack bar. It's a shame, the taste is still very good, but the eye is also there and you probably want to be full given the prices.

A real insider tip in Duisburg. The food is very tasty and the portions are just right. The prices are also completely reasonable. There is delicious Alt Bier Uerige and you should also drink it when you are there. I ate gyros and will eat it there more often. The service is nice and very friendly. At the end when you paid you got an ouzo on the house, what more could you want. Can only recommend it.

The food was tasty, but paying €22.50 for 2 small pieces of lamb and a potato with quark is cheeky. When I asked, there wasn't even an answer. Unwearable and a rip off for me. We weren't full. We can't go there anymore.

Staff: nice and polite Food: tasty, but the size of the side dish is really manageable. The portion of fries that was served as a side dish was very small. More for small children. I would have liked a larger portion. It would be better to make it a euro or two more expensive and the customers will be full and satisfied. The food is really good, we would go there more often if we were full. I think the ambience inside is quite good, it has charm. Ambiance outside: well.... If it weren't so loud... Otherwise, you can recommend the restaurant without hesitation. Tip: reserve a table indoors. It's already very loud outside in the winter garden.

The food is still very tasty. Unfortunately, you shouldn't be very hungry because the portions have become very small and the prices are still higher. It's a shame, it used to be my favorite restaurant.

The prices and the portions are out of proportion. For example, you pay for a Rhodes plate about 16.90 euros and you get a pensioner portion with hardly anything on the plate. Conclusion: Don't go there if you're hungry. You go home hungry there. Rip off!!!

Actually we like the restaurant. But the service staff's treatment this time was very rude. Although the entire winter garden was free, the five of us were not allowed to sit at a table in the sun because that would have taken up two tables. Instead we were shown to another table, which was in the shade and in the far corner. The reason was that guests could still come. Nobody came until the end and the table we wanted remained free.

They treat you as you would need to thank them for feeding you. Kids portions were so small that our 8 years old had to eat something more at home. I never left a greek restaurant before saying I could have eaten more. And we took even starters. Bread was not included in the starters. For the portions are the prices way too high. Old furniture. Bad service. Never again. Even a greek imbiss in Lintorf is 10 times better.

Lamb shank with rice and salad. The dish simply lacks the right taste and is not fried crispy. The service was excellent. The restaurant was very busy. Dogs were also allowed to be there. The facility is outdated.

My visit to the Froschenteich restaurant left me with mixed feelings. On the one hand, the ambience really has charm: rustic and inviting, a place where you feel at home in a certain way. It was also far too loud in the restaurant for my taste, which made conversation at the table difficult. Despite these points of criticism, I have to say that the restaurant was very well attended. This indicates general popularity and suggests that many guests value the positive aspects far above the minor inconveniences. Portions far too small, bifteki very oversalted. Prices ok if the portions were right. So at the Greek snack bar it's just as tasty and you don't get children's plates there.

Food very bland. Looked more like a diner than a restaurant. Salad only iceberg with sauce (nothing else). Snack quality simply slapped on the plate didn't look appealing.... The service was okay. Only the bare essentials, no water, just slapped the glasses on a corner of the table. Also brought the wrong drink... Not unfriendly but not really friendly either...

The food was very tasty and the plates weren't overcrowded. Unfortunately we had to wait a bit before we could order something to drink. It also took a while until we were finally able to pay. The atmosphere is very rustic, but everything does what it should.

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll... Wir haben ein Restaurant erwartet, als wir eintraten schlug uns eine Kneipenatmosphäre entgegen (dieses könnte man mit weißen Tischdecken und ein paar anderen Details schnell revidieren) und als das Essen kam war es erschreckender weise nicht mal ein Pommesbudenflair.. Der Kinderteller bestand aus einem ultra kleinem Formfleisch Schnitzel mit 100gr Pommes (wenn es überhaupt soviel war) lieblos garniert mit nichts. Die Pommes sahen aus wie drauf geworfen. Auf Nachfrage bekam man eine Aldi Ketchup und Majo Flasche, die schon etwas alt aussah und von vielen vielen Kinder Kunden vorher genutzt wurde. Der Gyrosteller war gefühlt 120gr Gyros mit 40gr Tzatziki und 120gr Pommes, lieblos garniert mit nichts. Pfännchen mit Metaxasauce hatte von allem am Tisch die meisten Pommes weil diese auf einem separatem Teller lagen. Es schwammen 3 traurige kleine mini Filets in viel Sauce. Die Beilagensalate, das man sich traut so etwas einem Gast zu servieren... 30gr Eisbergsalat mit 4 Schnipseln rohem Rotkohl garniert mit irgendeinem Dressing. Alles in allem, wir haben glaube ich noch nie so schlecht und lieblos Auswärts gegessen, wie heute. Wir haben heute den 25.12. da haben wir anderes erwartet. Die Grammzahlen sind von uns grob geschätzt, da die Teller dort aber eher klein sind und das Essen auf den Tellern sogar noch verloren aussieht, kommt das sicherlich gut hin. Es waren Esser am Tisch die normalerweise Auswärts immer etwas liegen lassen, weil es zuviel ist. Heute jedoch sind ausnahmslos alle am Tisch hungrig nach Hause gegangen. Ein zahlender Gast möchte sich verwöhnen lassen, wenn es allerdings lieblos angerichtet ist und auch nur so halb schmeckt, ist es sogar zu Hause netter und leckerer zu Essen! Dafür geben wir unser Geld nicht aus, wir kommen nicht wieder

