Big and busy Mexican restaurant in a central part of the old town. Menu is huge will all the classic Mexican dishes. The service was good. We were allowed to move from inside to outside seating. Food was only drag. In my opinion the are vegetables in their plates that doesn’t belong. Happy to revert to the restaurant another time

I can't say anything negative about the food because I only ate there once and it was tasty. The second time we were simply sent away. I was there with a friend (so a table for two). There were still seats available outside but they were reserved. We just sat there since they weren't marked. Other free tables were cordoned off. When the waiter came to us he told us to leave or sit inside. When we asked us to prepare one of the free tables that were cordoned off, we replied that they didn't have enough staff for more tables. On our first visit only the bare minimum was done. Eat good! Service bad!

The best Mexican restaurant you have to visit in Koblenz, the food tastes great, the service is great, super friendly, you feel so well taken care of, the location of the restaurant is really nice, in the summer you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather enjoy an exotic cocktail🍹

We visited TAQUITOS yesterday for some food and drinks. After 10 minutes a waiter came and asked us to leave because the table was supposedly reserved for others, even though there were still about 10 tables free. When we asked if we could sit inside, we were rudely turned away on the grounds that they were full and there was no staff available. The waiter then simply walked away without offering a solution. Such unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. After this experience we will never visit TAQUITOS again.

My previous five star rating is gone. I sat for half an hour while various waitresses walked past me, seated customers and served them directly. I was left sitting there until happy hour was over and I just left. This on a Tuesday when there was nothing going on. Clear provocation. Never again.

Well visited Mexican restaurant with large terrace. We had dinner at this restaurant. The staff was very kind and found a table for us outside even though we have been seated inside. Menu is all you can desire from Mexico. We are happy to return.

Actually negatively surprised. It's been years but this was the first time I was really angry. Dishes and glasses dirty. Eating the tapas platter, for example...olives from a jar 👀...I can also buy a jar from the discounter 😡.the taste is also totally bad, no taste. And that's a mess for the price. Unfortunately, I ended up at home with stomach cramps afterwards. The cheese sauce was cold and the baked potato with cheese gratin was unfortunately hardly edible. That's really a pity. A lot of money for little quality, whatever the trigger is, suddenly not offering good food... I have no idea. But unfortunately we are no longer seen as good and regular guests.

Was there for the first time. Food came quickly to the table. The taste wasn't to my taste (burrito with steak strips) Employees were all nice and with a smile on their faces. The only thing that bothered me was the loud music... I could hardly understand what I was saying.

Taquitos is an excellent restaurant in a great location. The service is very courteous and individual requests are taken into account. The food portions are large, so the price-performance ratio is right. The cocktails are good and there is a happy hour - a cocktail costs 7 euros instead of 10 euros. The ambience is logically Mexican-style - further back in the restaurant it is a little darker. The toilets are located in the basement and are accessible via a spiral staircase (i.e. not barrier-free). All in all, Taquitos is highly recommended. To be on the safe side, a reservation should always be made. Reservations are not possible in the outer area, as you can sit down there spontaneously.

The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes, from enchiladas and burritos to tacos and fajitas. Everything is freshly prepared and served with high quality ingredients. The portions are very generous and you are guaranteed to be full. Service: The service is very friendly and attentive. They take the time to explain the menu and answer any questions. Prices: The prices are fair and reasonable. You're happy to pay a little more for the quality of the food and the great service. Conclusion: Taquitos is an absolute must for all fans of Mexican cuisine. Here you can enjoy an authentic and delicious meal in a great atmosphere. I give it 5 stars. I've eaten here a few times and will definitely come back! Additive: We particularly recommend the fajitas, which are simply delicious.

Staff a bit chilly but food was tasty and flavorful. There is also a happy hour for all cocktails for 3 hours. Ambience is chic and appropriately furnished. Open kitchen is also a plus. So definitely a recommendation.

