Very nice hotel, located directly on the Elbe, great service, very good food. Nice hotel bar. Great spa area, massages just great. What more do you need to relax

The beautiful hotel is within walking distance of the Tuscany Thermal Baths (as a guest of the house, entry is free and the hotel provides free towels). The entrance to the hotel is spacious and you can drive up by car. We were greeted very friendly and the change to a suite was easy. The room and the bathrooms were extremely clean. The toilet was separate from the bathroom, which is a definite plus. The beds are extremely comfortable (firm mattress). The bar in the hotel is attractive and the selection of drinks is impressive. A certain selection of aperitifs is offered at reduced prices from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The breakfast buffet the next morning is more than sufficient. The hotel is absolutely recommended!

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, the hotel was very central, everything was easily accessible by bus, the ferry was right behind our hotel from the ferry to the train, lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel but our hotel also had a lot to offer alone great wellness area was great. The only thing that wasn't so good for us was the dinner, we were just missing something but as I said there were also restaurants outside we will definitely come back there is still a lot to discover

Wonderful hotel with rooms with balconies viewing the Elbe. Breakfast is superb, and fancy restaurant for dinner. Considering the quality, spa service, and food the hotel is offering, price is reasonable.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel on the occasion of the Liquid Sound Festival in the Tuscany Therme, for which we are happy to rate the location, the service, the breakfast and the room with five stars. Then why only four stars overall? On Friday (November 1st, 2024) there was a fire alarm in the evening while we were sitting in the bar with friends. The long-lasting alarm tone did not interest the staff present. Even when the fire brigade arrived, there was no reaction, information or instructions from the employees to evacuate the house. We left the building on our own, unsure about the next escape route. As a person trained in fire protection, I would have expected an organized evacuation with instructions from the staff about the assembly points. I think that (re)training of the staff would be necessary here. Apart from this, we can only recommend the hotel for the reasons mentioned at the beginning.

Very nice hotel, located directly on the Elbe. The room was very small and the pictures took some getting used to... art?... the breakfast offering was great, but very different in individual rooms, so we had to take a look first. We weren't interested in visiting a restaurant because the menu was difficult to read (understandable). We didn't feel like experimenting. The service was very good, whether picking up from the train station, to the wellness service - great - thank you.

The hotel is very nice and large, it is located right in the center and on the Elbe. Food is very good.

We booked this hotel for a short vacation (for 5 days) and had a wonderful stay in the Superior Junior Suite! The location on the Elbe was simply fantastic. We used the balcony very often to watch the ships and sunbathe. A big thank you to the hotel and all the staff! It was really nice with you!

For 5 stars and more than €500 a night, I presented a better room. A lamp in my room didn't work, very small TVs for 5 stars. Pull out sofa very uncomfortable for my son. Very rude chauffeurs (men in black suits) who don't even say hello. The room service didn't work at all and no one answered the phone (we're talking about a 5 star hotel not 2 stars). The only staff that was really friendly and good were the waitresses. The food was very good and there was a large selection.

Almost perfect, but only almost! The restaurant with overly expensive prices is not recommended, and in my opinion the food was far too small and not worthy of a good restaurant!

Positive: - Location perfect, good connections. - Wellness area in house good if all the wonders would work. - Breakfast good, lots of choice for omnivores. - Even if the queue at the Tuscany Therme is long, you can get in quickly without waiting with the chip from the hotel Needs improvement: - Impossible not to get tea or coffee included as kettles are removed from rooms due to environmental badges. There should be a tea station per floor or something similar. - Water is not refilled, there are only two small still waters at the beginning. - 3 big holes in the bathrobe, what quality is this? - Room cooled down after room service because the balcony door was forgotten to close (it was open all day) - Mattresses worn out - no radio on TV - no vegan options at breakfast except small pies and cereals. (e.g. sausage + cheese, cappuccino would be great) - Finnish sauna didn't work, what is a sauna area without a hot sauna? Area in front of the saunas far too cold to stay there (blankets available but just too cold for sauna) - Ventilation in the bathroom in the junior suite runs continuously, even at night, so you feel more like you're sleeping in the bathroom than like it's a fancy hotel room with an open bathroom. It would be better to connect the light to the ventilation - Active room: Yoga only once a week, the room is not available for private practice upon request - Breakfast servers like ghosts who don't greet you or ask if you have everything, making it almost uncomfortable to ask for anything - Interior is fine, bathroom and sanitary great, sofa doesn't invite you to linger, breakfast area is rather old-fashioned Conclusion: 5* hotel in this price range is rather disappointing. 3.5 stars

