Haus Weltersbach Restaurant in Leichlingen (Rhld.)

I reserved a table for 8 people by phone 1 month in advance. Were in front of the restaurant at 12:00 p.m. on July 16, 2023 and discovered that it was closed due to the holidays. It's a disgrace to accept my reservation. The owner must have known at the time of my reservation when she was going on vacation. My guests came from far away. I had difficulty finding another restaurant at short notice. I will definitely not leave my money there!!!!

The “Zur Trompete” inn has now developed into our almost weekly regular restaurant.

Incredibly unfriendly service. When we asked about the advertised heated outdoor terrace and about waffles, everything was answered unfriendly and with provocative laughter. We were 4 people and stunned at the manner. Definitely the first and last visit to the Bergischen Hof.

Please note when pre-ordering á la carte dishes: If a pre-ordered dish is not used, a flat rate will still be charged - without an invoice being issued. In addition, the food you paid for is not included. This practice seems unprofessional and not very customer friendly.

Great evening, great service and a really good chef and owner 👍👍 the cuisine was very authentic, very well done. Price performance very good 👍 we would be happy to come back
