Delicious Greek food and excellent service! They accommodate us, four people, without reservation on a busy Saturday night. We will come back definitely!

-Super delicious food - Original Greek -Large portions -Great ambience -10/10 Went here to celebrate a birthday and even got uso on the house + dessert plates for the birthday child. We were well served and the food was delicious. Any time!

Unfortunately, in my opinion, the food wasn't entirely tasty. The skewer was very dry and tough to my taste. Only the side salad and the dressing were very tasty. The location is right on a narrow side street where a car drives along or past the tables every 3-5 minutes. Although that didn't bother me

Yesterday the two of us had dinner with you and were completely satisfied. The food was excellent - we had the garlic bread and grilled peppers as a starter, and the chicken gyros with fries and salad as our main course. The portions were generous and the price-performance ratio was great. We would particularly like to emphasize the friendly and courteous service. We would definitely like to come back!

I visited your restaurant at the weekend because I usually have good experiences with Greek cuisine and had high expectations from your establishment. Unfortunately I have to say that my visit to your restaurant was a huge disappointment. First of all, the fish I ordered was in no way fresh, which not only affected the taste but also raised my concerns about food safety. A dish that is advertised as fresh should also live up to this claim. In addition, the staff made no effort to make our stay pleasant. The service was unfriendly and seemed to be in a bad mood, which further worsened the overall impression. A little more hospitality and service orientation could have at least saved the evening somewhat. As far as the price is concerned, it had no relation to the quality offered. I have eaten at numerous other Greek restaurants that consistently serve fresh, delicious food at a fair price. In comparison, your restaurant falls significantly short, which is a shame not only in my opinion, but also in terms of the image of Greek gastronomy as a whole. Unfortunately it wasn't worth eating with them.

Food was great. Service friendly, but a bit overwhelmed. Ambience (we sat inside because it was so hot) terrible. Very dark, shabby and old-fashioned.

I was in Heidelberg for work this week and had dinner in this restaurant. The food was quite ok but I know original Greek food differently but it was ok. But the toilet area left me a bad impression. See attached photos. I would really like to know what the kitchen looks like.

The place is amazing and the owners are really kind the food was the best I had in Germany in a while if your in Heidelberg I recommend it 🥰

Ionikos plate was excellent. Very tasty, large portion. Rarely have I had such a delicious Greek meal. I would recommend at any time.

So yummy! We had the grilled octopus and the Olympus plates. Everything you are looking for, hot, fresh, acidic with char grilled meats! Good wine too! Service is a bit slower so just relax and chill 😎

Greek food that I experienced for the first time. This is a beautiful, comfortable Greek restaurant in Heidelberg. I had never eaten Greek food before, but I ordered a few as I wanted. The food looked healthy, fresh, hearty, delicious and clean. The rich vegetables were good, too. The owners were very kind and nice. My three family visited yesterday evening and we had a little argument with the groom, so we feel very sorry for hurting the atmosphere of the restaurant. It's a shame if there were no quarrels, we would have enjoyed the food and atmosphere more leisurely for a long time. I was sorry and grateful for worrying about whether it was okay or not when I paid for it from the inside. uozo for the service was also very grateful. I can't go again because I'm only in Heidelberg for a day, but if I come back later, I'll definitely visit again. Thank you very much for the warm welcome. If you go to Heidelberg, make sure you have a delicious and fun time here~!!!

Good lunch, salad with bla tuna. Bought for garlic bread, so good! Sat outside. Quiet pedestrian street.

This food was amazing! We got this Place recommended by heidelberg locals and it for sure did not dissapoint! The staff was lovely and super friendly. You could feel the love when you ate the amazing food! Prices are very nice and avarage about 20€ per main dish. We had dinner with 3 people main, desert + drink for under a €100 so lovely pricing! The desert picturerd was my absolute fav and i would recommend that one!

Very good pulpo, very tasty and great value for money.