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon. Definitely the right decision. A very nice clean and modern hotel. The whole staff was very friendly. As a gift from the house there was a bottle of sparkling wine. Very attentive. We'd love to come back next year.

Very nice hotel on the river bank. You should book a room facing the Elbe, personally it was too loud on the street side from the start of rush hour traffic. The service was very nice, but the younger colleagues should avoid using their cell phones for private use. Every opportunity was taken. Furthermore, you should pay attention to the dress code of guests in the breakfast area. Short sports pants and flip flops are inappropriate. We would still like to come back!

Very nice hotel with a view of the Elbe.

Beautiful hotel, right on the Elbe and very close to the thermal baths. Great room with a great view. Wellness area with small swimming pool, great breakfast buffet. Very attentive and friendly service. And: excellent cocktails in the hotel bar. Absolutely recommended.

A nice stay from Fri. - Mon. . Room with a view of the Elbe ..... unfortunately it doesn't say anywhere that freight trains run regularly on the other side of the Elbe - some trains obviously show consideration and drive slowly. - Breakfast is great - You should take a close look at the evening buffet on the menu in the lobby in the morning. It could be “adventurous”. - Room a bit old-fashioned, "normal" standards such as automatic toilet seat missing can be loud when you close it for the first time. Unfortunately, the light switches to the bathroom are located outside, which could wake up your partner at night. Little light in the wardrobe, which is already quite dark. Nevertheless, this short trip was worth it and we would take this hotel again.

Das Essen schmeckt widerlich! Musste meinen Döner wegschmeißen um zu verhindern zu kotzen. Eine Schande! Im Laden ist es sehr unordentlich und stinkt! Der Döner schmeckt unfertig, chemisch und ungewürzt! Der Besitzer ist sehr umfreundlich und redet kaum mit seinen Kunden. Keine Worte meh ehrlich.

I spent my spa weekend here and am thrilled. The massage and peeling was wonderful and relaxing. The sauna was also great and you could look at the beautiful dark green trees and daydream. It's so nostalgic and beautiful here and the rooms look classy. Would love to come again. And maybe with my partner. The breakfast is also good and varied. In my opinion, it would have been great if the apple was sliced. But then he would quickly get brown spots. It's just an opinion. The service was friendly and accommodating.

Our expectations were even exceeded! It's a very nice hotel, with very friendly staff. The only negative point was that we had a room on the street side. These are not air-conditioned and when you open the window, it is unfortunately incredibly loud. We were provided with a fan, but unfortunately it didn't really help. Despite everything, we will definitely go there again and book this hotel again. Only this time a room at the back.

The hotel is very nice and we like to come back every year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big praise to the catering industry 5+++++ We had booked massages which unfortunately we didn't like. It was a loving distribution of oil but far from a massage. 45€ for 25 minutes!!!!!! We would still like to come back next year, just without massages.

Nice, centrally located hotel on the Elbe. Underground parking is available, but the quay, where you can park, is nearby. That saves money. The beds were quite hard, but this was compensated for a little with toppers. The room is functional, the bathroom is nice. The food (half board) was delicious and varied, the service staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great and exclusive hotel right on the Elbe.