Wieder mal sehr lecker gegessen, aber irgendwie hatten wir das Gefühl, die Portionen sind kleiner geworden. Da die Preise aber immer noch moderat sind, gehe ich mal davon aus, dass hier die MWST-Erhöhung vorweggenommen wurde.

Ich bin selten so zuvorkommend bedient worden! Die Wünsche der Gäste werden, soweit möglich, mit Freude umgesetzt! Das Essen (wir hatten verschiedene Vorspeisen) war einfach genial.🥳 Ich war zuvor schon in vielen Restaurants und kann nur feststellen: Ich bin gerne erneut Gast in diesem Restaurant, obwohl ich etwas weiter entfernt wohne. Das Essen ist super und der Wohlfühlfaktor sehr hoch. Der 2. Weihnachtstag ist schon fest gebucht! Wir waren leider sehr unzufrieden mit dem Besuch des Restaurants. Es waren nur 2 Tische besetzt, trotzdem müssten Wir uns (4 Personen) an einen kleinen Tisch, direkt am Ausgang zur Terasse setzen. In der kurzem Zeit sind dann die Mitarbeiter drei mal durch diese Tür aus- und eingegangen, ohne diese zu schließen. Die Bedienung war unfreundlich. Das Essen hat auch nicht geschmeckt. Griechische Gemütlichkeit sieht anders aus.

Ich war heute mit meiner Oma hier essen. Es war super lecker. Wir haben uns durch die Vorspeisen gegessen, sowie einen Teller Pommes Gyros mit Pommes geteilt. Das Essen hat wirklich 1A geschmeckt sehr lecker. Ich kann das Essen jedem empfehlen. Es war nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich mit meiner Oma dort war.

Es hat uns allen sehr sehr gut gefallen , auch die Empfehlung der Vorspeisen . Mein Metaxasößchen war ein Gedicht ....oh ja wir werden wiederkommen Efharisto , ans gesamte Team 🙋‍♀️

Came here to catch up with friends, it was packed, luckily, we had a booking. It’s a little cute restaurant; old but cozy. We quickly found our table and sat down, and then the waiting game began. It took a very long time (maybe about 20minutes) before any staff came to get our orders. The food was mediocre and the service is minimal.

Durch einen Zufall wurden wir heute Gast in diesem Restaurant. Und es war ein Traum! 👌 Eine große Auswahl an Vorspeisen, so dass man auch mit griechischen Tapas satt werden könnte. Hauptgerichte, die lecker und vollkommen ausreichend waren. Endlich mal KEINE überladenen Teller... Alles in allem ein toller Abend! Hier kann man auch gute 3 Gänge bestellen und genießen. Preise mittel. Nette Bedienung, guter Service. Rel. lange auf das Hauptgericht gewartet. Hat alles lecker geschmeckt, bis auf das etwas zu trockene gefüllte Schweinefleisch.

Unser Stammlokal. Immer hervorragendes Essen, freundlicher Service. Das Fleisch ist auf den Punkt gegrillt und nicht trocken. Die Chipskartoffeln mit Knoblauchöl sind der Hammer! Das Ambiente ist gemütlich. Im Sommer kann man draußen im Garten im Schatten sitzen und das Essen genießen. Im Winter steht ein beheizter Wintergarten zur Verfügung. Alle Gerichte können auch telefonisch zum Mitnehmen bestellt werden.

Das beste, Griechische Restaurant im Landkreis. Hier stimmt einfach alles.

Vorab wurden wir gefragt, ob wir in bar oder mit Karte zahlen würden. Vielleicht aufgrund der Rechnungserstellung. Der angekündigte Salat war sehr, sehr übersichtlich, ebenso die Hauptspeisen. Ich habe anstatt der Pommes und Tsaziki die Bratkartoffeln bestellt. Das war ein Riesenfehler. Nicht nur, dass ich einen Aufpreis bezahlen musste, die Bratkartoffeln sahen aus wie Kartoffelpüree. Einmal und nicht wieder.

Ein Griechischer Traum . Es ist einfach fantastisch und das Personal, sehr sehr freundlich ..