On the last visit the food was amazing. This time there was a big drop. The fried octopus was almost cold and so drowned in garlic that even as a self-confessed garlic lover I almost couldn't eat it. The Olympus platter consisted of uncrispy chicken (!) gyros, lamb chops that were far too dry and not very seasoned 'Cevapcici'. I'll probably eat there again and then decide whether it's worth coming back. I'm pretty disappointed at the moment.

Unfortunately, you can't give a better rating to someone who doesn't have their reservations under control. The brief impression was disorganized, very crowded and loud. Unfortunately the host is unfriendly, almost cheeky. A no-go for me. Food may be good, but that's not how you run a restaurant.

The food was very good. The service is rather mediocre. We sat half the evening with our empty drinks. The ambience is very dark and a matter of taste.

I tried to make a reservation for several days. Unfortunately in vain. No one ever answered the phone, the email address provided was invalid, and when I spontaneously walked past I was stared at in shock. A pity.

Arrived with high hopes. Left disappointed. For being a Greek restaurant you feel like you are in a traditional German restaurant. Appetizers need some work. Dolmadakias are straight from the can, not fresh, the Grilled cheese had no flavor and the rest of the food although portions were ok flavor need some work. The chicken and pork were dry.

Wir waren 4 Tage in Heidelberg und waren nach dem ersten Besuch im Goldenen Stern so angetan das wir noch ein zweites Mal dort gegessen haben. Super lecker und super freundliches Ambiente.

Cosy and elegant setting. The grilled octopus was tender and delicious and the cevapcici very tasty. The moussaka is OK. The staff is very nice although it was a full house and busy night. Good with kids.

Super Essen, ordentliche Portion, geschmacklich einwandfrei. Aufmerksamer Service, alles topp. Wir kommen wieder!

Schade, wir hatten wirklich Hunger, haben aber kein Essen bekommen. Getränke gingen relativ schnell, Bestellung vom Essen auch... Alle um uns herum die später kamen, bekamen ihr Essen früher, wir fragten 2x nach, es passierte aber nichts... Dann Getränke bezahlt und zum nächsten Italiener, hier konnten wir dann gemütlich essen.

Waren das erste Mal im Godener Stern Essen. Das Essen war gut, und die Bedienung freundlich. Kann man empfehlen.Parkhaus in der Nähe, ca.10min zu Fuß.

Sehr Lecker und große Portionen, Preise sind auch gut. Man kann drin oder draußen sitzen alles sehr schön in der Heidelberger Altstadt.

Das beste griechische Restaurant in dem wir bisher gegessen haben. Wir waren zu zweit und haben Sardellen als Vorspeise genommen, anschließend hatte meine Frau hatte Lendenspieße Feta und ich hatte das Schweinefilet. Alles war toll vom Geschmack und dem Garpunkt. Die Portionen waren groß. Der Service war top und sehr freundlich.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, Essen mittelmäßig, Knobibrot war leider nicht knusprig, Bifteki überwürzt, restliche Fleischsorten waren ok, Salat war der schlechtste, den ich je bei einem Grieschen bekommen habe, extrem langweilige Zutaten...Resume: kann man mal machen, muss man aber nicht unbedingt nochmal...

Man muss mit sehr langen Wartezeiten rechnen. Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Es empfiehlt sich das Retourgeld nachzuzählen.

Wir waren Samstagabend da. Der Vorspeisenplatte war toll. Ich hatte einen Teller mit Gyros, ein Spieß und Schweinesteak. Das Steak und der Spieß waren tot gebraten und sehr trocken aber das Gyros war gut. Vielleicht hatte ich ein bisschen Pech. Die anderen am Tisch fanden ihr Essen gut Der Service war sehr nett und hat trotz das alle Tische reserviert uns einen Tisch besorgt.

Friendly owner, attentive services, rustic atmosphere, big portion and food choice. We found the grilled pepperoni quite salty though.
