Food for a small price. You can help yourself at the counter. Quite loud.

I'm an enthusiastic, regular customer of the Globus restaurant in Eschborn. Fresh, appealing food, friendly service, and clean. And since I was in Hattersheim today, I thought eating there would be a good idea. However, the restaurant at Globus Hattersheim is the complete opposite. The food served in troughs (I think many farmers in the area present their feed more attractively in their pigpens) looks unappetizing; all five beef sausages were charred black (I would NEVER serve something like that), and you couldn't find a single friendly face among the staff. I still can't believe that there are such blatant differences (in quality and staff) from the same company within a 15km radius. Eschborn - always again! Hattersheim - if I go, then only for shopping!

You usually can't get the good deals by Saturday lunchtime. Even items that aren't on sale sometimes take several weeks to get back. I'm slowly starting to think about driving further than shopping there, because I'm getting more and more annoyed every week.

Delicious breakfast with lots of choice at a reasonable price.

I always come here and collect stamps. You get a stamp for 6.95. Today I paid 9.00 and they didn't give me a stamp because I paid over 6.95? It's really shameful... I won't be coming anymore.

The schnitzels weren't bad; they taste better in Saarland.

I've eaten here several times, and so far everything has been fine. Except today. I had the Swiss schnitzel with fried potatoes. The schnitzel was tough and tasteless, and just like the fried potatoes, only lukewarm. With the switch to self-service, I also find it unhygienic; some people mess around in the dishes, which is very unappetizing. When I asked where one could complain about the food here, I received a snide reply: preferably online, which I am doing here. I would have liked to have handled things differently. I'm certainly not spoiled, but this was by far the worst meal I've had in years. It's a shame, really.

I usually get fish – pollock with a side dish – to go for lunch. I can't comment on the other food. But the new packaging is absolutely terrible! The lid is always loose, the food falls out of the tray, and it gets cold way too quickly. Please pass this on to the management who made this decision. The old tray with aluminum foil was much better and easier.

I've eaten there quite often. Unfortunately, I haven't eaten there for some time. The quality has declined considerably, and it's become too expensive.

The Asian noodles were completely burnt. The service was very unfriendly. I won't be coming here again.

I go there for breakfast every morning. Nice staff, plenty of choice :)

Die Kassiererin sollen acht nehmen was Sie drucken und wann sie drucken. (Dadurch können auch Fehler entstehen- man hat mich fasch abgerechnet)

Freundlichkeit ist hier im Restaurant ein Fremdwort, so wie man als Kunde behandelt wird habe ich noch nicht einmal in Rüsselsheim erlebt da wird man wirklich freundlich behandelt egal ob im Baumarkt oder im SB Markt.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Gerade was im Restaurant bei Globus gegessen. Das wird erst mal nicht wieder passieren. Hygieneregeln? Abstand? Interessiert keinen, wird auch vom Personal nicht eingefordert. Freundlichkeit? Ist hier ein Fremdwort. Wollte Currywurst mit Pommes bestellen. Sage: Einmal Currywurst mit.... Weiter kam ich nicht, das wurde ich schon durch ein lautes "Brat- oder Rind?" unterbrochen. Ausreden lassen ist auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Bitte und Danke geht auch nicht wirklich. Beim Rausgehen höre ich dann, wie ein Mann sich aufregt, weil die gleiche Bedienung zu ihm gesagt hat, er soll gefälligst mal die Augen aufmachen. Ich bin ja schon älter, deshalb kann es sein, dass ich mich irre. Aber kam das Wort Dienstleistung nicht von dienen und leisten? Da hat man im Globus Restaurant aber noch nicht viel gehört
