Stieglitz Eck in Düsseldorf

Unfortunately the restaurant is closed, it looks deserted, and there is no information on the internet or at the restaurant.

There were four of us on a Friday evening. Unfortunately, the wait to order anything and the wait for drinks and food was extremely long. The food itself was tasty, and the portions were adequate considering the low prices.

At the "all you can Greek" meal, we initially thought we (two big boys) wouldn't get full... but the exact opposite was true... we were done by the 3rd round, there was only room for a delicious dessert... super delicious and definitely worth the absolutely fair price.

Very, very good food. The staff was simply great. 👍

I ordered No. 11. Gyros with rice and onions, and a pepper sauce was reordered, which my husband and I shared. He had No. 10: gyros with salad, rice, and tzatziki. My "Oh, the appetizer is here!" was laughed off, but it was meant seriously. I wasn't even remotely full; I'm 172 cm tall, weigh 60 kg, and I rarely manage to finish a plate. At Irodion, I was... I was really looking forward to this evening because I love going to Greek restaurants. Last night showed me that anticipation isn't always the greatest joy, but sometimes disappointment makes you hungry. 😪
