Most places were close so we enter this restaurant. Was uneatable. We ordered the steak and the schnitzel. The cocktails were very good. Other than that better to skip this place.

Great service. Great ambience. Cheesecake is cheesecake and not cheese cream. So please mark it that way too. This is fundamentally important for people who have intolerance.

The service was bottom drawer. It took forever for someone to come to take the order. Then the drinks were added, and then at some point the dishes. Then it took forever until the food came, and it came in globs. First 2 dishes, then 1 and sometime much later a salad. We had to wait forever to pay. In addition, we were served by at least 3 different service staff during our stay. All in all very unpleasant.

Were there for lunch. I would particularly like to mention the nice waiter, he was on the ball but not pushy. The food was good and the portions were OK. We will come again 👍🏻

Beautiful, modern ambience restaurant in the old town of Koblenz. The food was tasty, including Berlin-style veal liver, Argentinian Black Angus rump steak and fried salmon fillet, and in sufficient portions. Personally, the restaurant is a bit too big for me, but that's just my opinion and I would still like to come back because everything else is very consistent.

It was actually quite pleasant until the drinks came. Why do you have to put advertising on wine glasses?! Style is different...

Nice place, with a little terrace, to eat and/or drink something in the city center and to watch the 'robo-waiter' heling the, staff. Friendly and correct service.

Ate fresh waffles with vanilla ice cream and hot cherries. Was very good. But you couldn't reorder because the order was immediately stored in the computer and passed on to the kitchen.

Nach langer Pause schreibe ich mal wieder meine 1. Bewertung. Familienurlaub 2 Tage Koblenz, es lohnt sich. Nachdem wir am 1. Abend aus Gründen in die L'Osteria gingen, haben wir uns bei der Auswahl am 2. Abend mehr Zeit gelassen, ok es war Montag und da vielen auch schon einige mangels Öffnungszeiten durchs Raster, im Nachhinein bin ich echt froh darüber. Also 30 min vorher angemeldet und losmarschiert. Hungrig kamen wir am Einstein an und wurden herzlich Empfangen, ein großes Kompliment geht hier an den sehr aufmerksamen Servicemitarbeiter. Die Getränke kamen schnell und der Wein schmeckte sehr gut. Ohne es spezifisch zu bestellen, hat der Servicemitarbeiter das Kindergericht mit zur Vorspeise (Gemischte Platte) serviert, perfekt. Die Platte war hervorragend bestückt, von Grana Padano, Getrockneten Tomaten, Zwiebeln in Balsamico über Serrano Schinken, Rauchlachs, zweierlei Oliven und Carpaccio war alles dabei und es schmeckte richtig gut. Begleitet wurde die Platte mit dunklem Brot und Frischkäse Dipp. Das war schon ein starker Auftritt und machte Lust auf mehr. Die Hauptgerichte, Gemüsecurry und Kalbsleber Berliner Art. Da ich sehr gerne Leber esse bestelle ich das Gericht immer wenn es auf Speisekarten zu finden ist und glaubt mir ich wurde oft mit einer trockenen Schuhsohle abgespeist. Doch nicht heute und nicht im Café Einstein, was dort serviert wurde war nahezu perfekt. Die Leber zartrosa gebraten, absolut nicht trocken und perfekt gewürzt, 1A. Dazu gab es rote Zwiebeln kurz geschmort, Apfelspalten und eine Demi Glace mit Marsala Wein, den man aber dezent eingesetzt hat, was eine perfekte Balance ergab. Der Kartoffelstampf war lecker aber nicht heiß, dies aber nur am Rande und spielt bei der Bewertung keine Rolle. Das Gemüse Curry war sehr farbenfroh überaus frisch und leicht scharf. Serviert mit Reis und schwarzem Sesam, richtig lecker. Zum Dessert haben wir dann noch den Lava Schokoladenkuchen und Creme Brulee genommen, beides sind Standard Desserts bei denen man relativ wenig falsch machen kann, es gab aber leckere Beeren als Deko. Ich nahm dazu einen Espresso, der leider viel zu voll war, da erwarte ich schon eine kleine Espressotasse und einen ordentlichen Shot, das servierte war eher ein dreifacher Espresso. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung, Drinks, Speisen, Service Top, das hat Spaß gemacht.

Very unpleasant staff. They said the terrace would close in 10 minutes. We couldn't even finish our meal. It's simply a lack of culture and basic knowledge of etiquette. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

We want to have a delicious breakfast on the occasion of my birthday. Breakfast is not recommended. It's just cheap stuff, even the salmon didn't taste like anything. Breakfast is not recommended at Einstein.

11.00 Uhr eingetroffen, Frühstück bis 12.00 Uhr. Preis—Leistung o.k., nichts besonderes, Lücken im Angebot., Aufschnitt, 3 Sorten Käse, Rührei und bacon, mehrere Salate. Mittelmäßig , 15.-€ pro Person, Kaffee extra. Bedienung aufmerksam, man sitzt schön. Mir fällt kein Anlass für eine Wiederholung ein.

Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to eat anything. The dirty table and the completely worn out menu made us leave the restaurant. Therefore we only give 3 stars.

Anlässlich meines Geburtstages waren wir mit unserem Enkel und Familie brunchen. Es war sehr erschreckend, wie kinderunfreundlich die Leiterin des Services war. Schon oft da brunchen gewesen, aber jetzt nie wieder!

Everything was perfect! The atmosphere of the place, the quality of service and the overall experience were truly great. I love quality venues and this is definitely one of them. It will be one of the places I will visit again every time I go to Koblenz!

After today, definitely the last time! Reservations for 12 people, 12 became 13, 14 also became 15 or 16 according to your list, but the audacity of charging a 6 year old who didn't eat anything except trying his mother's scrambled eggs once! Absolute NO GO!

My first visit there. Were there for breakfast brunch. There was a wide range of offerings that catered for all tastes. The service was very attentive and very friendly. We all felt comfortable. Almost impossible to get a seat without a reservation. That also speaks highly of this restaurant.

Rude staff – never again! I recently went to this cafe and I'm really disappointed. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Very unfriendly service who told us in an inappropriate tone that we shouldn't take out our own food, which the robot brought to our table. We had no information about this in advance. Didn't even know there was a robot driving there. Afterwards he continued to be unfriendly and visibly “angry” about our feedback about him and his tone.

I ordered my burger without cheese, unfortunately it came with cheese. It can happen.. A minute after my complaint I received a "new" burger, after a closer look it was on the b Burger patty still cheese. I think they just tried to take the cheese down. Not so easy when it's melted. They still claimed it was a new burger, only the fries were the same. That was nonsense. Mistakes can happen, but trying to make someone look like a fool isn't possible! Definitely not recommended!

Great selection of breakfast and lunch options as well as an excellent coffee selection. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, ideal for a relaxing stay. The service is quick and friendly, and the quality of the food is always top. A perfect place to meet or simply enjoy a break! Highly recommended.

Simple breakfast buffet at a fair price with friendly service. The quality and selection was ok, unfortunately the breakfast wasn't refilled an hour before the end. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired and our table wobbled a lot. We were there on a Saturday and it was very crowded so it was also very noisy.

The taste of the food was good but unfortunately only lukewarm, the red cabbage was even cold. When I asked, I got the answer from a not-so-motivated employee: "It's so far from the kitchen and we sit by the door so it gets cold quicker" After 10 minutes we were brought hot cabbage and we were done eating. We were here for the breakfast buffet on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. At first glance the buffet looks quite rich, but it's really nothing special. Two types of rolls, mini pretzel sticks and brown bread. Nutella, honey, jam, butter from disposable plastic packaging. Cheese and sausage not very diverse. Plus some salad-like bowls. Sweet pieces also very limited. The highlight was that the price was more expensive on New Year's Day, but the selection was smaller? Conclusion: You will be full, but you can also get it cheaper in a bakery/café.

The food was good, but we were missing a small salad, or at least a salad garnish on the plate. Service was very nice and everything came quickly. A negative point for us was the very loud music. It was quite good, but you could hardly hold a conversation while eating.

A Café with no real coffee machine but with an automatic-press-a-button one that creates water with coffee taste, a robot that brings food to the tables BUT can’t pass through the corridors, a rude waiter that moves like he’s the king of Germany through the Café, with a fake smile and groping your stuff to let the robot pass. A horrible experience in the middle of the city. Oh and btw +0,7€ for oat milk in 2024!? PLEASE!

We went to "Einstein" quite by chance in the early afternoon and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is fresh and very well prepared. The prices are in the very moderate range, e.g. chicken crusts for €13.90 and that's why the "Einstein" is a recommendation. If the dining room is very full, it could get a bit noisy, like in any other restaurant.

Modern restaurant in the middle of Koblenz city center. Great ambience and very nice service. Prices are average. I had a Black Angus beef steak, with fries and salad for 35 euros. Portion was really very large. Unfortunately the meat was a bit tough, which is why I had to deduct a point. But the taste was great. There was also a large selection of cakes, which we will try next time.

Nice restaurant with a breakfast buffet, where you can also have a good meal in the evening. We had breakfast there twice because Einstein is very child-friendly. The service is very nice - only the plates are cleared very slowly. The selection at breakfast is good, with the various salads particularly worth mentioning. They are delicious and seem really fresh. Some other things, however, you can tell that they are draped 1:1 from the METRO packaging onto the buffet plates and the mozzarella is pretty neutral in taste. All in all, definitely recommended.