Nice hotel in the small old town with a wellness area and very centrally located to other excursion destinations on the Elbe. The service was very good, the staff is extremely friendly/helpful and breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, although the coffee is a bit too strong/bitter. The junior suite with a balcony and a view of the Elbe was a nice size and the whirlpool bathtub in the open bathroom area in the bedroom was a highlight. The equipment with bathrobes, slippers, fruit plate and a gift bag was positive. However, we have to complain about the cleanliness (long hair in the bathroom and on the bed - possibly from the cleaning staff), the somewhat strange smell in the room (old floorboards, walls), the leaky shower and especially the constant noise almost every 10 minutes Trains passing by (even in the evening/night) with the window folded down, so unfortunately we have to deduct stars. We probably wouldn't spend the 290 euros for 1 night in the suite including parking in TG with breakfast again, especially since Bad Schandau has great nature but otherwise few highlights to offer. If you are looking for peace and quiet, like hiking and like quiet little places, this is the right place for you, but definitely avoid the rooms on the Elbe side, even if the view is nicer. Overall it was fine for 1 night in transit.

Excellent location! -clean, comfortable, relaxing. We really liked our room with a balcony. Breakfast selection very diverse and tasty. The view from the terrace in the wellness area/sauna area is beautiful. We would recommend this hotel and book it again at any time!

Doesn't correspond to 5 stars. I see the hotel as more of a 4 star class. No covered connection between the hotel and the thermal baths. The price for the underground car park at €18 is too expensive for the location. The underground car park has a very narrow entrance and is somewhat unsuitable for larger vehicles. The room was very small and noisy, and there was a lot of noise in the room when you spoke. No slippers, no shoe polishing supplies, etc. to be found in the room. Nowadays it is always part of the equipment of a 5 star room. There was no instruction in the room on how to connect to the WiFi. Long walkways to the elevator and poorly signposted. Steps on the way between the room and the elevator. No luggage service. Breakfast buffet was good, staff was nice and tried to serve the desired coffee quickly. In the evenings at the bar you could get your gin with a dry slice of grapefruit. Price as usual for 5 stars and served like in an inn. Musical entertainment takes place at the bar in the evenings. We weren't that impressed with lunch.

TLDR: Chic hotel, cleanliness ok, service mixed, wellness without staff, service/friendliness needs to be improved or staff increased. You can find defects quickly if you look for them. We won't come again. Positives first: The shuttle from/to the train station was very good. Drivers were very friendly and helpful! Hotel/site in very good shape. Location is top. Great terrace/view. Good bar, delicious cocktails. Breakfast/dinner buffet delicious and good selection. Wellness area is basically very nice, but no staff. The trainee B.W., who accompanied us at the last breakfast, provided the service and friendliness that we were looking for over the three days! We received a voucher for a short honeymoon and massages at this hotel. Booking via email was easy. Unfortunately, we got to know each other on the wrong foot. Our 75-minute couples massage was canceled during arrival - staff sick. This was particularly unfortunate because the massage was supposed to be the highlight of our honeymoon, but everyone gets sick sometimes. When we checked in we asked what we could do about the canceled massage. The receptionist was overwhelmed and unimaginative. Their only solution was: “You can redeem the voucher at any location!” She responded to our concern that the train tickets alone were more expensive than the massage itself (190 €!) with a "Mhhh, that's stupid...". We asked whether it was possible to redeem the voucher at the Tuscany Thermal Baths or whether other massages were also possible in the hotel. There was simply no effort from the hotel to accommodate us in any way. Finally we asked if we could drink the value of the voucher at the hotel bar. The room was cute with a nice balcony. Unfortunately, the crack in the bed made relaxed cuddling impossible. The cleanliness was ok, but the window was smeared from the inside, there were cobwebs in the bathroom and there was a dead fly in the minibar. A bathrobe had three large holes and the seams were completely torn. The leftover food from last night's room service was still in the hallway until the afternoon of the next day. We were particularly disappointed with most of the staff. Some employees noticed that as a guest you were just a "walk-in customer" and that they wanted to have as little to do with you as possible. This was particularly clear in the wellness area. The staff doesn't look at you and gives off a "please don't talk to me" vibe. The question whether there were still places available for a 20-minute massage was answered with an annoyed "NO - WE ARE FULLY BOOKED". At least our 2x20 mins included in the voucher were not canceled. However, a colleague arrived late and the two argued in front of us. Colleague 1 apparently wanted to go into "her regular room", Colleague 2 shouted at her that the room was dirty and not prepared - Colleague 1 wanted to go in anyway. The massage was therefore heated and anything but relaxing. We were also really looking forward to the announced “exquisite 3-course menu”. Well. There was only a buffet. Because of the high utilization. I wonder when this hotel will be "so low occupancy" that the 3-course meal will actually take place. The food tasted good, the selection was good too. But I found large pieces of cling film in my food twice in three days. Our drinks were forgotten twice. We definitely expected more from a hotel in this price range that has 5 stars.

