Cozy restaurant, very friendly staff and delicious food

The food there is highly recommended. The venison was very tender and the side dishes were also very tasty. German cuisine...come by and try it for yourself.

There are 2 restaurants in Berlin that I know where you can get delicious fried potatoes. One of them is the Ebel. Thank you very much and keep it up 😎🍺👍

Habe hier meinen Runden Geburtstag ausgerichtet. Schönes Altberliner Restaurant "Kneipe". Grosser Festsaal, toller DJ, sehr gutes Essen Hausmannskost.

My mother had lunch here for her 80th birthday. The food and drinks came very quickly and the food was very tasty and filling. We were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied

Good, homely food in a pleasant atmosphere

Food was bland and cold. I had a cabbage roll that was still ice cold inside and the potatoes were overcooked beyond recognition. The food came from the microwave and was apparently not heated properly. The sauce and fat separated on the plate and didn't look attractive at all. The small salad on the menu for over 5 euros was an absolute disgrace in terms of value for money! I'm not coming back.

The food was very tasty (mostly German home cooking). The service was quite good and quick. But we think something needs to be done with the inventory. The plates are too small for the good portions and there are lamps hanging on the walls like I used to see in my grandma's hallway. But the food makes up for it and we will keep coming back.

A rustic “pub” restaurant with home-style cooking. The food was super tasty and at a price that was justified and not overpriced. The staff is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is also rather rustic, but still pleasant. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I just had dinner there. The portions were very good and the food tasted really great. The rump steak was on point for me. The staff nice and friendly. When we're back in Berlin at some point, we'll go back there for dinner.

Really a harmonious atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious dishes where many details are taken into account. Even the simple latte was uniquely prepared. The only thing missing from the menu was more vegetables (broccoli, onions, etc.). Definitely worth a visit 👍

I had the sizzling pan for the first time and was a bit disappointed - it was a pan like you can get elsewhere. I'm used to hearty, old Berlin cuisine from Ebel Küche. My mistake next time I'll take grandma again.

Very nice old German restaurant with a good selection of food and drinks. We were there on Friday evening and the restaurant was very busy. The prices are reasonable. The service was super friendly and the food came very quickly.

In short, they have amazing food. TBH I really liked the ambiance and the service there. I went there for an official company dinner. We had the buffet and all the items we had there were fresh and full of flavour. The staff is really friendly and cooperative. I would definitely recommend this place.

Positive things about the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very traditional. The food is good. Negative things about gastronomy. If you are a guest yourself, make sure that your drinks, especially water bottles, come to your table sealed and are only opened by you personally. You should be able to hear the typical noise from the shutter. The staff is happy to open the bottle in front of you, but this is pure harassment. If this is not the case, it could be that your bottle was refilled via the tap.

Always a nice old German restaurant with rustic cuisine. If you value GOOD home cooking, this is the right place for you. There is also Bohemian beer and very friendly service. I would always call and make a reservation in advance because we have often experienced that it can suddenly become very crowded. I hope the restaurant will remain in Altglienicke for a long time.

Gaststätte Ebel is the oldest restaurant in Altglienicke. It is in the 5th generation and is typically furnished. The food is good bourgeois and tastes excellent!!!!! The prices are simply great. In 5 minutes you can also be in the cozy 🎳 center...... So......first bowling then very good food!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

Anyone who has forgotten what good home cooking tastes like will be helped here. No frills, just good ingredients and excellent preparation. It can taste so good when everything is done right. As if that wasn't enough, the service is also first class. Even if you want to, you can't complain - especially not about the prices. Keep it up, we'll be back! Addendum: We are here again and again, now also with the next generation. Of course everything was delicious again.

Visited the Ebel restaurant again after a long time. As an old Altglinicker, I have known this restaurant for ages. I can only recommend but above all call beforehand, it's always well attended. The staff was super friendly and the food was simply great.

Freundliche Gastgeber und ohne Chi- Chi . Das Essen ist lecker und ich habe mir sogar Souße nachbestellt. Auch die Preise sind sehr angenehm . Essen kann man auch mitnehmen.

Es ist wirklich eine richtige Altdeutsche Kneipe/Restaurant. Wenn man Glück hat, wird man auch noch vom Chef des Hauses, persönlich bedient.
