Unfortunately, I have to give one star; if possible, I'd give it -10! We went there with our family (17 people) on December 26th for the advertised "grand Christmas buffet." When one person in our group politely and reasonably asked if the small Balkan buffet (which contained nothing Christmassy!) was supposed to be the advertised grand Christmas buffet, she was rudely dismissed, and the waitress immediately became stubborn and extremely bitchy. Our group member then refused to eat because she didn't like the buffet. When we went to pay, another person in our group was verbally abused by the waitress in the worst possible way, with questions like, "What kind of people are we?" The waitress then demanded the €29.90 for the buffet from the person who hadn't eaten with us, so we refused to pay. The situation then escalated dramatically. We were threatened with the police, which we would have welcomed, and ultimately we were thrown out of the restaurant. As we stood outside on the sidewalk for a moment, reflecting on what had happened, the owner and the aforementioned waitress came out, and the waitress remarked dismissively, "Ohhh, are you still here?!" And when I asked if they owned the sidewalk, she said, "No, but that's their entrance" (which we weren't even close to being in). Then the owner and the waitress left, and the waitress gave us the middle finger again, quite emphatically! I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone! The service is atrocious! Both the owner and the waitresses are completely incapable of accepting criticism and display utterly questionable behavior towards paying customers!

We've never experienced anything like this before!!!! We were there today. A flyer advertised a large Christmas buffet, explicitly stating that there would be no à la carte dining! The "buffet" was so small that I initially thought there was a second room. I was quite shocked, as I had been expecting a proper Christmas buffet. I politely expressed my dissatisfaction at the counter and asked how much it cost per person. The answer was €29.90. After a brief discussion, the two servers told me that it was traditional Balkan Christmas food (there were meatballs, feta cheese, ciwapcici, chicken, pork, bread, tzatziki, potato salad, mixed salad, and potatoes). I was rudely told to please go and eat. When I looked up traditional Balkan Christmas dishes online, I found completely different things. I didn't eat anything because I was simply disappointed. A while later, a waitress approached my cousin, asking what kind of people we were, where we came from, and how we thought we were behaving like that. After this outrageous behavior, we all got up to pay and leave. At the register, there was another argument, with one waitress being incredibly rude and completely out of control. Then came the real kicker: I was actually charged €29.90 for the meal. A family friend paid for it since I was already outside, and I just wanted to get out of this whole strange situation. When I found out, I went back inside and complained that they couldn't possibly charge me €29.90 when I hadn't eaten anything! A huge commotion ensued. The manager and the waitress were raging in front of us, saying they would call the police. When we replied, "Yes, please, we'd be happy to sort it out with the police," they threw us out, presumably because they knew perfectly well that it was wrong to simply deduct €30 from someone's bill. As our group was still discussing the situation outside the restaurant, shocked and upset by what had happened, the waitress came out after about three minutes and just snorted in annoyance: "Oh, you're still here!!" Then the argument escalated, culminating in her giving us the middle finger. We've never experienced such "service" and disrespect; people like that shouldn't be allowed to run a restaurant. Surely they can handle politely expressed criticism!

On Boxing Day, we were promised a "grand" Christmas buffet. Seventeen people were bitterly disappointed: little choice, carelessly presented, inconsistent taste, and to top it all off, the service: extremely unfriendly, we were given the middle finger and threatened with the police. We were thrown out. €29 per person...what a waste of money. Unfortunately, I have to give it one star.

There was only one side dish and no dessert. When paying, one member of our family was verbally attacked, asked "what kind of people were we?" and "where did we come from?" (because of the complaint). One person didn't eat anything and was still expected to pay €30 for the meal. After an unpleasant argument, we were kicked out. The argument continued loudly on the street in front of the restaurant with the owner and the waitress. I've never experienced anything like it – very disappointing!

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner with our daughter. The service was truly outstanding. Attentive and friendly. The food was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely top-notch. All in all, a very successful visit and highly recommended.

We're not hotel guests, but we stopped by spontaneously to eat. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and super delicious food. We had the chicken platter for two, which was incredibly tasty. Compliments to the chef, who also brought the food to our table.

I thought it was great. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The location is central, less than 100 meters from the shops. I highly recommend it.

We ate at the restaurant and didn't have a room. The menu is short and concise, which is good, but even with the limited selection, not everything was available. We ordered a platter. The food tasted good and there was enough of it, but the meat content was minimal and the whole dish was very potato-heavy.