I felt completely comfortable. From the shuttle service to the staff at the reception and restaurant, as well as the cleaning staff, everyone was consistently courteous and friendly. Nice room and nice wellness area, great location. The only negative thing for me was that it was way too crowded at breakfast, but that's not the fault of the hotel itself. It's best to have breakfast before 8:00 a.m. and after 9:45 a.m. I would 100% come back.

This year we enjoyed “vacation in your city” in Bad Schandau and were now able to get to know the Hotel Elbresidenz. The reception at the reception was very friendly. The rooms are sufficiently large and nicely furnished. The best thing, however, is the wellness area on the 4th floor. It wasn't overcrowded, the view of the Elbe is simply great and aqua fitness at 8:00 a.m. is something to wake you up - very pleasant. The breakfast buffet is varied and rich. If you don't find anything there, it's your own fault. We also tested the hotel bar and received courteous advice and service. Only the different information about using the wellness area in the wellness area or at the reception was confusing. Can you use the wellness area as a non-house guest without necessarily booking a treatment or not? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Otherwise everything was great and we would like to come back. 2024 - Girls' weekend - everyone was thrilled - still great. Keep it up.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location directly to the Elbe. Staff at reception and breakfast were friendly and helpful - very good service. My warmest recommendation, unfortunately we did not experience the same good service in the hotel bar from both bartenders. In the bar, we were not greeted by service smiles and helpfulness. Very unfortunate as everything else in the hotel is so nice. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

A successful short break was spent in a very nice and elegant hotel. Nice, large, quiet and clean rooms. The beds are great, the bathrooms are very large and clean. Lots of space in the breakfast restaurant, even on weekends. Very extensive and changing breakfast offerings. Very tasty and there is something for every taste. Nice swimming pool, sufficient sauna area with a beautiful view of the Elbe. Modern bar with a very large selection of cocktails, spirits and other drinks. The selection of food in the bar is also sufficient. Everything is very attractive, modern and stylishly decorated. Overall, very attentive, friendly and courteous staff. The location of the hotel is also great.

Thank you for the lovely birthday weekend at your hotel, including a small gift. We were there as a family and had a junior suite. The rooms lack nothing in terms of furnishings. Very nice bathroom and large bedroom/living room. The service from all the employees was really, really good. That was top class, thank you for that. We also took advantage of half board. The food was very tasty. Unfortunately very meat-heavy - that could be done better. The season menu basically only consisted of meat dishes. The breakfast buffet, on the other hand, was very rich and had a wide selection. The wellness area was really big for a hotel with a sauna and a small swimming pool. There was also a nice view here. Unfortunately, you really had to leave here at 11 sharp on the day of departure, which was a shame as we would have wished we hadn't been “thrown out”. Otherwise we spent a day in Tuscany next door, but be careful: there is no direct passage here, you have to go out again briefly. Since we were there by car, we used the underground car park, which was very practical. However, very expensive per night, which could be solved better with a hotel stay. Overall, you have to say that a short vacation here is really worth it, great region and a nice hotel. Therefore, despite the small points of criticism, this is not a star deduction.

