The place is family owned. They have a buffet that is very inclusive, appetizers, salads, cold and warm starters, fast meals and main meals. On top of everything, they have fruits and sweets. The customer service (Jan Suliman) is very nice, polite and welcoming! If you happen to visit Koplenz, it is super worth it.

This is the second time we order delivery from him. The first time we called him and said that the teller fur zwie did not come with what is written in the menu and what is meat, cut-off chicken, ribs, pieces of grilled chicken, kebab, potato rice, tomato and salad for 35 euros... Of course, we only arrived with pieces of chicken, rice, and kebab. We were told that the feathers were pure and there was no meat. Is it a good restaurant? Are you not supposed to tell us before you prepare the order? And we said sorry... The second time is now, we called to confirm if everything was available to the teller fur zwie before we asked for fear that it would be the same as the last time and he said, oh, it is all fine, but unfortunately we arrived but what is in the picture is with a salad plate that tastes ruined from the heat... It will not be returned, and what we received compared to the price is not suitable at all 👎🏻

Very tasty and filling! The menu is manageable and the buffet is awesome, it's hard to get out because of my full stomach 😁 keep it up, I'll be happy to come over for dinner again when I've lost weight again, 😅

I ordered falafel, but the falafel was dry and chewy and without salad, even though it was written on the menu with salad and with tahini sauce, Tom's cream, and I have never seen it other than in this restaurant. Unfortunately, it is an experience that will not be repeated.

I was in Koblenz for work 5 years ago. It looked good and clean here. Now it's a dirt hole. It's so disgusting. Food crumbs in the cutlery compartments and dirt. The floor is slippery and there is dirt everywhere. I was able to look into the kitchen and ask myself...how does the health department allow this shop to operate?

Visit to the buffet. Very tasty and rich selection of dishes. The staff is also super friendly.

We were there for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. The food was incredibly tasty, fresh and hot. To our surprise there was a buffet this evening. Communication with the wait staff was a bit difficult at times, but all the employees were super friendly. We would be happy to come back and definitely recommend it to others. 🍀

Current addendum: Unfortunately it is no longer recommended. Buffet just greasy and oily, then had slight stomach problems. You won't find good meat either. Even on the menu, the food tastes good, not like it has been for years. It's a shame that I've lost a loyal regular customer. Also the service is no longer what it was :-( 4 years ago: Absolutely delicious!!! All dishes are of excellent quality and extremely delicious. Regular restaurant for good reason. Super friendly team. Here you feel comfortable, like with friends. Always happy here :-) 100% recommendation.

Delicious starters, delicious main courses which were always replaced with other dishes. Top quality and super fresh. Patient service who happily and competently explained the dishes. There is still some room for improvement when it comes to dessert. Outside the buffet, there was only one dessert that was freshly prepared, which rounded off our evening in an excellent culinary way. I'm really looking forward to the next visit.

Best Syrian restaurant I've ever been to. Their baba ganoush is phenomenal and their pistachio baklava is also incredibly good.

Wir waren zu Mittag essen da,das Lokal war sehr kalt, man muss mit seine Jacke sitzen und essen, das essen war sehr kalt was mich sehr sehr geschockt hat,,,also ich werde nicht nochmal dorthin gehen..sorry

Wir waren immer super begeistert von Damaskus. Anscheinend hat der Besitzer gewechselt, wie ich gehört habe. Das Essen hat plötzliche eine ganz andere Qualität und der Service ist auch ein ganz anderer. Das Buffet war teilweise kalt und sehr ölig/triefend. Die Auswahl war ganz gut, allerdings hat man ewig auf Pommes gewartet. Die wurden immer für die Bestellungen und für Gerichte von der Karte genutzt. Toilette war nicht wirklich sauber. Wir waren heute echt enttäuscht...das hat mit dem früheren Damaskus nichts mehr zu tun. Schade :-(

Super leckere küche und sehr nette Bedienung

Essen wurde online bestellt. Nach 20 minuten (Empfehlung in der Mail) abgeholt und es war bereits kalt. Das Essen selber war auch nicht gut, keine gute würzung und Gemüse teilweise aus der Dose. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt hier absolut nicht. Ich werde nicht noch einmal bestellen und kann es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Essen kam erst nach knapp 2 Std. Die Shawarma Rollen für 6,50€ waren leider sehr dünn bzw. klein, für den Preis wird man definitiv nicht satt außer man ist ein Kleinkind. Fleisch und Vorspeisenteller waren ganz lecker aber die extra bestellte Knoblauchcreme hat NULL nach Knoblauch geschmeckt und damit meine ich wirklich NULL. Schade war wohl das erste und letzte Mal...

Wir waren zu viert dort Essen. Wir wurden nicht gefragt ob wir Getränke haben wollen,wir haben keine Karte bekommen. Wir sind dann einfach mal gucken gegangen und haben gesehen das ein Buffet aufgebaut ist. Schawarma und Pide waren lecker, der Rest war total ölig und hat nur vom Fett getrieft. Es lag sehr schwer im Magen. Erst dachte ich cool ein orientalisches Buffet, aber nach dem probieren kam die Ernüchterung. Wer Bock drauf hat gern, aber man kann für 2 Personen mit 40€ auch woanders essen.

Beim letzten Mal wurden mir verdorbene Lebensmittel geliefert. Also wirklich richtig vergammelt. Ich bin nicht der einzige bei dem Laden hier.. den sollte man vielleicht dicht machen?!

Sehr gutes Essen zum fairen Preis! Zugegeben, die Lieferzeit ist manchmal lang, aber ich habe noch nie länger gewartet, als bei Lieferando angegeben! Die Fahrer sind immer sehr freundlich und das Essen kommt duftend und heiß! Ich werde immer wieder bestellen!!!

Zwar war es eine gute Zeit dort, aber das Essen schmeckt leider nicht besonders. Service ist gut und Personal sind nett. Das einzige Vorteil des Restaurants ist, dass man für nicht soviel Geld essen kann.

Guter Service, noch besser das Essen. Es war ein gelungener Abend.

Kann leider mit der Filiale in Andernach nicht mithalten . Sorry, aber das war nicht abwertend gemeint, nein aber Andernach ist ja auch noch nicht so lange am Start wie ihr und es wirkt Lounge iger😀 und es ist und schmeckt irgendwie frischer und die Art des Koches zu würzen und damit zu spielen kann ich nur loben 👍😉