After the Christmas market we wanted something warm to drink and maybe some food. We also told the waiter who we asked for a table. The waiter just said that if we didn't eat, we would have to sit at the bar, but this was not possible due to illness, which is what we told him. But he wasn't interested in that. It seems that customers who just want something to drink and maybe something to eat don't put enough money into the till. Under all guns. Never go there again unless you're good enough to sit properly when you eat something.

A nice centrally located restaurant with a delicious breakfast buffet. The daily buffet there was tasty and good, but could be a little more varied, e.g. B. with more spreads or sweet warm dishes. The service was quick and friendly, our reserved table was quiet and comfortable. The toilets were clean. To park you have to use the surrounding city parking facilities. Overall, a recommended place for breakfast!

Everything is just right here. We ended up here by chance because we were attracted to the atmosphere and the menu and were ultimately convinced by the very good reviews. Both the service and the food were excellent. The food was homemade and very fresh. You could also taste this. We'd love to come back.

Food wasn't good, service was unfriendly. Despite free tables, we were made aware several times that many reservations had been made. And we probably won't stay longer than an hour. The steak and Viennese schnitzel were nothing special. And what they call fried potatoes were boiled potatoes. Anyone can cook it better than this chef.

The very first time we saw a Robot delivering orders to tables. We think he had just started, because he got the table number wrong a few times. But he kept smiling kindly, and so did we...

When ordering, the very hectic and unfortunately very arrogant-looking waiter replied with "next, next" instead of yes or gladly. After I said that the food was ok but not great - I didn't even ask why. For me, this restaurant has no charm, no friendliness and very arrogant employees. What a shame! Not worth it, there are really better places in Koblenz!

Were there for breakfast. Still a lot of choice but especially less choice than before (e.g. no more waffles now). Drinks exclusive to breakfast, even coffee. But orange juice at the buffet. Dog friendly, great. 🚽 clean. The price is just about right.

Unfortunately a disappointment. The food was already cold when it arrived at the table, and my companion's schnitzel was even burnt. My burger was actually the worst I've eaten to date (patty way too thick and too small, cold, ketchup and mustard instead of BBQ sauce, soggy). However, the fries were very good. The waiter was friendly, but complained loudly about his colleague. Change was then simply thrown on the table. The ambience was quite nice, but unfortunately you can't eat it...

Imagine: It's a gray, cold Saturday in autumn. You crave a hot, crunchy waffle with cherries - the kind you need as a little culinary hug on a dreary day. But what happens? Einstein takes all my sweet hopes and crushes them mercilessly under a layer of disappointment and canned cream. Let's start with the cherries. Two tiny cherries. That’s right, TWO! It's like they're hiding on the waffle and hoping no one notices them. And all of this for an additional charge of over one euro. The cream tastes like it was shot straight from the spray can, and the ice cream - a mini scoop that tastes like a sad relic from the discount store. The waffle itself? It feels like a pancake that dreams of its life as a waffle, but only has industrial production behind it. Oh, and the coffee? It tasted as if the last sediment from the pot had been diluted with plenty of water to make it to the next coffee machine. A taste explosion – if you like explosions on the back burner. For this price, the experience borders on bodily harm – from a culinary point of view, of course. And before anyone says “Well, maybe it was just bad luck”: No, I focused solely on this waffle and it was subpar! Einstein, that really wasn't brilliant.

We were spontaneously drawn to the Einstein. There's little to say - it was great! Totally attentive and very friendly staff - fast service and the food was unbeatably good. A great atmosphere and worth recommending. Thank you 🙏🏽

Nothing special. On the contrary. An incredibly large number of staff, but they are more busy pressing touchscreens or equipping robot waiters than being waiters themselves. The concept with robots and a lot of digitalization can be advantageous, but the implementation in this restaurant is more of a hindrance and misleading.

The restaurant is very inviting. However, as soon as you enter the restaurant, a waiter shouts at you that you are going to a reserved area. It's also much friendlier. By the way, even after an hour, no one was sitting in the reserved area. During the meal, the bartender blows his nose vigorously, then continues to eat his baguette and goes back to work at the bar without disinfecting his hands. You don't have to have it.

We were there for breakfast on the weekend. Unfortunately, a large part of the menu on offer was empty for all courses at the buffet. So there was often no Camembert, scrambled eggs or salmon. Too bad! Otherwise really worth a visit.

I had deer goulash and don't like cranberries. So I unsubscribed, but apparently it wasn't passed on. So there were cranberries in it. I took it anyway because I didn't want to waste any food. Then I swapped with my friend who had schnitzel. But the schnitzel tasted like old deep fryer grease. For dessert we had crème brûlée. The sugar coating wasn't even remotely crispy and probably just came out of the fridge finished. Simply cheeky for €63.

Hair in the tomato soup, we had to let it go back. Ravioli lukewarm, as did the fries on the burger. No apologies and waited forever for food after the starter. Had to ask several times

Had lunch there. The saurbraten provided an excellent opportunity to work the teeth and jaws. I've never eaten shoe leather, but I now believe it is possible.