Very nice and comfortable hotel directly on the Elbe. Almost not enough time for a long weekend to see everything about the hotel and the place. The rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. The maids also do a great job, everything is clean and well maintained. The staff throughout the house are friendly and attentive. We especially enjoyed the bar so much that we spent every evening there. For breakfast there is everything your heart desires. And this is also guaranteed with great service. The wellness area in the hotel is almost better than in the thermal baths next door. The hotel is also so well located that you can reach many things on foot.

Great stay, great food. If there was the possibility of making coffee or tea in the room, everything would be perfect. Staff is simply outstanding.

It was very nice and we would like to come back

We were in this hotel in February. Luxurious hotel near the thermal baths, on the banks of the Elbe. The thermal baths are also included in the price, you can go every day. The hotel provides towels and bathrobes specifically for the thermal baths. The hotel also has its own swimming pool, where aqua gymnastics are performed in the mornings. The rooms are very clean and pleasant. The mattresses are very comfortable, we slept very well. The breakfasts were very good. And especially the “highlight” of this hotel is the live fireplace in the lobby. After the baths, sitting by the fireplace was a special pleasure. Thanks to the staff. Our holiday was 100% perfect. We will definitely come back again.

The location of the hotel is great. Everything was very clean, friendly staff. The room was very nice and large, but unfortunately it had a view of the atrium. Didn't really bother. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and tasty. The sauna area with pool is very modern, but the relaxation area is much too small. There is definitely more space for sprats in the fish can. Tip - use the Toscana Therme. But overall we would come here again.

Located on the Elbe, the panorama with mountains and river is so beautiful. The landscape is impeccable for vacationers and visitors

This place is absolutely lovely! The front desk is very modern and friendly! The pool is available and the breakfast is amazing! I recommend this hotel to everyone out there!

We spent a long weekend here, from Friday to Sunday. Our double room was on the third floor. It was well equipped, but upon closer inspection the furnishings were pretty shabby. The mattresses were sagging, the bottom of the bathroom door was swollen on the inside, probably due to moisture running down the glass door of the shower bathtub. The balcony window was very difficult to close or lock. The reception and service staff were very accommodating, always friendly and helpful. Great praise. In general the stay was very pleasant. There is a large wellness area with pool and sauna. We had booked a partner treatment in the wellness area. Here too, big praise for the employees. We were able to relax properly. The breakfast was super rich and tasty. The hotel does not use paper information folders in the rooms in order to be sustainable. However, there are a number of new leaflets in the breakfast rooms every day with the weather report and general information about things to do/see. Here the question arose for us: Does this have to be the case? As advanced and digital as it is, the weather forecast and general information regarding the things mentioned must also be possible. We used the garage for €18 per person. Day to be able to park our car safely. The hotel is centrally located in Bad Schandau and therefore ideal for excursions/hikes/things worth seeing.

The hotel is very comfortable, despite its size. Wellness is also provided on the 4th floor. A nice pool, the sauna also very nice, with a nice view of the Elbe. The staff was very friendly, which can be said about the entire hotel staff. Always a good morning, good evening, always a smile "I wish you a nice day" never anything negative. The food was very tasty (kind regards to the cooking staff) We have and felt very comfortable. Would love to come back again. Thank you for the service

Magnificent hotel. A pleasant room with a large bed and a beautiful shower for 1 person. A good breakfast. A squeezed orange juice would be appreciated. Including entrance to the thermal baths. Very beautiful restaurant, even the plates well composed but the food/taste can be improved. On the other hand, it’s amazing that few people speak English fluently. Everyone only speaks German to you even when speaking English to them. So the waiter offers me just the opposite: the fruity white wine that I ask for, no knowledge of wine, that's a dessert.