We came here last week. We ordered the chilli cheese nachos. They were flavorful and the perfect start to the meal. The quesadilla and burritos were delicious and full of authentic Mexican flavors. Overall, the food was tasty and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty Mexican meal.

We went there spontaneously because we were in the mood for tacos. Well located in the middle of Koblenz, close to the market. We got a table quickly on Sunday afternoon. We were almost immediately asked what we wanted to drink. Quite annoying. First let me take off my jacket and look at the map. After a few minutes again. Tips that it was happy hour would have been nicer instead of being so crowded, it was relatively empty anyway. We decided on a mix plate. “Just one main course?!” Yes. Just one main course for 2. I found the condescending tone completely unnecessary. The service didn't really make us feel comfortable. The food was nice and the portion for 2 was absolutely ok if you weren't very hungry. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in summer. A no go for me. The prices are ok, as is the ambience. The service. Oh well. The young lady with the glasses should just think about her behavior. It's easy to be nice.

It was extremely crowded, so loud that the only way to have a conversation was shouting. The drinks took forever to arrive and the food was okay, I lacked spice in my dish. Not mine. I didn't drink any alcohol, so I can't judge the cocktails. The others enjoyed them. I thought paying €10 for mixed fruit juice was too expensive (for me). There are alternatives. Conclusion: Not for me. If you like cocktails, don't mind the noise and like tacos and the like, I think you'll like it there.

Hard to reach by phone or not at all. You can only reserve by telephone. Bad service. When someone finally gets to it, they say the book is on the way and should call again later. Then no one will answer it anymore. Ok, there are more restaurants, if you don't want them you already have them.

The food is incredibly bad for the price. Rice tastes like Uncle Ben's rice... the nuggets taste like those from the freezer. The burritos could also be called vegetable pockets. Once and never again! We reserved online and had the booking confirmed again by phone 3 hours in advance because we didn't receive an email. The man on the phone said “yeah, everything’s fine, see you later”. So we got there 3 hours later. "No, they're not even listed here, oh, you made a reservation online? No, we're not getting any confirmation emails at the moment. (Lovely tip, if that doesn't work, write it on your website, that's probably the bare minimum) . So we stood there and had to sit at a high table in front of the exit to the toilet and the kitchen. Table much too small for 3 people, especially if you don't just want to drink something. People are constantly walking past you. So let's get to it Food. We ordered the chillinachos twice with 1 dip, the potato wedges with 2 dips and 3 cocktails. The chillinachos were not at all spicy and not at all seasoned in any other way. Furthermore, they were limp and not nearly crispy, as if they had been somewhere for ages lying around openly. As for the potato wedges, they were okay, but not seasoned enough and nothing special. The dips (salsa and aioli), unfortunately, weren't any better. The salsa felt liquid and was therefore probably very poorly diluted with water for cost reasons . The aioli was OK. Price-wise, far too expensive for what you get. Resembles an overpriced fast food restaurant. I'd rather go straight to McDonald's or Burger King. To come back to the cocktails, cocktails are available on the internet for half the price (10€-50%=5€), but if you are there you pay 7€. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all. Waiters are nice and the food came quickly. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the poor food and poor service from the team regarding online reservations. All in all, never again!

Very disappointed 😞...has nothing to do with Mexican food...every dish was fully seasoned with just curry!!!...

I chose the restaurant because of the good reviews but in my case nothing was good: the tuna pasta without flavor, the shrimp al ajillo without garlic!! and the Mexican dish with curry flavor. What I can say is that there was more curry than chilli.

