I ordered mixed grill plates, the menu said there was chicken, lamb and kofta, but lamb disappointed me. As a steak and kebab lover, I immediately noticed that it wasn't lamb but beef. And the chicken skewer was over-grilled and therefore tasted a bit bitter. Staff was polite and atmosphere was fine hence 2 stars.

I love this restaurant. My family and I visit and eat here very often. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is always smiling, friendly and nice. We recommend!!!

I was invited to a company party, I wouldn't go there myself, not my ambience, not my world. The operators can't do anything about that, my opinion. Everything is very modern and chic. So I mainly judge the food. Together we shared a starter (mezze platter); The falafel here was very tasty, the rest was like that. For my main course I had the mixed grill plate; Everything here was very tasty, especially the kofta. On my boss's recommendation, I had a chocolate cake afterwards - it was great! The ice cream was nothing special in terms of taste. Lastly, the staff: Great! Very friendly, attentive, even if it was a little late, big praise.

We ended up here by chance and to bridge the waiting time. Since we already had different plans for dinner, we only had something to drink. It's a shame, because the menu sounded very promising. Four of us (2 adults and 1 teenager and 1 child) had dinner at Saphier. We had the Saphier Burger, the mezze platter for 2 people and a stuffed pepper. Everything was extremely tasty and plentiful. Saleh, our waitress was very humorous and courteous. The ambience and atmosphere are nice and tasteful. We'll be back! Deserved every star 🌟.

I was in the café recently and was served by Nina - and I have to say, she really made an effort! Super friendly, attentive and you could tell that she enjoys her job. It's really nice to receive such a warm welcome and service in a café. You just feel good there. You can be really lucky when you have great service like Nina. Were there for the first time yesterday. After inquiring about the prices, I expected a lot. However, my expectations were not met at all. Food is beautifully presented, but that’s it. Service was quite good at the beginning until tips were asked as if it were a given. To be honest, I was very uncomfortable.

I had a beetroot salad. It was ok, but there was a lot missing in terms of taste. Dressing was minimal. Sometimes I thought there was nothing to it. There was nothing for seasoning etc. No salt, pepper, vinegar, oil. It wasn't enough for the price and I couldn't get enough of it. Service could have been more attentive.

Hunde sind willkommen und auch sonst ist das Lokal sauber, ordentlich und von der Örtlichkeit gut gelegen. Bietet für alle möglichen Anlässen eine tolle Gelegenheit.. vom einfachen Getränk, um den Abend ausklingen lassen, zum Essen gehen oder auch um eine Pfeife zu rauchen. Hier ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Everything is too expensive for the average citizen. For 2 people: 1 mezze platter, 1 small beer, 1 small water, 2 menus for 76 euros! Meze portions are far too small, eating is so easy you won't get full.

Excellent eatery. Very rich and tasty oriental breakfast. Very attentive and friendly staff. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

They were very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful interior and lastly, every bite is amazingly good.

We really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, the service's attentiveness and competence were not as good. First of all, we stood in the way for quite some time until someone took pity on speaking to us, tables were sticky and the billing didn't work straight away - so it's nice to make some compromises!

Since Saphir is a shisha bar, the dining area also smells like mint. Therefore not recommended as a restaurant for non-smokers. The food was good, as was the service. Even though the store is open until 2 a.m., we were seen off at 1:15 a.m.

Stopped by here and wanted us a beer. There were two other tables with guests. We waited 10 min, we saw two waiters walking around, but no one approached us. We found another place to sit.

We were in Koblenz just looking at the city and looking for dinner. In my opinion, sapphire is the best decision. The appetizer platter is MEGA. Very nice waitress. We didn't reserve the table, but shortly after 6 p.m. the staff found a table for us. All three dishes were brought in a timely manner after starters. And they were very tasty and served very nicely. I personally think the portion is good for the price, not overpriced as some reviews say/in comparison to some other locations where service and portions are poor. Drinks: very good selection. Overall: a TOP restaurant where very good service, location, food and drink all fit together, you feel warmly welcome at Saphir, regardless of whether you are a regular or a new guest. Thanks alot!