Great hotel right on the Elbe! The rooms are bright and comfortably furnished. The wellness area is beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use everything in such a short amount of time. The dinner (buffet) was a good mix of cold and warm dishes. Something more could have been offered for vegetarians. Breakfast varied and very good. Good location in the town of Bad Schandau. The terrace is certainly wonderful in summer! We are happy to recommend the hotel and would book it again ourselves.

Had a wonderful weekend. Everything was great from start to finish!!! Reception, beautiful, quiet rooms, versatile wellness oases, great breakfast, delicious dinner in the restaurant, large cocktail selection, inviting fireplace. We will be enjoying it for a few more days. Price performance is definitely right. We would be happy to come back.

A very nice hotel in a direct location on the banks of the Elbe. The service from the staff is very good, from the reception staff to the breakfast staff. The breakfast is varied and leaves nothing to be desired. The support from the service staff was particularly unique.

wieder Mal ein erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir besuchten dieses Hotel schon mehrmals zu Kurzurlauben und sind immer wieder begeistert. Es hat einen besonderen Charme durch die Zusammenfügung einer ganzen Häuserzeile am historischen Markt in Bad Schandau, mit altehrwürdigen Äußerem und modernen Innerem. Es verfügt über einen schönen Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, verschiedenen Saunen und Sporträumen. Auch eine tolle Bar mit Kamin befindet sich im Hotel und ein Tageseintritt für die Therme ist kostenlos. Am allerbesten hat uns allerdings das Essen gefallen. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges und äußerst leckeres Speisenangebot. Dickes Lob an die Küche! Die stets freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung der Angestellten ist sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich war im Rahmen einer Gesundheitsreise hier. Ganz generell ist es ein schönes Haus, direkt an der Elbe gelegen, tolle Natur, wunderschöne Atmosphäre. Hübsche, moderne Einrichtung, toller Spa-Bereich. Das Hotel an sich ist riesig, ich habe mich nach 3 Tagen immernoch verlaufen :D Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist hübsch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber im Badezimmer. Ich habe am ersten Abend leider festgestellt das mein Bett scheinbar nicht frisch war. Ich musste mega viele fremde Haare wegsammeln und habe starkes, fremdes Parfum gerochen. Ich fand das ganz schlimm aber es war zu spät um Bescheid zu geben. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich bei der Rezeption direkt darum gebeten das alles frisch und neu bezogen wird und das wurde auch unverzüglich getan. Fehler passieren. Service & Personal: Einwandfrei. Alle waren ausnahmslos freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Absolutes Top-Team habt ihr hier! :) Spa-Bereich: Ebenfalls schön sauber, tolle Sauna, schönes Schwimmbecken, total leer. Kulinarik: Das abendliche Buffet ist für Fleischesser sicherlich ein Paradies. Von 5 Hauptgerichten sind 5 mit Fleisch. Finde ich als vegetarisch lebende Person schade und ganz generell einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Kritik gab es in den Rezensionen hier schon vor Jahren. Überall wird offiziell kommuniziert das hier breitgefächert vegetarische und vegane Gerichte angeboten werden. Für mich gab es aber leider hauptsächlich Beilagen wie Rosmarinkartoffeln und Salat. Die Desserts fand ich abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. An einem Abend gab es 5 verschiedene kleine Mini-Quiches ohne Auszeichnung um was es sich handelt. Ich ließ in der Küche nachfragen ob etwas davon vegetarisch sei und man sagte "Ja, alle 5 sind vegetarisch!" Ich konnte mein Glück kaum fassen nur um dann beim ersten Bissen Fisch zu schmecken. Das geht einfach nicht. Ein 5-Sterne-Hotel muss den Unterschied zwischen vegetarisch und pescetarisch kennen. Fand ich super uncool. Das Frühstück war ein normales Standard-Hotelfrühstück. Schön fand ich, das es Nuss-Nougat-Croissants gab, das hab ich so eher selten gesehen. Der Orangensaft war super lecker. Besonders erschrocken hat mich, das hier Eier aus Bodenhaltung angeboten werden. Das habe ich seit 10 Jahren nirgends mehr gesehen. Da helfen auch sämtliche Nachhaltigkeits-Awards nichts wenn man die einfachsten Schritte nicht geht und spart wo man kann. Das ist absolut nicht zeitgemäß. Unterm Strich ein hübsches, charmantes Hotel mit tiptop Personal. Aber beim näheren Blick kein Match mit meinen persönlichen Vorstellungen eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Das ist aber auch vollkommen okay. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen, hoffe aber das über die nächsten Jahre die wertvolle Kritik all der Menschen hier wahrgenommen wird.