Wir waren dort an Silvester zum Buffet und zur anschließenden Silvesterfeier. Leider waren wir alle vom Buffet/Essen sehr enttäuscht. Es gab in keinster Weise typische mexikanische Küche. Stattdessen gab es typisch deutsches Buffetessen. Nur leider gingen wir in der Absicht dort ein mexikanisches Buffet zu erhalten überhaupt dorthin. Und das war von der Qualität für den Preis, schon sehr unpassend und geht fast in Richtung "Frechheit". Dazu war das Ticket mit 59,00€ pro Person (Achtung: es war nur ein Begrüßungsgetränk enthalten) unverhältnismäßig teuer. Das Personal jedoch war sehr nett und auch echt schnell mit den Getränken am Tisch. Also wenn das dieses Jahr wieder so ein Buffet wird, kann ich jedem nur davon abraten und lieber für 60€ ein gutes Steak im Steakhaus zu essen. Zumal bekannte die bereits öfters zu normalen Tagen dort waren, dass Essen stets als lecker und "typisch" mexikanisch beschrieben.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung das erste mal in diesem Restaurant. Schade, dass wir nicht früher schon mal hier waren. Das komplette Paket inklusive hervorragendem Essen erstklassigem Service und total leckeren Cocktails war absolut toll. Vielen Dank auch an den Chef mit seinem Team, ihr habt uns einen unglaublich schönen Abend bereitet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Danke!!!

Wir waren zu Weihnachten hier und waren sehr zufrieden. Bedienung sehr freundlich, Essen top und die Cocktails klasse. Preise sehr gut. Ich kann das Taquitos wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Es war einmal besser. Ich kann es mir nicht erklären aber Service und Essen haben in den letzten 1-2 Jahren nachgelassen. Dennoch ist es noch super und echt lecker

El ambiente genial tienen mucha variedad en cócteles, la comida está muy bien y un buen trato, no mucho que resaltar en general bien.

Sind nach Jahren mal wieder dahin.......War echt enttäuscht, wollten spontan mit unseren Kindern da was essen , wurden direkt am Empfang herablassend darauf hingewiesen das man nur mit Reservierung kommen kann und das es für uns sowieso kein Platz gäbe wegen dem Kinderwagen. ( Der buggy hätte kaum Platz weg genommen). Ich kam mir echt schlecht vor und habe meine gute Meinung über das taquitos echt verloren!

Essen und Bedienung sind super. Das einzige Manko ist das Bahnhofshallenflair. Bis 18 Ihr ist es angenehm, danach ist es total laut im dem Restaurant.

Essen war schnell, gut & heiß! Cocktail in der Happy Hour statt 10 € für 7 €. geschmacklich gut - 7 € empfinde ich als Normalpreis und nicht als Happy Hour! Deko am Cocktail ist steigerunfsfähig. Personal freundlich! Mann hinter der Theke sehr aufmerksam!

Es war ein toller Abend mit Tanz und gutem Essen unter netten Menschen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Christopher mit seinem erfrischenden Humor und den süßen weißen Mäusen. Wir kommen wieder, wegen des guten Essens, der tollen Tanzgelegenheit, der guten Stimmung und wegen Christopher.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde wahrscheinlich 4 Sterne geben. Was mich aber wirklich ärgert, ist die Tatsache das man nicht mit Karte bezahlen kann. Sehr rückständig und schade.

Der Service? Erste Sahne!!! Aufmerksam, sehr nett und immer gut drauf! Das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Das einzige, was ich zu bemängeln habe, ist dass abgebildete Speisen nicht unbedingt die sind, welche zu der Beschreibung auf dem Bild der Speise passen.

An sich gutes Essen und ein netter Service leider ein Stern abzug da bspw. Honigsenf Soße anstatt bestellter Sour Creme bei den Nuggets dabei waren und weil bei der Platte ein Gemüse Borito anstatt der vom Service zugesagte Hänchenborito auf der Platte war.

Eine nette Bar mit guten Cocktails und leckerem Essen. Das Essen sieht vor Ort genau so gut aus, wie es von anderen Rezensionen hier abfotogtafiert wurde. Die Preise sind auch in Ordnung. Leider ist das Bezahlen vor Ort ausschließlich in bar möglich, weshalb ein spontaner Ausflug zur nächsten Bank notwendig war.

Ich mag die Bar sehr gerne und gehe seit vielen Jahren dort hin. Das Essen liebe ich auch sehr. Zum Beispiel Fajita. Auch die Cocktails sind super.
