Gasthaus Zur Krone in Heidelberg

The inn not only impresses with its cozy and inviting atmosphere, but also with the extremely friendly and warm service, especially the friendly boss, who immediately made us feel welcome. The food was excellent, fresh, tasty and prepared with a lot of love. What was particularly impressive were the generous portions, which really fill everyone up and make the price-performance ratio seem more than justified. The combination of great service, first-class food and the charming ambience makes this inn a real insider tip. As Wieblinger handball players, we always enjoy coming to the inn and can highly recommend a visit. A perfect place for connoisseurs and anyone who wants to spend a nice evening!

The food is a disaster, cold, meat was tough, fries soggy, everything almost unseasoned. But the crowning glory was the side dishes, according to the menu, there were supposed to be peas, they were peas with carrots, at first there was nothing wrong with it if it ended up on the plate in a slightly different way, but then the bad news, it was "canned food" peas and carrots from a can, simply warmed and unseasoned and slapped onto the plate. We had dinner with 15 people and no one even spoke remotely of good food. Thrown carelessly on the plate and out with it. Waiting time after ordering also hard at the border, almost 1.5 hours. Some canteens are better than the food there. Given the prices you should be able to expect more. Never again, no thanks.

The Gasthaus zur Krone convinced me in many ways. The atmosphere is cozy. The wood look gives the restaurant a rustic flair. The menu is varied and there was something for everyone in our group. The portions are generous and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can recommend the restaurant to anyone who likes authentic Greek food.

The Restaurant zur Krone in Wieblingen was the perfect choice for a cozy dinner in a family atmosphere with exquisite food. The meat dishes shone with their taste with hearty grilled aromas and I was particularly impressed by the crunchy but soft inside fries! The staff was particularly friendly, courteous and quick. 5 stars in all areas!

I recently visited this wonderful Greek restaurant and would highly recommend it. The ambience is simply magical - cozy but still stylish, you immediately feel like you're on vacation. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive and professional - you can tell that people work here with passion. The food was really to die for. Every dish was freshly prepared and full of authentic flavors. From the starters to the nightcap – everything was just perfect! The hospitality is particularly noteworthy; you feel like you are staying with good friends. A little bonus: The chef and waiter, who happens to be the owner's son, was not only charming but also really cute. That sweetened the evening even more. :) I'll definitely be back!

The service was very nice and it didn't take too long until we got our food. The lamb chops were a bit overcooked and the "Nausa" didn't taste very good.

Essen an sich lecker, Salate leider recht faad. Gyros sind auch eher trocken. Das schlimmste ist meiner Meinung jedoch die Wartezeit auf das Essen. Wir hatten zwar nicht reserviert aber über 1 Stunde Wartezeit bei einem mäßig vollen Biergarten finde ich dann doch recht lange. Der Preis für die Portionsgrößen ist allerdings lobenswert.

Wir sind begeistert! Das Essen ist super lecker und die Portionen sind sehr groß. Rest kann man sich einpacken lassen. So finde ich die Preise in Ordnung und gerechtfertigt. Das Restaurant verfügt über Sitzplätze draußen im Hof, die zum Verweilen einladen. Auch innen ist es gemütlich eingerichtet. Zudem ist das Personal super freundlich und herzlich!