Wärmstens zu empfehlen. Nettes Personal, herausragendes Frühstück und toller Spa Bereich. Modernes inneres im alten Gewand - gefällt mir!

Wir waren das 3. Mal im Hotel und schätzen das Angebot von Urlaub in deiner Stadt. Leider ist das Hotel für einen 5 Sterne Standard sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer benötigen dringend mal eine Renovierung. Auf Sauberkeit wurde aber geachtet und der Service war auch sehr nett. Leider mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln, da ein unerklärlicher Piepton, wie von einem Staubsauger unsere erste Nacht kostete. Das war leider nicht so schön. In der zweiten Nacht erhielten wir ein neues Zimmer, wo es keine Probleme gab. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und lecker. Ein schönes extra und für uns der Grund für unseren Besuch ist der enthaltene Eintritt in die Toskana Therme. Der Wellnessbereich im Hotel ist auch sehr schön, doch der Pool etwas kalt.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Toskana Therme. Besonders die Aussicht auf die Elbe und Umgebung ist sehr schön. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr zu empfehlen, auch wenn dieser etwas kleiner ist, findet man hier Entspannung und kann abschalten. Die Massagen sind sehr angenehm und sollten frühzeitig gebucht werden. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für das Buffet. Es war insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, jedoch am Wochenende etwas sehr voll (Wartezeiten an Rezeption, Bar und Buffet).

Der Thermenbesuch, der im Preis enthalten ist, ist lohnenswert.

Sehr schickes Hotel, tolle Zimmer, ein Bomben Frühstück. Nur leider sind wir am Empfang von einer jungen Dame sehr arrogant u herablassend bedient worden.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel an der Elbe. Der Service ist super, ebenso das gute Frühstück. Abends konnten wir in entspannter Atmosphäre die gute Küche genießen. Wer mag geht in den Wellnessbereich und lässt sich mit einer Massage verwöhnen und im Pool ein paar Runden drehen. Der Eintritt in die nebenliegene Therme ist inclusive. Den Abend lässt man dann bei Klaviermusik und unzähliger Auswahl an Cocktails in der Hotelbar ausklingen. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Lasst euch mal das Frühstück aufs Zimmer bringen.

Sehr schlnes hotel, freundliches Personal, toller Wellnessbereich und sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück

Hatten Wellnesswochenende im Hotel wirklich genießen können. Großer Saunabereich mit guter Ausstattung und Schwimmbecken. Etwas Preisintensiv, aber es gab nichts negatives. Bei Anreise mit PKW, dauerhaftes parken mit 8 €/24h am Elbufer deutlich billiger und nur 5min zu Fuß zum Hotel. Personal ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Auf den Zimmeretagen braucht man anfangs viel Orientierungssinn. Gute Ausschilderung. Es gibt viele Aufzüge. Für die warme Jahreszeit gibt es zum Elbufer hin viel Außenbereich mit Gastronomie.

