Unfortunately, the staff wasn't particularly customer-friendly. Our request for a high chair was ignored, and our request to add several separate tables together was met with a rude and unfriendly response. The coffee and cake, however, were excellent.

In simple terms: quantity over quality. It's better to focus on fewer options and offer better quality. The salads definitely have the feel of a supermarket to-go. The sausage selection is very limited and the quality is that of a discount store. The juice is okay. Can you call it juice? I think it's more like water mixed with powder. Even for the reasonable price, I expect better quality. The service is very friendly.

An incredibly delicious breakfast. Currently, they even include Bavarian elements like pretzels, white sausages, sweet mustard, Obazda (traditional Bavarian sausage), Bavarian cream, and more. A great selection, superb quality, and truly delicious.

We sat outside with our dog on a sunny afternoon. The food was excellent; we had Tafelspitz and boeuf bourguignon. It was a real treat.

I went there for dinner with several friends on Saturday. The atmosphere was great and the service very friendly. Unfortunately, my food was forgotten, so I was the last one to get my pizza. To be honest, I didn't like it either.

Good food, clean restaurant, friendly service!

I had the Einsteinburger, but the patty was unfortunately burnt and very dense. The bun and fries were delicious. It was very busy yesterday, and the staff seemed stressed but seemingly friendly. If they'd asked me, I would have ordered more drinks. All in all, I wouldn't come back.

We were here for breakfast. There's a large selection, although some things are missing, like pancakes. The rolls were pre-baked rolls, which is unnecessary on a weekday. The staff could be a bit more attentive.

A mixed visit. It actually started off pretty normally: order placed, a welcome from the kitchen, starter, and then we forgot/misplaced our order? Everyone around us got their order, and two waiters each told us three times it would be right there (not once "maybe an aperitif or an espresso" or something similar), and it wasn't even a quick glance. However, after two previous restaurant visits in Bonn, we were accustomed to extreme quality, attentiveness, and speed; we wouldn't go back for dinner.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my visit to the Einstein Koblenz. The Parmesan cheese for the spaghetti was charged extra, without this being stated on the menu or communicated beforehand. Furthermore, the wait for the Parmesan cheese took so long that the spaghetti was cold – it was rather underseasoned anyway. While the lunch menu was reasonable in price, it was not a good overall experience. The only positive points I can mention are the meat, which was well prepared, and the breading, which was just right. A smile from the waiter would have made the service much more pleasant. Overall, unfortunately, this is not a restaurant I would recommend.

Aggressive (!) tone Yes, we had a reservation for 13 people and there were only 9 of us, and we failed to give advance notice. However, the server's behavior is inexcusable—abusive, raised voice, aggressive. Absolutely not recommended.

I came here for brunch with my sister. For the price, I expected a lot more variety and vegan options. There was a champagne reception, where a glass of sparkling wine cost €4.50 – unfortunately, we weren't informed that this would be an extra charge, otherwise we wouldn't have accepted it, especially on our birthday. There were hairs in the quark, and the juice was off; it tasted very bitter and sour. This used to be the best breakfast buffet. However, I would like to highlight the very friendly service.

Lovely terrace, right on the pedestrian zone, and friendly service. But expensive: 1 coffee, 1 tea, and a croissant = 12 euros.

There were four of us, looking for somewhere to eat, and we happened upon Einstein. There was a spot on the terrace, and once seated, we were quickly helped by a very friendly waiter. We were soon enjoying a refreshing beer while perusing the menu. Hearty German dishes. We chose schnitzels with various potatoes. It was truly delicious. It might have been lunchtime, but we thoroughly enjoyed this tasty, hot meal. You can definitely go there.

Comprehensive culinary offering in the heart of the city

Great service for a big group, we were with a group of 18 people and got the food on time and around the same time. The servers were very nice, and the food was great! Would really recommend.

We went there on our two evenings in Koblenz. A friendly and super relaxed welcome, beautiful decor and background music. We were able to sit on the terrace given the beautiful weather. Wide selection of cocktails and other digestifs. Very well-made cocktails. Doggie was also very well received.

Delicious and generous portions. We both ate from the specials menu; trout fillets with potato mash and chanterelles, and pork fillets in mushroom sauce. Easy to switch from Bratkatoffel to mash. Good service and nice wines.

First, we had to wait 20 minutes to be served to order our four drinks, and then some of the drinks were brought incorrectly. The quality and ambiance are top-notch, but the service is unfortunately absolutely not worth the price. You can definitely expect more from a restaurant like this!

We went to the breakfast buffet yesterday. I've rarely seen such a bad buffet. Countless salads that no one needed, but very little breakfast selection. Everything was constantly empty and wasn't replenished in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

We ordered fried potatoes with chicken and an Einstein burger. Instead of fried potatoes, we received a baked potato. The staff later resolved this, and they served fried potatoes instead. However, the taste was disappointing. The Einstein burger, however, was excellent with the fries.

A terrific place to stop for cappuccinos. We didn't have lunch here but the food looked fantastic and the restaurant was busy - a good sign.

Café prices are decent and reasonable. However, €5.60 for a slice of cake is quite steep. It was definitely not worth it, neither in terms of taste nor size.

The drinks were good, but the service was a bit unfriendly. I understand that when you're dealing with drunk people, you can sometimes get rude, but if someone just asks if they can order something else, you shouldn't be rude right away. Otherwise, everything was great and quick.

After a long flight from Los Angeles and a train stop-over in Koblenz, I enjoyed a nice outdoor lunch at Cafe Einstein. The weather was beautiful and the shopping walk-street was quaint. I ordered the schnitzel and a beer. It was pretty standard fare, although the gouda cheese sauce was an interesting touch. The service was professional and helpful. I had eaten here twice before, but this was my first time outdoors. If you are dining solo, it is nice to be able to see the world walking past as you are eating. An enjoyable meal for sure.

A super friendly welcome and table assignment. A great team who look after you and make sure everything's okay. You feel well looked after and very welcome as a guest. The tomato and asparagus cream soup were delicious. The Wiener Schnitzel is okay, but I would choose a different dish next time. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the restrooms were clean. I would definitely come back.

I've been there countless times for breakfast and lunch. Great food, fresh and delicious, a huge morning buffet with something for everyone. Prices are reasonable, and the staff are generally friendly, but they sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed when the place gets busy. Drink orders are sometimes forgotten, or it takes ages for staff to come to your table, and you have to actively look for them. Overall, though, it's a very nice place. The atmosphere is great, but unfortunately a bit noisy and noisy. Large bar.