Checked into the hotel at very short notice in the evening, no problem! :) Room accessible via stairs. We had 3 rooms (single or double bed), all three clean. Towels, shower and TV available. There is a very small self-service coffee corner in the hallway area in front of the rooms (for a quick coffee or tea in the morning). There is also a small refrigerator and a small seating area. There was no breakfast; However, a very good bakery is a minute's walk away (there are great breakfast options here). Parking spaces are sometimes available for a limited time in Otterndorf, otherwise park at Edeka/ Drinks Market (2 minute walk). As we all know, when it comes to the subject of a bed (mattress), people argue - but I slept like a princess!!!! Simply fantastic! :) Thank you!!!!

If you have a website, you'd think it would be possible to announce that you're closed. It's a bit awkward to stand in front of a closed door.

We sat down at the bar in a small group in the evening to drink a beer and behaved quietly and talked normally. There weren't many other guests in the restaurant. We should give up the seat at the counter and sit at a secluded table in the back. Then I left the restaurant.

This was our first time eating at Haduloha. The restaurant is clean and has its charm. We opted for a mixed platter for 2 people. We were very surprised when the chef brought us the platter. Mega. We were already excited by the sight of the main course. The taste was great, so we immediately reserved a table for the barbecue evening. When we travel north again, we will definitely come back. Our dog was also very welcome. We can't say anything about the hotel as we only visited the restaurant.

We were there for dinner, so can't say anything about the hotel. The food was very tasty and the portions were sufficient. The price-performance ratio is still right here. The pork fillet with Roquefort sauce is highly recommended. The grill skewer is also very tasty. The service is very attentive and on point.

Super leckeres Essen, herzliche...sehr aufmerksame, freundliche Bedienung und toll eingerichtetes Restaurant. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Bulgarische Küche: kleine Karte, aber sehr lecker! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Portionen sehen nicht riesig aus, was wohl am traditionellen bulgarischen Geschirr lag: wir sind alle satt geworden! Der Service war super, das Ambiente kuschelig mit Kissen und Fellen auf einer Eckbank. (Genau richtig an einem kühlen Abend im Norden.)

Sehr zentral gelegen, schönes Zimmer, etwas hellhörig, aber mit Ohrstöpsel geht es ( oder 1-3 Gläser lecker Wein). Die Wirtsleute sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

So, wie wir es in Erinnerung hatten (vor gut 2 Jahren! 😉): sehr lecker, super Service und kinderfreundlich. Wir kommen, wenn wir wieder hier im Urlaub sein sollten, sehr gerne wieder und können es sehr empfehlen!

Leider war ich nicht so zufrieden, da das Hauptgericht (Überbackene Kartoffeln, vegetarisch) geschmacklich nicht lecker war. Das Gemüse war leider TK-Ware. Die Vorspeise war dafür aber sehr lecker (Gebacknener Käse).

Wir waren dort im Rahmen eines Betriebsausfluges mit 30 Personen - sehr gute, unkomplizierte und professionelle Absprachen im Vorfeld - Wir hatten unsere Speisen "a la Card" vorher ausgewählt und der Cheffin einen Tag vor dem Termin zugemailt, auch unsere "Sonderwünsche" wurden berücksichtigt (gemischte Vorspeisenplatten, die nicht auf der Karte steht) - Beides, die Vor- und Hauptspeisen, kamen zeitnah, pünktlich und warm auf den Tisch. Das Essen hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt! Die Bewirtung / Betreuung war freundlich und aufmerksam - Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team vom Haduloha - ich würde immer wieder gerne dort Essen gehen. mit freundlichem Gruß J.Hoopmann

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Super nette Gastgeber und schöner Standort in Zentrumsnähe. Für unsere Fahrräder wurde ein sicherer Stellplatz gefunden, sowie Strom zum Laden von Ebikes angeboten. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber.

Wir waren zum Essen hier und sind total begeistert. Übersichtliche Karte, sehr freundliches Personal. Und das Essen war absolut klasse. Sehr empfehlenswert....

The hotel is located in the centre of the town. The town is very beautiful and quiet. Not very far from the beach, 5min with car and 30min walk. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel has a coffee station and a common fridge for guests.

Niedliches kleines Hotel mit sehr guter Küche und nettem Personal. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß man fühlt sich wohl.

Bestes Restaurant im Kreis Cuxhaven… Die Vorspeisen unfassbar lecker, der Nachtisch genial, die Bedienung super freundlich und nett. Ich habe das Hähnchenfilet getestet und würde diesem sogar 6 Sterne geben wenn das möglich wäre. Die Sauce ist die beste, die ich je gegessen habe 😋

Wir hatten zusammen einen sehr schönen Abend. Der Chefkochspieß und das Lachs Gericht waren sehr gut. Vor allem war das Essen sehr bekömmlich. Der Service war sehr freundlich & zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

waren im september dort, kurz vor deren betriebsurlaub. wir sind nur des lobes. alleinb schon die Präsentation des Spiesses war toll. oder die Pfannen. alles sehr gut. bedienung freundlich und das ambiente hat auch gut gepasst