Absolute must if you want to eat and drink in Koblenz. The food is great, the service is courteous and unobtrusive, the drinks are delicious and the absolute favorite, the mezze platter, is awesome. Super tasty, great ambience, simply great, both for dinner and breakfast! You have to have been to the Saphir at least once, then you'll want to go back there anyway.

This is a really cool location that I have experienced so far. I feel really comfortable here, especially when I smoke a shisha. The shishas are always kept super clean and the best thing is that you get a new hose every time. The hygiene here is really great! Sure, there's always something to complain about, but I think the hygiene here is really exemplary. Many shisha bars could learn a lesson here.

Unfortunately a disaster! Service disinterested and unfocused. Had to wait a very long time for starters (had to remind twice). The main course came 40 minutes after the starter and didn't taste good at all. No spices and meat totally tough! Price performance flop!

Very nice location in the middle of Koblenz. On sunny days, enough shade. Comfortable lounging options. Delicious cocktails! Gladly again!

Sehr aufmerksamer Servise ,mit bedacht auf Details. Vorspeisenteller würden wir uns wieder gönnen. Unaufgefordert wurde brot nachgereicht. Rückfragen ob alles passt wurden gestellt (ist nicht überall üblich). Wasserflaschen in Kühlern und Weinflaschen in Eiskübel serviert. Vorspeisen lassen sich auch auf mehr Leute aufteilen als empfohlen, ohne Aufpreis werden zusätzliche Teller gerreicht. Ambiente Samstag Abend: Belebt mit Live Dj nicht ganz so ruhig. Saubere und moderne Toiletten. Moderne Einrichtung.

Everything was great, big praise to our service staff, very accommodating and friendly! The food was great, especially the starter platter for 4 people, which was easily enough for 6. We would be happy to come back.

Unfortunately very disappointing! I ordered the cold appetizer platter for two people with a friend. There wasn't much going on, but the platter still wasn't there after 45 minutes and only came after asking the service. The different hummus dips were far too lightly seasoned, some tasted very similar, two were inedible in taste. The starter platter Looks good visually, but that's about it. Absolutely overpriced for this “taste experience”!

From the door opening to the goodbye, everything was great. We can absolutely recommend it with a clear conscience. The location is also absolutely attractive and inviting, here you can't just sit and eat great food, the shisha bar also invites you to have a cozy get-together. All in all an absolute 10/10…..all thumbs up

We were here for breakfast. I had to go to the toilet and the sinks weren't clean, right in the morning. So they weren't cleaned that day. I found the ingredients for breakfast too unimaginative and overpriced for this price. There's a lot that shines here, but the shine is deceptive.

An absolutely great shop, modern and tastefully designed. The food was extremely tasty and beautifully prepared. The service was courteous and extremely friendly, you felt very comfortable. I would love to come back and can only recommend the restaurant!

Wir waren hier zum Mittagessen. Wir wurden freundlichst empfangen und sehr schnell bedient. Mein Mann und ich teilen uns immer eine LInsensuppe. Diese war sehr lecker. Ich hatte dann als Hauptgericht einen Lammeintopf von der Empfehlungskarte, mein Mann den Lammrücken. Er hat die Beilage umgestellt von Pommes auf kleine Kartoffeln. Vorab gab es leckeres Brot mit einem Öl. Ich kann gar nicht sagen, was leckerer war. Der Eintopf selbst, oder das Brot in den Eintopf zu tunken oder die Kartoffeln mit dem Eintopf. Es war ein rundum gelungenes Mittagessen und wir werden definitiv dort wieder essen, wenn wir wieder in Koblenz sind.

You have to reserve a table. More of a younger audience. Not suitable for romantic evenings for two as it is very loud. Food very tasty 😋.

Wir waren 4 Personen. Jeder bestellte ein anderes Getränk und ein anderes Gericht. Die Getränke wurden schnell serviert und das Essen wurde uns zeitgleich gebracht, sodass wir gleichzeitig mit dem Essen beginnen konnten. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft, sehr gut angerichtet und die Portionen waren gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hatte die Gäste im Blick. Die Preise waren sehr gut und angemessen. Zu den Toiletten muss man eine Treppe runtergehen. Sie waren sehr sauber. Das Lokal machte einen modernen Eindruck. Sehr empfehlenswert!