Wir waren absolut begeistert 😊als Überraschung zum Geburtstag geplant wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Zimmer, Service,Spa, Frühstück, alles super, wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wir waren über Weinachten und hatten himmlische Weinachten gebucht. Es ist ein schönes Haus mitten im Ort, man kann alles gut erreichen, hat einen schönen Blick auf die Elbe und die Terrasse direkt an der Elbe wunderschön. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer Elbseite im 2. Stock, sehr groß, Fernseher gegenüber dem Bett. Schwimmbad mit Sauna und Dampfbad im 4. Stock des Hotels und vormittags ist die Sauna auch schon beheizt. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag ein Genuss und das Personal immer höfflich und zu vor kommend. Das Abendbüffet zu Heiligabend war der Traum und auch am 23.12.23, das 3-Gänge Menü und am 26.12.23 war sehr gut. Großen Dank dem Küchenteam. Geschenke gab es ebenfalls vom Hotel an jeden Gast und das war auch eine schöne Überraschung. Im Preis war auch die Toskana Therme, die sich ganz in der Nähe befand. Wir konnten diese jeden Tag nutzen. Wir waren 10 Tage im Hotel. Gerne kommen wir wieder, bis demnächst.

Wir waren schon mehrmals zu Gast und sind immer wieder entspannt und glücklich abgereist. Das Essen ist sehr gut und besonders hervorzuheben ist der äusserst nette und talentierte Barkeeper 👍 Vielen Dank, wir kommen gern wieder!

Winterauszeit in der Elbresistenz 2Tage

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Elbe. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Elbblick und den Park vor dem Hotel. Frühstück und Abendessen sind in Buffetform. Große Auswahl und leckeres Essen. Service ist gut. Die Lage am Markt und an der Elbe natürlich Top! Was noch zu erwähnen ist, ist der grosse Wellnessbereich Bereich im Obergeschoss mit Schwimmbad, Sauna, Massage, Fitnessraum,.... . Auch von dort oben hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Elbtal.

Schlechtestes Hotel in der gesamten Region. Schlechtes Management und unfähige Verantwortliche. Die untergeordneten Mitarbeiter wirkten kompetent und sehr freundlich.

Am ersten Tag der Anreise wurde man gleich damit konfrontiert, dass die Tiefgarage überschwemmt war. Kann passieren, aber den Gast ins Nirgendwo zu schicken, um irgendwann mal ein Parkplatz zu finden, ist für 5 Sterne beschämenswert. Eine eindeutige Aussage oder den Fahrservice zu integrieren, das hätte passieren müssen. Als 2. gab es schon kein Abendbrot mehr, also alles vorreserviert. Zum Anfang des Urlaubes kein schönes Gefühl. Abendessen muss für jeden neuen Gast in einem 5 Sterne Haus möglich sein. Das Gleiche mit Wellness, ein Termin war noch frei. Zweisamkeit in wellnesspark war damit auch zu Nichte gemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es fehlt an Wasserkocher oder kleine Pad Kaffeemaschine. So etwas erwarte ich. Im 3 Sterne Hotel ist es Standard. Das Abendessen war echte Sahne, Frühstück in Ordnung, der Service von den älteren Angestellten perfekt, das jüngere muss noch umsichtiger werden. Im Raucherzimmer sollte der Abzug besser funktionieren. Zimmer auf der Flussseite benötigen Ohrstöpsel, wer bei offenem Fenster schläft, alle 15 kommt ein Güterzug, der nie zu Ende zu scheinen sein..... Toller Pool, Sauna und Ausruhzimmer..

Wir haben uns für Döner entschieden, weil wir an diesem Tag nicht essen gehen wollten. Vor dem Laden war bereits eine lange Schlange, was bereits ein gutes Zeichen ist. Die Wartezeit war leider sehr lang, weil vor uns viele große Bestellungen waren. Als wir an der Reihe waren, war der Dönerspieß fast leer, der nette Herr hat uns allerdings noch zwei Dürüm gemacht, die sehr lecker waren. Die Qualität war sehr gut, jedoch würde eine zweite helfende Hand dem Ganzen noch den letzten Schliff allein.
