We went here to eat goose! It was wonderful! We would love to come back and look forward to the next time!

We were in the junk room for the first time and we were thrilled. A very inviting atmosphere. A cozy rustic room to relax in. Friendliness is still very important here. The food is a culinary delight. There is no need to say more here.

The goose plus side dishes, especially the red cabbage, were nothing like I know from this house, the service was very pleasant, always approachable and not intrusive

Great ambience, lovingly furnished. The food was very good and so was the service. The price is on the higher side, but you can taste it too (the quality is really great). The portions are not very large, but just right so that you don't "eat your fill" but can enjoy it. The drinks were wonderful too. We spent a lot of time here and really enjoyed the evening. Nothing was missing. The toilets are very clean with small cotton guest towels. Deodorant, hand cream, etc. are also provided. Really highly recommended and once again big praise for the kitchen and service! It was worth the hour drive :-)

Delicious food; gazpacho as an appetizer and pike-perch as a main course. Well flavored and excellently prepared. Staff is great. Also excellent local wines (large selection by the glass). Highly recommended.

You sit in the beautiful courtyard, the service tries hard, but unfortunately the bread basket ruined your desire for the rest of the food... The waitress knows what is meant... Such a faux pas shouldn't happen, as an apology they could have at least offered us an espresso after dinner.

We were lucky to have eaten there on September 3rd, before our vacation. Incredibly friendly service and the food was an experience, really incredibly tasty and special. The ambience is wonderful, something you wouldn't expect at this place. I recommend the stuffed chicken breast.

We were in the rumpus room for the first time today and it was a completely successful experience. The owner was extremely friendly when we made the reservation over the phone. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and allowed to choose one of the free tables in the garden. The service was extremely attentive; for example, our daughter, who had just woken up from a short sleep and was a bit cold, was immediately offered a blanket. The attention to detail, for example the glasses and glasses are placed on the table so that the guest can see the logo, shows the professionalism of the service. We kept asking whether everything was OK, without us finding the asking intrusive. From the greeting from the kitchen to the main courses and dessert, everything was perfect. We certainly won't be here for the last time and can highly recommend this restaurant.

Food good but certainly not better than many others. After finishing eating, you are subtly asked to leave by turning in the awning. That is absolutely inappropriate at these prices. Without exception, every wine carafe was chipped, and a splinter of it could be found in the risotto. The service was very accommodating, despite the fact that there were four guests who certainly won't be coming back and can't make any recommendations. Price performance just isn't right, it's a shame.

Food, service, ambience, friendliness, coziness were excellent, I had been really looking forward to it for a long time. But unfortunately I thought the price was a bit too high and I would have liked to order more courses and drinks. Hence the point deduction in the overall rating. Still a nice evening.

A nice inn with delicious food and very good service. There were four of us here and we had schnitzel twice and Palatinate “Duett” twice. Everything is really tasty, although I prefer a schnitzel with classic breading to panko. But that falls into the realm of personal preference. In any case, the service was very nice and courteous. All in all, an excellent place to drink delicious Riesling from Wachenheimer Gerümpel* (or other wine) and eat Palatinate specialties or a schnitzel. In any case, we would definitely come here again. *Location

Palatinate duet very tasty. What didn't fit were the chanterelles as an addition for €7.50. That was clearly not enough. The bread as a snack came with the main course. We would have liked 10 minutes in between. Otherwise everything was very good, the wine recommendation was also good.

Delicious food and drinks in a cultivated atmosphere.

Very neat little restaurant with two small vineyards, one in the courtyard and one at the back on the terrace. Great everything with tablecloth and cloth napkin (you rarely see them anymore, thanks for that) Service very attentive, great food even though the menu is small. Side salad, for example, was super fresh and very well prepared.

A wonderful surprise to find such a good restaurant in this village. Well prepared food, very nice salads. Cool cozy courtyard . For those that have had enough of eternal schnitzel and Wurst.

sehr gutes handwerk, kein standart von der stange. preis- u. leistung sind mega. personal jung und serviceorientiert. wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder um mal drin zu sitzen. draußen ist die atmosphäre im kleinen innemhof schon sehr romantisch.

Das Essen war total überteuert. Wir mussten lange warten. Das Ambiente ist nett.

Sehr fein zubereitete Speisen allererster Güte. Alles ist extrem geschmackvoll. Dazu passend wunderbar mundende Weine. Meine Empfehlung!

Alles super lecker! Habe hier meine erste „Pfälzer Triologie“ gegessen 👍🏻 Auch Gruß aus der Küche, Vorspeise und Nachtisch konnten sich sehen (und schmecken) lassen. Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sehr schönes, rustikales Ambiente im Innenhof. Wir kommen gerne wieder. PS: Portion auf dem Bild ist nur eine halbe, da wir sie geteilt haben.

Wunderbares Restaurant mit feinen Speisen, einer tollen Weinkarte (Augenmerk auf die Pfalz). Schnitzel super schön crunchy & das Pfälzer Trio sehr lecker sowie würzig. Nettes Personal. Einzig und allein die Wartezeit zur ersten Speise war sehr lange - kann mal passieren und ist sicher keine Regelmäßigkeit bei euch :) Gerne wieder!

Ausgezeichnetes Essen in schöner Atmosphäre bei sehr freundlichem Service.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr dort und wirklich begeistert. Der Service war auch dieses Mal ausgezeichnet, die Gerichte allerdings diesmal nicht so begeisternd, was nicht zuletzt an ungenügendem Würzen lag. Und ein veganer, unspektakulärer Pfannkuchen mit etwas Spargel für 25,50€ ist schon "ambitioniert" und weckt Erwartungen. Die dann nicht erfüllt wurden.

Very good Goose (Gänsebraten): crispy, soft meat and low smell. They also serve local side dishes such as Knödel, chestnut. Service was fast and staff was very polite. You can pay with card.

Toller Service u. gute Qualität der Speisen. Jedoch herrscht eine sehr hohe Geräuschkulisse.
